Steve climbs in through Eddie’s window but Wayne hurt his back at work so he’s sleeping in the bed and Eddie is sleeping on the futon in the living room. Steve does not know this.

Contrary to popular belief Eddie was no blushing virgin. Sure, the whole metal head mixed with nerd thing wasn't a cheerleader's cup of tea, but there was a certain type of Hawkins girl who dug the whole bad boy aesthetic, and even a few boys. He'd managed to get into the pants of more than one closeted jock over the years to know his way around the block, for men and women alike.
So no, Eddie was no stranger to relationships, he had his fair share of partners over the years, and had even managed to be an alright boyfriend to a few of them. But even with all that, he had still been woefully unprepared for dating Steve Harrington.
Maybe it was because he got to bear witness to him being a sexy badass who bit the head off of demons, or maybe it was because Steve turned out to be the sweetest guy on the face of the earth and saved him from literal hell, or maybe Eddie had just never expected to even get this far, but whatever the reason Eddie was obsessed with the guy, in a way he just wasn’t used to. He had been since Steve kissed him for the first time, or if he was being honest with himself, since he had that bottle to his throat.
Besides the shallow fact that Eddie had never been this attracted to another person before, Steve was just so...fun. And he made such an effort to get to know all of Eddie’s nerd shit. Even if he was a snarky bitch more than half the time in their DnD sessions, Eddie didn’t miss how much he was paying attention to the plot, even if it was just to make fun of the kids' bad party decisions from the sidelines. And that wasn’t even mentioning how much he tolerated his music. Despite the fact that Eddie had fallen in love with a pop princess, Steve still let him blare his metal tapes in his car, and when he got Eddie Metillica tickets for his birthday, Eddie had nearly passed out. Steve just made him feel so…free. Free to be himself, in any way he wanted, with no worries that he would ever be too much for him.
He liked to think that Steve felt the same way around him. The guy had Eddie doing shit he never would have even considered before he met. If Steve wanted to go on a hike, then Eddie was more than willing to risk experiencing the horrible, great outdoors, especially since Steve always gave him a piggyback ride at the last leg of the journey. If Steve wanted to be at one of Lucas’ games, then suddenly postponing Hellfire was no longer a big issue. If Steve was having the kind of bad day that only corny ABBA songs could fix, then Eddie would happily blare Dancing Queen in the van, his image be damned.
It’s not like he had had low expectations in terms of dating Steve, he just…hadn’t expected to be so whipped so soon. He had known he was Steve's first boyfriend (and planned on being the last, if he had anything to say about it) so he kinda figured he would have had the edge here. But no, of course, Steve had him wrapped around his finger by the end of the first week and there was really nowhere else Eddie would rather be.
But as wonderful as all of that was, loving Steve so fully led to some unexpected consequences. Like the fact that Eddie had become a possessive freak overnight. He was jealous, plain and simple, and it was constant.  He was jealous of every girl that made star eyes at his Steve at the checkout counter of Family Video, he was jealous of the way every Hawkins housewife shamelessly flirted with him at any of the kid's events, christ, he was even jealous of how easy Robin had it when it came to being affectionate with him in public.
Kissing his cheek, holding his hand, their weird platonic soulmate relationship didn’t bother him, but he wanted to be able to do all of that too. If he could just start making out with Steve everytime someone even looked at him the wrong way, he wouldn’t have a problem, but their options were so limited in shitty Hawkins. Everything had to wait until they were alone and behind closed doors and Eddie hated it. He was lucky when they managed to even link pinkies in public, when in reality all he wanted to do was stamp a giant Property of Eddie Munson across Steve’s forehead.
He was lucky that Steve hadn’t caught on yet, just how much Eddie wanted him all to himself. And Eddie wanted to keep it that way. The last thing he wanted was for Steve to think he didn’t trust him, not with how hard the guy worked to be sure Eddie was fully aware he was loved.
It wasn’t an issue of What if Steve finds someone better than me and leaves? But more of, If that bitch doesn’t stop touching my future husband I’m going to flip a table. But Eddie wasn’t going to risk even the chance of hurting Steve’s feelings over something so dumb.
Somehow Eddie Munson, the exonerated, drug dealer who lived in a trailer park, managed to bag the best man in the state of Indiana, and he was not going to ruin that over some stupid jealousy. Even if all he wanted to do right now was beat the shit out of the jackass who wouldnt stop trying to dance with his boyfriend.
They were on an overnight trip to Indianapolis for Robin’s birthday, which of course meant they had to go to a gay bar at her insistenace, “This could be my only chance to kiss a girl before college, we have to do it!”
And from the looks of Robin making out with random girl #2 at a booth, at least they accomplished that mission, but that didn’t stop the fact that Eddie was about five seconds away from being a wanted killer all over again. Steve, his perfect, lovely Steve was too captivating for his own good because no one would stop hitting on him in this place. They saw one look at his pastel sweater and soft hair and swarmed and Eddie felt like he’d been beating them away with a stick ever since.
