SIDE EVENT 006.

a reminder on side-events; they are non-mandatory occasional events that your muse can choose to participate in or not.

while missing an event might mean missing out on points, be aware that choosing to take part in it could have positive or negative consequences for your muse. there is also no telling which part of the event will have consequences either since they will be tailored to make it difficult to guess what could impact your muse. while the final consequences are decided at the same time as the event is created, we will only reveal them the sunday after the deadline. so choose wisely: are you willing to make a gamble with your muse?

LEGACY FESTIVAL

spring is the season of festivals. since april, senior artists have been busy with the many festivals (universities and musicals) that run throughout the season. with their current roster being larger than ever, legacy is looking to create a whole new experience inspired by the extremely popular festival: ‘COACHELLA’. the THREE DAYS festival will begin on JUNE 12 and end on JUNE 15. a site with tents and three stages will be set up for the occasion. food trucks from various restaurants will also be set up in a resting area. various activities and merchandise will be available during the festival, but the main attraction remains LEGACY ARTISTS.

during the three days of the festival, the senior artists will perform on the main stage. alongside them FUTURE DREAMS will also take on the main stage. with little time to prepare, they will perform the songs they have been rehearsing and performing during the past months. the rest of the trainees will be performing on the two smaller stages. they have been divided between SIX different activities. the first is a FANMEETING, where trainees will sit with a host, answer question from the crowd (pre-screened) and take pictures with lucky winners. the second is a LIVE SHOW with trainees hosting it. the third is a BEAUTY PANEL with a professional makeup artist of innisfree using trainees as models, they will discuss beauty with the trainees too. the fourth is DANCE BATTLE where trainees are divided in teams of two and have to ace the most choreography of songs randomly given to them. the fifth is the same concept but as a SINGING BATTLE. the final stage is a RAP BATTLE, a mock form of show me the money form where each trainee will have to perform a rap stage.

while the festival is for fans to enjoy, trainees will also be given a few hours to attend 2 stages. safe areas for artists will be arranged everywhere so that legacy artists can enjoy activities freely. those areas will be close enough from the vip area so that fans who paid more could interact with legacy artists should they wish to. trainees are forbidden to attend stages of trainees of another gender.

here’s the detail of each day and trainees division (each stage is 1 hour):

DAY 1 (June 12)

things were going so smoothly, she was walking with yoongi one moment, having a casual conversation with him, holding his hand but she had this growing feeling in the pit of her stomach that something would go wrong that day and it sure as hell did. gunshots rang out between her gang and the rival gang who had spotted them. as jinah went to shield yoongi, she noticed that he was holding his stomach. her eyes immediately grow wide, holding onto him and sitting him down. "fuck! fuck! fuck!" she curses, pulling her gun out of the back of her shorts as her left hand holds yoongi's wound. "it's okay...it'll be okay, oppa--" her voice was shaking, but she was trying her hardest to be strong like he was always strong for her. as the men from the rival gang approached them, she pulls out her gun, momentarlily letting go of yoongi to shoot them in the head before soon both of her hands are on yoongi's stomach, trying to hold it so he wouldn't bleed out. "i love you," she says quickly, before looking over at the gang member seungri to call the ambulance, he was already on it, having almost read her mind. "don't close your eyes, okay? you can't sleep right now." she says, eyes staring into his.

clary mo, 17 — she/her. oldest of the mo kids. convinced her mom to get a cat so now she has a gray cat named cheddar. she’s the biggest girl next door you’ll ever meet. awkward, clumsy, but it’s cute. used to write one direction fanfics on wattpad.

issac mo, 16 — he/him. big awkward joke. GAMER LOL MOM CAN U BUY ME VBUCKS? does not fucking understand personal space at all. works at a starbucks which is the biggest contradiction to his personality ever. participates in yugioh tournaments.

elowen mo, 15 — she/her. eh-LO-wen. wants so be just like her mom and is considering being an actress. very fitting considering she’s already a dramakween. also thinking of being an idol. she’s very indecisive.

