There they go,

Two little fire hazards playing pai sho

Zuko tries to make a bold move

Azula plays and her brother's doomed

"That's not fair, you can't do this"!

Says the dum-dum, but she clearly did

"It's not my fault that you're so bad."

And Zuko stomped, very clearly mad.

When practicing katas Azula's mind is clear

When Zuko tries he can only fear

Their father's voice after his serious gaze

Zuko is scolded, Azula is praised.

Azula is said to have a lot of luck

She doesn't see it, but she does want

She's good at bending and receives some praise

But what Zuko has she can only chase.

Two little fire hazards, playing tag

Zuko is happy but Azula's mad

For what or why she doesn't know

But when she strikes her brother knows.

"What's your problem? That's not the game!"

He yells at her when the ducks she maims

"Well, your game's boring so I made a change.

The one who fires more will win this stage."

Mother soon finds out why her lilies are burnt

Azula gets grounded and Zuko gets scolded

She doesn't understand, and it isn't fair

She burnt so much, but her heart is still mad.

Deep in thought she thinks to herself

instead of making them their own posts I've decided to compile the aus from my oplita notes collection into one 🫶🏽 some of these are OLDDDD (and a lot more ariel orion than oplita)

• orpheus and eurydice au (i've made this one!! Kinda, it's more specifically a hadestown au tho) LIKE IT FITS THEM SO MUCHHHHH

• Orion (prince) falls in love with the army commander (Ariel) (the dragon prince King Harrow and Sarai-esque) oh it's perfect buff queen library twink /j

• enola holmes inspired au. Orion is a lord and Ariel is a run away. for some reason this is associated with earthspark for me?? i don't fucking know why other than that es elita is a menace lowkey and she would pull some enola shit ig but there was no specific universe attached to the note ?? Yeah idk

• P.E teacher x history teacher, but the students think they don't get along but in fact they are married

• song writers where they write songs about each other, like how people dedicate songs to each other on radios requests

The Pond

Three little girls were playing by the pond

Dancing moves of fire and singing little songs

One is a princess whose fire burn bright blue

The other is an artist who for adventure longs

The last is always bored while having certain gloom.

"Tell us, darling princess, what has bitten you today?"

Asked the little artist without letting her mood sway

"Aren't you a rude prick" said the other "can't you see she is upset?"

"I fail to see her wrong" the princess answered "I just can't make my fire set."

You see, despite the good intentions they just couldn't understand

None of them were burdened by what the princess's fire held

And though it warmed her deeply to know by them she was well loved

The crevices in her heart couldn't mend with childish bonds.

The children, though, didn't know any better

And so it didn't break their resolve to try

To make their dear friend laugh

They played any game in the matter.

From catching each other in races

To climbing the peak of a tree

In hiding by the castle's spaces

They stole the royal sweets.

Azula munched happily, as also did her friends

But then hastily cleansed the evidence

When the in corridors echoed steps.

But it was just prince Zuko

Coming in to fetch some tea

There was naught to be afraid of

Nature's Telling

The different flowers of the valley

Hearts reflecting and sharing in a rally

Sunshine on them

The shadows of varying lengths, they condemn

But rather than be the fungi and mushrooms with roots

They live in their own bubble, bearing only their fruits

Crossing the other territories and lands

Leads to disputes in a bloodshed grand.

Till one stem is left on the stand

Their flower shed from the upheaval and ran

They migrate and move

Trying to join others in a ruse

Despite the loss, the stems try to excuse

Many encounter with the new view, the petals fall rather than bloom

The stem was their admiration and muse.

Apathy taken to the tomb.

The dead bodies intoxicate the living with their sweet perfume.

Till one young flower...

Sees the decay and devour.

Wonders if this power is the answer in the deceased hour.

The flower in blooming, pops the bubble

Expose to the outside of rain and rumble

Led them to being humble...

Found the answer in a jumble.

The dark clouds can receded...

Only by touching another leaves.

The Valley returns taken in whole.

The Sun sets....and the constellations interweaves.

Be the flower in a bubble or a stem with grief...

Or be the valley with living and decay....sharing in relief and hearts of a gold leaf.

What is something special that Azula does only for Mai? Ty Lee? What does Mai do only for Azula? Etc. Could be something sweet or spicy

Azula learned to make knives for Mai, she could easily buy them, but she decided to give more meaning to her gifts.

Azula wrote songs and sang for Ty Lee, after the girl admitted to loving her voice after a music class.

Mai wrote her daily life to Azula when the princess was too busy to be there.

Mai wrote poems for Ty Lee, she did it even more when she ran away to the circus.

Ty Lee painted Azula in all her paintings, the princess was her beautiful muse.

Ty Lee danced just for Mai, she taught her all the dances she learned.
