In defense of resting in your masculine
First off, you can enjoy a soft life, but if you ground yourself in reality and leave out the delusions… it’s not difficult to arrive at the conclusion that in order to be free, you must be financially independent. You don’t get financial freedom by relying on your family or partners, you will need to do some type of work.
On a personal level I would rather be bound by a work contract based on law, than the free will of a parent or a partner that can change in the snap of a finger. I titled this in defense of resting in your masculine, because your main responsibility in life is you, and you need to constantly create the life you want for yourself. Quite frankly I do not think you can achieve that by repeating 50 affirmations in front of your mirror, and consuming femininity content. The same way you bash the state of being stuck in masculine energy, you should also bash this outdated mentality that you can just “protect your peace”, wear pink clothes and drink a smoothie or matcha and manifest your dream life.

Welcome, Autumn!!
Today, September 23, at 06:50 GMT, Autumn begins astronomically in the Northern Hemisphere (and, of course, Spring starts in the Southern one) with the equinox, the day when night and day have (approximately) the same length. The astronomical calendar determines the seasons due to the 23.5 degrees of tilt Earth’s rotational axis has in relation to its annual orbit around the Sun. Image taken on…

When you heal your masculine energy, you give direction and power to your feminine energy. It also helps to assert and affirm who you are. Your masculine energy supports your feminine energy in accomplishing her mission and purpose in life.

Going to hunt down the coolest oversized leather jacket for fall/winter. Spice up my jewellery collection. Get some cute lace lingerie 🥰
Bein' practically half a farmer and wearing my casual clothes in my leisure time is cool and comfy and all. But the desire to get more in touch with my own female sensuality these days has become more prominent.

Soil & Flowers
If you carry mostly feminine energy. Then you are the flower. If you are the masculine you are the soil. The masculine needs to bring bring fruitful soul so the feminine can blossom. Both energies are needed to manifest.

saw this cute instagram reel of a girl talking about her urge to buy her bf every single thing he even mentions in passing because gift giving is her love language etc and someone else commented that it's her’s too but she needed to find a different outlet because, and i quote, "it's giving masculine energy"......single-handedly ruined my day. what the FUCK are yall on? is this not just gender roles with extra steps?? if i had a bf i can assure you that man would be getting princess treatment head to toe idc idc !!

Okay, but I think dark feminine energy work very closely with the light and divine side of masculine energy. Before learning the concept of dark feminine energy and being aware that she was pushing me to transform, do shadow work, or be my authentic self, I thought it was my masculine energy directing me to those goals. And surely it was because without it, I couldn’t have go that far with courage and determination. I think dark feminine energy and light masculine energy complete each other very well. The light side of the masculine helps the dark feminine to pursue her goals of transformation and helps her feel confident in her dark feminine energy by giving her power for feminine empowerment. To be able to get to the core of dark feminine energy I had to use my light and divine feminine energy to heal my wounded ego who in the time was very much in his dark masculine energy. In return, my healed light masculine energy was now supporting my dark feminine.
It’s a harmonic dance between the dark and the light for the purpose of alignment of the self and for becoming the best and authentic version of us.
The divine feminine heals the dark masculine to become balance and whole.
The light and divine masculine encourages confidence towards the dark feminine to realize and empower herself with using her most valuable inner qualities.
The dark feminine and dark masculine help the light feminine and light masculine to awaken to their best qualities by revealing their shadow sides; where clarity and healing are needed.
Personally, I remember working on healing my ego first, my dark masculine energy, with the help of my light and divine feminine qualities. As I heal my dark masculine energy, I was bringing more and more divine masculine and divine feminine energy to the surface, which was helping me get deeper access to my inner transformation and shadow self work, my dark feminine energy that is.
Each of these energies is aiming for divine union and harmony. Ultimately, all of these energies are working together for the same purposes: the actualization, empowerment of the love/true self and its mission, to become whole and balanced.

I'm a nonbinary trans man.
Growing up, I raised myself as a boy, despite society and my former religion trying to raise me otherwise. I vehemently hated all things pink and girly. I didn't want anything that was "for girls". I consumed and internalized cartoons where the main characters were boys that seemed disgusted by girls or avoided anything "girly" at all costs. A lot of those ideals of masculinity and what a boy was "supposed" to be, I internalized that. Despite not coming out as trans until I was 20, I really protested the fact that I was a girl in a way that reflected the toxic, right-wing idea of masculinity that I observed through media and school. I said "tomboy", because I didn't have any better word for it.
After coming out socially and to myself, I realized how messed up that idea was. I started thinking about what being a masculine person really meant to me. If my inner child was really allowed to be who he was without being told "You're a girl, but girls are actually inferior, but you're stuck as one anyways even though that's not who you are inside".
And funnily enough, the first thing I thought about was the way that I love. My tender heart sparks the desire to protect and care for what I love. In the purest, most wholesome, boyish way. In the way that I would go out of my way and do anything for my beloved, to the best of my abilities. And it may end up being clumsy and imperfect and maybe while building a shelter for her, I injured my thumb with a hammer, and maybe some boards are uneven, but with my eyebrows furrowed in determination and my heart full of love, I build her a shelter nonetheless. Because I love her and want her to be safe and cared for.
Then showering my beloved with gifts because I want her to be happy and comfortable just as much as safe. Filling her water bottle and microwaving her food and running downstairs to grab the thing she forgot. Putting her shoes on for her and opening jars and lifting that heavy box or carrying the heavier groceries. All with love in my heart.
Then there's the boyish love for life. Muddy feet and stupid ideas and fart jokes. Building contraptions and throwing rocks and roughhousing. Crying and laughing when I scrape my knee because it was really funny the way I fell, but it also really hurt. And because it's okay for boys to cry. Because, in all reality, all of this is just... human.
Masculinity is simply one way to experience humanity. The tenderness of a masculine heart can move mountains with the determination it creates.
As long as we associate masculinity and discussions about masculinity and/or manhood with patriarchal, right-wing ideals or figureheads, we will never have a healthy outlook on masculinity and manhood.
This is precisely why I talk so much about trans manhood and masculinity. We need to move away from hegemonic, right-wing ideas of manhood and masculinity. To other trans people, trans men, transmasculine folk, whomever wishes to contribute to conversations about this, I think your voice matters. This, of course, applies not just to transness but also to race, sexuality, expression, and broader cultural understandings of manhood and masculinity. We need as many different voices speaking up about manhood and masculinity lest we go right back to the same patriarchal ideals that we are (trying to, at least) moving away from.