Though Eddie would be lying if he said he didn’t like the feeling of chasing them away, because at least here, he could be all over his boyfriend, in anyway he wanted. And he didn’t hesitate to use it. Someone tries to chat Steve up at the bar? Eddie’s there with a hand around his waist and his lips on his temple. Someone tries to slip him their number at their booth? Eddie's in his lap and tosses it away. Someone's asking Steve dance? Eddie will pull him onto the floor before the words are even out of their mouth. And sure, maybe he’s going a little overboard, but Steve was tipsy enough to let it all slide, or if anything encourage it.
It worked well enough to keep them all away, all but one. Eddie wasn’t sure what the dude’s problem was, but he had had his eyes on Steve the second they walked in the place. Very fratboy-esque, and not the type Eddie expected to see here, more like someone he’d expect to see on the cover of Erica’s teen magazines.
The type that obviously wasn’t used to the word no.
Eddie had been in the bathroom for less than five minutes, but that had been plenty enough time for that asshole to crowd Steve on the dancefloor. He watched as Steve pushed him away again. Robin was with him now at least, drunk and pissy enough to stick her tongue out at the guy as she draped herself over Steve’s shoulders.
It was enough to make him retreat back to the bar, alone. Eddie followed, taking a seat next to him at the counter. The guy barely glanced at him, eyes still fixed on Steve.
“Got your eye on someone?” Eddie asked, casual as he ordered a beer. He reconginzed the song playing, and knew that the crescendo was deafening enough to be of use.
He nodded in Steve’s direction, “You could say that.”
He wasn’t paying any attention to Eddie, not even as he snaked his hand closer to his, already getting the perfect angle, “Pretty sure that one’s taken.”
The guy scoffed, “A few more drinks in him and he won’t be able to tell the difference. That’s all I need.”
Eddie’s eye twitched, all of his rationality flying out the window. The music was finally swelling, perfect timing for Eddie to do what he came for. He jerked the guy’s little finger back, the loud snap and surprised cry completely covered by the music.
Eddie leaned in, hissing in his ear, “Y’know, you should really learn to watch your mouth in front of strangers.”
He let his finger go, taking a sip of his beer as the guy sputtered at him, “Are you crazy?!”
“Yep,” Eddie shrugged, “And if you touch him again and I’ll break your fucking hand.” Honestly, if he so much as looked at Steve again he was going to smash his teeth in, the fucking creep. Eddie wasn’t sure what his face looked like with when he let that threat out, but it was enough to make the guy turn tale, speed-walking for the front door.
Eddie turned around, fully intent on joining Steve back on the dancefloor, when he was met face to face with the man himself. Steve stared at him mouth slack, probably because Eddie just went full psycho on a stranger.
Eddie froze, mind racing as he tried to think of what to say here, but Steve was already grabbing his hand and dragging Eddie out through the back door. He stopped when they were outside, crowding Eddie against the wall.
Eddie swallowed, trying to say something, “Stevie-”
Eddie barely got a word out before Steve was kissing him, pressing him against the wall with a moan. Eddie’s brain short-circuited for half a second before he was pulling Steve closer. So not mad then.
“God, that was hot,” Steve panted against his lips, “Love it when you get all jealous.”
Eddie pulled away to blink at him, not quite sure if he heard that right, “You do?”
Steve nodded, moving to start kissing at Eddie’s neck, “Mmhm, even at home, when you get all touchy and pissy over girls. You’re too fucking cute man, it kills me.”
Eddie grinned, heart full as Steve attacked his neck. All that worrying, for absolutely nothing. Because of course Steve just got it, “I’m so fucking glad you’re mine baby.”
Steve giggled against his throat,“Good, because there’s nothing I love more than being yours.”
Eddie groaned, chasing back after Steve’s mouth.
Maybe jealousy wasn’t such a bad thing afterall.

I think it’s be funny to have a Spider-Man that is genuinely just a kid, not like a teenager or a kid who understands the gravity of his abilities but a kid who does heroics simply because that’s cool to a kid.
The gimmick is that the villains think it’s a gimmick and Spider-Man(?) fucks with them by acting like a kid to make ‘em feel bad or embarrass them only for them to realize he’s a literal child due to a forced team up where they like offer him a brewski afterwards and he’s legitimately like “Mr I am 9 years old, I just do this cause my aunt can’t take me to the park every afternoon.” And they grill him on adult things and he sits there just blanking cause he’s fucking 9.

eddie would be the biggest snuggle bug when you’re not feeling well!!
he’d curl around or against you like a cat, draping his long limbs over your body as he just melts into your warmth and presses lazy kisses to whatever skin he can find. if it’s a distraction you need, he can ramble on about his newest campaign and the stupid things he and the boys do at school and in the club just to make you laugh. he’d make sure you have everything you need to feel better, doting on you until he is pleased and gets to wrap himself around you and nuzzle into your neck so he can smell the detergent you used on your clothes and the perfume that still lingers

I don’t know if y’all are ready for chapter three of my Eddie x Hispanic!Fem!Reader degeneracy because I know why you’re reading, you know why you’re reading, and chapter three is going to be me throwing your ass into the back of his van even though you’ve known him maybe twenty minutes at that point because I don’t think you understand how handsy and needy metalheads are. They are down to get their freak on any time any place and it’s spectacular.

