Kumon: Nii-chan, look, look! I just bought a new disposable camera!

Juza: A new one....? Didn't you say you bought one the other day too?

Kumon: I used up all that film during the summer holidays!

Homare: Now that you mention it, these kind of nostalgic hobbies seems to be popular these days.

Kumon: Nostalgic hobbies?

Tsumugi: I guess it's about "retro". Feeling nostalgic and remembering things from the past and things of that nature.

Azami: Ah, that's true. Fashion often incorporates old trends too.

Tenma: My previous shoot was like that too. The background and costumes had an old-fashioned feel too them.

Chikage: It looks like old-fashioned coffee shops are popular too. I heard some new are even opening with that kind of design.

Juza: It's true that the old-fashioned desserts at those coffee shops are delicious.

Kumon: Ah! Ne, since we're speaking of retro......

Director: I'm back--. I stopped by the bookstore on my way home and got back late! Have you all had dinner?

Juza: Mhm, we ate it all.

Kumon: Did you eat yet, Director? If you haven't eaten yet, can I warm it up for you?

Director: Thank you. But I'll do it by myself later, so it's fine. I wan't to look over the book I bought earlier....

Muku: What type of book did you buy?

Director: It's a magazine that features amusement parks.

Azami: Amusement parks?

Homare: Are you planning to go to one soon?

Director: Actually, I got a job request from an amusement park, but I've never actually been to one so I thought I'd check it out.

Kumon: A request from an amusement park!? Sounds fun!

Itaru: Now that you mention it, we did a play at an amusement park for a White Day event before.

Tenma: We all even went to rebuild an amusement park in America once.

Tasuku: That's true. They were both great experiences.

Tsumugi: Things like that don't come around often, so I'm glad we have these opportunities.

Juza: So, what kind of request is it this time?

Director: Actually, I'm still checking the details of it and haven't decided whether to take it or not.

Director: If I decided to finalize it, I'll make sure to tell everyone again.

Kumon: Yeah, I'm curious! I really hope the request is accepted--.

Juza: Why, are you interested in it?

Kumon: Yeah, the play at the amusement park in America was fun too! If we were to do something like it again, I'd definitely want to participate in it this time around too!

Juza: That's true, you seemed to be having a lot of fun back then.

Kumon: Everyone's acting in the costumes was really fun, and the Tiger version of Nii-chan was just soooo cool that I got super excited!!

Juza: Is that so....

Juza: Oh! By the way, I was going to ask you this earlier, but I remembered that in the past, we once went to a retro-style amusement park with our family, right?

Juza: Ah, when we were both still in elementary school.

I was looking through my old files and found this Christmas/Winter-themed art of Azami, Ene, and Kuroha 🎄 🔔

I can't find the source unfortunately but I'm assuming it's from one of the KagePro anthologies or KagePro fanbooks considering it seems like it's from a booklet with the page photo/scan and also cuz it names the illustrator in the bottom right as Osora

I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT KUROENE HAVE "OFFICIAL" ILLUSTRATIONS??? SCREAMING THEY'RE SO CUTEEEEEEE Or at least ones in fanbooks that are approved by the official creators??? (I'm just assuming anyways)

Ok I managed to confirm that this KuroEne + Azami Christmas/Winter themed illustration comes from one of the Kagerou Daze Official Anthology Comics. The KagePro anthology comics are mainly drawn by KagePro fan-artists, but official KagePro artists, Sidu, Wannyanpuu, Mahiro Satou, and Sayuki, have also drawn stuff for the anthologies. So, these are licensed and approved by the official creators.

I need my hands on the "official" KuroEne illust so bad 🥺 🖤 💙 🫶

I managed to confirm it cuz the font that denotes the artist is the same throughout the Anthology comics.

Now the big question lies in WHICH anthology this comes from… Some of the illusts are posted on the KagePro fan-wiki, but not all of them.

Like I'll have to see if the E-books for these were ever released online, but if not, then I'll try to get my hands on physical secondhand resellings

I think I tracked it down tho. I tried looking for anthologies that おそら (Osora) drew for, so I think it could be SUMMER, WINTER, BITTER

Tho I'm not too sure, cuz not all of the anthology comics' product descriptions put the Artist list.

Trying to hunt down where the KuroEne illustration comes from so I'll just buy all KagePro anthology comics through used copies (secondhand resellings). It's go time

Since I'm not sure which one it's in, I'll get all 11 of them for cheap 🙏 Plus I also wanna scan the comics + illusts in them.

