Franklin (2024 -)

Explores the story of one of the greatest gambles of Franklin's career. At age 70, Franklin outmaneuvered British spies and French informers while engineering the Franco-American alliance of 1778.

A really interesting series and a side of history I was not too familiar with. It has definitely made me want to read more about the American War of Independence and America's Founding Fathers. I really enjoyed the diplomacy, the agreements, and the espionage aspects of the series, but I found the side stories involving Temple Franklin's friend and their parties very boring. I would have preferred the series to be shorter, with more time spent on politics. I am also now quite keen to read up on Marquis de Lafayette. It was interesting to see the seeds for the French Revolution being sown. Overall, it is a very good series and worth checking out. It is not a fast-paced story, but it is still very enjoyable.

Despite seeing what one of these pages did to Blade, Morbius heads right to the graveyard and reads one (the same one Victoria was just using), and brings his dead girlfriend back to life.

I always imagined Tucker Carlson practicing facial expressions in front of a mirror for 15 minutes before his show starts. To me, his faves seem to be: incredulity, indignant disgust, and shocked resentment.  

Some of the people in the comments said that Tucker looks constipated. But I doubt that laxatives would eliminate Tucker’s issues.
