When they got to warm ups the next morning, Keyleth could hardly look at Vax without blushing. Every time their eyes met, she just remembered his lips against hers and the low fluttering that stirred in her belly.

Keyleth kept her eyes fixed on her pointe shoes as she laced them up. She was determined not to give anything away to the rest of the company, especially not Vex or Percy or anyone else. But that immediately went out the window as Vax sat down on the floor beside her.

Her eyes flicked up to his. Both of them turned bright red, their minds filled with the same memories of the night before. They just stared at each other for a long moment before Vax seemed to remember himself and thrust a pile of fabric at her.

"You left this at my place." It was her favorite sweatshirt, big and comfy with the logo of her dad's studio on the front.

If possible, Keyleth turned ever redder. She took it quickly and shoved it in her bag, hoping no one would notice. "Thank you."

"Yeah, of-of course." Vax rubbed the back of his neck, "Um, have a good class." And he zipped away, back to the huddle of guys in the back of the room.

"What on earth was that about?" Percy asked, making Keyleth jump as he appeared from behind her.

Keyleth shrugged, "I just forgot it at his apartment."

"Uh huh." Percy pushed his glasses further up his nose. "You didn't come home last night."

Keyleth felt her ears burning, "I did, I just got home late and woke up early." The lie sounded flat even to her ears. She cringed.

Percy gave her a look, "You're a terrible liar."

Keyleth looked up at her best friend pleadingly, "Please don't tell anyone! We're not really sure-"

Percy waved his hands dismissively, "Don't worry, I can keep a secret. I don't think he can though." He nodded over to Vax.

The idiot was openly staring at Keyleth and when they made eye contact, a guilty look flashed across his face and he turned away immediately. Oh boy, Keyleth thought, that was going to be a problem.

There's a cool Merlin ballet that's streaming on Marquee TV (and hopefully not to disappear to the voids of space & time) They do the thing where they use Arthurian characters but make up a story, but it's pretty charming, with a neat-o dragon. marquee. tv/videos/northern-ballet-merlin

Look who’s dancing 💚

This is just a little snippet of something I’ve been working on (I was missing my ballet AU). The final animation will be around 15 seconds long and will include music! I’ve been working on it for almost two weeks and only have 5 seconds done 😆

Anyway I’m so proud of this turn!! I still have a few things to adjust but I think it’s going pretty well. It’s my first time animating a full body, this is really hard!