They noticed that in the KagePro: Anthology Comic KuroEne illust by Osora, Kuroha's holding a snowman with blue colours (coincidentally, the same colours that Ene's hair and eyes tend to be drawn as - turquoise and her image colour blue), so the snowman is Ene /lh

Ene is carrying a giant red presents bag with a cat sitting on it so, honestly, thinking of a KuroEne idea where Ene is the Santa who goes around giving gifts is soooo cute.

Ene: It's Christmas!!! Which means it's time for presents!!!

Kuroha: Where's my present, hm?

Ene: Put the gun away, tough guy, it's CHRISTMAS!!!

Kuroha: Oh? This one is just a toy gun, though. (<- Is he lying or telling the truth? Who knows!!!)

Ene: Bad naughty guys like you just get COAL!!! BLEH!!! NO PRESENTS FOR YOU!!! (//>~<//) (:P)

Kuroha knows how to appeal to Ene's need for praise and attention so he just "butters her up" - showers her with praise and compliments and flattery, and Ene responds like, "Yeah, yeah, yeah!!! Call me cute!!! Say I'm the cutest Santa in the whole world~ And MAYBE I'll think about giving you your present~" And pouts and crosses her arms at him in Ene's classic embarrassed tsundere fashion.

It would be cute if he kisses her (like on the cheek or the lips), and then says, "Thank you for your hard work this year, Santa~" And Ene just explodes (//O//O//) /lh

Hey, same person who told you which A3! VAs can rap, again. TY for the reply & for the Itaru 10th play N card.

In TWST, there’ll be a release of another part of Book 7 & a rerun of the Glorious Masquerade event w/ an SSR of Rolo(VA is Hiroshi Kamiya).

In A3!, I’ve been thinking about the charas who do the backstage prep. All I know is that everyone contributes to the blog, Tsuzuru writes the scripts, Itaru sometimes helps out w/ the blogging & info gathering, Chikage does the tech stuff & hacking, Citron is the ambassador of culture, Yuki sews the costumes, Kazunari designs the flyers & website & is the biggest blogger, Banri steps up as a stage director, Taichi helps Yuki sew, Omi photographs, Sakyo calculates the finances, Azami is the makeup artist, Tasuku sometimes fixes machinery, Matsukawa creates the music, Akashi handles the lighting, & Rento handles the sound.

In BLACKSTAR, all the charas perform(some act as directors) & serve the guests ‘cause they’re the waitstaff, except for Kongou ‘cause he’s actually a cook in the kitchen staff. Though Yakou is still the acting boss w/ Unei, Takami, & Kasumi providing some store management assistance (& sometimes Sinju ‘cause he wants to help & Sin), Taiga is in charge of the tech support & maintenance & is a hacker, Kei mostly makes the decisions in the store management & makes sure the performances are top quality, Heath only writes the music for TeamB, Qu was the make-up artist during 2 Summer Fest events, Ginsei wants to try script writing, & now there’s a new chara named Aogiri(青桐/Firmiana simplex/Chinese parasol tree) that can actually design the stage outfits & his VA is Taku Yashiro.

Also, Happy Birthday to BLACKSTAR’s Kei on 9/6, to A3!’s Banri & ParaLive’s Shura on 9/9, & to TWST’s Jamil on 9/12!

Hello! I didn't expect they would release Rollo's SSR, but at the same time it makes sense. I'm so glad the masquerade is coming back. This is my chance to get Idia! He avoided me back then.

It's exciting to know what the characters do aside of their actor roles in both A3! and Blackstar. This was a nice reminder about A3!'s characters side roles in MK company. A bit unrelated, but I want to see new link skills or updates of some of them soon.

Yey, September BDs!! Aah, I missed Kei's BD... I didn't recognize Haruomi as Shura for a bit, but hey, he shares BD with Banri! If I'm not wrong, Jamil's BD begins the new TWST BD card set.

I forgot to mention in TWST that the next Master Chef event will have Leona & Epel making dishes feat. milk. Also, I just realized in 2 Master Chef events where Ace & Idia cooked bell pepper dishes & where Floyd & Sebek cooked noodle dishes, their VAs were in the 2019 anime Horimiya w/ Idia’s VA playing Miyamura, Ace’s VA playing Ishikawa, Floyd’s VA playing Sengoku & Sebek’s VA playing Mizouchi. In A3!, I found out what minor roles Banri & Juza will play for their B-day cards. I was surprised that Banri’s from the South Hill Prison play & Juza’s from the Mantou Fist play.

Master Chef events are my favorites. This one has two characters I like. I'll have to do a pull to get both (´｡• ᵕ •｡`)

Wait, Idia and Miyamura share the same VA?! I knew he sounded familiar, but I didn't recognize it. I think the only one I was aware was Floyd and Sengoku.

