hot take but i really hate the concept of neutrality in fantasy settings. youre telling me theres characters existing alongside dragons that pillage and eat innocents, there's corrupt rulers who will decorate their paperweights and cutlery with rubies while their people starve, there's necromancers defiling the memories of the dead by re-animating them for their own selfish means.. . and your reaction is "im neutral on this! cant have light without darkness haha, evil is necessary for balance!"

if youre faced with evil and choose to let it continue, when youre a fantasy magician or knight or whatever and youre perfectly capable of protecting the innocent, you're taking evil's side.

Daemon, Iniquidaemon

Daemon, Iniquidaemon CR 12 NE Outsider (extraplanar) This creature resembles a leopard, but its anatomy does not follow either biology or sanity. It has six limbs, the middle pair of which are elongated and fold against the beast’s side, and all are tipped with eagle-like, grasping talons. It has five jaws that open radially, which part to reveal muscular tongues tipped with meat hooks. Its eyes glimmer with cruel, appraising intelligence.

The iniquidaemon is the daemon of ideology. It delights in fanning the flames of self-destructive ideas that leave communities fractured and lives ruined, using honeyed words and magic to convince people to turn on each other. Countries besieged by an iniquidaemon are noted for the presence of mutilated, faceless bodies, as well as the insistent and continued denial of its members that a similar fate could ever happen to them. The iniquidaemon’s presence may even be well known, but its supernatural abilities leave most people thinking of the presence of a face-eating leopard monster as completely mundane.

An iniquidaemon prefers to have other creatures fight for it most of the time. They stoke hatred and dissent to create angry mobs, turn protectors against those they would protect, and make rulers contemptuous of their subjects and subjects apathetic to their rulers’ cruelties. They often disseminate disinformation in disguise, assuming the appearance of a public figure in order to spread lies and propaganda. Against a party of adventurers, iniquidaemons turn allies into enemies with their spell-like abilities, disrupting squad tactics easily. They often ally with yagnodaemons and cavillodaemons, the three working together as a unit to impose idiotic cruelty onto a realm and crush anyone who fights back. They may work for the cults of all four Horsemen, and many harbingers as well, although their true allegiance usually lies elsewhere. Most iniquidaemons are loyal only to themselves and to Caracalla, their creator, who shaped them with the goal of spreading the gospel of profit above all.

I actually don’t mind the hell’s aesthetic of the show being a chaotic cities and towns but the question remains as why? Has hell always reflected the human’s world? Was it something they integrated later on in existence? Why are there jails and police in hell?

For my rewrite the answer is that Lucifer, being the fallen Angel who always craved a familiarity with humans, has always being infatuated with their silly traditions and systems. So as the ruler of Hell he basically molded it to his will so he could have what he couldn’t in Heaven, a human world of his making in which he is worshipped first and close to them second.

Lucifer has a conflicting relationship to humanity, fascinated by their nature but also jealous of their free will and their importance to God. So while he desires to live as one of them, he also wants to punish them. Creating a Capitalist Hellscape in which he’s the immovable market giant and everyone has to live an eternity of labor and consumerism.

Tying in Octavia calling LooLoo Land a cheap rip-off of LuLu Land, the far more lucrative and popular theme park.

However, Lucifer had to give sinners a systematic advantage in order for them to actually participate in the economy and worship him as a brand/entrepreneur/leader/“god”, raising them to middle class with No acknowledgement of the hellborn left behind.

On the other hand, Lilith is far more traditional, initially “ruling” Hell by creating creatures made for violence and torture hence why hellborn are naturally predisponed to savage behaviors. At the same time, she’s not a caring mother (unless for Charlie), before Lucifer Lilith only knew rage and indifference which is why she doesn’t advocate for her creation’s wellbeing because being forgotten for as long as she was, she grew apathetic and only what directly affects her is of importance. Though she does misses the simpler days when it’s was just her, Lucifer and the caos around them.

The swordsman with an unfortunate past, you held compassion for Kenshi. And as your relationship bloomed, your respect for each other was apparent. You both worked harmoniously together well. In unison with your devious yet insightful strategies and his keen and precise swordsmanship. You taught Kenshi the ins and outs of the city. Tried to teach him how to steal and work up to the market sellers to bid lower prices. You always kept him on his toes. And Kenshi loved that about you. To you, the ex-yakuza held you in check – of your duties. Although he enjoys your time fooling around together, it would put the swordsman much at ease if you took your job seriously. With the realm's tense position, he urges you to take control and compromise with the other cities for the coming battle. And hopefully, when the war is over, the two of you will reconcile your relationship and make it official. [ kenshi ]: how can i convince you to stop stealing? [ you ]: have you ever thought about asking nicely?

JOHNNY CAGE -> He’s the one to catch you first. Johnny had clear suspicions of you during the first night of the tournament. When you spoke with officials and the royal family, it was too noticeable to miss. You were hiding something - Johnny wanted to get to the bottom of it. He finds your kindness to the princesses overbearing. Because why would a constable be affiliated with the royal family more than themselves? And the movie star had to open his mouth at dinner, eyeing you down with an arched brow. -> “Uh Liu Kang, I don’t mean to be rude but,” Both your eyes make contact – he quickly reverts his view to the god in question, “I think that person’s kinda shady, don’t you think?” His remark makes the rest of the Earth’s champions freeze, and the tightness of the air becomes far too evident. Liu Kang pauses, setting his teacup down, and looks to where you stand. From the far corner, you were chatting with Li Mei, arms crossed. You were enjoying your discussion until you sensed Liu Kang’s stare to tilt your head and give a playful wave. The First Constable thought nothing of your actions, how accustomed she is to how you acted around Earthrealmers, always telling them outlandish lies about Outworld. And constantly pretending to commit some heinous crime against the royal family. Something you would never do. -> “Fear not, Johnny Cage. They are no threat.” The Fire God’s words relieved the tension in the air. As everyone’s shoulders relax, Johnny probes on. He knows what trouble looks like – his mother was a cop! However, Kenshi waves his bickering off and waves them off as dull excuses. Nothing to worry about? You could be doing something behind the Empress and Constable's back. Maybe it was the way you carried yourself that got his attention. Or the comments his mentor sarcastically made about the dangers of Outworld. It was unlike Johnny to feel this paranoid. He had to figure out who you were. -> The movie star believed that once he caught you in an act, it would prove to his friends and Liu Kang that he was right about you. When he, Kung Lao, and Kenshi snuck into Shang Tsung's laboratory, surprisingly not, you were there alongside Rain, Tanya, and Princess Mileana on a medical chair. Just when Shang Tsung slowly approached the princess with a syringe with Tarkart's blood, they attacked. The movie star willingly stepped in your direction as if he caught you red-handed. “I knew it! You were behind all of this!” -> Everything turned bitter when Kenshi lost his eyesight to Mileana’s outbreak. It leaves a foul taste in Johnny's mouth once the situation is to be the treatment for the princess’s prolonged illness. When the royal guards come, you turn to face the Earthrealmers. “Did you truly think I would go against the royal family?” There was a flash of fury to scorn. “You Earthrealmers know nothing about Outworld business.” Johnny could only accept his wrongdoings, face facing down to the floor in shame and guilt. While what Liu Kang suspected of Shang Tsung was true – his assumptions of you weren’t. And for that, the movie star genuinely feels like he has misjudged you entirely. -> It takes time for him to reconcile with you. Escaping from Shang Tsung’s laboratory with his friends, he doesn’t meet you again. But when Earthrealm compromises with Outworld, you reappear alongside Li Mei and the royal family. In a different light, you’re easy on the eyes. Johnny desperately tries to make it up to you, always finding ways to warm up to your bitterness. Though much like a cat, you’re persistent and glares in his direction. Soon after, he learns of your past and is suddenly guilt-ridden even more.

