10 Ways to Get Rid of Anxiety in 2019
If you suffering from severe anxiety on a daily basis then it is time that you learn to live without your anxiety forever. Just kidding!
On a serious note, How to calm anxiety is the biggest question on everybody’s mind nowadays.

1. If you really want to reduce anxiety, then cut stress to calm down. Cut workload which is one of the major causes of stress. Life is to live and live to the fullest, no place for anything else, not for anxiety at least.
2. Meditation for 10 minutes daily is a good way to deal with anxiety. Sleep full 8 hours, try to sleep early and wake up early. You should have frequent wake up during your sleep or early wake-ups.
3.Regular workout or simple exercise and Yoga are good for health, both mental and physical, which will keep anxiety at the bay.
4. Ease up on caffeine and alcohol or other sedatives that you may be administering. These upper and downer will kick anxiety to overdrive on the fast track. Also, avoid drugs such as Marijuana and other similar substances if you are on it.
5. Avoid anti-anxiety medicines unless you are prescribed by a doctor for short-term administration in the wake of severe anxiety disorder or panic attacks.
6.Early Morning Deep Breathing is a fabulous way to calm down naturally. Practice it to believe it. Inhale Oxygen heart fill as much as you can absorb.
7.Lavender oil consists of a lot of healing properties. It induces a feeling of calmness and supports deep and restful sleep. It can even help to relieve headaches.
8.To help reduce anxiety, keep a bottle of lavender oil at your desk (or in purse if you have one). Massage it into your temples or you may even breathe it in when you need a boost of peace.

9. Accept your anxiety. This may sound counter intuitive but accepting your anxiety, instead of feeling ashamed or frustrated will actually help you feel less anxious. It does not matter whether anxiety is caused by your family or your lifestyle or both. It is here now and acknowledging that instead of fighting it frees you up to learn how to manage it. Accepting it does not mean giving up, either. It means you refrain from berating yourself for being anxious and instead learn what works for you when it comes to self-soothing.
10.Do something. Do anything. Clear a few things off your desk. Get yourself a glass of water. Walk outside to a flower shop or a garden and find a flower to smell. As I said I said earlier, it does really not matter at all. Doing an action changes your thought pattern, which is often where anxiety starts.

A thought means absolutely nothing. A thought will remain meaningless until you assign value to it and will eventually lit fire in your mind to crack you up. If any thought receives enough attention then it got the potential to turn into an emotion and will kill you from inside because that emotion, that damn emotion becomes a habit and habit becomes an addiction. Anxiety: They're lying
Me: What?
Anxiety: They don't want to hang out with you, they're lying and they're just making excuses to not be with you. You're a waste of their time. In fact your a waste of everyone's time. You act way to clingy and everyone judges you for that. They all cringe when they get a message from you because they don't really want to talk to you. Why else would they not send messages to you first? You have nothing to say in conversations because your not funny and if people do laugh at what you have to say its at you and not with you. They remember every stupid thing you've said and it only adds to the case that you are a worthless human being. No-one in thier right mind would ever want to be your friend and your destined to be alone for the rest of your life. No-one would miss you if you died and in fact you should just die now.

Anxiety
My anxiety is giving me chills again
Giving me fever every night and the morning I wake;
Jaw pain was regular but now has turned unbearable with a clingy headache telling me how helpless I am.
Everytime I go to a psychologist, tells me not to worry and live a stress free life but will his sayings ever revamp me?
People tell me about another solution- Isolate yourself.
But is that really an option for a person?
Who has always been dependent on someone or the other for pity needs(from spoon feeding to accompanying everywhere),
Always been surrounded,
Always pampered,
Spoiled.
I guess NO.
I just hope a vehicle hits me and takes away all I have.

They don’t know why am I forgetting things, they don’t know why am I always sitting in some corner alone in the darkness, they don’t know why am I so quiet and into myself that I don’t like sitting in family dinner, they don’t know why I don’t like going out with them, they don’t know what kind of a person I am. I don’t really know what to name these kind of actions and their angry reactions but all my parents need to know is not everything is related to drugs and alcohol, there are mental disorders too! I won’t call it depression but I wake up with a lot anxiety everyday. It’s inside me and has the probability of hittin me anytime with a force of sadness. I get up late, have started forgetting things may it be incidents or things, Overreact on stupid arguments, stay cantankerous and don’t eat on time or you can say hardly eat at home. I don’t know how to put this all in a frame but I’m not happy the way my Parents are interpreting this depression into something else like I need to go to a rehab or something. I am a person who cannot drink more than 2 beer pints and am far away from drugs. They need to understand..
