What a year 2019 has been. I had a few milestones with winning awards for some work that I am so super proud of. My version of @noflutter Willy Wonka at @fanexpocanada was probably my biggest accomplishment of 2019. I also got to make some amazing stuff for clients and do some very cool original concept photo shoots and Miss Frizzle and Liz happened for Halloween along with the cutest Mr. Frizzle and Chase. Fun little project I got to do at #tricitysupercon The wonderful people at @ardawigscanada lent me some #luminsfoamclay and a styrofoam ball and I made an island with a ruined tower in the sea. I think I did not too bad a job considering my only tools were a mini ruler and a safety pin ;) I used my #fabercastel #markers to add pigment to the clay which worked surprisingly well and gave me a lovely soft colour palate to work with. I love how there was virtually no mess and the learning curve for this product was very easy (I had never used it before) I highly reccomend it! So I tried my Usagi wig on finally, after working on it for a month. Hoo boy. It’s big and heavy. This is version one and will for SURE be changed before FanExpo. One of the big things I’m worried about is... I’ve never been ‘cute’. I’ve always gone for funny, scary or sexy cosplay.
