Bastion: I found her when we climbed Dragonspire. Cherry and other healers estimated she is about 2 or 3 months old. She's old enough to start learning language and not just say "Snealsel", though Bluey hasn't had much luck in that department yet. Luckily she's been picking up signs with some ease, at least enough to tell me if she's hungry, thirsty, or tired.

Maggot: SNEE sneeeeasel! Sel snee!

Bastion: It's funny that out of the two of us, I became a parent, considering how much Bluey wants her own.

(askadelcatty) Umbra @ Andromeda: The Luxcatty purposefully emphasizes his steps to alert Andromeda to his presence. He speaks calmly and softly in hopes of not startling the young absol. "You mentioned you might be lost? Perhaps I and others can help you find your way back to where you want to be. Are there any particular sounds, or smells, or a name to where you normally are that might help us figure out where you're supposed to be?"

Andromeda stays silent, listening to the Luxcatty steps very carefully to pinpoint their exact location, afraid they might accidentally bump into him. The Absol hums, seeming to ponder, one of their claws going to rest on their chin.

"I think... I think I remember someone. A Poochyena, a friend..."

They seem to be lost in thought for a moment, trying to remember more. Andromeda's fixed and hollow gaze not really helping with figuring out what they are feeling or thinking in this moment.

Slowly, the Absol walks up to Umbra, stopping a few feet from him, they tilt their head, speaking once more in a softer voice.

"I don't remember anything else that could... Help. Maybe I should stay here for a while. The older Absol would always tell me to stay where I was if I got lost."

Nahi: Heh. At least someone here gets it! Besides, Teiji will not mind at all if she is a friend, right?

As for what I will do? Approach her about it, of course. Teiji has some answering to do once I get to her.

You are quite a curious one, huh? As for how old you have to be to have so many generations of descendants to the point of having great great great great grandchildren... Mmm, I have no idea... Maybe about 100 years? Probably around that age, or more.

As for my age, I am over 100 years old, nearing 200. I am a pretty old hag.

Are you a colour variant like me, perhaps? You seem to be a different colour altogether from shiny or normal pokemon, even as a hybrid.

That being said, your son is cute though, maybe I should bring some of my great great great great granchildren here next time, they would love to meet a new friend.

Chance: So, you may be wondering, “How on earth are you gonna show a death battle? Is that not too gruesome for TV?” And I say don’t you all worry your pretty little heads. This battle royal is simulated, meaning the contestants will not feel a thing. As it’s styled like The Hunger Games, the aim of the game is to be the last one to survive! The last contestant remaining will get the Victorious Ones trophy from yours truly!

We’ve sent everyone down into their districts. Before I give the signal for everyone to begin, let’s have a listen in to some contestants thoughts through our live video screen!

Chance: Oh ho! A bit of smack talk from one of the contestants! This will be exciting! I wonder if the other contestants are feeling as confident or whether their nerves are getting the best of them!

(The 200 follower event is a go! Each week, I will post what the simulator mentions on it and add some drawings about what’s happened. As I said, I’m not gonna make them gruesome or serious. It will be in a comedic tone with slapstick-styled “deaths”.

Now that you know the very first pairings, feel free to draw your character either talking smack to the other character in your district or perhaps some other form of dialogue. This is not mandatory in any way! This is solely for a bit of fun before I get to drawing the events that are taking place!