fascinating to me, that while abby was gone, she gained a fiancé and two step daughters, and buck gained a husband and a son, and buck isn’t aware of said husband and son, because he thinks they’re just his best friend and his son, who he sometimes has play dates with 🤦🏼‍♀️

ocean of flavor
334 words
Steve’s bent over the counter that separates the front of the store from the back when he hears a low whistle come from behind him.
“God bless Corporate America for those shorts and God bless you for that ass.”
Steve feels his face heat up and heart rate quicken. He straightens his posture before turning around only to come face to face with Eddie Munson. He should’ve known - he can’t think of anyone else bold enough to say that, especially as an opening to a conversation, and especially to a retail worker.
Steve lets his gaze trail over what’s visible of the man from the other side of the counter. He’s dressed much the same as he usually is at school, except instead of layers upon layers of dark clothing, he’s wearing a faded black band tee that has the arms cut so low that you can see the waistline of his black jeans through them.
Steve’s mouth waters and he doesn’t try to hide his ogling - god knows Eddie didn’t.
Their little game had confused everyone in high school, but Steve couldn’t help himself. He’d flirt relentlessly with Eddie - maybe even more than he did with anyone else - and eventually the boy began to reciprocate.
After weeks of striking out, Steve was kind of flustered by the attention. He was even wearing the hat, for Christ’s sake.
Steve bites his lip to stop a goofy grin from taking over.
“Ahoy,” he says, licking his lips and watching Eddie’s eyes flicker down to track the movement. “Would you like to set sail on this ocean of flavor with me?” He tilts his head and leans forward so his forearms are resting on the counter. It’s kind of sticky but worth it to see Eddie’s face flush when he looks up at him through his lashes. “I'll be your captain.”
Eddie seems to shake himself out of it then. “They don’t really make you say that, do they?”
“They do,” he confirms with a pout.

everybody talks
i could not tell you what this is. i wrote it all in one sitting. enjoy or whatever
It starts with the graffiti.
Scribbled in thick, permanent marker across the boys' gym lockers.
STEVE HARRINGTON FUCKS EDDIE MUNSON
The custodian tries half-heartedly to scrub it off, but he only manages to get about a letter and a half off the locker before his shift is over. It's back up by the next day anyway.
Half the school is walking on tiptoes around Steve, waiting for him to blow up and demand a manhunt for the culprit.
The other half is snickering and laughing as he walks by in the halls.
Steve doesn't give two shits. He holds his head up high and walks onwards, ignoring the laughs and the kissy noises. He needs to graduate. He needs to not get eaten by a terrifying monster from an alternate reality. More pressing things happen to Steve Harrington than grade school graffiti.
Until he turns the corner and sees Eddie Munson glaring furiously at his closed locker.
He doesn't speak to him. Even if the graffiti isn't a big deal, there's no need to add any fuel to the fire.
Eddie finally steps forward and wrenches open his locker door. The crowd milling in the halls begins to laugh.
Papers spill out, dozens of them, cascading over the floor and burying Eddie's shoes. One slides all the way to Steve's feet.
He looks down automatically.
There's an atrocious drawing of two stick figures bent over each other. The one on the bottom has two lines of curly hair, while the one on the top has a singular swooping line of graphite.
Great.
Steve swiftly scoops it up and crumples it in his fist, shoving it in his pocket. He'll toss it out later.
As he hustles past Eddie, steadfastly not looking in his direction, he thinks he hears Eddie mutter, "Every class period."
Steve turns a corner, and the train wreck that is Eddie's locker is gone.
He slides into his seat, knowing the band girls who sit in the back corner of the classroom are whispering about him, but finding he couldn't care less.
The teacher starts class.
He reaches into his pocket and slides the crumpled paper between his fingers, over and over.
Steve raises his hand. "Can I go to the bathroom?"
The teacher nods and waves him away, and Steve scrambles out the door, rounding the corner.
Eddie's still there, kneeling by his locker, trying to scoop up papers.
Steve kneels next to him. "Hey."
Eddie jumps like an alley cat that's been spooked. Steve could swear his hair starts bristling, puffing up.
"Your majesty," Eddie finally says, glaring back at the pile of paper like Steve'll disappear if he doesn't look at him. "To what do I owe the pleasure."
It's not really a question.
Steve answers it anyway. "Came to help," he says simply, picking up a piece of paper that has EDDIE MUNSON X STEVE HARRINGTON written on it in bold letters, surrounded by stupid little hearts. "After all, my name's on half this stuff."
"How kind," Eddie said. "Keeping me distracted while your buddies key my van or something?"
Steve reels back. "Huh?"
"I'm not dumb, Harrington," Eddie says, crumpling up another sheet of paper. Steve can barely catch EDDIE HARRINGTON on it before it's balled in Eddie's fist. "I get this is a prank or whatever. I just can't understand why you'd involve yourself with me. The King and the Freak."
"'Cause I'm not the King anymore." Steve says, standing to drag a nearby garbage can closer. It's already half-full of papers. "You sure don't listen to gossip, Munson. Billy beat my ass and I lost every friend I had. So. I think it's a prank on both of us."
"Oh."
