Friendly reminder that if a deal seems too good to be true, it might be! Also known as someone messaged me here, asked if they could make a painting based on one of my quilts (I am absolutely fine with that!), and then offered to pay me for doing so. When I said that was kind of them, but unnecessary, they insisted and kept pushing, trying to get my email, my discord, and then eventually my banking info. They insisted their "client" would mail me a check, and that since they and I were "collaborating" on this art piece, I'd deposit the check and then mail them their part. Many things about the whole pitch were suspicious, but two stood out from the very beginning: - for using a photo of my quilt as a reference, they said they'd pay $300 - the quilt they said someone commissioned them to make a 3 foot square oil painting of was the lumberjack quilt. Now don't get me wrong, I like my lumberjack quilt, but of all the quilts I've ever made I have serious doubts that the "various shades of denim" quilt is the one someone would want a painting of (Just in case they were not trying to scam me, I did make it clear that I was absolutely fine with them using my photos for reference. I even offered to take new photos of that quilt from different angles or in different lighting if they wanted! I said I had a ko-fi if they felt they really had to pay me! But no.)

So I'm trying my best to make this week's chapter of Star Fall really chill and fun (it's the Beach Episode!!!) but I had to do one itsy bitsy scene where Temenos has one (1) feeling, and now I'm 11 pages in and there has been NO fun.

This chapter is going to be SO. LONG. Because BY GOD, I'm letting these nerds have a good time before we hit Stormhail. They're going to need it.

I am getting way too stressed over this and the more stressed i get the more i get confused and i ended up smoking one cigarette to calm now but now i am annoyed bc it made me feel weird and im annoyed at myself for using it to cope esp since i was doing a good job quitting it like not smoking for a long time and only smoking one cigarette or something for fun but i did it now to cope with stress which is baaaad. At one hand i know relapses happen and i shouldnt beat myself over it but still. Anyways i asked a friend for help now and hopefully i will figure it out before the deadline and wont feel like dropping out soon

in germany they dont just have sparkling water but they have hard, medium and weak sparkling water which blew my mind. i tried all strengths but in the end i prefer the medium one which corresponds to just any regular sparkling water bottle outside of germany... in sweden every sparkling water is of the same strength but there will be at least 15 different unsweetened flavours la croix style on the market at any one time only sometimes they come out with wild flavours like neapolitan ice cream flavour unsweetened sparkling water or chocolate truffles. also unsweetened
