The gist is that side effects can be… Extreme. And the benefits aren’t actually that great.
Antiparisitics can seriously fuck with your central nervous system. Millions of animals have developed seizures after taking just one dose of their flea and tick pills. Several also die. From one dose. Some newer options seem to be much safer (like Bravecto!), but there is still a concern. Given what we know from animal use, ethic review boards likely wouldn’t even approve a human trial for short-term safety and efficacy.
They also have serious implications on the kidneys. As dogs live a relatively short time, the cumulative effect isn’t as huge. For humans living 5-7x the lifespan of a dog, it’s just… riskier for prophylaxis.
Sometimes we consider using risky prophylaxis if the potential benefit of it is also substantial. With fleas and ticks it’s mostly not that big of a deal. Most bites don’t result in medically significant illness, and when they do, we usually have treatments. For example- bubonic plague was carried by the fleas carried on rats, we still have the bacteria and fleas that carry that bacteria, but a course of antibiotics is cheaper and suspected to be less harmful to humans overall now that we good overall pest control in other forms. The other issue, too, is that while these drugs stop colonization of fleas, they don’t “kill on contact.” It’s like having a little bit of flea/tick poison inside your blood at all times. When the flea/tick starts to feed on your blood, they ingest poison, eventually die. Time to death varies (for dogs taking Bravecto, it’s usually ~8 hours to kill fleas and ~12-48 hours to kill ticks), but the biggest point is that it doesn’t actually prevent the bites from occurring initially- and that also means that there will still be risk of contracting diseases from the ticks/fleas. We also have other ways to control infestation- and because we are able to communicate weird bites or itchiness, we can take care of potential problems in our home/around us earlier than we might with animals.
Which is another part of it- we already have some good control for flea and ticks on a population level. Good sanitation, physical barriers, insect repellant can all stop infestations or the initial bite better than any oral medication can. They also don’t hide in our hair since we don’t have dense fur, we bathe often, we wash our clothing, etc.
I won’t pretend to know the complex calculations done to weigh out risk vs benefit, but I’m sure there has been a lot of theory/debate + a lot of actual math related to the side effects and epidemiology of disease etc.
Would be cool if we had an overall safe and effective ectoparasiticide for humans. Since I’m not in pharm R&D I have no idea if there is any ongoing research on it, but I definitely wish there could be something, especially for those of us who go outside in prime tick environments- especially in areas with high prevalence of tick borne illnesses. Like Lyme, alpha-gal syndrome, or Rocky Mountain spotted fever.
Ooooh also. Vaccines.
Vaccination wouldn’t stop the initial bites either. We wouldn’t be vaccinating against the fleas and ticks themselves but rather against the illnesses they transmit. Bacterial vaccines are a thing which is cool. And vaccines are (usually) safe and effective (there are obviously some flops during R&D; with few notable exceptions what goes out to humans is very safe). The main issue is the cost vs how much disease we actually prevent. Thinking just about Lyme; there used to be a vaccine but it was disco’d around 2002 due to lack of consumer demand*. A new vaccine against Lyme is actually in phase 3 trials right now, though, and there is a PrEP for Lyme that is currently in development and should be getting close to human trials too!
* Whether or not this low demand was impacted by anti-vaxx movements is… unknown. It was discontinued only a few years after the Wakefield “vaccines linked to autism” paper which likely was falsified but ya know how that went. BUT the Lyme vaccination wasn’t like a routine vaccination given to kids. The Wakefield Anti-Vaxxers were primarily pushing against MMR, most had no idea the Lyme vaccination was a thing even. Won’t say it didn’t have any impact, because it surely could have, just that it wasn’t really a target for most anti-vaxx movements. I think a larger role was just that Lyme wasn’t as prevalent then and was more restricted geographically, too, and that back then, people saw Lyme as treatable with antibiotics with long-term illness/chronic Lyme being “controversial.” So just fewer people saw the need for such a vaccine.