Eddie, wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles, shuts the fuck up. Steve had seen people lose their meals to his impassioned school cafeteria rants, but it only takes Steve Harrington to shut Munson's infamous mouth.
Wait, that sounds wrong.
They keep cleaning in silence - relatively. Steve starts balling up the papers and tossing them at the trash can, unable to stop himself from hissing out a yes! if he makes the throw.
"Impressive," Eddie says dryly. "Can you do this?" He raises one hand in the air like he's about to take a pledge, and in the other he folds and rolls a slip of paper until it's shaped like a joint.
Steve chuckles. "Nope." He takes the fake joint, and it comes undone in his palm, revealing the same crude stick figure couple from earlier.
Right.
Steve had forgotten what they were doing here.
Evidently, Eddie had too. He looks down at the drawing, then snatches the paper from Steve, tossing it in the trash, two spots of pink high on his cheeks.
He scoops the last of the papers into his arms, dumping them in the trash can. "You can go back to class," he tells Steve, settling down with his back against the locker.
"What are you doing?" Steve says, slightly caught off-guard by the dismissal.
"Seeing if those pricks will try to do it again." Eddie says, folding his knees up to his chest. "They do it all the time. I think there's a jungle's worth of trees just being used to make shit for my locker."
"You're just gonna guard it?" Steve asks.
"Sure," Eddie says, picking at a piece of lint on his shirt. "What else have I got to do?"
Steve plops himself down next to Eddie. "I'll guard with you," he says stubbornly.
"Seriously?" Eddie asks, like Steve's particularly slow. Steve's gotten that tone of voice a lot in his life.
"Yeah." Steve says. He parrots, "What else have I got to do?"
"You're just gonna fuel the rumors, dude." Eddie says. "My name's mud around here. You know that damn well."
"Sure," Steve shrugs. "But it hasn't been half-bad hanging out with you, and I don't care what these jackasses think of me anymore. Bigger things to worry about."
They settle into a comfortable silence, watching the students pass by, their whispered comments and curious glances bouncing off the duo. Eddie taps his fingers rhythmically on the ground, humming a tune Steve doesn't recognize but finds oddly comforting.
He reaches into his pocket to feel the small paper, then tugs it out. Is it dumb that a stupid drawing is making him think about himself this much?
"Hey, Eddie," Steve starts, hesitating. "Can I ask you something?"
"Shoot," Eddie says idly.
"How do you... I mean, when did you know you were gay?" Steve asks, his voice barely above a whisper.
Eddie's expression turns to one of suspicion, but he answers anyway. "I guess I always knew, deep down. But I really figured it out in middle school." He looks at Steve out of the corner of his eye. "Why?"
Steve bites his lip, considering his next words carefully. "I think I might be... different too. I mean, I've only ever dated girls, but lately, I don't know. I feel... something."
Something means he worried for weeks when Billy beat the shit out of him because suddenly all these feelings were tugging at his brain. Feelings for people like Eddie Munson.
Eddie's eyes widen slightly, a smile tugging at the corners of his lips. (What? Steve's not looking at his lips. Huh?) "Steve Harrington, the former King of Hawkins High, might not be straight? Now that's some gossip I'd actually pay attention to."
"Shut up," Steve mutters, but he's smiling too. "I'm serious."
"Well..." Eddie trails off. "We can try it out?"
Steve's heart skips a beat. "Huh?"
"We can try it out." Eddie repeats. "But, uh," he leans close, his breath ghosting over the shell of Steve's ear. "Just so you know, I prefer to be the one on top."
Weeks later, the school is overtaken by a new kind of graffiti. Papers plastered to every surface, a spiky handwriting (usually used to write setlists and D&D character sheets) adorning each and every one of them.
EDDIE MUNSON FUCKS STEVE HARRINGTON

thinking about eddie crying against the bedsheets, his legs trembling and struggling to holding his ass up while you eat him out with so much love and hunger. meanwhile venom growls out devious fantasies inside eddie’s mind. how he wants you to ravage their hole until it is swollen and full of your cum before riding your face and making you clean your mess up. that thought alone was enough for eddie to let out a pathetic moan and make his cock twitch between his hairy thighs.
venom was about to spew out another fantasy before he and eddie let out a pleasurable gasp in unison when your fingers replaced your tongue and began to roughly thrust them in and out of their lubed hole. eddie pleads with tears in his eyes for you to let him and venom cum, venom wasn’t far from acting like slut as he fought back the urge to take control of eddie’s body in favor of riding you until he was breathless. you looked down at your boys with a loving smile before leaning down, pressed a soft kiss on eddie’s shoulder, and gave him and venom your permission to let go. they both saw the pearly gates and made a mess on your sheets. oh they were so grateful to have you in their lives.

This interaction has been in my head for a while.
——
Steve Harrington was pissed. Livid, even.
All he had wanted was an adult beverage after a long ass day at work, which he certainly got. The whiskey sours were fucking great actually. That wasn’t the problem.
The problem was the model of a bartender.
This guy was—Shit.
Tall as hell, and lean, but his arms boasted enough corded muscle that Steve couldn’t help but wonder what the rest of him looked like.
Damn, horny brain.
