This is amazing... catboy selever with Really Well Done clothing... he belongs in a musical now istg XD

The right selever is really good, I keep looking at it. I love how naturally his ears blend in with his hair, and how his original shirt's *bow* is much bigger, how his sleeves are all flowy like his hair.. (also for his pants). Also I like the increased pencil pressure on the clothes and ear and hair. I know the face is sensitive to draw, but more pressure on, say, his eyes I think would make his face stand out more, as it's an important feature!

He deserves a huge tail, absolutely.

The selever on the left has a perfect pose for him- snarky and playful with his ears bent back- only the perspective is kind of wonky xp It's great seeing you experiment with new poses though! His hair is very floofy here too :3

These would easily be Akumas. They are the men's fashion of 2022-

So, jokes about Gabriel aside, I see a lot of those pieces less as something genuinely to put in your wardrobe and more like. Wearable art pieces.

Not that fashion isn't art anyway. But the entire vibe is more like a sculpture made of fabric that people can put on.

Carme Ruscalleda is the female cook in the world who has been awarded the most Michelin stars: a total of 7.

Born in 1952 in Sant Pol de Mar (a small coastal town in Barcelona Metropolitan Ambit, Catalonia), she came from a family of farmers and started working in her family's shop, which was a butcher's. There, she started preparing ready food for take away, and developed her passion for cooking.

In 1988, she and her husband opened their restaurant Sant Pau in their hometown Sant Pol de Mar. Their mix of traditional Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine with avantguarde and creative cooking brought them great success and recognition. In 2004, she opened a Sant Pau restaurant in Tokyo (Japan). She has also written many recipe books for both professionals and non-professionals.

Nowadays, she is considered one of the most innovative cooks in the world and is the woman who has been awarded the most Michelin stars. Last week, the University of Barcelona made her Doctor honoris causa in recognition of her work.

Jesus, this is powerful.

Individually these panels are pretty good, but together they paint such a holistic and touching view of this character that it's too good to be real.

Panel 1 is the persecutor dynamic that's pretty common for multiple dudes, and often is recreated from dynamics that they've previously encountered. In this case the dynamic is; fighting from the war that Fliqpy was probably split off to handle so Flippy didn't have to. Expressed both externally, and in both this image and Double Whammy, internally. This is pretty accepted cannon.

The panel below veers from canon and into something beautiful- an acknowledgement from both parties of the nature of their relationship. Although it's murderous, violent, cruel, Fliqpy is a protective figure to Flippy. Flippy hugs his counterpart's chest, upset and with some discomfort (looking away), but still receiving a fundamental level of security. Fliqpy stands upright with blood on him (notice Flippy is clean) and with a hand on Flippy's shoulder. He is keeping him safe in his own war-viewed, destructive way. It's the Big Brother Instinct trope rolled into one guy! He just looks really good here too ngl. Protective figures are defo hot.

Anyways The top right panel is fantastic because as Somerandomvoir said "I like how it implies his sane self is more freaky in bed lol" I also like how sexuality is brought up at all with multiple guys. I mean, fellas, is it gay to have another guy in your head that does unspeakable things on the reg to keep you safe? Flight Club definitely thinks so, just replace safety with authenticity maybe.

"We 👏Need 👏 More 👏 Headmate 👏 Sex!"

Meanwhile… The bottom right panel is heartbreaking. Both are at head level, looking directly at each other with some kind of beam sticking through both their chests. I think the beam represents their shared trauma. They are being hurt by the same bar, in the same chest. All the asymmetrical dynamics fade away and they now see just the un-negotiable pain and the split that came from it. It's a mirror up to whats fundamentally going on with this character.

But they aren't looking at the bar, they're looking at each other. Flippy is crying and Fliqpy is distraught too. After all they've been through, the fighting, the hurt, the sex, they are now fully confronting the fact they are splits of the same mind. Seeing the tragedy that they got hurt so bad that they ended up as this. That this other person is you, but just another part of you. Fliqpy sees a crying, naive thing in pain. Flippy sees a battle hardened soldier having something breach his shell and affect him deeply.

They see their situation and grieve in shared understanding.

They are in this together. Separate, but together.

10) Sonic 3D Blast (Genesis). My absolute favorite OST on the Genesis, since the game came out so late in the console's lifespan it has some excellent sound quality and complex tracks. Volcano Valley 2 and Boss 1 my absolute beloveds <3

9) Sonic CD (US). I played CD with this OST first so it's almost nostalgic for me. I feel the dreamy, alien quality of the tracks is underrated, and the Bad Future themes are outright nightmarish. Not fun to blast in your car, but certainly atmospheric. Stardust Speedway Good Future is a little gem IMO.