Ooh, yeah, I saw them. I don't remember which of their roles I voted for, but I hope I can get Banri's in the BD free pull.

latest obsession: i'd say that i'm getting into honkai star rail but I think like compared to other things i've been pretty normal about it. this is gonna sound self absorbed but most of my brainpower nowadays has been dedicated to thinking abt this one fic i am very very very very slowly writing. it's just like. a bit of a complicated fic and smthing i haven't rly tackled before so i'm having a lot of fun with it and also i deeply need to be satisfied with it. i haven't done this much rigorous self editing in a while!

First impressions huh, well when I started the game I kinda got jumpscared. Because I didn't expect voices and the spring troupe to stare intensely at me being like; OHHHH DIRECTOR PLZ BLOOM US

I was like: WHAT THE FUCK ARE THOSE DUDES AAAAAAA

However let me list down by troupes:

Spring troupe: From Episode 1 I thought they were nice I kinda had beef with Masumi being so rude to everyone (I did end up appreciate his development as the story goes by tho) and I was a bit skeptical about Itaru staying but my god the story ended up soooo great. When Episode 5 happened I really disliked chikage like, I didn't get why people would like such a man and why would Izumi forgive him for the awful thing he did. But as time went by and as I ended up knowing more lore I also started to think he had some good deep inside. But the most important development in my opinion is Sakuya, I love how we get presented with a sunshine boy so full of dreams and hopes and determination to be an actor despite how he might not be the best at it. The scene where he says that Romeo is his role gave me chills... and I'm so glad that as time goes by, he seems to be more "selfish" like he knows what he wants and he isn't worried about expressing it! I'm super proud of him I hope to see even more development in act 4 :)

Summer Troupe: Episode 2 I remember that at first look I thought that Izumi's power of friendship would have great struggles working through those dudes, and Lord it was intense (ofc not as much as Aki). I disliked Tenma and was so happy to see Yuki roast him (actually I really liked Yuki's personality and I was happy to find out he was part of a troupe and he had an interesting character arc, since that when I first saw him I thought he would be more stereotypically a brat, but I'm glad I was wrong). When I saw Misumi I realized why the game has so many triangles around, and I love that tbh. However I also thought it was nice to have such different people together in a troupe, it felt like something connected them but I had yet to understand what. And after seeing all their struggles which are so different yet all bounded by a fear of being isolated I ended up loving this troupe very much as the way they bonded and became friends felt so real and close to home. They easily became my favourite troupe and with episode 6 and the addition of Kumon it just became even more obvious. About Kumon, I remember thinking he was a funny guy and I laughed at his distaste for Comedy like: oh boy I’m so sorry for you. But also it was nice to see a guy who has such a great relationship with his brother it kinda reminds me my own with my brother :). Anyway I’m glad that as usual Natsugumi shows that no matter what they will help one another with everything even their new rookie with anxious fevers. Natsugumi is the epitome of special bonds created through friendship and I couldn’t ask for anything better

Autumn Troupe: My reaction was, IZUMI MY GOD WHAT THE HECK HOW ARE YOU GONNA DEAL WITH THEM, particularly cuz of Banri I thought he was too high and mighty and didn’t like that (then I saw his reaction to portraits + his own and went: wtf man I like you?) I didn’t get why Taichi was in Autumn I thought he was too cheery for it but time teaches, never judge a book by the cover. ALSO NO WAY YUKI MENTION? WOOOOOO CAN’T BELIEVE CHILDHOOD FRIENDS ARE REAL- The portraits were such a clever touch for a troupe that seems to be so scary and serious, showing the deeper side of what they want and wish made me see them in a new light and appreciate them more (I kinda had an epiphany Banri style tbh). Episode 7 was quite funny to me cuz I went like: there is no way everyone runs away at some point (they do) I mean we meet Azami in the middle of episode 6 already but the way his own episode treats the whole situation he’s going through is so… man I need to reread all the main acts they make me insane

FUYUGUMI OR BETTER FUYUPOLY- so I saw those old men and went: oh wow boomers that’s crazy (moon they are mostly in their 20-30s) I didn’t have much thoughts on it, I liked Azuma and knew Hisoka by Gacha cards. OH BOY THEY HOLD SO MUCH STUFF AND MANKAI MYSTERIES IN THEM (and gay undertones, I see you Tasutsumu), there is so much show not tell with them in every episode in which they are involved and I find it beautiful. Also fun fact when I first saw Guy I genuinely believed they brought a cyborg in Mankai, I MEAN WE CAN HAVE A TORMENT DOLL WHY CAN’T THEY HAVE A CYBORG!? I like him tho, silly fish man that holds a lot of issues but was able to get better with his company and now owns a bar. I would also talk about Hisoka but I think this would get even longer than it already is. So yeah love every troupe

Shift: That’s the ceremony that determines the dorm that we’ll be in. I’m getting kinda excited~.