This guy had a riot of curls stacked on his head in a bun, which had been another nail in the proverbial horny coffin. He had chocolate brown eyes and fucking plush lips that boasted a lip ring. A lip ring.
How was Steve supposed to remain sane under these circumstances.
Robin couldn’t come out tonight so Steve was alone and just—watching this hot ass bartender work. God, he was such a creep. But this guy was so—suave, laughing with patrons, acting like he owns the place—it was some type of dive bar, plastered with tour posters and framed photos and musicians. Guitars hung on the walls.
The guy—Eddie—his name tag read, had on ripped black jeans, tattoos covered his arms and neck—Steve wanted to see where else they were hiding—his nails were painted black and he had on a faded Metallica shirt that sat tight across his lithe frame.
God—he probably did own this place. Steve really just stopped at the first place he could find, on his way back into town from a meeting. Congratulations to him for making a great fucking choice.
Steve was being a creep, watching this guy interact with someone, when he turned his attention on Steve himself. Eddie flashed his a smile—Christ, even his teeth were fucking pretty.
“Can I top you off, sweetheart?” Eddie purrs.
God, you can just top me—Steve thinks. He watches as Eddie quirks an eyes brow, before he schools his expression, flashing Steve a simmering smile.
“Don’t threaten me with a good time, big boy.”
Steve’s eyes go wide. He said that out loud didn’t he.

“Hey, have you seen Harrington? Guy’s totally wasted. Can't even stand. Tried to get up, fell down like a goddamn turtle. Garrison's over there throwing chips at him. It’s hysterical, you gotta check this out, man.”
The upside to being the guy everyone calls ‘the Freak’—the guy no one wants to talk to unless they’re looking to buy—is that Eddie can disappear whenever he wants. And tonight, he’s been in full stealth mode, almost ghost-like in the way he drifts through the shadows of this overcrowded house party. When he’s not standing on lunch tables at school, giving speeches, or taunting the assholes who think they run the place, Eddie finds that people tend to forget he’s even there.
Which makes it real easy to hear all kinds of things he probably shouldn’t. Not that Carver's announcement is any kind of secret, not with the way he’s broadcasting it to the entire room. Ever since Harrington lost his King Steve status, the rest of the jock squad has been scrambling to claw their way to the top. It’s desperate. Pathetic, really, if you ask him. But no one’s ever asking Eddie for his opinion.
He should get out of here. Most of his stash is gone, and it’s getting late. There’s leftover mac and cheese in the fridge with his name on it, and if he bolts now, he might just catch the midnight rerun of The Thing.
Eddie tries to ignore the mental image of Harrington—Steve, Steve—sprawled out on that grimy carpet, covered in crumbs and dirt, drenched in stale beer. He must feel defenseless. The kind of defenseless that Eddie knows too well, the kind that gets you laughed at, or worse. But just because Harrington buys a dime bag off him every week doesn’t mean they’re friends. Even if they’ve had a few surprisingly not-awful conversations. Even if Steve’s actually kind of funny for a rich kid, for a jock.
There’s no reason for Eddie to care about what’s happening to Steve Harrington, just like Steve never cared about him.
So why the hell are his feet carrying him toward the living room instead of the back door? Why is he elbowing people out of the way, pushing through the circle of gawkers around Steve? Why are his hands grabbing Steve by the shoulders, hauling him up, and dragging him out before anyone even knows what’s happening?
And why, for the love of God, is he driving to his trailer with Steve snoring in the passenger seat, instead of dumping the guy at his parents' mansion and going home?
Eddie wishes he knew. But his body’s on autopilot, and he’s watching it all happen like he's outside himself, like he’s not the one doing it.
The trailer park is quiet, too quiet for a Saturday night, but that’s January for you—cold as a witch's tit, and getting colder. The van’s heater barely works, and Eddie can see both their breaths fogging up the air, little puffs of steam in the dark.
Eddie cuts the engine, and the sudden silence fills the van like a held breath. Steve shifts in the seat, muttering something incoherent, his head lolling against the window. For a split second, Eddie considers just leaving him here. Would serve him right, honestly. Let King Steve wake up alone, freezing his ass off in a busted van in a trailer park at the edge of town. But then Steve lets out a soft groan, and Eddie can’t help but roll his eyes.
"You're a real piece of work, Harrington," he mutters under his breath, pushing open the driver's side door.
The cold air hits him like a slap, biting through his jacket and sending a shiver down his spine. He makes his way around to the passenger side, yanking open the door and catching Steve before he can tumble out. The guy's heavier than he looks—dead weight, limp as a rag doll. Eddie grunts, struggling for a grip, and finally manages to sling one of Steve's arms over his shoulder.
"Okay, big boy, up you go," Eddie mutters, half-dragging, half-carrying Steve toward the trailer. Steve's head drops forward, his hair brushing Eddie’s cheek, and he smells like a mix of beer, Steve's usual cologne, and something else—something clean, like laundry detergent or fresh air. It's weirdly comforting, and Eddie has to shake himself out of it.
Inside, the trailer is dim, lit only by the glow of the old TV Eddie left on. He kicks the door shut behind them, maneuvering Steve over to the sagging couch. Steve flops down with a heavy thud, eyes still closed, mouth slightly open. For a second, Eddie just stands there, looking at him, wondering what the hell he’s doing.