-> Your relationship is a slow and rocky one. The two of you did not see eye to eye at the start. Johnny was wary of you, and you only made it worse by indulging in it. You two were at odds with each other. However, Johnny was somehow smitten with you. You were cunning and sly in all the ways a constable shouldn’t be. It was one of the ways he got your attention – suggesting all kinds of schemes against his friends. Your past never bothered him. Stead, it’s something he’s proud of you for. “I mean, thief turned cop? Now that’s a story I can get behind.” It brings a sort of middle ground and closure to both of you. [  johnny ]: look i know i misjudged you pretty harshly, how can i make it up to you? [ you ]: you can start by loaning me some money.

HAVIK -> He longs for you. Havik is too cruel and adamant to tell you, but he misses you. Many years before you left Seido, you were happily thriving as a criminal. He recalls his younger years, you and him pillaging villages. Stealing all you can to survive in the cruel world they decided to reject you from. Back then, you were free – out of touch with humanity and the rest of the Outworld. You didn’t care for his plans to run Seido to the ground and bring chaos. You didn’t understand it – you were merely teenagers, children. -> Before long, you slipped out of Havik's hand. The life you two endured was not living. Every day, you struggle to find food and shelter to stay by. It did not help for your kleptomaniac habits, mugging passing citizens of whatever they had on. Eventually, it had caught up to you, Havik deciphers. Because why else would you leave him? Unlike him, you left clues for the military to track you. You loved the thrill of leading them to nowhere. -> But now, the thought of you brings turmoil into his heart. He sees you in the distance when Quan Chi is interrupted by a former ally. There you were, he stands almost in shock and petrification. Havik was furious. All he could focus on was the plan to allow time to release Quan Chi’s creation, Ermac. He never considered where you would be until now that you were on the opposite side of justice. Why? -> “How could you,” Your name runs down his tongue like a pack of needles. It’s difficult to pronounce your name after many years of separation. Whatever he felt for you was long diminished in the fire he created when he left Seido. “After so many years, this was where you were.” He didn’t expect less from you when you curtly accepted his words. Yes, you said – it’s so bitter against him. What happened to you? When did you become so weak against the hierarchy? Where were you when he set ablaze to the city and joined forces with Darius? -> “What we had would have never worked,” You say this truthfully, getting into a defensive position. It hurts - how easily you dismiss it. Havik never thought of himself as a sentimental man – but the thought of you returning to him was a constant in his mind. From days to years to his study of sorcery and alliance with Quan Chi, Havik has destroyed more cities than he can count. Leaving you was a blessing in disguise. Because of his misfortunes, Havik retained powers that could destroy civilization. It drove him mad. -> Even with you against him, he was more than willing to suggest an act of mercy – if you were inclined to break a few bones. [ havik ]: look how weak you've become. have you not forgotten where you came from? [ you ]: i remember it clearly. you are the one who has gone too far!

KUAI LIANG/SCORPION -> Kuai Liang met you more than once during his time in Outworld. He merely appears when Lord Liu Kang intends to be present with business with the Empress. Years prior, it was the Emperor. But with the reign of Sindel, peace and prosperity had become a failing occurrence between both realms. Outworld claims to be growing more powerful – to overpower Earthrealm for the upcoming tournament. It makes Kuai Liang question his integrity and place at the palace when the Fire God asks for his presence instead of his brother. Bi-Han is the grandmaster of Lin Kuei, “Shouldn’t Bi-Han be the better option to accompany you?” -> “I do not want to provoke the Empress,” Liu Kang explains, looking at him from the portal. The pyromancer had confidence in his protector, nodding. His plain response was all it took to understand the weight of their appearance in Outworld. Though Bi-Han would be the rightful companion, it is Kuai Liang – the younger and more compliant brother who could ease into any circumstance. But his nerves are jaded. Kuai Liang is nervous, not knowing what the occasion was for. There could be many reasons for their requested presence. Yet he could not think of one that involved Lin Kuei.  -> Scorpion’s mindset eases when you surprise him. Guests are presumably guided by the First Constable, Li Mei, to the courtyard leading to the royal palace. Your head pops out from a bush, smiling in all your glory. “Lord Liu Kang, what a pleasant surprise!” The fire user's heart pounces every time you do this. It would be wrong not to expect you to greet Outworld guests in such an unconventional manner. Your name comes easily to the Fire God, with a sense of familiarity. “How nice of you to see us first,” Even Liu Kang takes joy in you. Unlike the many faces of the royal court, you are much more tolerable and pleasant to converse with. Even Kuai Liang thinks highly of you. -> Nodding your hair flows in such an elegant way. The Empress dotted you – but your loyalties lay with General Shao. Your go-lucky personality was in defiance of your rank as a lieutenant general. Yes, Kuai Liang recalled the previous tournaments and how distant Lin Kuei was from the Outworld’s military. They do not see eye to eye in handling foreign threats and commoners. It is your chief's distaste for Earthrealm, always speaking out of malice. But you were not like General Shao or Reiko. You never showed hatred towards Lin Kuei or Earthrealm. -> Kuai Liang feels restful chatting with you. He sat in the conference room with the Fire God as the rest of the court minded their seats. In such a large establishment, it holds divinity and high status, not even Kuai Liang is used to. Empress Sindel, alongside General Shao, you and Reiko arrive and take your respective seats. You are a few seats left of him and warmly nod in Scorpion's direction. He flushes at how a casual gesture from you can incite him. -> Ordinarily, matters began. The pyromancer had no desire to speak amongst the crowd, only per Liu Kang’s permission. Yet, a disagreement broke the two sides of the table in half. “Why should we allow Earthrealmers to roam unworldly like children while our cities burn?” General Shao and his recurring rants about Earthrealm. No one could convince him otherwise, not even the Empress. He then directly sneers at Liu Kang. Kuai Liang darts a stern look until he hears your voice in the corner, standing firm from all the voices that cower over you. There is a hint of softness out of the goodness of your heart addressing your superior. Compared to life in Earthrealm, life is precious, a tangent between innocence and purity, something Outworld is indifferent to.