Shift: …Huh? Those people…

Haruto: Ah, those guys are from Winter Dorm.

Tsumugi: Good evening.

Azuma: Hmm, you guys must be the new freshman we’ve been hearing about.

Homare: We were doing some off-campus training today--.

Homare: We’re here to greet the potentially new Winter Dorm students.

Shift: Oh, so that’s the case! Sorry to make you go through all this trouble. It’s nice to meet you, I’m Shift Arakawa.

Madoka: I’m Madoka Ikaruga.

Tsumugi: I’m the leader of Winter Dorm, fifth-year Tsumugi. It’s very nice to meet you.

Tsumugi: Winter Dorm specializes in water magic. Many of our students are quite calm.

Madoka: I see…

Haruto: By the way, he’s also the head of the Magic Gardening Club.

Hisoka: There’s not just the courtyard, there’s a bunch of other places that are comfy places to sleep. If you’re interested, come join the Napping Club.

Tasuku: Sometimes he ends up in the most astonishing places, though…

Guy: Besides those ones, there are many other clubs at this school.

Shift: It’d be pretty fun to be in Autumn Dorm with Azami. But I think the comedy duo upperclassman from Spring dorm were pretty interesting too!

Shift: I think I’d enjoy any of the four dorms…

Shift: Actually, I still don’t feel like any of the dorms truly fit.

Shift: I actually find Haruto-sensei and the headmaster pretty interesting.

Madoka: I-Interesting…?

Madoka: (It is really incredible that Haruto-sensei and the headmaster left such an impression. But…)

Madoka: Actually… I’m really curious about those two too.

Shift: Really!? They’re both really, really cool, but also really interesting.

Shift: Anyways, I’m really looking forward to tomorrow! I don’t think I’m going to be able to sleep at all.

Tenma: Yeah. Misumi said he’d like to have a party with everyone. He also wants us to all play games and study magic together.

Haruto: As a teacher at this school, I’ll also be teaching these two fabulous magic.

Haruto: There will be times when you’ll have to study difficult techniques and practice hard, but you’ll still have to keep up with us.

Reni: Everyone, be silent.

Hyodo Bros Get A Baby Sister

Juza and Kumon's parents have a baby girl!

Kumon is both so stoked and so nervous to be a big brother. Stoked because he gets to be just like Juza, nervous because.... what if he isn't?

Azami and Tenma assure him that he doesn't have to be like Juza in order to be a good brother. That he's fine just the way he is.

They introduce her to the Summer and Autumn troupes when she's born and it's..... well.

Banri says there's no way she's cute because babies are all "ugly as balls." Juza almost decks him then and there. (Banri recinds this statement when he actually meets the newest little Hyodo, and decides he would throw hands for this tiny thumb of a human.)

She is absolutely captivated by Azami and no one can fathom why. Azami can just stare blankly at her and stick his tongue out and she'll fuckin burst out laughing.

She also instantly adores Misumi, of course. (But who doesn't?)

On the other hand, she hates Tenma and everyone finds it hilarious.

Tenma, seeing what happened with Azami: "Please, like that's so hard. I bet she laughs at everything."

She grabs onto Taichi's finger with her whole little fist and Taichi bursts into tears.

Banri: "Why're you cryin'?! Aint that supposed to be the baby!"

Taichi, crying: "I just can't help it!!"

The noise, of course, leads her to start crying. Now she's crying, Taichi's crying, and Kazunari's trying not to cry from laughing as he gets it all on camera.

Sakyo yells at them to quiet down so as not to upset her. He gets this unusually soft look on his face when he gets his turn to hold her, and he has to tell himself he doesn't want kids he doesn't want kids he doesn't--

Yuki makes a show of gagging, but can't hide his own smile when he presents the tiny dress he made for her (with little flowers, of course).

Omi spends the entire pregnancy reading a bunch of books on parenting and prenatal care. Everyone is baffled by this. (Juza: "Uhh....you do know you're not the father, right?")

It pays off when Muku inevitably worries about everything that could go wrong in the early stages of life, and Omi has a little extra knowledge to back up his assurances that she'll be just fine.

Sakoda makes sure to visit that day and joins the crying crew. He adores her immediately and respectfully refers to her as "Miss Hyodo" and "The Young Miss."

Anyway, she goes home that day with ten whole new brothers.