jwa sumi, 39 — she/her. manager for byulbit and mother to sua and sujeong and her byulbit girls. divorced. doesn’t know how to feel about her kids training because she knows how exhausting it can be. looks over them and tries her best to make sure all other trainees are safe as well.

cheon sua, 14 — she/her. "the better one” is what people call her and she feels really bad. a dance trainee under vega. very squishy.

cheon sujeong, 14 — she/her. only decided to start training because her sister did it and she constantly feels like she’s the lesser sister. a baby who jsut wants a hug. regardless, really loves her sister.

ryu namgi, 24 — he/him. single father to a four year old boy, dongju. doesn’t really know what he’s doing????!!!! but he’s trying his best. works at a restaurant as a cook, has a really tiny apartment. all the ahjumma’s that live in his neighborhood love dongju and bring them stuff to help namgi out.

joo minju, 26 — she/her. another manager for byulbit. always stressed out 24/7. no lie... she’s big dick energy.... she’s almost more like the cool byulbit aunt who your mom likes to hide from you, but she’s still strict in her own way.

natalie li, 27 — she/her. language coach for byulbit. knows korean, chinese, english & was taught japanese and spanish. sidejob as a translator and sometimes subs byulbit videos. bc her name has the same two syllables next to each other she got the nickname lili owo

eom ‘han’ hanareum, 25 — she/her. call her anything but han and you’re dead. looks like a ditz, acts like a bitch, will kill on site. arguably the most hot-headed of the byulbit security.

tanaka itsuki, 25 — he/him. a little like namgi in the sense that he’s ????? all the time. awkward and doesn’t have a lot of friends due to his lacking korean, but knows enough to know when someone’s a threat. makes origami cranes in his free time and gives them to people. don’t take him to a restaurant he’ll make one out of a napkin.

this is the yeom/pyo cousin squad!! these six adult-kids are the bane of their parent's existence, going against most of their conservative upbringing and just living the way they want to. having grown up together, they always stuck by each other at boring weddings and defended each other's likes and interests against some leering relatives. they've got each other's backs, and when counting off the things that make them grateful, the bond these cousins have is definitely one of them. they do get together once in awhile, but it's never a ritualistic thing, they respect each other's spaces but get in each other's businesses when necessary.

the pyo’s are a family of entertainers. they have been involved in the entertainment industry since the 80′s, and have been an integral part of the k-pop hallyu wave making it’s slow but steady ascent on to the mainstream american media. they’re in the industry because of family. they were born into it and haven’t had that much difficulty due to the large entertainment company they own. however, the yeom’s are a different story. even with some help from their cousins, they’ve entered the entertainment world because of their own passions, and have stayed there for that reason. the scrutiny coming from the family was and will always be expected.

info: character information, history etc. is 100% up to you, i've just set some general connections and foundations to back it up with some coherency.

yeom is the cousin on her father's side, of which most of their family still lives in seoul, south korea. he and percy/percy's sisters are the youngest cousins of their family, so they're pretty detached from their side of the family. this is the reason why he has grown up around percy's mother's side since it's only his family and percy's family that are yeom's in america.

the pyo's, on the other hand, are all third generation korean americans who's family is mostly based in california. pyo [1] and pyo [3] are siblings, coming from percy's mother's first brother.

the family is always coming around to have family dinner/picnics/etc, so they're very close and have mostly grown up in los angeles. yeom grew up with percy's mom's side, so he's close to the pyo's as well. faces are completely open just as long as they are ethnically korean and fit the age range - suggestions are simply suggestions! you're free to replace any spots with a nb character!

chae jinah and elena kang are cousins who both had grown up in the same criminal lifestyle.

jeon minki and jang yeonghui are foster brothers, both grew up in the same foster family and are extremely close and tight-knitted.

park jiyeong and kim kihyun had dated for a year and a half before mutually breaking things off, ultimately staying friends in the end.

quentin yifeng had a major crush on tristan hyuk but it had never became anything more.
