imo law has very soft hands, despite all the sword wielding. of course hands are a doctors most important instrument and he needs to be able to feel the slightest skin anomaly or the smallest bump. but it's mostly that hand gel is very harsh on the skin and makes it really dry, so he compensates with a lot of hand moisturizer (and hand gel hurts like a bitch on small cuts)

if you must use a protein mask/rice water for your hair i recommend using it in combination with a deep conditioner ESPECIALLY if your hair is prone 2 dryness or damaged from heat or coloring

one thing to remember when reading about native plants online is the sun + moisture recommendations will be different depending on where your source is located geographically. i just read an article authored by an atlantan on white snakeroot where it says it likes partially shaded areas, but an article from my region, new england, says it likes sun or part shade. makes sense when you consider how much hotter the south is, etc.