Are they a doodler or a writer, Mankai gang edition

Spring Troupe:

Sakuya: doodler, loves doodling small flowers in the corner of his notebooks/scripts

Masumi: writer, subconsciously writes song lyrics at the back of his notebooks during his classes

Tsuzuru: writer, usually he writes random quotes he came up with that he saves for future scripts; he ends up writing on anything, even napkins during lunch (happens very often)

Itaru: doddler, he's that one kid whose last page in his school notebooks were always filled with doodles and that S thing

Citron: doodler, likes leaving small doodles in Guy's agenda (they're on post it notes so Guy can throw them away whenever if he doesn't like it or they get in the way)

Chikage: writer, constantly tries out new handwriting styles

Summer Troupe:

Tenma: writer, he ofter subconsciouly writes quotes from his scrips on his notebooks during classes

Yuki: doodler, it's either new costume ideas or doodles of animals

Muku: writer, he sometimes writes either quotes from him fave current manga or tries out ship names (he had a fanfic phase)

Misumi: doodler, triangles everywhere in his script

Kazunari: doodler, saves them up in case he might want to come back to them later

Kumon: writer, picked up the habit of leaving Juza notes on his bedroom door/ dorm room door every morning and he still does that (Banri is not pleased)

Banri: writer, writes comebacks and swears at the back of his notebook (also replies to Kumon's notes before Juza sees them; Kumon is not pleased)

Juza: doodler, more often than not he fills the squares in his math notebook, weirdly good at doodling cupcakes

Taichi: doodler, he'll forget he's doodling in the middle of it and by the time he remembers he ends up with an actual drawing

Omi: writer, writes recipe ideas and the day's menu to make sure he doesn't cook the same thing twice in a week

Sakyo: doodler, likes doodling those houses that you do without lifting your pen

Azami: doodler, he had an eye phase (a.k.a. he used to doodle a lot of eyes)

Winter Troupe:

Tsumugi: writer, often writes dates, phone numbers and his daily schedule on the back of his hand

Tasuku: writer, we all know his scrips get so messy because of his notes that he needs a new one almost a week after he gets the first one

Hisoka: doodler, he is weirdly good at drawing faces

Homare: writer, every little rhyme he comes up with will be written down in a little notebook he carries everywhere

Azuma: doodler, he really enjoys those coloring books, but he also likes adding some personal details to them as well

Guy: writer, he has a very neat agenda, if you ignore Citron's doodles (he keeps all of them in a different notebook that he really takes care of)

A3! Project Sekai crossover because I want to

Welcome to my tumblr this is where I talk about all the things I don’t want to bother my friends with and my Instagram is themed so I have no where else

Anyways so, here’s how it would work!

Mankai books a gig at Phoenix Wonderland’s theater, but with the students on summer break and the adults having time in their schedules, they decide to bring the entire company for team building, acting, and just fun!

While there, Tenma, Sakuya, Taichi, and Kazunari all break off to explore together, but as they do so, they feel as though they are being... watched.

After some wandering and tests, looking behind their backs and all that jazz to see what was going on, Misumi comes up behind them, dragging a red and yelling Tsukasa by the hand and just shouts

“I saw this guy following you all, so I brought him here! I think he wanted to be out friend!” Cause he’s Misumi and we love him.

So Tsukasa goes on this whole thing of “it’s unfair why did they hire an acting troupe form Vuledo when the wondershow is right here to act instead we sing and stuff we have me and that makes us 100X better. Yadda yadda yadda.”

Finally Tenma speaks up and is just “... who are you?”

Well the other Tenma is obviously offended cause of course he is, and is like “come to our show at this time today and you’ll see how much of a star I am!” Cause yeah

So the show is later in the day, after Mankai is supposed to have left, but Sakuya is like “we promised!” Cause he’s baby so they get the legend himself Homare to drive them because we know he and Rui have to meet.

So they arrive and go to the spot listed and just see a bunch of kids and their parents. So they sit and watch the show and are like

“Oh wow! This is pretty goo- okay now there’s lasers, explosions... what was the plot aga- oh my gosh it’s a robot.” And honestly they’re all just flabbergasted

Except Homare who is writing everything down as inspiration for his next poem.

So the show ends and WxS goes out to meet with Mankai, (sans Nene, they get Nenerobo instead) and Tsukasa is bragging about how great they were because of course

Emu is just really happy people came to see their show, especially people who she considers profession actors

And Rui is being Rui, there really is no other way to describe what that man does.