-> In response, a repulsed look forms on Shao’s face. “You dare defend Liu Kang's wishes? You have no right!” In truth, you knew you could never quench his thirst to repress Earthrealm. But to try to diminish his outrageous outburst for another day is good enough. Curses and insults were spat from all sides, even directed towards you. You and your kind would not understand. You come from the slums of Seido. Do not forget your place, soldier. The court is a spoiled place even Kuai Liang wishes never to be a part of. Tonight was apparent why. You, who only spoke of the truth and fairness, were brought down by your general. It was unacceptable.   -> In the late hours at the palace, Scorpion resides in the guest room, where he fails to find peace. Liu Kang had bid him to rest to prepare for the following days to the other cities they must visit. But the second brother of Lin Kuei failed to do so. The palace was too foreign to the cold tundra of his home. Eventually, he chose to take a walk across the courtyard. The moon was bright and shadowed all the land. The murky ponds had unbloomed lotuses. They were not in season yet. He could still make out the premature colors from their early forms. The ripples of water were tranquil, featherlike. And of the reason why he did not notice your presence before. -> His body freezes when you tap his shoulder. His breath comes short before choking out your name. “Must you always frighten your guests?” You laugh, seeing how startled he has become. “My apologies, Scorpion. I could not resist,” Nights like these with you were ideal. Prevalent to his previous visits, the two of you would do all sorts of activities. You would invite him everywhere, across the palace and into the city. Wherever you went, he would follow willingly. A heartwarming meal by the port. Or even now, a peaceful walk through the gardens. With you, nothing is dull. -> However, when you are not running around, you are predictable. Such as now, as you both rest at a stone bench. Across, the pond was luminescent of the reflection of the night sky. If you were to look, it would be like looking in a mirror, the water clear as crystal. “I’m assuming you leave at first light?” Tragic how your relationship is. You and Kuai Liang reunite with each other like strangers, never touching. In another, you were like twin flames, never leaving. A small part of Kuai Liang feels regret for every time you depart on missions. He will never see you again for some time. “General Shao was furious! It was his way of punishing me for talking out of turn.” He has no right, is what Kuai Liang wanted to say. But with how things were, he said nothing. -> But you look beautiful like this, under the moonlight wake. Without the garments that shield your figure, you are relaxed. The days that turn to months are cruel - but willing to linger for you. Fortunately, a few moments of silence allowed you to rise, brushing the nonexistent dusk from your pants. You had nothing else to say to Kuai Liang. Was he expecting something? He follows your pursuit and looks at you promptly. Without the mask, he is handsome. “Maybe under different circumstances, we would have more time,” Your heart skips as you slyly glance at him. Placing a hand on his jaw, “Maybe next time…” You see his eyes trail from your fingers to your lips. It was not right - you both knew that. [ scorpion ]: the general's mistreatment of you is unacceptable. [ you ]: (laugh) fortunately that is how things work in outworld.

I feel like no one ever writes about ardra nakshatra which is unfortunate. Learning about vedic astrology helped me understand my western chart more deeply. My cancer stellium resonated but some things just didn’t add up; learning that I have ardra nakshatra recontextualized those things entirely.

So here’s some observations as an ardra sun, moon, and saturn. I also have mars in shatabhista, so I’m a pretty rahuvian individual:

—Never been scared of thunderstorms. Ever. Ardras ruler, Rudra, rules thunderstorms

—I struggled a lot with envy growing up and still do. I often wish I was someone other than myself. In particular, I envy other people’s physical appearance and material wealth.

—One thing I rarely envy is other peoples intelligence lol

—extreme sensitivity to the point of delicacy; rejection feels like dying

—nervousness and anxiety; health anxiety and death anxiety especially. I’ve gone entire years without feeling at ease

—depressive tendencies; suicidal feelings tied to a deep sense of self loathing

—hormonal issues; I have pmdd and my period causes intense mental turmoil every month.

—I am prone to outbursts

—I often feel ignored/overlooked

—I struggle with materialism and consumerism. And it comes in waves. I would buy things for the rush and deeply regret it. Sometimes I get into a mood where I want no belongings at all; I feel weighed down by them

—AT THE SAME TIME I deeply love my things. I curate things very specifically for my liking and I use whatever I have into the ground

—I love making money

—lack of interest in romance or sex. I was watching Vic DiCara’s video on ardra and he mentioned that it is not a sensual or seductive sign, it is more cerebral. I have no experience what so ever in those realms.

—I find it so difficult to care about things I don’t care about; i can’t even feign it. My friends tell me it’s obvious when idgaf about something

—in that same vein, I am known for being under reactive, showing little emotion, acting apathetic in my everyday life

—people tell me they consider me funny but it’s not intentional on my part; to quote some former roommates: “you’re funny because you try not to be” “you have a way about you, it’s funny to just watch you exist”

—I DO intentionally try to be witty and it usually lands. Usually.

—Interest in natural science; I LOVED taking evolution in college it was my absolute favorite bio class.

—I love and am fascinated by animals and not just the stereotypically cute ones, although I do love those too. I unironically watch baby animal videos to calm down after a hard day. I don’t understand how some people can just ignore animals; if an animal is in the room I want to interact with it

—AT THE SAME TIME I understand that there is a disconnect between animals and humans; animals are great because they are truly wild. I’m not necessarily against hunting or meat eating because I understand everything has its place

—personally, I was a vegetarian for many years

—I have always liked jungle aesthetics

—basic, norm core fashion but still a notable element.

—Claire nakti said in her Gemini fashion video that Ardra likes men’s button up shirts…guess what I wear all the time

—i love to exercise and move my body: I NEED to do it

The Sins are underused and plain just wasted

First fumble is that we'll probably never get all 7 Deadly Sins in the same room (Lucifer in HH the rest in HB) - which already puts a damper on a lot of things.

Bee being disgusted by Mammon was already talked about but I'm going to bring it up again. Bee being disgusted with Mammon is not only hypocritical but downright stupid. Bee should be high on serotonin (since she feeds off of vibes) since Mammon was overindulging on unhealthy food - with her being the Sin of Gluttony and all.

These two should have been besties, I rest my case.

(Before I go on, there are no 'good' Sins. None. All Seven Sins go hand in hand one Sin usually leading up to the other)

Missed opportunity with Satan being an actual ruler of Hell before being dethroned. It would add some depth and complexity to the worldbuilding/characters. It would paint Lucifer in a bad light, sure (and would solidify his Sin of Pride) Satan's wrath in being dethroned, having to Rule only one ring instead of entirety of Hell, then Lucifer dips and Satan has to shoulder more work. (Brilliant)

(I'm not taking anything what Miss Medrano says on twitter, if it's not said in the story, it's not cannon)

Asmodeus is a wasted opportunity - his ties to Angels/Heaven - Azazel/Remiel - or Lilith/Adam - being a Nephilim (probably the only surviving one) in lore, Asmodeus was born by 'angels' seed and daughter of a man' in other Adam, The First Man was a*used and SAd by Lilith for over hundred years which resulted in Asmodeus.

Then there's the whole deal with Sarah, her murdered husbands out of jealousy, then him getting banished by Archangel Raphael - what I'm trying to say that Asmodeus' lore is rich and full of potential, which was not utilized - and could explain quite a bit about his characterization on HB and why consent is important for him.

