Audhild: Would bring Karlach. They would the exciting rides or exploring. Overall enjoyin life. The only problem they would face is them not fitting in small boats and their horns catching because of their heights.

Aoide: Is good inclined so she probably wants to let go in this weeklong vacation and make some chaos but still be productive. Minthara would be perfect for this since she is so in control. She would definitely make a divide and conquer game plan in the vacation and they would get the most out of their vacation.

Not to mention Minthara can be chaotic partner in crime since she isn't in any good spectrum. Shenanigans will definitely happen.

Out of all of the BG3 companions, which one would your Tav want to go on a weeklong vacation with? What sort of place would they go and what sort of things would they want to do?

“Oh for the Stone Below!” Audhilde Thorne glared up at her lover, feeling the crink in her neck as Emmrich looked most unhappy at her. “Sit down at least so I don’t hurt my neck!” The dwarf snapped.

“My dear,” Emmrich began as he sat, looking very unpleased. “We have to think about this-“

“Emmrich, yes you’re older then me. I’m not an idiot. But you kinda are if you think-“

“I will die before you darling,” Emmrich said. He looked terrified and Hilde felt her heart ache. He was so scared and she understood it. She did. His choice in the end to save Manfred, a choice she left to him but talked to him about, had cost him immortality and he was terrified.

Terrified of death and terrified of losing her.

“Emmrich, what am I?” She asked. He frowned, obviously not catching what she meant. “Not the dwarf, woman or rouge thing. I mean what else am I? What do I talk about with Davrin all the time?”

“You’re a Warden, but I do not understand what the point is,“ Emmrich said, brows pressing together.

“I’m thirty-five Emmrich. I became a Warden at twenty-five. Remember?” Hilde asked softly.

“I remember,” Emmrich said. He still wasn’t getting it.

“Wardens get thirty years after drinking the Darkspawn blood that makes up our joining. Our Calling comes then, when our bodies have given up the fight against the Blight in our veins,” Hilde looked beseechingly at Emmrich who had gone pale at the reminder. “With how the Blight has changed…”

“I…” Emmrich looked even more lost. Hilde walked over to take his hands, squeezing them.

“You’re only in your fifties Emmrich. I understand you might worry over your age and mine, but… if we make it through this, and the Blight hasn’t changed enough to affect my Calling…”

“You may die before me,” Emmrich said. He sounded strangled.

“Yes,” Hilde leaned in to kiss him, letting him decide if he wanted to or not. He did, but it felt… distracted for some reason. She pulled away with a sigh. “I love you Emmrich. I do, and the age difference has never bothered me. Death is something I stare in the face every day, and I have had so many comrades die. Losing you is terrifying. I don’t like the idea, and I will mourn you if you pass before me. But I won’t live that long either.” She kissed him again. “I’ll leave you to your thoughts.”

(Later, Emmrich stands in a Blight filled area staring at where she vanished. All he can think is she had been right.

It hadn’t mattered their ages.)

Aoide - Was wearing a light leather druidic outfit as she was taken while she was gathering herbs during one of the rare day offs she has.

Audhild - Was wearing her dirty work clothes (similar to Dammon's clothes) as she was walking home from work when she was taken.

Fleur - Was wearing her best ranger armor as she was taken while escorting her monk brother in the woods.

Karrad - Was wearing his usual paladin armor as he was on duty when he was taken.

Angrboda (after her death)

Pt.1

So I guess this is a part 2 to my first retelling post about Angrboda. This part deals more with what happened to Angrboda after her children were taken away and she was killed. Causing her memories kinda become spilt.

The Mother: Due to Angrboda’s curse when she is killed “The Mother” is created from said curse. The mother is what’s left of Angrboda or, in other words, she is what the curse made combined with half her memories (post curse). Angrboda, having the feeling she was going to die anyway, knew how devastated Loki would be, so she decided to use a spell to create “The Mother”. So whenever Loki runs off to the Ironwood due to their own shenanigans or plans going too far(ex: mouth being sewn shut or the instances surrounding Sleipnir and Kol’s birth or he's just generally depressed). Loki finds comfort with this creature even if she is not fully Angrboda just what remains of her memory. Left in order to protect him from his own destructive behaviors when dealing with grief.

Audhild/Angrboda (but dead): Now what really happened to Angrboda after she died is she went to Helheim. But when she decided to shove half her memories into something her curse created. She becomes the way she was before she was cursed. That being said, she doesn’t remember her children or Loki just everything up until she was cursed. This means Angrboda doesn’t recognize her own daughter anymore, which leaves Hel devastated. Even in her attempts to make her mother remember, Angrboda is stubborn and wants to be left alone most of the time. All Audhild cares about is finding her brother and parents (and her first lover, but Angrboda doesn’t know she’s dead).

Also, just for clarification: I’ll link pt 1 of my Angrboda design, but both Angrboda and Audhild are the same person, with different names/aliases(both dead and alive). When Angrboda gets cursed, she remembers who she is but gives herself a new name/alias. But “The Mother” is just the curse Angrboda had becoming its own creature with half of Angrboda’s memories shoved in.

I gotta know if romancing Emmrich as a Grey Warden changes the fight they have.

Because I can just imagine a come back is: And I have thirty years! And Rook has to bring up the fact they have a time limit. That it might even be shorter thanks to how the Blight changed. Or longer but they doubt it.

I’m just imagining Emmrich who hadn’t thought about that and the slow horror he would face. The realization he is older then Rook but they have a time limit.

So does anyone know? Or do I gotta write the fic?
