many things about the chronicles of Narnia made me irrevocably insane at the small age of six years old but one of the big ones was the bit in prince Caspian where caspian blows susan's horn to try and summon help and it summons the pevensie kids like. that's crazy ok. that's insane. imagine at 12 years old you're given a horn thats purpose is basically summoning divine intervention & then years later someone blows it and summons YOU . Once Danny was an adult, he decided to join Ellie in her ‘permanent world tour’. It’s better than staying in Amity where the opinion of Phantom hasn’t gotten much better. Besides, the portal caused the veil to get weaker, allow ghost to wreak havoc where ever they want.

He’s met a lot new ghost cause of this too. Old as Mycenaean Greece to non humans who came to Earth and died there. Danny’s learnt so much from them that he’s basically a walking in Encyclopaedia.

So, Danny’s decided “fuck it.” and has it became a part-time history teacher. It’s fun! He knows the details by heart and is able to make it more fun than just droning on about the same old wars and whatever. He enjoys it, the kids enjoy it and the ghosts having their stories told!

Of course, this does cause some problems when people try to correct him. Danny’s argument? “I got them correct sources.”

And when anyone asks him how knows his sources are correct? “My source was there when it happened.”

Cue the dc world thinking that Danny’s just some immortal guy whose decided to use his immortality for good(TM)

I just found your Itty Bitty Au and I have to say, I love how you've written Perry and the other fairies to be... just a bit selfish? How Perry won't consider turning Dev into a Fairy- not because he doesn't really care about him or thinks there's a moral issue with it, but because if he turns Dev into a fairy it'll negatively effect HIM. Also, super excited to see more of Timmy (both)!

Fairies are not like humans in that they have “Good or Bad” morals. Fairies, by nature, are extremely selfish. They don’t care for human conflicts, human goodness, or human morale.

A fairy’s first priority is doing their job right for their court, and their second priority is doing what they want most. Selfishness is innate for Fairies as Compassion is innate for Humans.

Cosmo and Wanda are outliers in that they care about their godchildren to an emotional degree. It’s what made them the best fairies to be godparents!! Peri… doesn’t understand that quite yet.

Thoughts on the theory that ch4 has the soul implanting a bit of itself in Noelle with the ThornRing? Afaik the theory is supported by the animation (spiderwebbing out through Noelle’s body) and when Susie questions Kris later about what the two were talking about, the empty dialogue box is from Noelle’s perspective (no/muted rain because she is in her house, no response because she didn’t hear the question) and the soul is trying to balance two (one and a half?) vessels

i hope people dont throw tomatoes at me for this one but i think it's really far fetched for us to Literally be implanting part of our soul into her, finger, in the scene where all that's actually happening is we're forcing the thorn into her finger/hand/whatever and all the Red Stuff that shows up afterwards is like, purely symbolic or even just blood at most. in my opinion

even though its a complicated-ish theory i almost think it would be .... too easy???? to simplify it down to that? to say we're like Literally making her our vessel the way we've been controlling kris as one. idk i think keeping it more psychological would be most interesting ultimately. tapping into noelle's innermost desires -- wanting to stand up for herself, wanting the power to grasp what it is she truly craves, wanting to be close to kris again because she misses how things used to be -- all this being twisted and sullied and bent to our OWN desires to the point where originalnoelle is almost unrecognizable, all while we're not actually controlling her as a Fantastical Vessel... is far more interesting i think. we're forcibly digging deep into her psyche to pull out things she doesn't even realize about herself, since she's been drifting through life in a trance just trying to pretend everything's ok and she's happy. it might look like she has it all, but...

anyway. Dont kill me but i dont like the theory all that much lol. I just. Dont think souls can do that. or SHOULD do that even. although the bit later with susie is honestly really spooky and interesting but in the end i dont think it actually has anything to do with noelle herself. the screen turning reddish and the rain completely stopping (iirc) honestly feels like, if anything the soul is just???? growing more powerful or something(idk)?????? or its all just purely visual like with the palette shift in the couch scene. it could represent kris's and the player's growing conflict of interest -> all of the choices being completely blank because kris is just Not having it from us anymore

if this theory somehow is true and it did happen i think it would be really fucking funny for just 1 pixel to be missing from the soul for the entire rest of the game though LMAO

Once upon a time, their brother fell in love with a god. Then he and said god had a nasty, ugly breakup. So what does their brother do? Send little Sra, aged 15, to go collect his belongings from his ex-boyfriend.

Of course, because gods will be gods, poor Sra doesn't get to grab her brother's hoodie and leave. No siree. The god gets angry at her appearance and curses her to hurtle through space and time for the next 50 years, waking up in a new place every single month. And as a small mercy, she gets dumped near civilisation every time. Human civilisation, to be specific.

Thankfully, Sra is a clever child, and they quickly adapt. They dock their own ears to fit in, and spend what precious time they have hunting for someone — anyone, really — who might be able to help them.