Lucifer is not off the hook either, for he wronged both Adam and Eve (also depending on lore) started war in Heaven because of his PRIDE, caused fall of over quarter(?) of Heaven (as high as Dominion) and fathered Cain - which was another SA (if memory serves correctly) - reducing his to this 'innocent hopeless depressed dreamer' is not only doing a disservice to his character but to Eve and Adam too, along with their children.

Envy - here I'm going to get technical, so you can ignore my ramblings here - Leviathan was one of the Beasts created by God (depends on the lore and also can't look into my notes now) who got defeated by Jophiel and from a piece of their flesh was born Livyatan - the Sin of Envy - and Hellmouth - depends, in some, Leviathan was still the serpent, in the Sea of Envy in Hell. Envy and Pride go hand in hand (both Pride and Envy caused Lucifer's fall)

I think Mammon flirting with Envy would work in a setting where Bee and Mammon are besties, then Mammon starts giving attention to Bee, irking Leviathan and making their Envy flare up

Sloth - laziness and apathy, said person not wanting to work, resourcess being wasted - I think during the court proceedings, Belphegor should not have voted or if prompted enough, be completely apathetic towards everyone in the room - this is the shortest since....I don't have my notes and run on memory alone

(Also, everything depends on lore, what part of religion it is taken from - in some Lucifer and Samael are the same person in some not, Lucifer and Satan are the same and in some not - and so on and so forth)

I hope this makes sense and can see where I was going with this.

Edit: None of the Sins are Fallen Angels, not even King Paimon - not even the rest of Goetia since all of them are siblings all fathered by King Paimon and I do believe with this writing decision in order to vilify Heaven as much as possible, Miss Medrano keeps writing herself into corners

Solar return observations pt 1. (Based on my personal experiences)

Hii guys, I know it’s been a super long while but I’m going to try to start posting more content for you guys 😊💕

This year I had Venus in the 6th house square Saturn and at the beginning of this year I was having heated disputes with some coworkers. I came very close to almost quitting my job because I felt like I was being overworked and underpaid, underappreciated by my managers and coworkers, and like my competency was being taken for granted because how much extra effort I put in to my job.

This year I had Mars in Capricorn trine Saturn in the 9th house and it’s been giving me the energy to get things done ✅. The times when I had to do something made me feel even more capable of being able to accomplish it and with efficiency. I felt motivated to get my homework done on time and do it early as well. I really like having this placement bc my natal 12h placements make me sort of lazy and a homebody

My moon is in Libra in the 5th house this year and I’ve been loving watching makeup and hair tutorials and just honestly keeping myself entertained with aesthetics. I started watching tv shows again too!

I think cancer ruling my 2nd house and moon in my 5th house might have something to do with my sweet tooth this year.

So I’ve had moon in the 4th house for two years straight now, & I can tell you right now I’m never been more of a homebody. I hate leaving my house and especially my bed. I’m always thinking about being in my bed whenever I go somewhere. I can also vouch that this placement is the root of my extreme laziness and desperate need to take lots of naps despite the fact that I have Mars in Capricorn this year.

In my SR ASC for this year I’m a Gemini rising and all I can say for it is that I’ve been focused on school a lot and getting ready to graduate, focused on perfecting my driving and also getting my license, communicating and getting along with my peers a lot more, talking a lot more, and doing a whole bunch of thinking. If you’re about to have this rising sign in your sr just know that you’ll be spending most of your time and energy in your head and will feel like you can’t ever stop thinking. This placement has also caused me to reflect on how it is I think and why I think the things I do. Lots of contemplation with this placement.

Neptune in the 10th house and I feel like there’s been some confusion on what it is I want to do for a career and how I’m going to go about it.

Saturn in the 9th house and UGH. Some of my teachers this year have been a real pain in the ass. I’ve had lots of disputes with them over grades and it at first was not working out for me all too well. I also felt like I was bombarded with a lot of homework a lot too this year.

Taurus in the 12h house & I’ve had a few dreams about material things and food

Moon in the the 5th house and mercury in the 7th house & lol let’s just say I’m always daydreaming about being in a relationship

I swear the year I had Saturn in the 12th house made me have the worst escapism tendencies. I hated this year and I also struggled with having multiple existential crisis all throughout that year. Let’s just say I became very apathetic towards everything and felt extremely unmotivated to get anything done or pursue my goals

Sole Survivor Prima AU

A TF:One AU where Prima Prime survives Sentinel's ambush with the Quintessons. He decides to return to Iacon and becomes the sole ruler. He's a bit of a cold and apathetic ruler, though he is rumored to kill bots if angered. Meanwhile, Dee is a nighttime security mech at the archives. D-16 here is related to Prima and Megatronus (because it's my AU and I decide the rules). OPMeg is also conjunxed here.

I will be writing about Sole Survivor Prima still because he's also my favorite and I like putting him and Dee through the horrors. So while I wait for my Ao3 account, I will also be writing down some facts about the AU here for like future purposes. Also I might write the most about this one cause I genuinely enjoy this AU a lot, plus I always have brainrot for him.

From the name, Prima is the only Prime who managed to survive Sentinel's ambush. This is mostly because of Primus' intervention. Prima then proceeded to lose it because he just watched everyone he loves die (yes, even Alpha Trion dies here for the sake of this AU). Since he does survive, he decides to kill Sentinel right then and there.

He returns to Iacon a little bit later since he goes on to go kill the remaining Quintessons. By this point he's kinda been imbued by Primus' blessing to go kill off the remaining Quintessons and he's been given the Matrix since Zeta is dead. Not to mention, Prima is so lost in his grief and fury that it helps him a bit when it comes to hunting down the Quintessons.

D-16 is a security mech for the archives. He works during the night shift (which is where he met Pax too since Pax - even if he is an archivist - snuck in during the night). Unless Pax drags him outside to have fun or go on a date, he usually spends most of his time inside his house (he's just an introvert) which is why not a single High Guard has managed to spot him at all.

There's a rumor that if you were to talk about the Primes, you may disappear. It is not a rumor, it is true. Prima doesn't like to hear speculation about the other Primes, and while he doesn't have surveillance everywhere, Soundwave does. Soundwave reports back to Prima and Prima usually decides what to do with bots who spread information about the Primes.

I know canonically Prima does have blue optics, and he does keep them in this AU. However, his original optic colors are gold. The reason he has blue optics is because he tried to match the other Primes when they were still alive. Now that they're gone, each time he feels strong emotion (mostly rage and grief), his optics revert back to his original optic colors... which is gold.

The Prime Palace was shared by all Thirteen Primes, that's where they lived together. Unfortunately, with the passing of the twelve, Prima lives there alone. While there are occasionally staff members and the High Guard around, they don't really live there. So it's extremely lonely and quiet during the night. Honestly, if Prima wasn't known to reside there, people would think it abandoned.