Why don't humans have a once monthly flea and tick pill wtf

Let’s talk about Glyphosate! Does anyone even know what it is? Glyphosate is a water-soluble toxic molecule found in popular herbicides and pesticides. This health destroyer is sprayed all over our mass conventional produce, in residential and municipal areas across the world and inevitably contaminates the water supplies and the air we breath! Well, what’s the big deal?... Why is this important? Why does this matter...? It matters because most people are unaware of glyphosate’s hazardous effects on human health! This toxic molecule is affecting the lives and health of millions and the population barely even knows it... YEAH... But how!???... Let’s briefly break it down... We are living Beings made up of mostly microbes... Actually, we are more Microbial than we are Human... Glyphosate is a certified #anitibiotic #antifungle #antiparisitic and when introduced into the human body and to our precious living microbiomes, it reeks havoc, killing off all our good bacteria that is responsible for all the essential building blocks and functions in the human body... These good #microbes that inhabit our #guts are responsible for EVERYTHING in our bodies... #hormoneproduction #nerofunctions #endocrinefunction #seritoninproduction #dopimineproduction #nutrientassimilation and SO MUCH MORE! So what happens when all the good guys get killed by this toxic molecule...!? Our bodies literally loose their ability to function which creates #disbiosis #desease #depression #imbalances #poorhealth #illness and sometimes #death 🤯... So what is the solution...? What can we do to begin to #heal and reverse/ prevent damage? 1. Get educated on this topic 2.Support your local organic farmers 3. Choose organic foods when possible 4. Ditch the packages processed foods 5. Cook healthy organic meals at home 6. Grow your own organic foods • @kylieann.love thank you for this educational post about the effect of glyphosate on our health!! #millionmommovement #wearethemovement #wearethemillionmommovement #wearepurium #reduceglyphosate https://www.instagram.com/p/B89333cHHG9/?igshid=tb41ju2192f

Trying to explain to my dad that i agree that the pandemic has become all about money (in a way that corps just want us to keep working for them no matter how many people die bc of high profits) and not bc of the fact that they’re keeping people from taking the “miracle drug that is ivermectin”... it’s impossible.
I just had to explain that the one doctor that vouches for it was literally just some guy before the pandemic started. And he got mad saying that I’m just hating people for stating the truth that the government doesn’t want you to hear. And i’m just. I ended up looking at the wikipedia article of all the misinfo documented so far and I’m just stuck on how stupid people are. (specifically those ones about cocaine, veganism, and burning down 5g towers?)
Sometimes i’m glad i learned how to see if sources were valid. Why couldn’t everybody else have been taught that in school too?  They need it. There’s a fine line between stupidity somebody just made up and an actual scientific peer reviewed article and it’s never labelled until you get to sources IF it has sources..
like yes. I can’t tell you the exact reason why ivermectin isn’t the cure. That’s not what i specialize in. But i can also tell you I know well enough that it’s not and well enough to listen to those who DO Specialize in it. And it’s not an opinion. From real doctors and scientists who aren’t just some guy in some town who barely knows enough to not get fired from his job. (You can get a medical degree with straight C’s ya know)
#it's an antiparisitic not antiviral#you got scabies or lice? ivermectin#you got covid? antivirals.#like why is that hard to understand#i even pulled the 'you took the polio and measles vaccines right? and didn't catch it?#and i couldn't even mention that the only reason there's boosters is bc the virus has mutated far enough to where the first one doesnt work#like. come on#i dont know whats so hard to understand about all this stuff#its becoming evident that many people never had to do research projects#also im realizing that anything that has the words 'red pill' in it is a major red flag and my dad doesn't see that either#he also doesnt realize its a reference to the matrix#bc one of his sources is a podcast/insta page that has red pill in the username#and that its not a real source its just some guy#and apparently the cdc isnt a real source to them anymore and we've hit rock bottom#jesus fuck will my mom be right about me having survivor's guilt being the only one vaxxed in the trailer park?#maybe. and i'm scared.#taks speaks#im already avoiding going to the dmv rn bc of the whole spike recently#and i just cant fathom all this shit anymore#sometimes maybe ignorance is bliss#when it's not actively harming everybody around you#*sighs* i wanna leave this shithole of a country#i don't like learning that i really am in the 25th percentile like i was told years ago after some test#its apparent and im not that smart so What The Fuck#maybe theres a reason why im the first in my family to get to 'college' even tho i burnt out before i could do it#i still got further than my dad educationally but apparently street smarts rule this#i dont want to sound narcissistic saying this#but its evident that im smarter than 75% of the country now and its sad#bc again. im really not that smart.#thanks i hate this

I’ll email you some articles on stem cell research. In essence, we’re just adding to the ones he already has so that he has more to remake the tissue. The main risk comes from modifying them, which could lead to cancer. Nothing untreatable, don’t get me wrong, but still a pain.