Anyways that’s all I have Uhh

Muku + Azami headcanons

It’s my first time writing a rareship but I had so much fun! These two are just so precious, I love them to pieces. Please enjoy! 💕

This ship is basically nonchalantic innocence meets bubbly dreamland and is gorgeous.

Azami might not get why Muku likes reading shojo so much, but while he can feel he’s going to hell just from hearing all the indecent things his boyfriend has read... he won’t judge too much overall.

Muku likes them and they are important to him, so now they are important to Azami too within certains limits of course

Others are not extended the same courtesy though, a.k.a Sakyo

Both of his personalities are pretty calm and chill so whenever they go on dates it’s all about walking around Veludo to shop for make-up and books, visiting animal cafes or just staying at the dorm in each other’s rooms.

Muku adores listening to Azami’s voice. He also discovers Azami tends to hum whenever he’s in a good mood so the summer troupe member will usually peak over the manga he’s reading, his heart skipping a beat at the soft sounds.

I also feel like Azami is not really one to expect praises out of nowhere, so when Muku starts compliment him -as the ball of sunshine he is with no filter whatsoever-.

“...Need something?”

“Oh,no! I was just thinking I really love your eyes Azami-kun, they are  beautiful!”

Azami can never anticipate those and becomes an absolute mess.

On a similar note I don’t think Azami is a looks person as much as he is a personality person, but he can’t deny just how pretty Muku is?? 

Everyone in Mankai can see his eyes softening while unconciously staring at the pink-haired helping Izumi with the dishes or laughing at Misumi’s antics and it’s so blatantly clear how in love he is.

Kisses are too much for Azami’s heart at the beginning of their relationship though, maybe a peck on the cheeks in private but he’s NOT a pervert okay??

The first time Muku ever reached out to held Azami’s hand, boy swore his heart stopped.

“Wha-! A-at least wait until we are married dammit!”

“R-right, I’m sorry! I just thought that- um, your hands always look so soft b-but of course my hands are sweaty and they-”

Before he finishes, a pinkie intertwines with his. Muku has never seen the boy’s ears in such a red color “Azami-kun?”

“Just don’t look at me, okay?. God this is so...”

After the initial shock, Muku squeezes back giggling. 

Later that night, both are still glancing at their own pinkies in their respective rooms and im soft about it.

Of course the whole yakuza family knows Muku by now wouldn’t expect less and you better believe that boy will be protected for life. The Sakisaka’s also adore Azami who brings them the best skin products choosen with the utmost care.

Muku asking opinion to Azuma, Yuki and Sakoda gift ideas for Azami for being always so attentive but he’s so lost.

CDs?? Make up? ah, but make up is expensive, and what if he already has them or worst what if he hates them or-

In the end he makes wool felt dolls of them with Omi’s help. 

“A-as I thought it’s really childish, right? I’m sorry I should have just-!”

“Are they for me”

“Uh?”

“The dolls” Azami takes the one that looks like Muku and glances at the young boy.

“Oh! um- yeah!”

The dolls are now sitting next to each other in his desk and NO ONE is allowed to touch them.

Anyway, Muku going starry-eyed whenever he sees Azami’s skills in action.

Also, whenever Azami gets injured or he just genuinely feels tired from rehearsals, Muku takes his hand unconsciously and places a kiss on it and Azami becomes a blushing mess right away.

But in general Muku knows just how reserved Azami is in the romantic aspect and won’t push him out of his comfort zone until he’s comfortable.

Still, Azami will be more likely to show PDA if he senses Muku needs a comforting presence, tiny kisses in his forehead are a must.

All in all it’s a quiet and slow love, but neither of them would change it for anything.

Extra!

Azami had never been good at showing his feelings, or at least that’s what he heard from others since he was young- deadpan face was it?- he didn’t remember much.

Reality though was quite the opposite. He always seemed to feel too much, respond too quick in waves of emotions. His determination and strong fuse if pressed wrongly often gave him troubles so he opted to lay low, or at least, that was before he entered Mankai.

And then- god, then there was Muku, who had amplified those feelings beyond what he thought it was possible.

Much to Azami’s own surprise due to their evident views on love and its approach, the pink-haired boy had become someone who was eager to learn everything about him, who accepted both the good and the bad. Someone who accepted his passion and pride.

“Azami-kun, you are amazing!”

Of course he had fallen in love.

It was a fuzzy feeling whenever lights were out for the day and Azami still got messages from the young summer member, even if they had said their goodbyes half an hour ago before heading to their respectives rooms. It was the Muku who started them most of the time, usually to rant on him about the last story he was reading in a failed attempt to warm Azami up towards that hell of a perverted genre, but he would lie if he said he hadn’t gotten used to them.