This may be explored in a later story, but I do want Prima to accidentally meet D-16 in the archives at night. Prima doesn't get a lot of recharge so he does go outside at times, though usually only at the Prime Palace's garden. However, I like the scenario that he may also go to the Archives at night where he may run into D-16. Talk about a jumpscare, am I right?

Some tiny details that are not important but I like to share:

Dee dreams of either being a High Guard or an Offworld Explorer.

Pax still gets in a lot of trouble, even as a cogged mech.

Prima can genuinely rip bots into atoms... that's not a rumor.

I took a week's break and now I'm back! Slightly shorter chapter (I think?), let me know what you think of it! This one picks up right after chapter 5, and brings us over the 10,000 word mark for the whole fic. Wow! That is more than the 1,000-ish words I intended.

Positives always come with negatives. Positive: You spent the night cuddled up to Leona Kingscholar. Negative: You could no longer feel your arms because Leona Kingscholar refused to release you.

“Leona,” you whisper-yelled, squirming.

He grumbled, and his face twitched into a scowl. For a split second, you felt hope for your poor, lead-heavy arms. But then he sighed and relaxed back into a deep sleep.

This time, you spoke at volume. “Wake up!”

“Mmh… What..?” he grumbled, one eye opening. “‘’M sleepin’...”

“And I’m losing circulation!”

Leona’s eyes closed once more. Just when you had resigned yourself to eternal discomfort, he loosened his grip and rolled over. Before you could so much as thank him, his breathing deepened and he was rendered a sleeping beauty once more.

You sat up and wiggled your arms, trying to flail some feeling into them - a feeling other than numb, preferably.

Once your arms regained a semblance of relief, you glanced over at Grim, who was snoring on the sofa. Savanaclaw was quiet. It must have been early.

You turned your gaze to the slumbering prince beside you.

For someone so domineering and whip-sharp, he slept often, letting his guard drop completely. Was that arrogance? Did he think himself untouchable due to his status? Or was it apathy?

Leona had been willing to risk an international incident to knock Malleus Draconia out of the Spelldrive tournament. That was far from rational. 

Ambition or cruelty? Arrogant or apathetic? You felt like you could argue either point.

He was smart. One of the smartest people you had ever met. Did he truly believe that his actions would have a favourable result? You and your friends had managed to uncover the scheme in a matter of days.

If it came down to it, Leona could have crafted a far better plan.

So… Did he want it to fail?

It was an unthinkable accusation to make. You had your secrets, and so did Leona. Ruggie too. Everyone had secrets.

I’d like for him to tell me, though, you realised. I want him to trust me the way I trust him.

Because… you did trust him, didn’t you? He wanted you. He could have acted without regard for your wants, your safety. But he didn’t; Leona was courteous, willing to push the boundary, but never crossing it.

If you had told him to back off, you had no doubt that he would have.

Your hand reached out, tucking a strand of his long dark hair away from his closed eyes. He didn’t stir, allowing you to watch him in a rare moment of peace. His carved cheekbones, thin lips and unblemished skin… Even without those features, you would have found him beautiful. Within them lay a dormant strength. The presence of a ruler.

Leona would never be king. You would never want him to be a king. Such a station would make him unhappy in the end, for gaining power would mean losing everything.

A governmental position might suit him. Somewhere where his brains could be put to use, but his ego could be kept in check.

Whatever his future was, you wanted to be in it. You, Leona and Ruggie… How long would your meetings of the mind, body and heart last? Was everything just a quick fling? Or could you go the distance together? What would a future together look like?

Returning to your world felt like a far-off dream when you were with them. Leaving Twisted Wonderland… It was becoming unthinkable.

“You’re thinking too loud,” Leona said, tearing you from your thoughts.

He seemed to have dragged himself into the realm of wakefulness. “Sorry,” you replied, suddenly unsure of where your hands should go.

You were in his bed. You had woken up in his bed. What were you supposed to do now?

Leona let out a mirthful, “Heh,” making the corner of his eyes crinkle. “What’s with that face? You look like a hornbill that just realised it's about to be lunch.”

“I do not!”

“Yeah, you do.”

Leona used one arm to lift himself up, the muscles tightening in an almost mesmerising fashion. Caught in the haze of your distraction, you didn’t realise that he was boxing you in until it was too late.

Leona was over you, arms caging you in. Your breath caught in your throat while your stomach flipped.

“Morning,” you said, voice bordering on a breath.

“Mornin’,” Leona replied, face far too close to yours. “Sleep well?”

He was smirking like he had won something.

“Yeah… Until I lost the feeling in my arms.”

“Still going on about that?” He rolled his eyes. His braids were hanging down, tickling your cheek. “Takes a lot of guts to cuddle up to me and then complain about it.”

“Next time I’ll put all my weight on you and see how you like it,” you challenged.

Leona didn’t rise to it. Instead, he fixated on something else; “Next time?”

You could back down and act as though you didn’t mean it, but there was little point in that. You both knew that there would be a next time.

“Yeah. Next time. Got a scheduling conflict?” you pushed.

“You’re getting awfully cocky now. Was this always a part of you, or have you just pulled it out of thin air?” Leona chuckled. “Doesn’t matter. I like it.”

I like it.

He said it like he meant it. Like that sole fact was carved into his very being.

Shivers sparked through your body.

Leona’s lips found yours, seemingly through a magnetic force, bringing your exchange to its natural conclusion. The threat of his body weight above you, never pressing but ever present, made you thank whatever sports god had blessed him. He felt as warm as the desert sun, offering you a heat that reached down your throat and ignited a raw, almost feral sense of want within you.

You finally realised where to put your hands when you wrapped your arms around his neck and clung to Leona like a lifeline.

When you separated, each panting for breath, there was a thick, palpable tension. A thread strung so tight that a wrong look might snap it.

That was how Ruggie found the two of you.

“Leona, rise and shin-” Ruggie stood in the doorway, taking in the sight. “Neeeeever mind. Looks like someone beat me to it.”

From the sofa, Grim started his usual morning bawling. “Five more minutes! I was having the best dream… So much… So much tuna…”

Much like Leona, Grim found his way back to the land of nod with ease.

Must be a cat thing… you realised in between flares of, Ruggie you’re the worst, and, Ruggie, get over here right now.

“You two look pretty cozy,” the hyena oh-so-helpfully observed. 

“We were,” Leona responded, seeming more than a little peeved. “Until someone barged in.”

Ruggie’s ears flattened. “Yikes, frosty…”

“I’m sure you could make it up to us,” you tried, hoping that it didn’t sound too desperate.

“That’ll have to happen later, kitten. His royal highness needs to get ready.”

You frowned. “That’s a shame.”

“It’s a pain…” Leona grumbled, though he situated himself back to his side of the bed without protest.

You mourned the loss of his body heat, but took it as a sign that you had to get ready for the day too.

“Alright Grim, time to wake up,” you told the direbeast once you made it out of Leona’s bed. “C’mon, eyes open.”

“Mraah… It’s so early!” 

Grim then began his usual routine.

He didn’t want to wake up, he thought that classes were boring, he was hungry… However, now he had the pitiful addition of, “I miss my fire magic…”

You and Ruggie shared more than one look of sympathetic comradery.