Why didn’t he just leave him there at the party? Why did he care?
Maybe it's because Steve looks different like this. Not the smug, popular guy who used to strut down the halls like he owned the place. Not the guy who had everything and then lost it all. Just... some kid, really. Some scared, drunk kid who probably doesn’t know where he fits anymore.
“Alright, Sleeping Beauty,” Eddie mutters, leaning down to untie Steve’s sneakers. “Let’s get you comfortable before you choke on your own puke.”
As he pulls off one shoe, then the other, Steve stirs, his eyelids fluttering. For a moment, his gaze is unfocused, hazy, but then his eyes lock onto Eddie’s, and there’s a flicker of recognition.
“Munson?” Steve’s voice is low, rough from whatever he’s been drinking. “What the hell…?”
“Yeah, it’s me, genius,” Eddie says, trying to sound annoyed but failing to hide the faint smile tugging at his lips. “You got yourself in a bit of a mess tonight, Harrington.”
Steve blinks, slowly piecing things together. “Why’d you bring me here?”
Eddie shrugs, feigning nonchalance. “Seemed like the right thing to do, I guess.”
Steve snorts, like he doesn’t quite believe him. “Right. The Freak playing Good Samaritan. What’s the punchline?”
Eddie’s smile fades. It inexplicably hurts to hear Steve call him that. “There’s no punchline, man. Not everything’s a joke.”
Steve stares at him, as if searching for something in Eddie’s face, something to latch onto. Finally, he just nods, leaning back against the couch, eyes half-closed again. “Thanks,” he mumbles, almost too quiet to hear. “I guess.”
Eddie feels something strange twist in his chest. “Don’t mention it,” he says, a little too quickly, like he’s trying to convince himself as much as Steve. He turns away, grabbing an old blanket from a nearby chair and tossing it over Steve. “You sleep it off. I’ll be in my room.”
But even as he walks away, he can't shake the feeling that something’s shifted tonight, some invisible line crossed. Maybe it’s nothing. Maybe in the morning, Steve will wake up, make a snarky comment, and it’ll all go back to the way it was.
Or maybe, just maybe, it won’t.

Teen Dad
Quite surprised there’s not a lot of these AUs considering how much Steve apparently sleeps around but anywho.
Teen Dad Steve who finds out one of the girls he’d slept with pre-Nancy is pregnant and he damn well intends on helping out however he can.
Turns out; helping means taking his son (his SON) and having full custody because the mom, no matter how much she wants to be involved, can’t take care of him.
Steve’s alright for the first 6 months of little Louie Harrington’s life.
But then his parents come home and shit hits the fan.
Which— fair enough. He was only 17 and already had a whole ass son, they were gonna freak out.
But kicking him AND aforementioned son out? With no where to go? No money? Barely a job?
That’s just fucked up.
But Steve makes do, and lives out of his car for no more than a month before finally landing his hands on a cheap trailer in Forest Hills.
He and Louie move in and sure, it’s rough. But he’s got a nice paying job at the Diner and yeah maybe he has to skip some classes to get extra money but it’s fine. It pays his bills and rent and that’s all that really matters.
It’s fine.
And then the second wave of Upside Down fuckery hits, and Steve’s suddenly in the hospital with a grade 4 concussion (whatever that means) and his top priority is to make sure someone is with Louie.
Enter Claudia Henderson, Dustin’s mom.
She takes care of Louie for as long as Steve is in the hospital and then some when Steve can’t be left unsupervised in case his head worsens.
And that’s how the Party is introduced to little Louie (as they all call him).
Steve’s stunned to find out that Mike and Lucas are so good with little kids, but the two of them love stopping by the Henderson’s (and later on the trailer) to see little Louie and offer to babysit for him whenever.
The other kids take a little bit of time to warm up to Louie (and the fact that Steve’s actually a parent) but when they do Steve never ceases to have at least one of them over.
And with all the racket brings in the attention of nosy neighbors.
Steve is well accustomed to nosy neighbors. Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln next door to his parents were always looking to snitch on him for something or other.
But Miss Bottomette and her grandchildren Noah and Casey were sweethearts. Steve didn’t mind having them over for dinner or going over there. Miss Bottomette was the one to teach him how to actually put his cooking skills to work.
Linda and Tom, a newly married couple down the road, were quite eccentric but that’s what made them charming. Steve found their dog, Dasher, quite the sweetheart.
And even Mr. Knowles, the grouchy old man next door to Miss Bottomette, seemed to take a liking to Steve and Louie.
It wasn’t long before the story behind the new boy in 2718 New Bird Ave was revealed: Teen Dad Kicked Out.
Then the whole town knew. And while most people were nice about it, even supportive of how he had taken a step into his child’s life, there were always those people who sneered.
Steve ignored them, loving the life he was working on making for himself and Louie in the trailer park.
The only neighbors he never seemed to meet, despite the looming presence, were the Munsons, right across the street.
Steve knew about the Munsons. Well— he knew about Eddie Munson; drug dealer who was on his second run of senior year. Steve actually shared a few classes with him.
He’d yet to meet the mysterious Wayne Munson, but that was to be expected with work schedules.
