We are making posters (& perhaps stickers) for business owners in conservative areas to post in their storefronts.
While minorities in America suffered a great loss this week, it is our job to pick up the pieces and get back to work. One of the things we have to do is make sure that everyone feels supported and cared for.
Goal: Design, print, distribute posters to those wanting to provide a safe space for minorities.
Where are they going? Businesses, storefronts, Airbnb listings, schools, libraries, etc. (A number of people have already gotten in touch requesting for their own businesses.)

Note: This past year, I saw posters that said “Refugees Welcome Here” pop up around Brooklyn and it gave me so much pride to live in a place that celebrates diversity and opens its arms to those who seek freedom from oppression.
I am from a red state myself and I feel for those friends of mine at home who may feel alone in what can feel like a sea of racism, homophobia, and misogyny.
