In Australia, theres a kinder-surprise like toy series called "Yowies" (Said how you expect). However, nearly all their included toys are animals. This series is Baby animals and I got a baby toadfish.

This is also a bit of a culture query, cos these are all in my house so I genuinely cook with these all (except chicken salt, that's been in my cupboard for ages)
But I'm not from the USA and most people here are, so I wonder if that's similar! Maybe your cupboard is identical to mine. Maybe we use the same stuff but call it something else. Maybe USA has a different relationship with pre mix spices and you use none of it. Maybe you've never heard of pre mix spices. I dunno. That's why I'm asking!
I use plain herbs and spices as well. Especially when making a complex meal I'll do it myself. But I use pre mixes other times, so I'm voting. Voting for a pre mix doesn't mean you don't also use paprika! If you genuinely have no pre mixes in the kitchen tho, then hell yeah, tell me!
Also, I know I haven't listed everything in the world. One, that's impossible. Two, this is a bit of a culture thing so I just checked my kitchen and used those. This selection is representative of me only
(you don't have to be from the USA to vote, obvs, we just all know that's how the results will end up. Please tell me about your spice mixes in other countries!!)
Morrison spice blend: Pepper, tumeric, ginger, cardamom, parsley, salt
Chinese five spice: Star anise, cinnamon, clove, fennel, Sichuan pepper
Chicken salt: Salt, chicken stock, garlic, paprika, pepper, onion, celery
Gluhwein gewurz: Orange peel, cinnamon, lemon peel, star anise, hibiscus, clove
Chimichurri: parsley, garlic, oregano, vinegar, chilli, salt, pepper
Za'atar: thyme, cumin, coriander, sesame seeds, sumac, salt, chilli
Garam masala: coriander, cumin, cardamom, cloves, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg

desperately need to forcibly beat the terra nullius out of how people on this website talk about Australia. you fucking cannot be saying shit like "oh everyone lives on the coast because it's the only habitable bit" in full seriousness.
doubly so for how everyone acts like indigenous tasmanians don't exist anymore. even fucking UNESCO said that shit for like 40 years and only got rid of it recently.

Bitching at chan of all people about tour dates is lowkey funny because when he says "stray kids everywhere all around the world" I actually believe him. like if he was in charge I think he would truly be trying to perform... everywhere tbh. He'd probably go perform for penguins in antarctica just to say he did it. He's not in charge, though. It's not up to him.

Welp! Guess my queue ate all my posts!
Anyway! Heres a staple of Australian Nightlife, the Grey Headed Flying Fox! We commonly call them fruit bats, due to their diet being made up of mostly Fruit and Nectar!
An interesting fact for you! Australia is free of traditional Rabies (Another important reason we are so careful about transporting pets) but we do have ABLV or Australian Bat Lyssavirus which has on occasion been spread to humans.

“Since 2019 I have endured six workplace investigations because of my advocacy and research on abortion and in every investigation I have been cleared of misconduct,”
Howe stated that she had endured six separate workplace investigations since 2019 regarding her pro-life research. She was found innocent of misconduct in each case, including the most recent investigation launched at the beginning of the year, which determined she was innocent of any breach in the Australian Code for Responsible Research.
Seems universities really don’t like when you conduct research on abortion if it’s not going to swing in favor of the pro-abortion stance.

Anya Taylor joy is microscopic it’s kinda funny how she passes as a boy in this I think the only way she has survived in this setting is that you would need a microscope to see her. Her character is also wicked smart though. It doesn’t help that she’s standing next to some kind of former SAS looking human bulldog that guy looks like he experiences lockjaw

Out of Context Archaeology Quotes - Skeletal Edition
You cant rely on wisdom teeth to do anything at all
Sometimes you look at a skeleton and you’re like ‘oof that not good’ (said with absolute respect by one of my lecturers in an archaeology of health and disease class (absolutely fascinating 10/10 loved))
in true academic form why use ‘fall’ when you can use ‘vertical deceleration event’ (About Lucy, and now lives in my mind rent free)
if you didnt have these joints you would just be *dramatic sigh* a pile of wet noodles
if you're a female and an adult your bone density is going to be TRASHED
there is a category called "fragmentary remains" this is... not ideal
"Yknow this area kinda looks like Lake Mungo" "no, no, no, no, no, no, you're not allowed to say that. Somebody already said the 'B word' on site. You're not allowed to think that"
[30 minutes earlier] "It really does look like the kind of landforms that have a lot of burials present" *6'3 archaeologist gets tackled the 5' one for making such comments*
ALWAYS remember that these were, and still are, people
