(Part 3) Time for Hyotei team to shine!! Here's my first impression of Hyotei! This team is also really interesting as they are popular (and one of the reasons for their popularity is VERY OBVIOUS *looks at the captain*). As much as i want to talk about Atobe, im afraid i might ended up writing a whole ass essay, but just know that in Gakupuri, he appears in other characters' route so much that i ended up fall in love with him before I even watch his route.

Hyotei characters' route are very cute and hilarious, especially Yuushi's. He's very flirty towards MC but she is just so damn oblivious to all of his attempts and it's so amusing to watch XD Hiyoshi's route is also pretty great, he keeps talking about scary stories and bringing MC to haunted houses knowing that she is scared of them and enjoys it everytime MC clings on to him lol.

Shishido's route has so many dialogues abt him and Otori (compare to the other doubles pairs) that it makes me wonder what was on the writer's mind when they wrote his story and it kinda feels like MC ships them lol.

Kabaji, like Jackal, deserves to have his own route like i won't be surprise if there are fans who would wanna choose him in the game.

(There's actually one more Hyotei member that i didn't include in the slides bcs he didn't even appeared in the game (i think u can only see him in the background or something) so i didn't know anything abt him sorry maybe i'll know once i start watching the anime)

In which there was a twitter thread considering of ranking characters by sexiness; I've done it by overall attractiveness to me.

Note: Saeki didn't have an icon but would've been S tier.

Honorable/ notable items: Sanada moved up from S tier during this return to tenipuri fandom. He would've likely been B tier before. Man shot up his rankings fastttt.

Atobe/ Yuushi boght get A ranking's solely from @xcoffeelatte and @tcafs08's sister/companion stories. I had no care for them at all prior to then.

Renji made it up from B/C tier. Rikkai overall team unit wise moved upward this time around. Akaya is A solely for KiriAn; I honestly don't have strong attachments to him unlike most people.

The highschoolers I really don't have a strong opinion on most of them. Tokugawa has been attractive since day1 though. Ryoga being pseudo 3year Middle Schooler/ Pseudo HS...he's also been attractive since Day1.

Wings of Kyuushu-- I don't care for either of them, but general attractive dudes.

Tezuka: There’s been talk of these beautiful wisteria trellises at the shrine nearby. Apparently many people have been visiting there to view the flowers.

Kawamura: The shopping district’s gonna hold an event and have stalls set up there over the weekend.

   atobe had no clue what shinoa had mentioned to kagami about him, either way, it was an unexpected situation where the two met. kagami definitely being the tallest, that didn’t intimidate him. kabaji was probably around the same height? maybe a little shorter. although he wanted to see what this red head was like, how skilled was he when it came to basketball.

given that the rich male didn’t really play as well as he did to tennis, he didn’t mind playing for a while, he wasn’t incompetent. although he was only observing him, checking out what he was capable of. both questioning what that brunette saw in the other, she was the weirdest one out of them all.

kagami certainly would be surprised if he looked up his family name, it was surprising that he hadn’t heard of the atobe conglomerate. his family had tennis courts around the country, gyms, and a highly reputable security firm that ran in the family for generations. his father didn’t run the company though, his grandfather did, the old man certainly loved his work. 

ah, it was interesting to know. they were rather similar in that aspect, they grew up in a different environment compared to how they were living in japan. glad they could speak to each other in english too. the guy didn’t need to be left out or anything. 

he wasn’t going to say anything bad at the fact kagami could only speak english, it wasn’t like with him where he knew many other languages, although it was due to his interest more than anything else. “oh? do you have time for lunch?” he asked, it was getting to that time and he didn’t mind buying lunch for them, wherever he wanted to eat.

Nothing much was said about Atobe Keigo except that he was a wealthy tennis player who was rivals with Tezuka Kunimitsu. Shinoa was dating this guy before she started dating him and that he could simply look him up but with basketball keeping him busy and attempting to juggle a relationship at the same time, well, it slipped his mind and it was far too late for him to look up this guy who acted like he was all that. And to make things worse, the guy sounded like his worst rival of all time, Aomine Daiki. Maybe Shinoa purposely kept hush about Atobe knowing how their personalities would clash... He was still puzzled to no end when she mentioned she was dating a pair of rivals. He wondered if she wanted them to kill each other but she was confident that they wouldn't.

Taiga wasn't sure what she saw in this punk, this little arrogant ass. It couldn't be his wealth... Was it his looks? Although he just really detested the smirk on Atobe's face although Atobe Keigo wasn't hard on the eyes. Was he that good of a tennis player? Although he had a feeling good athletic ability and looks weren't the only reasons but personality wise, he couldn't see what captivated Shinoa about this guy.

Taiga wasn't up to date on social media and trends. He watched movies when he was younger but nowadays, he just didn't have time to watch TV with his tendency to enjoy physical activity when housework wasn't on the forefront. While he was familiar with some foreign words, they were the names of foods and sauces, and he wasn't stupid to claim he was fluent in other languages when he really wasn't.

Hearing the younger boy's laugh just irritated him and it was clear that he was still teasing him. Taiga had been close to walking away if it weren't for the fact that the other boy surprisingly knew his name. And to make things worse, he now knows this younger boy who's been mocking him is his girlfriend's other boyfriend, Atobe Keigo!

Taiga has met Shinoa's other boyfriend before, Tezuka Kunimitsu. The guy looked more mature for his age and he had a serious demeanor to boot but he made a good impression on him. As for this guy, Shinoa has mentioned something about eventually introducing him to Atobe but he's made a real bad impression right off the bad. Not only does he sound like Aomine but he has a similar arrogance! He couldn't help but wonder why him out of all people? Although Shinoa has mentioned to him that Atobe and Tezuka were rivals and even then, he couldn't help but wonder what was Shinoa thinking when dating the rich guy.

He furrowed his brows more as Atobe said "In the flesh". He got a real weird feeling when Atobe looked at him with his hand covering his face. His eyes got beady when Atobe said that there was no need to look him up anymore.

"...Yeah, I guess."

If he was still in the mood to look up the jerk, it was only to satisfy his curiosity because this guy was dating his girl when he wasn't around.

Oh, so Shinoa talked about him to this guy huh?

"I moved there during the third grade and moved back during my second year of junior high." Oh, so Atobe lived in England before huh? That was interesting to know. He spoke in English. "...Yeah, I only know how to speak English."
