Pressured by familial matters and potentially never finding her next big pitch, Ron willingly signed her name away onto an ambiguous contract that'd ensure her manager has full control of who she is as an idol. This has made her unable to express herself with authenticity. Rather than challenging the restricting social norms within her society (as she'd wanted to do in introducing unconventionality into the music industry), she is expected to play into the norm for the sake of pleasing the masses who only love her for who she masquerades herself to be.

This leaves her yearning for liberation, and in a twisted way, she'd found that liberation within Eluca. Someone who's the embodiment of unconventional and all things taboo.

She admires his unapologetically free spirit– even if his will is just philosophized torture.

He has the freedom she yearns for. He mirrors everything she wishes to be. That is why she feels he could set her free in the sense of being perceived and accepted as who she really is.

In him, she'd found her only peer.

Additionally, as a romantic goth in the closet, Ron finds beauty in all things morbid. Who better fits that description than Eluca?

So like. Did anyone else notice that Jayce doesn't immediately shoot Viktor? He only powers his hammer on AFTER Viktor has opened his eyes. Below is Jayce's reaction to seeing Viktor (his Viktor, from his universe, not the future version of him) for the first time after walking into the dome. For the first time in months. That's like. A look of wonder. Almost reverence.

Assuming the Jinx/Rictus/Vander fight is cut to real-time after Jayce has gone into the dome, he's staring at Viktor for like. 5 minutes.

My interpretation here, of Jayce's expression just before Viktor finally opens his eyes to see Jayce in the room with him, he's committing Viktor to memory, before he has to kill him.

Edit: I almost missed it but like. HE IS SMILING For like 2 frames it's an outright smile. He leans in towards him, too. I cannot handle this.

honestly i think that if there was an actual zombie plague it would be much harder to convince people not to risk infection by going near them in an attempt to "help" or "communicate" than you'd expect. like people would for sure be wary, but a lot of people are also compelled to help someone who seems injured or vulnerable. the cognitive dissonance of separating living human beings from the hungry dead would be harder when they're not actively behaving aggressively. there would definitely be more than a few cases where people got too close out of a misguided attempt at compassion or saviourism and were mauled, not unlike those who misunderstand or deliberately ignore the warning signs displayed by wild animals. people wouldn't be able to resist reaching out to loved ones in the hope that they might be different, not beyond saving. zombies might even learn to prey on those impulses. or the infected, losing control and drowning in fear, battling new, abhorrent instincts threatening to overwhelm them, might lash out, and spend their final moments of lucidity knowing they've condemned the very people they least wanted to hurt to the same terrible fate.

Sometimes annoying your bratty husband with silly gifts will cause him to bluescreen unintentionally. It's fine, though. Just take advantage of his touch starvation with cuddles to override the issue. Any biting and hissing that follows is totally normal. Alright at this point no Star Wars writer other than Timothy Zahn should be allowed to touch Thrawn in current canon. Don't look at him, don't think about him, none of that. Don't even breathe in the blue man's direction. If you don't understand the fundamentals of his character, namely the primary force that drives and motivates him to do things, then do not have him do things!!! Create your own character to be the big bad!! Leave him alone.