And then Steve was graduating, and his parents didn’t show up.
But that was totally fine. Cause the kids, Claudia, Joyce— even Hopper with El— were there. They held up little baby Louie while Steve walked the stage.
He’d heard rumors of Eddie Munson having to retake senior year for a third time— but he didn’t dwell on it for too long. Because sure, he missed more than his fair share of classes and scraped by with a C+ average.
But he did it.
And then summer hit, Dustin left for camp, and the mall opened up.
Steve picked up a job at Scoops Ahoy, cutting back on his hours at the Diner but still staying there because the money was needed and the tips were lovely.
And he meets Robin Buckley, and actually talks to Eddie Munson every once in a while when he stops in with his band, and lets the kids sneak into the movies because he’ll be damned if he robs them of a normal summer.
And then Dustin comes back and their reunion is short-lived because Russians are hellbent on torching non-existent information out of Steve and he’s busy getting his third concussion and then there’s a fucking flesh monster and Billy and Hopper for protecting them and—
It’s not a good night.
But then he’s rushed to the hospital and he tries to call Miss Bottomette only for the call to refuse to go through and shitfuckgoddammit.
Because what about Louie?
Miss Bottomette said she’d be alright watching Louie until Steve got home, but Steve wasn’t able to go home until someone was able to make time to take him home.
Usually, he’d lean on Hopper for this stuff, since his parents were out of the question. But—
But Hoppers dead.
So he’s stuck at the hospital for another day or two until finally, Claudia comes to pick him up.
He’s with Dustin in the backseat of the car, anxiously bouncing his leg and biting at his fingers and nails until Dustin gives in and just holds his hand. Robin’s there to, having been able to leave after the first night but coming with Claudia to pick him up. Steve’s relieved to have them both close by, even if his hands reach for Erica subconsciously.
His trailer’s empty when he gets home, and Miss Bottomette isn’t answering the door.
Steve’s on the brink of a full blown breakdown before Mr. Knowles— bless his heart— points them across the street.
The Munsons apparently have his son and have for a bit now since Miss Bottomette had a minor seizure and couldn’t be left alone with Louie. Mr. Knowles assured Steve that she and the kids were fine and staying with him for the moment.
Steve wasted no time afterwards sprinting to the Munsons and knocking on the door. Dustin and Robin are close behind him, Claudia waiting patiently in the driveway.
The door is answered by a gruff looking old man that’s taller than Dustin but slightly shorter than both Robin and Steve.
“You Harrington?”
Steve nods so fast he faintly wonders if that’s how bobble heads feels.
They’re let in in no time and the old man— the infamous Wayne Munson— calls out of Eddie.
Eddie Munson emerges a moment later with little Louie in his arms, bouncing softly on his feet to keep the baby calm.
Steve is in front of him in a second, scooping Louie gently out of his arms and into his own.
He doesn’t realize he’s crying until Dustin’s rubbing his arms and Robin his back. Claudia is talking to Wayne, explaining what had happened (or the cover story version at least) and Eddie is hanging back a few feet from the three of them.
Robin takes little Louie in her arms and shoos Steve to the couch to calm down.
“Let him meet his auntie, Steve. You take a minute to breathe now, yeah?”
Steve was led to the couch with a soft hand on his shoulder from Eddie Munson, and they sat side by side while Steve worked on easing his breathing and to stop fucking crying.
Eddie’s shushing him and after a moment (and a clearly pointed cleared throat from Robin) Eddie wraps his arms around Steve’s shaking figure.
They leave the Munsons’ trailer is promises of new babysitters and a new friendship.
And then the fuckery that’s 1986 happens.

Around her finger
Even though Eddie is older than his girlfriend, he's wrapped around her finger

Eddie wasn't getting any younger and his lack of serious relationships was starting to freak him out. He didn't want to live alone and grow old with no one by his side. He didn't want to end up like Wayne.
Eddie didn't think he would find the girl of his dreams in a bar. He met many girls from bars, but not the same one twice. He never saw the girl who made his heart race and his palms sweat.
Until she started to work there.
Y/N, his amazing and young girlfriend. He was initially nervous about the age gap, but years proved it was not an issue. Their love had nothing to do with their age. She was twenty-five, ten years younger than him. But that's how she liked it. She liked men, men with experience. And she liked men who kneeled down to her.
Eddie was used to having the upper hand, and he figured he would be in this relationship at his age. But he lost count of how many times she had him begging for her touch. She loved having Eddie wrapped around her finger and he loved obeying her.
With her being attractive, young, and a bartender Eddie grew used to the jealousy. But she came home to him every night so he learned to shrug it off.
Eddie was playing pool with his friends, determined to beat Steve. Y/N was working at the bar, sneaking glances at her boyfriend. Eddie would look back, throwing her a wink before he smashed balls into the nets.
Steve groaned as Eddie made another shot.
"Yikes Harrington, looks like the next round is on you," Eddie said smugly, landing a slap to his shoulder.
"Yeah yeah," Steve mumbled, shrugging off Steve's hand. Eddie looked over at the bar, his eyebrows clenched together. Steve followed his look, smirking as he saw a young guy talking to Y/N.
