ok okay i neeeeed o write this down and share it before i explode buT. as the title says. twins danny and dan (who im going to be calling James/Jamie bc i cannot express how much i despise the name dan) where, instead of disappearing into the ghost zone after he's separated from danny's body, Dan rips out Vlad's ghost half, tears THAT in half, and fuses one half with himself and the other with Danny.

Shit happens, and BOOM. Two morally ambiguous and perhaps slightly murderous demonic twins from hell. Daniel James Fenton and his Twin WHose Always Been Here What Are You Talking About :) James Daniel Fenton. They are both depressed, lonely, and one bad day from becoming a mass extinction event :)

After the Incident, both their appearances changed and they're practically identical to each other. Sorta. They both have heterochromia and salt-and-pepper hair. But Danny has one green eye and one blue eye and white hair with black streaks, while Jamie has one blue eye and one green eye and black hair with white streaks. I'm iving them both long hair, for funsies <3

they both use war fans while they're out, and neither of them use their ghost forms because they at least have the remaining empathy to know that they're more likely to murder someone accidentally as a ghost :). The thing about successful feedback and critique of someone's writing is that it has to take into account the author's goals, right? If the author is trying to tell a horror story there's no point giving them feedback suited to a whodunit. And like. Just speaking hypothetically here. If someone were to call a procedural drama poorly written because it didn't follow the conventions of a character-driven romance. That would be pretty silly too, right?

From a character perspective I can't fathom WHAT Rhysand's motivation/endgame was. Feyre was going to die. THE BABY WAS GOING TO DIE. Feyre's pregnancy was doomed from the begging because of the wings, and apsolutely nothing could be done. Rhysand himself was going to die. What reason did he have to hide it from his mate. To avoid making her sad? So having her bleed out confused is somehow better. He's immortal and has not had a wife or children for centuries despite being High Lord, surely he could wait a few more. The need for an heir was not urgent. Like what was the POINT does SJM not have an editor or anyone with reasonable thinking ability to advise her against this entire plot
