Honesty I’m of the opinion that someone can have their own opinions as long as it doesn’t cause a problem to someone else (or trigger them). I mean you can ship Thor with Jane, Sif, Lorelei, Valkyrie, Fandral, Darcy, somehow Captain America too…? You can ship him even with yourself at this point, also Lokane (Loki x Jane) is a thing that has been going on for years now. All of this ships above don’t bother me like that inc*stuos, filthy ship of Th*rki. I don’t get it and I don’t get why people are so pushy with it. It is not ok.

If you only wish to see their relationship as a platonic/brotherly one use the hastag brodinsons. (They already use that to sneak in the ship sadly, but it’s all we have for now)

In conclusion, stan fosterson the real canon ship.

I’m not going to act like I never expressed dislike for a few Loki ships though! I’m guessing this is about Sylki, Lokius, or Th*rki because those are the only Loki ships I’ve ever said anything negative about on here. Which I’m allowed to do bc it’s my account btw :3

I understand how it can be annoying when someone goes out of their way to constantly be negative about shipping fictional characters. Which is why I try to keep criticizing ships to a minimum and have reasoning as to why I don’t like something.

Me not liking Sylki and Lokius kinda comes with my overall dislike of the show, sorry 😭 Sylki is a canon romantic relationship in the show, so people criticizing the relationship and how the characters are written is 100% warranted, since it actually effects canon. And there are sooo many valid reasons to dislike it on top of that.

Lokius isn’t canon, so my criticism of it comes from how a lot of the fans incorporate the show’s mischaracterization of Loki into fanwork, don’t view the TVA as a bad organization, etc etc. I just don’t like how fans portray their relationship 🤷

However. If this ask is about Thor/Loki, yeah I will insult that bs all I want lmfao 😭 I think shipping siblings together is freaky and I think incest-lovers are a scourge on fandom. If that makes me insensitive… sorry I guess???

You do realize that Thorki is a highly problematic ship though… right? And asking which is more problematic Sylki or Thorki is a genuine curiosity of mine (because I’ve seen it go both ways)

i think with the way he developed in season 1 and 2, that if he were faced with thor now he would never hate him. it’s all just a ruse, much like a lot of things loki does, because of his insecurity and his coping mechanism of pushing everyone away.

look how he was with sylvie in the end (minus the incest) - he just wanted her to be okay because he could see she was hurting, much like he had been for so many years of his life.

odin was shitty to loki AND thor, and i think they were both just trying to co-exist with each other while they were hurting and ended up taking things out on each other, which one of the reasons loki “resents” him. but even from ep 1 of loki when he’s watching his life back, we can see how much he loves thor.

i think that s2 loki, someone who admitted he wants his friends back and doesn’t want to be alone, would kill to see thor again and get back all of the time they lost because of what other people’s abuse did to them… and when that day comes i WILL pass away