When Leona and Grim were both ready and everyone was making their way to the Spelldrive field, Ruggie whispered to you, “Looks like it’s gonna be a long day for both of us. Grim’s miserable and Leona’s extra peeved…”

“I can hear you,” Leona called over, irritated.

Ruggie waved a hand toward him. “See? Super peeved.”

An idea began to form in your mind. You sped up your steps in order to fall in line with Leona.

“Hey, Leona?” you began.

His green eyes burned into you. “What?”

You leaned forward, stood on your toes, and pressed a kiss to his lips. “One for the road,” you told him.

His expression didn’t change much, but his tail flicked, betraying the rise of some kind of emotion within him. “Thanks,” he murmured, seeming somewhat… bashful?

“What was that?” Grim asked. “What didja do?”

You smiled to yourself. “Nothing, Grim.”

Ruggie laughed from behind you, before dashing over to you and slinging an arm over your shoulder. “Aww, I’m feeling left out!”

“Consider it punishment for ruining my morning meal.”

Ruggie flushed, pulling a laugh from you.

It was a messy morning, but you could get used to wake-up calls like that.

Chapter 18. Little Joys

Summary: Benedict's breath falters, and he has to hold onto the edge of the table to not pounce on you as his body demands him. "Queen Charlotte," you return bright-eyed and giddy. "I didn't know you had it in you to be so shifty!"

"I am not shifty, Princess Y/N, I'm ingenious," she says with a smug grin. "Sometimes a Queen has to encourage defiance in her subjects, otherwise they get too lamb-like. Do not forget this."

You go back to your seat. "I think this is why my mother wanted me to come here so badly," you say, cheeks rosy with excitement. "You have much to teach me."

"Do I?" The Queen eyes you. "I believe you know all that is needed. Why don't you tell me your doubts and I'll see if I can nudge you in the right direction?"

You sigh. "I only have a single predicament, really. I can't get used to large crowds. I'll be crowned in five years, and I fear I won't be able to address my subjects how they deserve."

"Do you think this is due to your lack of dexterity?" The Queen asks bluntly.

"Maybe. When I get nervous my body feels ten times heavier and is much harder to control."

"Your body cannot listen when your mind is saying more than one thing at a time," the woman tells you wisely. "The only way to overcome your panic is by practice, dear. I promise you, it gets dull after a while."

"Why, but I don't want to loathe my duty!" You say. "I am a devoted princess and I'm eager to become Queen. It would break my heart to grow apathetic of Genovia."

Queen Charlotte chuckles. "I like you, Princess Y/N. None of my daughters or sons have such candour. Cling to that urge to do well by what you love, and the heavens will guide you."

You chuckle, a funny little thought occurring to you. "Like Psyche? I shall look up each night and ask Venus to enlighten me."

The Queen's expression falters momentarily; she speaks to you with unprecedented tenderness. "Tell me, dear, are you glad you paid my country a visit? You said your mother made you come."

You blush, realizing your slip of the tongue. "Very, Your Majesty."

"You want to be a proper ruler," she continues, "and so you did what you thought best for your nation, and it gave you satisfying results. Let that be a reminder, you're doing well." You nod, rising from your chair and curtsying to excuse yourself for the day. Before you exit the room, however, the Queen adds more. "There is a favour you can do for me, Princess, if you wish to thank me."

Innocently, you comply. "Anything, good Queen." 

"I suspect one of your Bridgertons is behind the Lady Whistledown's column," she says, returning to her stern persona. "Find out whom."

"John is convinced my mother doesn't want him."

"So what if she doesn't? Francesca does and she's the one who'll share a bed with him!" You scoff at Benedict's retelling.

"Yes, but he's a good man and wants to please Mother. Comes with being terribly shy, I'm afraid," he glances at you bemusedly, "you would make splendid friends, or frustrate each other saying back and forth 'No, you first!'"

You toss bits of eraser at him, his laughter echoing in the empty classroom. You're using the Academy's premises today because Benedict wanted to work on some of his pieces while you practised. A change of setting is always welcomed, and since the Queen asked you to investigate the Bridgertons, the castle has turned suffocating.

"Violet will be much more amicable next time she sees Lord Kilmartin," you say confidently, "she feels it almost like a duty after the Queen's proposition."

"I still can't believe Queen Charlotte did that!" Benedict laughs. "But it was all you, really. Your presence made the Queen ease up a bit."

You blush, avoiding his gaze by focusing on your sketching. "You think me some kind of otherworldly benefactor."

"A magical critter," he jests, still bright and happy.

"I wish!" You try to match his mood, but the queen's request weighs on your shoulders, and as the seconds tick by, it gets harder to ignore it.

Benedict pauses and drops the act, frowning at you. "What is it? Days ago you were eager to visit the Academy again, now you're gloomy.  It bothers me to see you down."

It's better to tell him than to Eloise or Penelope. Eloise would fret and do something foolish, and Penelope would only get yet another thing to worry over, and dejectedly advise you to be honest and secure Genovia's relation with the crown, something she would deem far more important than her safety.

You cannot sacrifice a young woman's freedom for the sake of your country's opportunities. Genovia will carry on with or without a relationship with the British crown, and the fact that you're here, humouring the possibility of a union between nations, is merely a nice little side quest your mother gave you to enhance your diplomatic skills and cure you of your stage fright.

Your parents wouldn't blame you if you chose Pen's safety, empathy has always been higher ranked than influence in your family's priorities, and you scarcely think the Queen would go to war with your country over something as silly as a gossip column.

"Y/N?" Benedict scowls, hating your silence. "You went away. What is the matter?"

You leave the pencil on the table and place both hands on your lap. "The Queen believes Lady Whistledown is a Bridgerton."

Benedict is silent for two seconds, then bursts out laughing, his left brow going up in a bemused expression. "Beg your pardon? Lady Whistledown a Bridgerton?"

You don't find it funny at all. "When Cressida published her offensive column, it was heavily focused on your family, and another column came out almost right away after the long absence, so she thinks that whoever wrote it must be quite attached to your brood."

"She's wrong," he smirks. "There are many a thing that the gossiper could've written about if they were one of us, and some that she would've left out for our sake. Eloise's blunder last season, for example." 

"All the more reason to suspect, don't you think?" You insist. "A gossiper like her would know by now that your family is an endless source of income—it's obvious she's handpicking the things she writes about, at least when it comes to your family."

Benedict opens his mouth, then narrows his eyes as if suddenly picking up on something. "Did the Queen ask you to make inquiries?"

You blush, unable to lie. "She's come to trust me more than I anticipated."

"And what did you tell her?" He asks, suddenly growing guarded.

"I doubted any of you would trust me enough to admit it—"

"Did you agree to do it?" He presses.

"I said I would try," you admit curtly, "but neither of you can say what the queen wants to hear."

Benedict has learned to read between the lines of your witty retorts, and he's quite fluent in your mannerisms, so when you brush it away without even the slightest hint of doubt, he reaches a precise conclusion.

