Animation is under attack! My union, the Animation Guild, is in the middle of negotiations with the AMPTP to gain a new contract for animation. We’re fighting against being exploited, against AI taking jobs, and the future of this industry!

On a more personal note, I am personally an animation graduate who graduated in 2021 and has not been able to get a job in animation. I am lucky enough to have a job in reprographics and a member of LOCAL ATU 241 (union strong baby!) but unfortunately a lot of my fellow graduates are struggling in the field or unable to find jobs. This is a symptom of the problem. Which is why it is important not just for us animators but also for YOU to help TAG win their fight!

Cartoon Network Shows I think that should have another season or be made into a series.

Or be made into a comic series or graphic novel trilogy. Or have another season on Adult Swim like Samurai Jack. Also these shows needs to become a series or have more seasons.

Help the Homeless Cartoons!

This December 1st, Netflix officially removed all of its Interactive specials from their platform, simply because they "weren't performing well". This includes the loss of incredible animation specials including Battle Kitty, Cat Burglar, and one of my favorites, We Lost Our Human. The fact that these interactive specials were unique to Netflix means this lost media can't easily be experienced in the same way again. It's sad and ridiculous that animators and storytellers put so much love and effort into making these shows, just to have them completely deleted by Netflix!

Please share #standwithanimation, support fair rights for animators and their shows, and cancel your Netflix description!

Seriously Netflix, screw you.
