Charles is working hard for credit at a magical shop. What could he possibly be buying to give to Edwin in their cozy bedroom?

While the Dead Boy and Alive Girl Detectives are on a case in a house set to be demolished, Niko finds a letter that unearths a great deal of emotions for them.

When a ghost comes in with a case, the boys disagree over whether or not to help. It might be the thing they need to get them on the same page.

Edwin is repressing many many feelings for his college best friend, Charles. He has no intention of saying anything. And then he does, without realizing.

A new client arrives at the agency, but he only speaks polari. Fortunately, Edwin understands. Charles makes some discoveries.

At first Charles didn't speak Urdu at all. He'd grown up in a world where being different, sounding different could be a death sentence. Fuck, it was his death sentence. The point was, he trusted Edwin, ‘course he did, but Edwin was… Well, Edwin was white.

The figure stops sobbing, looks up, and god that’s so much fucking blood. The right side of Edith’s face is drenched in blood, her hair (curled loose around her face for once) is matted with it, but fuck if Edith isn’t still the most stunning thing that Charlie has ever seen. Her light eyes frown. “Lottie?”

charles and edwins disguises look so married and now I can't stop thinking about some random guy trying to connect with charles in his disguise over 'I hate my wife' jokes and charles goig on a wild tangent about how much he loves his wife and how she's his favorite person in the world

Charles Rowland was born with a scarred-over soulmark. That wasn’t so remarkable in and of itself, although modern advancements in hygiene and medicine meant that it was more and more unusual by the time Charles was born in 1973. It was rare. It meant that Charles’ soulmate, the one person in the world most suited to him, had died before Charles had even left his mother’s womb.

only ever seen it in a few fics but i love love LOVE spidey using deadpool as like. sensory toy. like wade is so LOUD in every aspect---hes chatty and dramatic and perpetually smells like gunpowder and has extremely textured skin and like idk i just think mr peter heightened senses autismo parker would like have a field day with all that. cant be overwhelmed by the texture of your clothes if your feeling your bfs interesting skin!

You know those posts that go around saying how important it is to reblog art?

Same is true for fic.

Even if it's not 100% your cup of cocoa, it may be just what someone else wants. I've found so many great authors and stories from other people reblogging their things!

I know it's a bit more challenging, because you can't always read something right away and you can't totally rec something you haven't read, and then finding the post about it again is a nightmare. But. If it's an author you like, or it's a story concept that looks neat, reblog! Maybe add a "[author] is great!" or "this looks neat!" tag.

It's so helpful, especially for less well known writers and especially in a super prolific fandom like GO where it's literally impossible to read even a fraction of what gets posted.

I am today years old when I learned that some ao3 tags, whether it only gained 3 separate uses or has a ton of people using them, can't be filtered because the volunteers haven't wrangled them yet (made them filterable, or "canonize" the tags, according ao3's support and feedback page)... I'm kinda mind-blown by the whole process and how they still need humans to gather every tags before squeezing them into a single term, ngl :o

It's bladefly but I'll check it out if I can for sure, the writing in the comic was great even if it's not ot4. Really I've read a bunch of bladewolf too. And kafblade. I like Blade. Was that obvious? Surely not.

Oh boy, Furina... Both her and Hu Tao suffer from an unfortunate case of being the literal boss of their respective guys, but because they're short women (bonus for having a flat chest as well), boom - the daughter beam hits without fail. As a short flat adult woman myself, it irks me a lot. The day fandom stops making assumptions about characters based on their appearance and then treating them as canon... It's still far off, isn't it?

Having never fully watched Avatar: The Last Airbender in my childhood and only decided to binge watch the show right before final exams lately, I am pleasantly surprise that my first fic I've ever read from ATLA fandom, my Lyre of Muse, my tunnel flashlight, my torch bearer to Zukka is not a spicy one like it used to be with other ships from other shows, but a not-yet-completed, angsty, heart-wrenching soulmates AU work of fiction. Yes, I am talking about THE not-yet-completed, angsty, heart-wrenching soulmates AU one.

So I'm hopping on the bandwagon to find more fics in order to heal my soul from crying too much over 18k words of nothing but overwhelming sadness and crisis 😃

I’ve always kind of wanted to write my own twst event, like ghost bride or beansfest, so this little valentines bit is a lot of fun trying to format around since I’m trying out new styles and such! ((: it might have to be a little late bc there’s like a L OT of writing, each chapter ive tried to have at least 3-4 esque paragraphs minimum, which is already one chapter = 1/3 to 1/2 the length of a normal fic -> and these take a few hours to days. i really tried my best to release it all at once in a single post instead of being a tease like the game having to wait for part two. [writing progress]

however it is gonna be really long at this point. im no joke twenty paragraphs into the fic and ive only begun writing about two characters parts finished✌️if it gets TOO long then i’m probably gonna have to split it into multiple parts to make it easier, but likely release them a few hours apart (might be longer i hate being the man who spam clogs tags) so i don’t spam the twst x reader tags. i’m not going to force my viewers to have an eye bleed because i don’t know what formatting is.

gonna try my best to get it out on time though! ��� right now i’ve made it to about chapter 3 in the word count screenshot,, and yeah i’m probably gonna have to be released with chapter 1-6 first, depending on how much longer the word count gets to be. i normally h a t e the :read more: line because it ruins my writing by repeating or deleting paragraphs but i just hope it doesn’t mess up this time;;

good lord, that fanfic. it's a legend of it's own. I remember being just floored when I found out a friend of mine's friend was the one who re-uploaded that story to Fanfiction.net when it got taken down for being so... Beyond words, shall we say. Anyhow, she re-uploaded it, and provided us endless hours of amusement.

Friends and I in highschool used to laugh ourselves sick taking turns seeing who could read it out loud the longest with a straight face. I'm not sure I'm proud of the fact I excelled. The contained laughs were painful.

New fanfic experience: reading a well written, well characterised fic only to be slammed out due to their bizarre name choice for the characters new baby.

Thousands of words about the development of the pregnancy and all this hinting and building suspense for what they're going to name them; how it's so beautiful and meaningful and special. And it's?!?! Fucking Brynleigh Grace. What in the American White Woman?

Sould have seen this nonsense coming when they said "he’d made sure to purchase non-pasteurized" regarding cheese for a pregnant woman 🙄