"You don't think it's a Bridgerton," he steps away from his canvas, lowering his hand and dropping the paintbrush on the edge of the easel. "Actually, let me rephrase that. You know it's not a Bridgerton."

You look up in astonishment. "What makes you think that?"

"You gave me a compelling argument as to why the Queen believes it's one of us—yet you're not convinced enough to explore it. You never disregard ideas unless you already know how they'll turn out."

"That's a lie."

Benedict approaches, towering over you with a glint in his eye. "Curiosity is your Achilles heel, Y/N. I would know."

You huff. "Maybe I think this is silly, Benedict. A queen shouldn't have a feud with a sodding gossip column!"

He laughs. "My god, you must know far more than you'd like..." He seizes your wrist and pulls you to your feet. "Very well, don't tell me, I don't mind," he shrugs and means it. "I couldn't care less about that lady, and if the queen's little assignment gives you an excuse to leave the castle and visit me more often, I have no reason to complain..."

He kisses you, easily melting you against him. You hold onto his shoulders right away, then one hand goes up to hold the side of his head, carding through his gorgeous, brown waves. Benedict growls, and that's your queue to sit on the edge of your desk. His lips move down your jaw and neck, licking against your pulse point. He inhales deeply as he buries his nose in the soft spot beneath your ear.

"I believe it's time you take a break, I wouldn't want you to strain those lovely fingers of yours..." he mutters, kissing the spot he'd just been smelling.

You nod, already grabbing fistfuls of your skirt and pulling it up your legs. "That's a wonderful idea, professor..."

He chuckles, leaning back a bit to look into your eyes. "Is that how you'll call me while we're like this? If so... use it with caution, I like it a little too much."

His hands slip under your dress and caress the soft, warm expanse of skin. He hums, nuzzling your jaw. You pull his face into another hungry kiss, licking his lower lip and moaning at your boldness as it shakes you to your very core. Benedict's breath falters, and he has to hold onto the edge of the table to not pounce on you as his body demands him.

"Y/N," he says shakily, "you must allow me to taste you."

He begs as if this is a thing you've been denying him for a lifetime, and you look around, wanting to find the answer outside of yourself, a sign. He pulls your face back, wanting your focus on him.

"I'll lock the door," he vows, "and I know you'll be quiet, though I can't promise I'll be quick, but I swear to please you how you deserve."

You gulp, nodding and speaking in a fragile, shy tone. "Lock the door."

He steps back, moving to the entrance while looking at you with a crooked grin. "You know, whether it's a dress or trousers, you always look downright edible. It is no surprise that this idea has been plaguing me for weeks."

You laugh. "You never fail to make it sound like a burden, too."

"Well, there is a reason why lust is considered a sin," Benedict locks the door with a soft click.

"Which is?" You prod, wanting to hear his poetic lecture on this.

"When you desire someone to the point of distraction, it's all-consuming, maddening, and strips you down leaving nothing but the most animalistic side of you. God made us to his image, and thus, forbids us of dishonouring his miracle by acting on impulse."

He stands before you, and you look at him with a glint of playful defiance. "Seems to me the sin is acting on the wrong passions knowing it's immoral. Not so much the fact that you feel desire, for all humans do, yet not all of us sin by doing so."

He smirks, placing both hands on your bare knees and gently pushing them apart. "My actions are never a sin. Do you want to know why?"

"Why?"

"Because I'm always worshipping God's work," he sinks to his knees before you.

Benedict's face disappears between your thighs, and you stop breathing. You arch on instinct forgetting about sin altogether, and reach down burying your fingers in his thick hair, gloriously wild and abundant, to pull him closer. He moans in a way you've never heard before, deep yet needy, and parts his lips, running his tongue on your center to gather your arousal, making a suction sound that makes your entire body burn ten degrees hotter.

"Benedict," you gasp, one foot landing on the edge of the table, and you place your free hand flat behind you to support the angle better. "Dear lord—damn!"

It's a simple hiss of pleasure, you can tell Benedict loves it, because you hear—and feel—a muffled chuckle, and his hands tighten their grip on your thighs, pulling you closer to his mouth. He uses his teeth then, grazing over your clit to tease you, and it makes you let out a string of curses in every language you know, which of course, only encourages him to devour you.

Your thighs begin to close around his head and Benedict pushes them down with unexpected strength, which pulls another moan from you. He doesn't speak to you while he's there, acting like a man starved, so diligently licking you clean that it makes your mind go blank.

His left hand slips down your inner thigh and finds your entrance, his mouth focusing on your swollen nub while two fingers go inside you, tracing your inner walls as if working on a sketch, laying the imaginary colours over a canvas only he can envision. You writhe, the familiar tension and fluttering of your walls around his digits oh so weakening as he keeps the same pace he's been using the whole time.

"Ben... Ben, I'll..." he curls his fingers and drags them back, his tongue flat on your nub and doing the same motion. "Oh my god!"

You have Benedict to thank for your safety, because there is no doubt in your mind you would've fallen off the table and straight on your arse if it hadn't been for his strong grip on you. He allows you to recover slowly, pulling away only after you've stopped moaning and squirming, and watches as you lie back on the table fully, flushed and dazzled. 

He carefully gets on his feet again and stands between your legs, careful not to brush against you while you're still sensitive. Benedict looks down at you with a face of utter satisfaction, and places both hands flat on the table at the same height as your hips, caging you in the spot—Not that you feel trapped, for the first time in many years, you're floating.

"Amen," he says with that crooked, devilishly handsome smirk.

As you walk through the broad hallways of the castle, feet light and a silly grin on your face, your worries about Lady Whistledown are momentarily pushed aside as you ponder the best way to get a nice supply of rubbers from Genovia without your parents knowing. 

You could write to your brothers, of course, sexuality isn't something you've been taught to disapprove in one another, and though they would certainly write back in disgust and pretend to hate you're asking them such favour, they would still send you a good amount of rubbers. But they would ask for something like a brand new instrument for their science experiments, or riding gear, which they could very well afford on their own but prefer to get for free if they can extort it from you.

It is then that you think of Paula. Your lady-in-waiting is a lively flirt and a smart one at that, so there is no doubt she came prepared for the journey, even if she claims to dislike all of Britain. With a perky step, you direct yourself to her chambers, though it proves to be a difficult task since your only way to locate them is a comment Paula made in passing when she first arrived.

You're careful not to be seen as you approach the promised land, hearing loud chatter and hurried orders thrown around from one maid to another. You don't wish to be questioned, for you are a terrible liar and servants always see right through deceit.

As two loud giggles come forth amid your stealthy intrusion, you hurry into the first door you find—which turns out to be a broom closet—and clasp a hand over your mouth, imagining yourself as part of the inventory and praying none of these girls is searching for cleaning supplies.

"...so empty without the princesses," you catch a bit of the conversation, "I don't know what we'll do once they leave. Paula is so lucky, having young royalty to tend for, ours is well into adulthood, and a very dull one, even Paula's Queen and King seemed like a fun pair!"

