As for Danneel--well. That's on her, not Jensen. I don't subscribe to the concept that you have to love both people in a marriage. It's nonsense. Never happens in real life.

If Danneel wants positive conversation about her, maybe she ought to be a better person. A better wife. A better mother. If their kids are crying to Jensen that they miss him, that means it's bad at home. If there are people upset at how Danneel treats Jensen, maybe she needs to quit being a class F bitch and be a better person, period.

Oh, and trust me, fans are noticing that she's not doing well in terms of business given that the One Tree Hill reboot is being done without consulting the rest of the cast... just like the prequel. Two strikes. Joy and James just spoke out about how they weren't consulted about the reboot.

There's nothing to stan about Danneel. There's nothing good to stan about Misha.

There is good to stan about Jared. And in my humble opinion, there's good to stan about Jensen too.

You can't avoid negativity. It's around everywhere. Celebrities are accustomed to it. A wise celebrity would avoid it.

I only object when fans literally send death threats or wishes that the celebrity would die.

I don't do any of that. I would denounce it in a heartbeat if someone tried to claim they did it in my name. Many of the other blogs I follow are the same. @laf-outloud also stated correctly that if someone was sending Jensen death threats to let us know as we would absolutely report and block as well.

It's okay to disagree in an fandom. It's okay to have negative opinions about folks. I draw the line at outright bullying, death threats, and threats of violence.

Debunking fandom rumors: Erin and Jensen

It has come to my attention that someone is creating multiple accounts and posing as ITK while claiming that Erin and Jensen have hooked up or have a love story. It seems some bloggers and users actually adopted this person's narrative without digging deeper and asking for evidence. My reason for this post is I have received asks and dms from people actually falling for these rumors and the stories behind them make absolutely no sense and there is zero evidence. I have also received warnings from the people who have, thankfully, not fallen for them and had things to share about the person responsible. There is a huge difference between speculating about your fav celeb and full on gaslighting people with made-up stories.

The story seems to vary a bit from person to person as it gets passed down by the people who have been misinformed. The web is so spun some have adopted these claims as truth. Let's debunk a few of those versions. Please note that I don't know them by heart and so they aren't super precise but the claim behind them is the same:

You may have heard that Erin posted about Austin and then deleted the post. - An actress going to Austin could be about an infinite number of events, from art to auditions to modeling etc. There is absolutely nothing out of the ordinary there because Austin is bustling with entertainment industry opportunities. Jensen was in the process of moving to Connecticut, moving involves preparing everything not just the actual move. If someone keeps insisting Erin was there for Jensen then please ask them for clear evidence and you will soon find there is none.

You may have been told that some woman who worked on set for the Boys caught Erin and Jensen in the act. - First off, Erin and Jensen barely intersected each other on set. Secondly, on-set crew signs NDAs. Thirdly, no professional actor would risk getting fired over flirting or anything related, that's a super fast way to get fired. A set is a professional environment. Most of all, people who are a part of the crew don't have so much access to the stars. They may get to interact and be around them when doing make-up, costume and other set-related situations but actors have their own designated areas and security is tight. Aside from this, rumors on a set travel at lightning speed and yet no such rumors about the cast ever surfaced. I can also add the fact that actors are trained to create chemistry and so they use various exercises to achieve this. Often, people end up believing they are in love precisely due to the powerful chemistry those exercises generate. Don't believe me? Cool, have a look here.

Some friend of a friend saw Erin in Jensen's lap in some social media post. All that was visible was the beard. 🤣🤦🏼‍♀- The beard belonged to Jai Courtney. No Jensen was involved.

Erin and Jensen got matching tattoos - In reality, Jai tattooed Erin's ankle, which had zero to do with Jensen. Here's a pic:

These are just a few examples, in some cases, the person sharing these rumors claims to be Jensen's hookup and that Jensen confided to her that he is involved with Erin. The person responsible for sharing these stories has multiple sock accounts and is posing as multiple people. The person has even resorted to stealing someone's online pictures to pose as that friend so as to differentiate one of her sock accounts from her original one.

Aside from this, this person has also taken to SM to harass the actors in their comment sections, in an attempt to make it seem as if the rumors have taken off. They have not.