They don't find anyone who can undo the curse, but they do collect a motley crew, including (but not limited to) an immortal oracle who finds their plight utterly hilarious and makes it her perogative to follow them across the time-space continuum, the freshly reincarnated and incredibly innocent Goddess of Dreams, an elven exile who accidentally binds himself to them while trying to undo the curse, and a demon who falls helplessly in love with them.

Oh, and they have a gender crisis.

Across five decades, they battle giant krakens, argue with greek philisophers, ride spaceships and beat Grug the caveman on the head several times, before finally being returned home, approximately half an hour after their adventure began. They go back to their brother, scarred, old and incredibly pissed off, and they tell him to fetch his own fucking hoodie.

Then they set off to reunite with their friends, just as they have every other month in the past 50 years.

Her favourite things in the world are soft beds, her Cursed Amulet Containing The Souls Of A Thousand Damned, and hummus. Her least favourite things are gods, demons, and irritating oracles. Unfortunately she gets a lot more of the latter than the former.

I am genuinely really enjoying seeing people who have clearly never read the Odyssey before reacting to EPIC's Ithaca saga. I haven't listened to EPIC myself (yet) but people keep saying stuff like "Odyseeus built their palace around an olive tree he carved into his and Penelope's marriage bed that's so symbolic" and "He really just murdered all the suitors wouldn't that piss off their parents?" Which are observations and questions that the Odyssey makes incredibly blatantly clear as to the symbolism or the answer because it's a really old poem and subtlety wasn't really Homer's strong suit.

There's something really endearing about seeing people interact with the Odyssey through the same way the Ancient Greeks did - a bard singing the story of Odyseus' nostos.

(I gather the details have changed a little, but that's what happens with oral storytelling, and that's how the Odyssey got created in the first place)

Also as congratulations have my favourite ancient depiction of Odysseus surfing with two amphemorae having stolen Poseidon's trident, being sped along by Boreas, stark naked except for a cloak he's holding onto.

Everybody has the theory that Armand turns Daniel out of anger; but my theory is that Daniel gets injured, or has like a heart attack or something (the guy is old and has parkinson's, and Louis was trashing his house okay?) and Armand is SCARED AF and ends up turning him out of fear of Daniel dying, like in the books.

And then Armand immediately regrets it, and nopes the fuck out of there; and instead of the Devil's Minion where we had Armand following Daniel, we will have Daniel searching for Armand.

Just think of it, it would be a nice comparison to the book.

Maybe I don't follow other fandoms as much as I follow Kuroshitsuji fandom and maybe it's just me but why is this fandom so toxic? Why is this fandom so fixated on their theories and assumptions so much to the point where they try to shove their opinions as facts down to other people's throats even though it's definitely not canon? Reading the manga and interpreting everything in your own way and coming up with theories and sharing them is wonderful. Nobody's stopping anybody from doing that and many theories are quite helpful and gives every readers a broader perspective. I definitely appreciate the people who works so hard to put 2 and 2 together and realized that there are twins even before it was officially revealed. We need that type of intelligent and observant people in every fandom since it provides so much insight and knowledge.

But then there are those who try to spread misinformation and assumptions as real facts and others are just eating it all without being bothered to do their own research. And I could give so many examples. Starting from how Yana said that Kuro is supposed to be yaoi but that won't sell much, then how SebaCiel or Lizzy x Ciel or Sullivan x Ciel ship is canon, then how Sebastian took Vincent's looks so that Ciel trusts him more (despite Yana clearly addressing the "same face syndrome"), then how OCiel hates Lizzie and is just keeping up with her just because he's forced to even though it's him who decided to play the fiance part (I'm pretty sure that if he refused to carry it out after coming back from that hellhole, even whilst pretending to be Ciel, then maybe nobody would be actually forcing him to do that), then how everybody hated OCiel for being sick and only loved Real Ciel, then how Real Ciel was evil even before dying or how he's so bad with servants even though none of those servants were his (except Tanaka) and the only thing he told them was to shut up or lower their voice in front of the master of the house. That's just it. Also where did he treat Sebastian badly, not like I would have cared anyway but the question still remains? He just asked him that how dare he play with his dead body and disrespect him. Who wouldn't even ask that if they came back from the dead? Who would be even as calm and collected as Ciel? Most would be quite angry and lose their shit if they are standing in front of a being that disrespected their dead body.

The yaoi part isn't even a theory but a rather lame rumor and I would say that all these other ones are also quite bad takes and barely theories. You need to provide some solid evidence and connections in order to make a valid, well thought-out theory and none of these rumors/theories have that to suggest anything (Theories about the ships and relations can make sense and can be entertaining then Real Ciel being evil or at least being related to the manor attack is the only well thought-out theory here but again, I have no intention of talking shit about good/average/bad/ridiculous theories here and theories can be good or bad, but I'm just talking about those who claim certain things as facts and not just theories but don't even have evidence to back that up). Many just read certain theories, take their favorite parts from a certain theory, run with it and pretend as if they themselves came up with that shit and treat that as facts. How delusional. Also, what a shame that it's been years yet people still believe these liars and these liars are still spreading such misinformation and still clinging on to their delusions despite others proving them wrong over and over.