"I know, I have half a mind to go back to my old mistress—Lady Arnold was really kind, you know? Even if she didn't receive youth, at least her guests were interesting."

The familiar name catches your interest, and you find yourself focusing on the conversation as if being part of it. The other maid giggles. "Interesting? I'd say they were all mental."

"Oh, you only say that because you didn't meet them! So what if they had odd preferences, they were always polite to the staff, and the ones who weren't never got invited again, because Lady Arnold valued our work."

"She wanted to keep you quiet, that's all," the girl argues coldly. "I couldn't possibly serve a woman like her, and don't you even think about going back! What would God think if you continued to protect such devious deeds?"

There is hesitance in the other girl's voice. "I saw those people interact with each other many times... I wouldn't call it devious. They were sincere and tender, and you'd hardly witness such authentic interactions within the ton, even at their most prestigious ball."

A scoff receives this information, and you hear their steps coming to a halt. "Freaks of nature, all of them. Lady Arnold became a widow far too young and was led astray by those monsters."

"Helen, calling them monsters is too cruel."

"What would you call them, then? They're men that sleep with men and women that sleep with women—that's unnatural and disgusting!"

"Disgusting, are they?" The other continues, and you can hear the impatience and sarcasm in her voice. "You don't find Benedict Bridgerton disgusting, judging by how you insist on taking the tea tray to the garden when the Princess is having her lessons, and he was one of Lady Arnold's most frequent guests."

Stunned silence follows that revelation, and then Helen speaks in a frail, stiff tone. "You lie."

"I do not."

"You lie, Nancy! You lie to embarrass me!"

"I do not! He was a guest! Stayed the night many times in Lady Arnold's home with many men!"

The voice gets further and further away, which tells you Helen stormed out of the hall in a fit, upset by the revelation. You continue to keep still, hands gripping the doorframe to keep you standing. Your mind tries to wrap around this new bit of information, but the process is interrupted as the door swings open and you're met by none other than Paula, who pulls in air ready to let out a shriek before you cover her mouth. 

"We need to talk," you tell her in a shaky whisper.

Hello! Can I request some Yandere Jeanne D'arc Alter and Okita Souji x Master! Reader, who is really a apathic person, where the Master is receiving a lot of attetion and being persuade by other servants who have romantinc interest on them, like how they would deal with the jealosy and the all the situation?

I was thinking recently about making an AO3 account for my stuff, mainly just to archive it if I'm dumb and do something to the blog. But also now because I saw one post about tumblr dying. So, I'm probably going to do that.

At the start of her stay at Chaldea, she's in hate with the master. Everything about them is annoying and awful to her—especially their apathetic personality.

She could not understand why anyone was actively trying to get into a relationship with them. They are so overwhelmingly unpleasant, and that's why everyone should stay away from them so she can bully them for their awful attitude.

By complete accident, she bullies anyone who even shows a passing like to the master in front of her to death. She states that it's pointless not just because you're talking at a wall but because they're servants. This won't last; it'll end in heartbreak.

Don't try to thank her for stopping any unwanted advances. She'll just insult you for not rejecting them hard enough!

Playing nice is getting them nowhere. They just keep coming, and you have to put your foot down. This is why she will never respect them.

Unlucky for her, when London comes around and Tamamo joins Chaldea, Jalter meets someone just as sassy and confrontational as her.

Now, every insult she throws is reflected at her. Now she's called jealous, insecure, bitter, and she wishes she could find love but can't because of her ugly attitude.

Which isn't true because she's just being realistic about their situation and how undesirable the master is. So, she starts pulling back because she's annoying to argue with, not because she's right or anything.

Once she pulls away and is "forced" to watch Tamamo and now many others who have taken the opportunity to try again without her to bully them.

It stirs something inside her. She chooses to believe it's disgust, but the feeling only starts when someone is getting or shouting their affection for the master. She'll think it's from her and the master both not being interested in romance before she believes it could be a crush.

Jeanne (Ruler) points it out much more kindly than Tamamo's mocking way. Even with a much more serious and nicer sit down to talk about it. She'll only slightly accept it more.

She's so used to being mean and hating everyone that it's weird for her to consider she likes someone so much it makes her want to keep them from everyone else.

She'll keep being mean and a tsundere, but with more and more servants joining Chaldea, she'll explain away her behavior with some poor excuse.

There's a good chance she'll never express her feelings and be her usual self in game. But everyone and the master will believe she has a soft spot for them and only them.

After she finally calms down, much like with Okita, you just get scary dog privileges. She won't keep more aggressively romantic servants forever, but it's much easier to believe she's just bad at being friends than having romantic feelings.

Over time, she'll be able to become your closest friend if you don't look too deeply into her awkward behavior. Just seeing the small kind things she does, along with her being protective on a mission, as her way of making friends.

I would say it depends on the servant who's flirting with the master. But since the most romantic are Tamamo and Kiyohime, along with being the first servants to show romantic interest, she sees them in every other servant with a crush. No matter who they are.

She's not a jealous person, or she believes she isn't. She's not jealous that others realize how excellent the master is. She's just protective of them. She just wants their safety and happiness.

Because of those two, she 100% believes no one cares about the master. At least not like she does.

Unlike the other servants, Okita's love isn't seen as romantic or even close to her courting anyone. She looks like an overly loyal servant, which no one is surprised about. She's one of the Shinsengumi in a dire situation; of course she'll want to be close to the master. No one realizes she feels more than just master-servant loyalty.

Because of the selfish and cruel actions of Tamamo and Kiyohime, every servant who isn't in Okita's personal circle of friends is ruined. They are not kind people and only want to use her master to live out their marriage fantasies. The master deserves to live a happy life doing what they want and having to walk on glass to make sure their ideal is not broken.

If she were the master's wife, she would be more than happy to live the life they wanted. Whether that's her staying home as their housewife or allowing them to stay home and making her the breadwinner.

But that's not what this is about. Love rivals second, enemies who want to take away the master's free will and life first.

She goes to the master first, of course; she must make sure she does what they want first, unlike some servants. She is very much taken aback at being told that it's okay and she shouldn't bother.

Begrudgingly, she agrees not to harm them, but she will closely monitor them. Since they're not the most peaceful servants. She understands they're apathetic about people being interested. It's not like they're encouraging being chased after. They're doing the opposite.

But things get worse; they keep getting bolder, and more servants seek to take advantage of the master under the guise of being in love. Yes, the master is great and loveable. But they are uninterested, so stop bothering them.

Most servants back off because she explains why the master isn't interested in them when, in reality, they're primarily threats, or they become uninterested.

Tamamo or Nero are servants who don't take her seriously, so they don't stop and are the first to find out that her feelings are more than servant loyalty—accusing her of also having feelings for the master, wanting them for herself, and being a hypocrite.

In her frustration, she admits that she is, but she doesn't care. She's putting them first, not her. She knows she'll be rejected and might not ever have a chance. She's happy enough to be allowed to be by their side in the first place. And if they don't start knowing the same, she might take action into her own hands if they ignore the master's options.