8) Sonic CD (JP). The complete opposite of above :P super fun, avantguarde tracks that fit CD's wackiness. What can I say? It's an iconic OST. I can never decide on my favorite, so for now I'll say Quartz Quadrant and Palmtree Panic Bad Future :P

7) Sonic 2 (Game Gear). Yeah. Hear me out. I love this OST. I am not deterred by the 8-bit quality. There is not a single track from this game that I dislike (but note that I specified the GG version, not the MS version). The boss theme and Scrambled Egg live in my head rent free.

6) Sonic Heroes. It has an unique style that for me sits right between SA1 and 3&K, fitting as the game is pretty much a 3D Classic game. Peppy and fun and sadly overshadowed by its older sibling, Mystic Mansion is one of Hataya's finest works for me.

5) Sonic Mania. I really don't know how to judge OSTs half made of remixes, but not only a good chunk of those remixes elevate the original tracks, but the actually original tracks are fantastic. Tee Lopes is a welcome addition to the sound team <3 I mean. He composed one of my absolute favorite extra level themes, Egg Reverie!

4) Sonic Colors. This OST feels "fresh", for lack of a better word, and I feel that Ohtani and Tokoi together are a great team. I never played Colors myself, but its music just puts a smile on my face <3 Another OST I just cannot pick a favorite from... so get all three acts of Planet Wisp because man is that level just beautiful.

3) Sonic Unleashed. A game about exploring the world cannot not have a rich OST. Again, I am at a loss for words to describe what makes this soundtrack so alluring. I'll just say that Jungle Joyride Night is one of my favorite tracks in the whole series.

2) Sonic Adventure 1. Call me biased :P but this game's OST is phenomenal. Exceptional variety, and some of the best tracks Jun Senoue composed. I even came to appreciate the dated MIDI sounds lmao. And yet, Fumie Kumatani's contribution is not to be ignored, because for some reason, of all the rocky tracks, my favorite one is Tricky Maze.

Sonic '06. Everything that I love about SA1's OST, '06 takes it and elevates. It has better instruments, it has richer compositions, the same amount of variety, and overall the direction feels like the direct evolution, just more... movie-like? Intense? You can tell that this is the first OST with Ohtani as a sound director. I feel so many emotions with this one. Technically my favorite track (medley, actually) is Crisis City, but End of the World is something special for me.

INFRALOCUS - Els 90 a Girona - és un projecte obert d’arqueologia cultural contemporània. «Obert», perquè no pretén ser exhaustiu ni definitiu. La manca d’iniciatives destinades a posar en valor la bigarrada activitat (contra) cultural a la Girona d’aquests anys (1985-2005) justificaria, per ella mateixa, l’intent d’esbossar-ne un retrat provisional. Els autors, els espais i les iniciatives presents a la mostra són, en aquest sentit, intercanviables. «Arqueològic», perquè rastreja el passat (recent) a través de les seves restes materials, però també immaterials. Una de les principals característiques d’INFRALOCUS és que ha recollit, en forma de converses/entrevistes, la veu d’alguns dels principals actors culturals d’aquell període. «Cultural», en sentit ampli: INFRALOCUS aposta per substituir el concepte de «contracultura» o el de «cultura alternativa» pel de «cultura expandida». La idea, en el fons, recuperaria el vell somni de les avantguardes de fusionar l’art i la vida. «Contemporani» perquè parlem d’un període històric ben delimitat. INFRALOCUS explora les darreres raneres de la postmodernitat. L’empatx de postestructuralisme francès, o la seva mala digestió, es tradueix en el pessimisme característic de la generació que va viure l’ocàs de les utopies després del maig del 68. Al mateix temps, però, la generació nascuda als anys setanta (postfranquisme) portaria a la pràctica un reviscolament del pensament utòpic en forma d’activisme polític (feminisme, LGBTI, ecologisme...) o d’expansió de l’esfera cultural, sobretot, en l’àmbit de la música electrònica i urbana. ¿No sabeu quina transcendència positiva representa per a la ciutat donar suport a la creativitat en art? Ignoreu el paper cultural, social, econòmic i polític de les avantguardes? Ho menyspreeu?

Estic molt desencantat i trist amb aquest fet