[John pauses, thinking about how to phrase his next statement]
Do you really think we’re taking them out one at a time? Please, we’re smarter than that. It would be a mix of antiparisitics to drive them out, something on the outside to bait them further, and then flushing him with saline. Only after that would we be actually pulling anything out individually.
That wasn’t the only thing I was talking about with surgery, though. Like I said, we could easily patch him up using grafts and a few transplants, making it impossible for them to interfere with the healing of the previous wounds. As long as we make sure he doesn’t get majorly injured after that, he should be okay.
I’ve got a bit of bad news, a bit of good news, and something you need to slip into Curt’s drink. Where do you want to meet?

Please help boost this!!! This years is the year I decide to follow my dreams. I love animals and I am commited to take in as many as possible.
I currently have 5 dogs, all rescued from the streets or animal shelters, but where I live 1 dog is abbandoned every 5 minutes. I have a job and a house in the countryside I just need a little bit of money to pay for legal work to make the space legal to keep rescuing animals and essentials like food, beds, antiparisites collars...
Any help welcome.

Basil (Ocimum basilicum). A good kitchen herb. Basil lifts the spirits and alleviates grief. It contains antioxidant and antiinflammatory substances, and has been used as an antiparisitic in addition to its mental health functions. Topically it is good for stings, and as a warm tea it helps with stomach and intestinal troubles. . . . . . . #basil #herb #herbal #naturalmedicine #herbalmedicine #herbalist

Raise the temp slowly to 84-86F. Watch how your fish take the temp change the Corydoras are a little more sensitive but they should be okay as its only temporary. I like to combine the temp raise method with soaking their food in garlic (an antiparisitic) and changing the water every other day until the spots are gone for 1 week.
oh interesting, ive never heard the garlic thing before, but it makes sense. would powered garlic mixed with water work, or should I get a fresh clove?

HERB TALK: WORMWOOD
The active ingredient which contributes to hallucinogenic affects of wormwood is called Thujone. It is most present in alcohol infused / distilled products of Wormwood; in its dried leaf form, only insignificant amounts are present.
But the plant itself is known to have strong effects on the stomach, bowels, and intenstine (as a strong antiparisitic / antimicrobial / antifungal / etc). Injest under professional care and advice! Even then (cause we all know how many quacks they’re are out there), understand that the strength of certain compounds in certain wormwood products matter and can have severe side affects if not paced and taken with certain respect. If you are prescribed wormwood or buy a product of wormwood, look at the labeled ingredients and their mass content!
Thujone side affects over time include seizures, muscle breakdown, dizziness, insomnia, death, etc.
✨🌑🍂🌑✨
If you really want to use wormwood for this spell, take the dried root and put it in a sachet after completing this spell. Grind down a little coarse valerian root - sprinkle lightly and evenly into the sachet - and place it under your pillow for the night. (The protective properties of wormwood, the grounding properties of roots for a sense of stability, and the benefits of valerian against insomnia and restless sleep - these should all lead to a dreamless sleep.)
🌿Draught of Living Death Tea💀
a harry potter inspired potion for peaceful sleep without dreams
Tumblr media
“The Draught of Living Death is a very powerful sleeping potion that can be made by adding powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood.”
