Or be made into a comic series or graphic novel trilogy. Or have another season on Adult Swim like Samurai Jack. Also these shows needs to become a series or have more seasons.

I think one of the kindest things you can do for people with various mental health struggles is just... let people back into your life after they've been absent for a while.
Making friends as an adult is so fucking hard already and isolating yourself from other people is a very common symptom of depression, anxiety, burnout, ocd, trauma, grief, etc. Which means that someone will do the hard work of recovery/healing and resurface back into a world where their previous friends have written them off because they stopped showing up.
So if you know someone where you're like "yeah we could have been better friends but they fell off the map a bit" and that person suddenly reaches out, or starts showing up to events even though you kind of forgot they were still in the group chat... well they may have been Going Through It and you don't actually have to punish them for their absence you can just be glad that they're back.

I just know in my heart of hearts that in "Star Trek" at one point, there was some moral panic somewhere on Vulcan (among the uppity sorts) because Human culture was "infecting" the local youth with their overly emotional, destructive, unproductive, frivolous, and uneducational ways.
And what was actually happening was that a bunch of Vulcan kids got really into 23rd-century "Minecraft" or something.
Small Vulcan child @ another Vulcan child: (in a tone that sounds flat to Humans but angry as hell to Vulcans) "You have compromised the optimization of my fortress. I am having an emotional urge to blow up your house... in Minecraft."

it took the internet exactly 2.3 seconds to fully erase the Jew and Romani hatred from modern day Nazi ideology and make it about hating liberals and queer people and honestly anyone who is engaging in that kind of revisionist bullshit can fuck right off and unfollow me.
The Nazis told people that disability and homosexuality were products of Jewish people existing and part of our plan to undermine their little Aryan nation and once they got rid of all the Jews, gays and disabled people would be no more. LGBTQ people were never the primary target, and Jews were blamed for all of it regardless. You cannot separate Nazism from Jew hatred and pretending otherwise is disgusting.

hey just for the record, if youā€™re on r/ao3 and keep running into these kinds of comments on bookmark related posts ā€” itā€™s not a good take. calling someoneā€™s writing ā€œslopā€ and saying it deserves criticism for being bad BECAUSE itā€™s posted publicly might seem like a nuanced take, but I promise it isnā€™t.
yes, sometimes us writers get a little too obsessed over a cryptic comment or bookmark; no, that doesnā€™t actually mean the solution is to say whatever you want in them because authors ā€œdeserveā€ your honesty. ļæ¼
I know weā€™re in a touchy time for readers and writers, but comments like these are NOT kind, refreshing, or nuanced. theyā€™re just kind of mean and discouraging.