"Uh oh, gonna step in?" Steve said, edging Eddie on.
"Nah, she can handle it," Eddie said, he trusted her, and plus she was just doing her job.
~
"What can I get for you?" Y/N asked, talking loudly as the sound of the bar raised.
"Anything for birthdays?" He asked, leaning forward.
Y/N eyed the boy, he looked young. She tried to guess what age this boy was celebrating, but he honestly looked like a teenager. He had curly brown hair, much shorter than Eddie's. He had dark eyes and tan skin. She could smell his cologne when he leaned in, and it was a husky scent. She hummed at the smell, it was a good one she had to admit.
"Shots," she said with a smirk, "how old are you turning?"
"Twenty-one," the boy said with a smile.
"Fresh blood," she joked with a wink, "Happy birthday, hun." She handed him the list of shots and went to help another customer.
"Any interest you?" Another bartender asked, the boy bit his lip as he looked up. A bit bummed it wasn't the girl he saw first.
"The BS, and could I request it from her?" He nodded his head in the direction of the cute girl.
"Let me ask her," the girl said as she walked over.
"Want to do a BS?"
Y/N looked to see Lauren standing there.
"I don't know, my boyfriend is here and I feel like that's wrong," Y/N admitted as she shrugged her shoulders.
"He's here so just ask him," Lauren said, Y/N nodded and slipped out from the bar as she walked to Eddie.
"There's my girl," Eddie smiled, opening his arms. She rolled her eyes but walked into his arms.
"Question for you," she said as she looked up at him.
"Hm?" Eddie hummed, leaning down to kiss her red lips.
"Kid ordered a BS, but wants it from me. Felt like I should talk to you about it."
Eddie laughed and pecked her lips again, "You don't need my permission for nothing. I trust you, baby girl." He whispered as she gripped her ass. She held back a moan and pushed Eddie away with a smirk.
She walked back to the bar and prepared the shot
~
"What is a BS anyway?" Eddie laughed, preparing to hit his ball
"Seems to be a boob shot," Steve said, his eyes on the bar
"A what?" Eddie said, snapping up straight. He turned around to see Steve so shocked. Eddie turned around and instantly felt his jaw snap shut.
That twig from earlier was taking a shot from his girl's boobs. The crowd cheered and hollered, pissing Eddie off more. But he took a deep breath, it was part of her job and he paid for the shot.
But then the boy went too far. He threw back the shot and then smashed his lips on Y/N. After that, all Eddie saw was red.
Y/N didn't have time to react when the young boy was ripped away from her. She watched as Eddie slammed the boy against the bar.
"Eddie!" She warned, but all he could hear was his heart pounding.
"Apologize," Eddie demanded
"For what? It was on the menu," the boy argued
That seems to piss Eddie off more, causing him to slam the boy against the bar again.
"Disrespecting my girl and kissing her was not what you paid for," Eddie snarled. The boy seemed to get more scared as he connected the dots.
"Eddie, let the boy go," Y/N demanded
Eddie wanted to ignore her but then she snapped her fingers. He turned his head to the sound, letting the boy drop to the floor when he saw the demanding look on her face.
She grabbed his hand and yanked him to the back room. The crowd oo'ed like he was getting dragged to the principal office.
"I'm sor-" but Y/N cut him off
"That was so fucking hot," Y/N moaned, her hands already going for Eddie's pants.
Eddie was shocked but smirked at the switch in gears.
"Yeah?" Eddie asked
She answered by shoving her hand into his pants. He immediately moaned, his eyes clenched in pleasure. Then she dropped down to her knees
"Fuck baby," he moaned, he opened his eyes to look down at her. She was already looking up at him, her mouth stuffed full of his cock. He moaned at the sight and placed his hands in her hair. He bunched her hair into one grip and began to fuck her throat.
His thighs shook in pleasure as he hit the back of her throat. He held it there until she started to gag. The sound sent a shiver right down his spine.
She popped off him, replacing her mouth with her hand. She jerked him off as she cleaned off her lips.
"Oh, Eddie, always so delicious," she purred, knowing the effect of her words.
Eddie felt his stomach tighten as the words went straight to his cock in her hands.
"Showing that boy who I belong to, huh? I can't tell you how many times I wanted to do that when those sluts eye fuck you." She growled, moving her hand faster around him.
"Always think about shoving you right against that pool table and making everyone watch you cry for me," she taunted. Eddie whimpered at the thought. He loved the image his brain was creating.
"Feels so good," he moaned, bucking up his hips to add more pleasure. He looked down at her, watching her mouth move as she continued to tease him with her words as her hand moved fast around him.
"Yeah? Who's making you feel good?" She edged. "Who's little bitch are you?'
Eddie felt tightness building in his stomach as the nickname left her lips. He bucked his hips faster as he felt his orgasm approaching.
"Your bitch," he whined. "Need-" he cut himself off with a loud moan.
Y/N smiled as his cock released spurts of cum all over her hand. She rubbed him through it.
He panted as he finished all over himself. A fucked out smile on his face as she stood up. She washed off her hands before she helped him clean up.
"I love you," she said, softly pecking his lips.
"God, I love you" he whispered against her lips.