💀 wormwood is a hallucinogen so we’re not doing that
🌿 create lavender infused milk/soymilk (may need to be overnight)
💀 steep/infuse one cup/bag earl grey (non-caffeinated)
🌿 lay an asphodel flower over the rim of the cup (not in it) during this
💀 stir the tea twice clockwise, add a raspberry
🌿 add 13 drops of lavender milk
💀 stir seven times anticlockwise, and clockwise once.
🌿 serve before bed, replace ingredients if there is an allergy.

Common Intestinal Worms in Dogs and Cats
Tumblr media
The following is a quick reference guide for pet caregivers about intestinal worms found in dogs and cats. At the end, I have provided my thoughts on treatment options.
Roundworms – Intestinal Parasite
How it is contracted Most dogs and cats can be exposed to and many are afflicted with roundworms at some point. Cats often contract Toxocara cati while dogs generally acquire Toxocara canis. Toxascaris leonina can affect both species. This is called toxocariasis.
The majority of the time, puppies and kittens contract these parasites in larval stage it via the placenta or mother’s milk. Even if the mother has not presented with roundworms since a young age, the encysted larvae lay dormant in body tissues until pregnancy activates them.
The less common way dogs and cats contract roundworms is from ingesting a paratenic host such as earthworms, cockroaches or rodents [The term paratenic describes a host that is not necessary for the development of a particular parasite, but serves to maintain the life cycle of that parasite.] Another method is from sniffing, licking or eating infected feces.
Humans can get roundworms and develop toxocariasis from contacting and accidentally ingesting infected feces. It can be a very minimal amount. For instance, you touch feces or come into contact with it and then do not wash your hands thoroughly. Children are the most vulnerable population.
What to look for If the worms mature, pet caregivers will see pale, possibly lengthy and spaghetti-shaped worms in the feces or vomit. Before this telltale symptom appears, both kittens and puppies can experience symptoms such as pot-bellied appearance, abdominal discomfort, inappetence, vomiting and diarrhea, or poor growth.
Roundworms generally do not mature in healthy adult dogs or cats but eggs and immature larvae can still be present in stools.
Treatment Since roundworms are so common, we usually give a gentle wormer like pyrantel pamoate at 4 weeks and again at 6-7 weeks of age as a routine prophylactic for puppies. For kittens, liquid piperazine is often used.
Tapeworms – Intestinal Parasite
How it is contracted The common cat and dog tapeworms are Dipylidium caninum and Taenia saginata or other Taenia species. Dogs or cats ingest infected carcasses that carry tapeworm eggs, cysts or larvae.  Mice and other small mammals carry Taenia spp tapeworm eggs, whereas fleas and lice act as the intermediate hosts and are carriers. However, a companion pet does not get tapeworms from a flea bite, but rather from eating a flea or biting at a flea bite. These intermediate hosts are necessary for an infestation to occur in pets.
What to look for Tapeworm heads attach to the intestinal wall. The tapeworm body grows like a chain and must lose the outer segments or links. These white rice-looking segments can be found in pet stools or around the anus wiggling around in the fur. When they dry, their color turns golden. Remember, the rest of the worm is still attached to the intestinal wall. Very mature worms can be up to eight inches in length. Sometimes, the entire worm can detach without treatment, but this is rare. A heavy and untreated infestation can cause an intestinal blockage and anemia.
Diagnosis If you see these links in a pet’s feces, properly bag and take the feces to your veterinarian for diagnosis.
Treatment Veterinarians can prescribe tablets or give an injection of the parasiticide that dissolves the tapeworms in the intestines. So, you will not find whole tapeworms being excreted. Some natural remedies that are said to be successful include feeding buttermilk to the pet for 5-7 days. However, proper treatment with a tapeworm product is preferred.
Humans Humans cannot contract these tapeworms from pet feces because the eggs need an intermediate host like a flea or louse. If a human ingests an infected flea, then tapeworms could develop.
