long update rant: ok guess what i broke my restriction of 20 hrs right after school AND BINGED OMGG. and i know it’s cuz i’m restricting but i just need my body to WORK. anywyas ok so it’s may 1st in two days so i’m gonna restrict the next two days full and then start may off with like under 400 calories daily. anyways i also started a new ab workout which is supposed to show results within a week so i’ll update with that as well. losing weight is so frickin hard but we PERSEVERE. ok BYEE