His phone vibrates, a light signaling a new message once again.

What do you think, won’t you consider it? It’s one of the best I’ve read!

Azami rolls his eyes, but there’s a fond smile on his face. His thumb scrolls down softly over the five continuous paragraphs -new record, he also noticed- that consisted the review of Muku’s manga before texting back.

Already told you. Just find me one where there’s no kissing, holding hands or any of that perverted stuff you and that shitty old man enjoy and then I’ll read it.

He could practically visualize the pout forming on Muku’s face as he read his response.

But that kind of shojo manga isn’t romantic at all!

He chuckles. Being in a relationship before marriage was something he had swore wouldn’t happen to him. But his feelings for Muku were real, and he wouldn’t changed them for the world.

Checking the time, he saw it was getting late- they shouldn’t cut more hours for their skin to rest. He was about to write back to notify Muku of his plans to go to sleep when he saw an audio. Turquoise eyes frowned as he tilted his head confused. Muku had never sent him audios before, mainly because they saw each other every day.

He laid back, resting his head on the pillow and clicked on it, vaguely curious.

There it was, that characteristic bubbly voice Azami had learned to distinguish, quieted down probably to not bother Kazunari. Just what-?

“Sweet dreams, Azami-kun”

He definitely jolted and quickly turned to Sakyo’s side, containing his breath until he noticed the annoying snores from his bed. All compose had left him in those three seconds the audio lasted, and Azami swears his chest did a backflip on its own. 

“What the hell...?”

Muku really wasn’t aware of the weigh of his own words.

He stares at the phone, his mind registering what had just happened. Then, as if in a trance, he’s barely aware of his actions before his finger presses the audio again- just one more time.

“Sweet dreams, Azami-kun”

One more time.

“Sweet dreams, Azami-kun”

One more time.

“Sweet dreams-”

One more time.

He could feel the sound of his smile over the phone. The way he drew out his name, so full of affection. His tone was warm and light, and how was he supposed to sleep now, Azami didn’t know.

Groaning, the autumn member covers his face with the back of his hand. Shit, he’s so embarrassed he can feel the heat growing on his cheeks and ears.

He rolls on the bed, taking a quick glance at the few photos of Mankai Omi gave him once to decorate the empty wall. A special warmth showers Azami when he makes contact with those purple eyes, always gentle. They looked back at him with a softness he had rarely encountered before and a smile that made his heart once again leap on his chest.

Oh, he was so done.

“He’s gonna kill me…he’s gonna fuckin’ kill me…”

And yet, he played it once again.

How quickly the plot thickens. it’s really that meme of someone getting pizza only to find the house on fire. Except the theatre is on fire. And the dorm is getting repossessed.

Seriously, Amadate is implied to have background checked everyone and still seem oblivious that he just made enemy of yakuza, gangster, Chikage and also middle eastern royals.

How Kabuto tries to be discreet and even using voice changer but got found out after first talk with Shu.

Before they part, everyone offers to house Sakuya, including Chikage. Makes it even funnier because Sakuya refused him and instead Hisoka asked to stay with him.

In Hisoka’s own words, Chikage’s look of shock and horror was unforgettable. 

Sakuya’s whole journey to find himself. How many hc got broken here? 

He’s not scholarship student, his aunt paid for his fees in Hana high. He chose not to go to college because to him, he can get experience and everything college can provide from everyone else in MANKAI, and he wanted to work quickly to repay his aunt for the expensive private school fees. 

If you didn’t cry when he introduced himself and asks to be considered family only to be turned down, you’re either a liar or a heartless person

Sakuya’s whole story. He’s tough as nail, but that makes it even more painful to read his parts. He idolized Amadate so much and turns out he destroyed his home

Amadate, to Sakuya : That fire was a good thing. Hyakka troupe’s name soared after the event got to the news. And thanks to it, someone promising ended up interested in theatre Amadate : proceeds to burn the theatre

Banri’s sis : you seem better these days Banri’s sis : it’s disgusting Banri : Why?!

Everyone’s imagination as to what they’d be if they hadn’t joined MANKAI

the nature skill mostly encompasses her extensive knowledge of plants. her survival skill comes from her years at summer camp, where she idolized this one counsellor who was really into wilderness survival.

all of this is very useful because sometimes when i’m stuck on the details of a scene (usually details that don’t have a big impact on the bigger plot), i roll dice to determine what happens and can add their modifiers and bonuses. also just because it’s super fun to think of my wip as a dnd campaign lmao.

the other day i came up with, what i think is, a funny and great idea for an a3! american community college au fic, but i don’t think i have the mental strength to see it through. the last long fic i cared about was started in 2015 and i haven’t touched it since january 2018.

idk i may just write little ideas and scenes and keep them in a compilation, but i’d really like to flesh out the au more. but honestly, this is basically me vicariously living the toxic lifestyle i’ll never have through this au.