Hookworms – Intestinal Parasite
How it is contracted Ancylostoma caninum is the hookworm that usually infects dogs, while Ancylostoma tubaeforme typically infects cats. Other species of hookworms such as Uncinaria stenocephala infect both cats and dogs.  These parasites can be transmitted back and forth between dogs and cats by exposure to infected feces.
Hookworms literally hook onto the intestinal wall and suck blood, causing varying degrees of anemia even in infested adult animals. When female hookworms reproduce, they pass hundreds of eggs through feces. These eggs can live a long time and do not need an intermediate host like tapeworms. When companion pets eat, walk through or roll around in infected feces, hookworms have a direct line to the intestinal wall via ingestion or can burrow into the skin making their way to the intestines.
Additionally, puppies and kittens can get hookworms through mother’s milk, and it is common for them to die from this infestation as they develop severe anemia.
For puppies, these are not the only methods of hookworm contraction. Like roundworms, hookworms can become reactivated during pregnancy and pass to the litter via the placenta if a mother had them in the past.
What to look for Unfortunately, the eggs that are passed in feces are microscopic and are not visible to the naked eye. In this instance, we need to pay attention to other symptoms such as anemia (pale gums and weakness are signs), weight loss, and bloody diarrhea.
Diagnosis Veterinarians need a stool sample to complete a fecal flotation analysis for the hookworm eggs. Hookworm eggs are not present for at least 2-3 weeks until after infection. Fecal analysis is less reliable for recently born puppies as compared to adults.
Treatment Several courses of antiparasitic medications are needed over a few weeks. However, please remember that giving the medication does not stop re-infestation. You will need to thoroughly clean your lawn, pick up all of the feces (daily) with proper protection, and thoroughly wash laundry and clean surfaces.
Humans Most commonly, the larvae burrow into moist skin causing surface itching. They do not mature but can travel through the body causing damage to the eyes and internal organs. On rare occasions, humans can have hookworm larvae migrate through the skin and partially develop in the intestines.
Whipworms – Intestinal Parasite
How it is contracted Whipworms are caused by Trichuris trichiura and can infest both dogs and cats. They are more common in dogs than in cats, but humans do not contract them. In particular, dogs pass feces that contain whipworm eggs. The eggs are very hardy and can tolerate practically all environmental conditions, which perpetuate their ability to become embryonic or mature.  Dogs eat infected soil, water or food that contains the mature eggs. The eggs are persistently viable from several months to years so the probability of reinfection is very high.
What to look for Once inside the body, the whipworm eggs mature in the small intestine into larvae. The larvae travel to the large intestine, where they become whipworms. Once they develop, they “worm” their way into the mucosal lining and feed on tissues that causes bleeding. The bleeding provokes bloody diarrhea. Other signs are anemia, dehydration and weight loss.
Diagnosis and Treatment Similar to hookworms, veterinarians need to perform a fecal flotation test. Unfortunately, this can sometimes be inaccurate depending on the stool sample examined, and so collecting serial stool samples for a few days may be needed. If another cause of the bloody diarrhea is not identified veterinarians may prescribe a broad spectrum dewormer. If the symptoms go away, it is safe to assume whipworms or another parasite were the cause. However, we must remember that re-infestation is highly likely and a dewormer will need to be prescribed later on. Prevention is the key: pick up after your pet daily.
A Note about Flukes and Lungworms
Flukes (trematodes; flatworms) can infect a variety of different body parts in dogs and cats. The two most common trematode species are regional in the United States. In the Southeast and Hawaii, cats can often get liver flukes (Platynosomum fastosum) usually from hunting reptiles. The parasite invades bile and pancreatic ducts and ultimately causes liver failure. Even with treatment, prognosis is poor.
The Pacific Northwest has a major problem with the fluke, Nanophyetus salmincola, which can be found in the small intestine of both dogs and cats. These flukes do not cause disease, but are rather vectors of salmon poisoning (Neorickettsia helminthoeca) in dogs. With treatment, salmon poisoning usually can be cleared up fairly quickly. It is advisable to dog parents not to feed raw fish or allow them into freshwater if they live in this area.
