Also there's only one bed. This is Art and to say otherwise is snobbery'. Erotica has its place in published fiction but oh my god not like this please stop

-during the 2 months where I watched the entirety of supernatural I became so unwell that I had to get an emergency appointment at the hospital because they thought I might have a tumour. I am 100% sure the two were connected. This isn't an opinion, but I'll allow you to draw your own connections

-attack on titan isn't fascist. It does, however, have complicated themes & depicts military states and segregation. Neo nazis don't have good media literacy & just choose to ignore everything that very explicitly says that imperialism, racism, war etc are Bad and Wrong. Aot doesn't have an easy moral and there are definitely different valid readings of the end. I will not argue against a Jew who is uncomfortable with s4 and doesn't want to watch it. However, to call aot irredeemable also shows a startling lack of media literacy and implicitly accepts the far right interpretation as the correct one

-historians and academics need to keep using the term Anglo Saxon as a neutral historical descriptor because the moment they stop they give the term to the far right forever

-everyone who has ever commented 'women ☕' is going straight to non-denominational hell. They are deeply misogynistic and will take any socially acceptable path to express it. It genuinely terrifies me to think how quick some people are to express a real hatred and inability to emphasize with women and how they can hid that behind 'its just a meme'

-i have many many strong feelings about how shittily cyclists are treated but that is probably for another time. What I will say is that the times I've been the most scared for my physical safety have been when drivers let their impatience and road rage literally nearly kill me

thank you for saying this anon i’ve been thinking of it a lot actually. i’m morally and legally binded to choose childhood friend!sugu no matter what because he’s literally……. my favorite Ever. and i think the inherent devotion of the childhood friend trope blends soooo well with his natural devotion. his protective urges. etcetc. i have wayyyy too many thoughts about childhood friend!sugu 😭 but it mostly boils down to him wanting to be by your side forever. he wants to make you happy and he wants to protect you and he knows you so well that he doesn’t trust anyone else to love you like he can. he’s selfish and he wants you to lean on him more than he wants anything for himself.

childhood friend!toru though….. i feel like he would be your estranged childhood friend. that makes most sense to me :3 like, you met when you were really really young, and ended up playing together in an empty park. he was a brat, kind of quiet, and you were just sweet, y’know? you were the closest thing to a friend he had as a child. then you ended up moving away, he never got to say goodbye… and you meet again as adults. you don’t remember him — it was just so, so long ago — but he remembers you. he remembers you a little too well.

so now you just kinda have to deal with this tall, handsome, cheery man who keeps talking to you like you’re best friends even though you literally don’t remember him…. he’s sweet though. a little annoying, but sweet. he has a soft spot for you. i think having anything remotely close to a childhood friend makes him feel human in a way he can’t help but crave.

I need people to realize how horrible 'stalking/constant surveillance/breaking into each other's homes is how the Batfamily show love' is. Like i really need someone to just acknowledge how horrific saying this bullshit is.

Like even fics where they're shown as happy and healthy and with good ties, you've always got this thing where none of them have privacy or any boundaries with each other. Which is directly antithetical to actually having good relationships. And this invasion via hacking and stalking and breaking into homes is portrayed as a positive, good thing; it's just how they show love and care to each other, after all. But for some reason I just personally don't find stalking, lack of privacy or boundaries, and emotional manipulation funny, endearing, or healthy, and just end up disgusted at the attempt to sweep it all under the rug.

so largely I’m half referencing this collection of quotes and the various attempts to fill in the space/grave with a body (like Cicero! Cicero was a contender for this!) and I’m sort of taking shots at Antony for fun and whimsy.

like in sports!! I gotta root for my man Cassius over Antony, especially because no one can actually fill the space left by Crassus after his death (literally, the political landscape makes this impossible), but Cassius assumes a command position due to everyone else (notably, Crassus) dying (so: inheriting Crassus’ leadership position) and wouldn’t be a bad follow up to Crassus in the realm of military command since they have a similar (strict, as opposed to friendly in a way is commonly associated with Antony) relationship with the men under their command.

& also bc Marcus Crassus jr seems to be disinterested in taking up space in the political spotlight on his return from the Gallic Wars otherwise I’d be advocating for him on the basis of family tragedy compounded. it’s time to fill the space/memory/grave of your father and brother, buddy!

hiiiii anon i did not realize how much i would have to say about this ive been writing this reply for hours sorry long post inkoming lmfao

my funny little general headcanons can fluctuate for whatever i wanna do but the solid ones are that fukase is disabled and does tech support and piko is a robot and does a lot of programming stuff, they join forces to build silly little robots together and theyre always looking out for each other

more random ones are stuff like the height i draw fukase with fluctuates but hes never taller than piko, both of them are some flavor of transgender (i personally like unlabeled piko and intersex fukase), piko is mikis sibling and shes dating miku append, both of them are robots and id love to draw a double date at some point, i dont really have any mikippend headcanons but i love them sm too omg and i like to draw piko with funny little hologram windows he can acess the internet from and i think thats just kind of a robot thing robots can do :]

the only thing i can consider an au that i have with them is what i call "memesquad from the mirror dimension" or "seriousquad" which is this note on my phone where i wrote every single personality trait i could think of from talkloids i saw around 2018-2020 and reversed them heres what i wrote for fukase and piko

pikase being a rarepair baffles me specifically because of the memesquad, idk why but at least on my time on that side of the fandom some years ago it was always super hard to find any pikase stuff which always confused me since they're both In The Deam Memesquad. PERFECTLY good gay couple in there guys. why does no one see the vision. i vividly remember this one time i was like 13 reading a crack ask fic on wattpad and the only time pikase was even hinted at it was played off as a complete Joke and it made me so upset lmao

hey, if you don’t mind me asking, how do you blend so well? i always have such trouble with it! no worries if you don’t want to explain 😄

ty for the compliment !! unfortunately the vast majority of it comes down to practise/instinct 😭 which isn't great when you're looking for advice rip shjshs

however !! that isn't to say there aren't things you can do to make things easier for yourself, bc there are !! if you're a beginner and you're trying to get into blending i'd recommend doing the following:

work with scenes that involve little to no movement AND if you're just starting out using shots from the same scene will do wonders for ensuring that a) the shots will blend together well and b) you'll get a clearer idea of the mechanics of blending (if that makes any sense lmaoooo)

also !! if you're a beginner, i'd stick to scenes with naturally darker backgrounds bc those tend to blend together better (than scenes with white backgrounds/lighting)

don't be afraid to move things around! just bc scenes don't blend together well the first time, it doesn't mean they won't blend together at all. usually i am too stubborn to give up if something doesn't work the first time (and i also have a vision) and changing where the scenes are on canvas can, nine times out of ten, work in your favour.

that being said: some scenes just aren't going to blend together. as you blend more you'll come to recognise when this is. but it's important to not let it get you down if something just isn't working.

layer masks are your friend !! don't be afraid to use them !!!!!