The working title is “vlog2/26” and I plan to make it a tsuzuru-centric tsuzuita fic

for reference, this story takes place during the school year of 2018-2019 in a fake little town I called Byles Ridge, Pennsylvania. I based it heavily off the city I live in. It’s a shitty northeastern suburb near Philly with a community college five minutes away from my house. In this au, most of Mankai  are Asian-Americans attending or working at Byles Ridge Community College. In my characterization, they all act like typical American gen z kids or millennials, if not slightly exaggerated. My main inspiration was the fic, now book, 006. I also drew inspiration from Community and my real life

Tsuzuru: “I’m atheist, but everyday I thank god that I wasn’t born British, ‘cause I don’t know how I would’ve handled having to pretend that Mr. Brightside is a good song.”

Tsuzuru: Being friends with Masumi sucks because it means that he’ll refuse to give anyone the aux. I’ll admit, Masumi can have good music taste. He introduced me to a lot of new artists on his “going to Taco Bell” playlist, but when he’s in a pissy mood, he’ll exclusively play XXXTentacion and now I know all the lyrics to Sad! and that’s not the person I want to be.

Masumi: “Sakuya, what the fuck is The Prince of Denmark. I talked up Miss Tachibana about Romeo and Juliet and said I was a big Shakespeare fan, then she started reciting old English.”

Sakuya: “Tsuzuru, are you okay? You look like you’re having another Michael in the Bathroom moment.”

Sakuya- Cherry Blossom! Not only is it his signature flower, but its a sweet, calming scent!

Masumi- forget me not! forget-me-nots represent true love and the smell of them is strong yet sweet!

Tsuzuru- coffee, and sweat, yes ik it sounds gross. but considering his diet is mainly coffee on those long nights (and I doubt he would shower if he's on a time crunch)

Citron- sandalwoodsandalwoodsandalwoodsandalwoodsandalwood- yes, sandalwood. idk why but sandalwood just reminds me of something regal or fAnCy, and citron fits that as well.

Itaru- some of that mildly expensive cologne for work (and a musty smell for when he's busy ranking in an event his best girl is in)

Chikage- yk those people who smell like spices? Yea that's chikage but probably 10x stronger

Tenma- some of that good stuff yk? he's already bad at managing money just let him smell nice, but it is pretty strong

Yuki- WAS THAT WARM VANILLA BITCH WE ALL HATED IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, he probably still is, we just love him now

Muku- he's that one softie that smells like coconut we all love yk? like its just so fitting for him!

Misumi- okay yall know when it just stopped raining and you go outside? yes, he has an earthy smell, but its a pleasant one!

Kazunari- citrus! he’s that bitch we all know and love so why not give him a nice smell, perfect for making him more approachable!

Kumon- I honestly believe he smells like he just worked out yk? But its mixed with like axe body spray or old spice, so its not that bad but might be a little suffocating

Banri- old spice, you can't change my mind okay? we all know he's that douchebag at school who smells like old spice

Juza- this sweet boy needs a sweet smell! so vanilla! he most likely picked it up hoping it would make him more approachable but sadly people are still intimidated by him

Taichi- AXE BODY SPRAY YOU CANT CHANGE MY MIND!! HE LOWKEY THINKS THAT THE LADIES ARE INTO IT- NO TAICHI STOP IT’S ONLY SUFFOCATING THEM!!!

Omi- I have a feeling he would smell like leather! but it's not very strong but the smell is pleasant!

Sakyo- I have a feeling it's a strong smell yet comforting, like those smells you can't pinpoint on what it is but its somehow comforting

Azami- Eucalyptus! It's great for the skin AND it smells good!

Tsumugi- willow water! its a nice floral smell but it has a bite to it. kinda like how tsumu seems all innocent like a flower and then you get the bite and find out he's a kinky bitch

Tasuku- DEGREE DEODORANT- not only does he look like a stick of it, but the fact he does sports fits well with it

Hisoka- mint or hot choccy! mint because he looks one and it sounds good with marshmallows, and hot choccy bc it also goes with marshmallows!

Homare- those book smells- I think those book smells, whether old or new, fit better because of how many books he has and how much time he spends with them

Azuma- Lavender! as it's his job as a professional cuddler he probably would smell like lavender as its a very calming smell!

Guy- I have a feeling jasmine would fit him best, its a gentle smell, and would match his calm appearance he has most of the time