Lungworms are not technically intestinal worms because they invade various parts of the respiratory tracts of dogs and cats. However, they have to be ingested. What we see most often are Aelurostrongylus abstrusus that appear to be exclusive to cats. They are often contracted from hunting birds, reptiles or rodents. Treatment is often with the dewormers.
My Thoughts on Treatment Options
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention advocates giving dogs and cats deworming medications regularly for intestinal worms as a preventative due to the risk to humans. Do I agree with this blanket policy? No. In fact, the majority of researchers, veterinarians, and medical doctors would likely also disagree. The longer and more often that we give these antiparasitic drugs, the more resistant the worms will evolve in order to survive. With the exception of roundworm dewormers for puppies and kittens, I prefer treatment if a positive diagnosis is found for intestinal worms – rather than as a preventative measure. This will ensure the efficacy and longevity of the antiparisitic drugs.
However, there is another caveat.
Antiparasitic (aka anthelmintics) medications are a class of drugs called macrocyclic lactones. Milbemycin oxime and moxidectin are approved by the Federal Drug Administration as heartworm preventatives and also to prevent certain intestinal worms. But, a 2011 study conducted at Auburn University proved that macrocyclic lactones are losing their efficacy against heartworm due to worm mutations and prolonged use of the drugs. As well, we are seeing regional pockets around the United States where heartworms are still developing in treated dogs. We have to remember that the purpose of heartworm preventatives is not to prevent heartworm infection, but to stop the microflaria and larvae from developing into a full grown worm.
Does this mean I don’t advocate the use of heartworm preventatives? No; I do advise their use for healthy dogs – when the temperature is above 57 degrees Fahrenheit (14 degrees Centigrade) for approximately two weeks and mosquitoes are prevalent. A basic rule of thumb is May through November for the majority of the country and basically year round for southern states. The Auburn University study mentioned above stated that while all but one of the drugs were not 100% efficacious, that the mean number of heartworms found in the untreated group was 51.6 whereas the treated groups had approximately 2-3 worms or worm fragments. It is much easier to treat a dog with 2-3 heartworms compared to a heavy burden. In essence, while the scientific community grapples with this growing inefficacy, the currently available drugs are efficacious to a certain degree and should still be used.
Of course, all heartworm preventatives have side effects; and some are better for some dogs and vice versa. I recommend discussing the right preventative with your veterinarian.
Finally, as a holistic veterinarian, I am often asked about natural dewormers for intestinal worms and heartworms. Unfortunately, I have not found that they work very well.

The Ultimate Detox Juicing Recipe (For Mercury Chelation & More Energy!)
New Post has been published on https://designweightloss.com/the-ultimate-detox-juicing-recipe-for-mercury-chelation-more-energy/
The Ultimate Detox Juicing Recipe (For Mercury Chelation & More Energy!)
Hello, ladies and gentlemen, The Detox Dudes in the house I want to share with you some juice concoction I’ve been making recently
You know when I first started on this journey I started with juice fasting and juicing and I absolutely loved it But it was never quite enough And then I took many, many months off of juices entirely And recently I bought this Omega J80086 and I’m just absolutely loving it I’m loving all the life force and the chi of all the fresh vegetables, sometimes fruits
And honestly my body is just craving it first thing in the morning like a nice healthy greens juice And, you know, we go to the store and we see those shots that give us, you know, turmeric, ginger and you know lemon and sometimes honey if we’re unlucky And you know that’s great and all That gets the job done But I want to show you some other super dense vegetables, some of them are leafy vegetables and also they just overall antioxidant, antiviral, antiparisitic qualities and highly alkalizing and yeah they’re also very anti-flammatory this whole concoction
So yeah I’ve absolutely loved juicing I think it’s a really important piece of the puzzle I don’t think it’s enough right? And that’s hence all of the supplements that I had showed you guys if you bought the video coaching program And if not, then you’ve probably read about it on my site But this is just a really cool little thing to take a quick shot or two in the middle of the day if you’re feeling tired and need a little boost So I don’t know what we’ll call this
The Detox Dudes booster So I’m gonna put this on Now we’re rolling Start with some nice organic lemon So yeah this juicer is really awesome
It’s actually not the best for the citrus type fruits but it still gets the job done But it’s amazing for leafy vegetables and you can add cilantro and wheatgrass to this concoction if you really wanna make it like a heavy duty chelator Cilantro and wheatgrass juice are some of the most powerful chelators on the planet And your body reacts in them way better than it would frozen wheatgrass, previously frozen or regressed powder or cilantro tinctures The fresh wheat grass and cilantro juice is a whole other animal in terms of chelation
So I’m not gonna do it right now I’m not in a chelating mood right now But these other vegetables are still badass So we got some turmeric here Now of course everyone knows about lemon and turmeric
I don’t really need to discuss that much but powerful antioxidants, powerful anti-inflammatory, alkalizing for the body Garlic, another essential piece of the puzzle for bedbugs The sulfur helps with mercury and all metals This garlic juice comes out real thick so you kinda have to jam it out I like throwing a lime in there once in a while
Make things interesting With this juicer, you don’t even need to cut off the skin as long as they’re washed and they’re not super dirty We got some lemongrass here Lemongrass is really badass You know it’s found in many different parts of the world but very often in the amazon jungle and this is the plants shamans use so often
This is their remedy for almost any stomach ailment, parasites, all kinds of digestive issues “Hierba luisa” in Spanish is what they use for everything In fact if you go to a really good Ayahuasca Center, what they’ll have you do before drinking Ayahuasca is they’ll have you drink a super concentrated hierba luisa tea and followed by drinking a bunch of water It’s called ______ and this is when you drink basically super concentrated lemongrass tea followed by so much water that you’re forced to puke And this energetically allow you to release some stuff that you’re holding on to before drinking Ayahuasca
So you know this is gonna be a lot of lemongrass but I really really love it And so is my body I jammed the machine up Yeah, I break this up into pieces but not this time Actually the only other lemongrass I have been using is this little guy here
I’ve never used that perfect full plant so I guess the juicer can’t really handle it I must say that this juice is badass Honestly, this is the first time this has ever happened and I’ve been juicing everything Use the little ones or cut the pieces in half All right then we got parsley
Parsley is amazing for the liver You know I know a lot of us are always so concerned about our livers We take liver tonics and liver milk thistle is really amazing for the liver But something else that I found probably equally as important between liver is drinking parsley juice Very strong stuff
By the way, this juicer is really amazing Like that was the first time I’ve ever seen it jammed up so I don’t want you to think that this isn’t a good juicer or the right one to get I mean I’ve own a bunch of them and I’ve been nothing but pleased We got some rosemary here; it’s from the garden actually Three more ingredients
Now of course you don’t need all of these I just like making it above and beyond of course That’s The Detox Dudes way This is some watercress very, very nutrient dense Awesome plant
Highly alkalizing Garlic I’m sorry – ginger And last but not the least the little daikon radish Daikon radish is extremely amazing for removing mucus as with lemon and garlic and ginger
But daikon radish is probably the most anti-mucus plant on the planet I’ve been drinking daikon radish straight actually and been removing a bunch of mucoid plaque as a result So there we have it We got a full shot Well this is more than a shot
But you know, not a full juice, just kind of enough to you know take a few big sips and charge yourself for the next few hours So I’m gonna shake this up and sometimes what I do is put a little stinging nettle from the Herb Farm A little dropper and some horse tail from Herb Farm My two favorite herbs for heavy metal toxicity Not to detoxify heavy metals but to support the system
Horsetail has silica, which is essential against aluminum And nettle has, I think it’s probably, funny I never did the nettles but it’s probably the most nutrient dense plant on the planet as far as the nutrients that the body really needs especially when detoxing heavy metals So last but not the least, I’ll throw in some nettles there Now of course you can make less substance if you want Right? There’s too much liquid to kind of take a shot with, that’s fine
And I generally make little smaller doses than this one I’m just taking my shots where you can take one shot now and take another show in an hour or so So generally it’s not a good idea to chug the juices You really wanna coat them with your saliva a little bit especially if you’re having a really large glass of juice If you’re having a shot or two, it’s fine, just take it down
This is just passing that amount of juice that you can really chug It’s gonna upset your stomach especially with all this super strong stuff So I’ll just have it in three or four big gulps To me, it’s amazing Other people probably cringe
I really, really love it though The lemon makes it nice and sweet especially for me I rarely have sugar so it’s really a treat So that will go right through you brain It’s like it charges you
So I’ll go over the ingredients one more time I put lemon, garlic, lime, gingers, parsley, daikon radish, lemongrass, watercress, nettles I had a little rosemary from the garden Sometimes I put rue herb in there sometimes And then of course horse tail and nettle if you want to boost it
And you know what I do once a day is also make a greens juice Typical celery, cucumber, mint, ginger, the ones you find in stores But this is also what I like doing once a day to really go really dense with the vegetables So yeah, hope you enjoy it See you next time

#millionmommovement #wearethemovement #wearethemillionmommovement #wearepurium #reduceglyphosate #healthyourgut #microbiomemedicine #biomemedic #guthealth #plantbased https://www.instagram.com/p/B81ZxBNHzEX/?igshid=xzerqoy9z9ys

Garlic Soup Made With 52 Cloves of Garlic Can Defeat Colds, Flu And Even Norovirus
It’s difficult and nearly impossible to go through winter without catching a cold.
Most people rely on Tylenol or cough medicine to get though a nasty cold, but these pharmaceuticals can do more harm than good – especially to your liver!
Luckily, there are a lot of non-toxic DYI recipes to get you back on your feet.
Some can be a little harder to stomach, so this yummy garlic soup is a great way to get your health back!
How Can Garlic Heal A Cold ?
Garlic has been used traditionally to heal the common cold. It’s actually the main ingredient of most natural cough syrup recipes. Many studies have shown that garlic can cure and prevent the common cold (1).
Garlic contains Allicin, a powerful compound that’s activated when it’s crushed. This gives garlic its antifungal, antiparasitic, antimicrobacterial, antiparisitic and antiviral properties (2).
How To Make Garlic Soup
This soup will warm you up from the inside out !
Ingredients :
26 unpeeled organic garlic cloves (equivalent to 2-3 heads of garlic)
2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of organic, grass-fed butter (1/4 stick)
1/2 a teaspoon of cayenne powder
1/2 a cup of fresh ginger
2 1/4 cups of sliced onions
1/2 cup of coconut milk
26 more cloves of peeled and crushed organic garlic cloves, set aside
1 and a half teaspoons of fresh chopped thyme
4 cups of organic vegetable broth
1/2 cup coconut milk
4 lemon wedges
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Place the 26 unpeeled cloves in a small glass baking dish and add the olive oil. If you don’t have a baking dish, you can also use tin foil to wrap the garlic and olive oil.
Cover and bake for about 45 minutes or until the garlic is light brown.
Allow to cool, then squeeze the garlic between your fingers to release the cloves in a small bowl.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add your onions, thyme, ginger, and cayenne powder. Cook until onions become translucent. Takes about 6 minutes.
Add the roasted garlic and unroasted raw garlic cloves and cook for 3 minutes.
Add vegetable broth.
Cover your pot with a lid and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Puree the soup in a blender until smooth.
Put puree back in sauce pan; add coconut milk and bring to simmer.
Season with sea salt and pepper for flavour.
Squeeze juice of 1 lemon wedge into each bowl and serve.
This recipe can be prepared 1 day ahead and can last a few days in the fridge, but it’s always better to eat it fresh.
If you do eat it over the course of a few days, don’t microwave it! Instead, slowly reheat in a saucepan over medium heat.