Neither Jensen nor Danneel nor Erin deserved to be harassed over made-up stories. To avoid doxxing anyone involved, I have made this a general post to bring you awareness and give the person responsible a chance to reassess their actions and do the right thing. As mentioned in my disclaimer, I want to strongly remind everyone that anything you read online or on my blog or any other blog should be taken with a huge grain of salt. Just as when people contact you claiming they are Misha, Jensen etc. ask them for evidence and once they fail to provide it report and block. If someone contacts you to share gossip, stay grounded, ask questions, ask for supporting evidence and details, and make your own decision rather than adopting someone's idea of the truth. It's one thing to entertain a rumor and quite another to harass real-life people over adopting these rumors as truth. Gossip can be fun and entertaining but it should never, ever cross the line into slander, impersonation and other violations. Let's keep in mind that there are teenagers with naive perspectives, fans who suffer from erotomania or other mental disorders or people who simply lack information who might all fall victim to these machinations and suffer consequences. We all play a part in keeping fandom safe so let's exercise caution. Please stay safe online and help others do the same. I am feeling kinda tired so I apologize for not being able to compose this post as clearly as I wanted, feel free to DM me if anything is unclear.

If you asked me about J2M, i would say they're my favorite actors. If you asked me on a deeper level, i would say they saved me. In every way that they could. They taught me how to be myself, and it's okay to be different. Every time i feel sad or down or like I'm giving up, all i need to do is watch them on my screen, and I'll feel better. Uhhh I don’t know how many people who saw my Jared and Jensen post are gonna see this but I just want to say that I’m so sorry for spreading misinformation.

I really wasn’t having the best week this week, and I was on Pinterest and saw that Jared had some sort of beef with Justin Bieber which I found hilarious, but when I searched up the exact details of the beef I found it weird af that Jared was calling Justin “she” and saying that he looked good without make up. It came off as misogynistic and transphobic to me (even though that tweet from 2014 doesn’t represent Jared 10 years later in the current day) and I found it weird that he and Jensen was talking about beating up 12 year old girls even though they were joking.

This upsetted me esp since I started watching the show cause, well I had a crush on Dean Forester from Gilmore Girls who was played by Jared but hated how they wrote him & started watching SPN cause of Jared and stayed with SPN cause of Jensen. So I guess I felt like I was personally being betrayed. Which sounds and is parasocial af

I also have a tendency to purposefully make things worse for myself whenever I’m having several bad days a rows to, well feel something, and make fun of things that I like (this happened with Taylor Swift, it happened with ensemble stars, and now it happened with Supernatural) as a form of self loathing. That combine with Jared and Jensen’s comment (plus I found out people were saying that Jensen was homophobic even tho from what I’ve seen he’s not) and i decided to post some stuff not thinking anyone other than a few people will see it (even though I tagged the post 😭) and obviously people called me out on my bullshit.

This ask was used by a few people as pretext to harass Erin on social media. By reading it, you will discover that it was in no way meant to perpetuate the mistress rumors but rather debunk them. So…. There are at least two ways to take that statement Jensen made. Cockles fanatics took it to mean that Jensen was saying he also called Misha his boyfriend (ignoring the ridiculous thing Misha did by arranging the whole “Straightgate” of him first confessing to being bisexual and then making a huge statement that no, he’s straight—and conveniently had merchandise ready when he “came out” as bisexual). I and many other more sane individuals took it to mean Jensen was calling Misha Danneel’s boyfriend! Meaning Danneel calling Misha her boyfriend and Jensen going “Yeah, he’s her boyfriend”.

As to for why he did that? Blatant pandering to hopefully keep the hellers and fanatics calm—not that it worked. He’s in a rock and a hard place. He’s tried for years to make it clear he didn’t see Destiel as canon. He became increasingly belligerent about it, actually, because apparently nobody was listening! Then shit happened—people spreading rumors he was homophobic and biphobic, wrecking his reputation (or near enough). Fans talked and the chatter got to him.

They won’t stop. They won’t respect him or his wishes about it. It doesn’t help that Misha keeps escalating his lies—nonsense that was never in scripts, claiming the CW was homophobic (no they weren’t) and his pandering to the Cockles as well (no, Jensen never bought him that ring). Misha sees it as a money grab, which is clearly he needs—almost no one is hiring him, and all Misha has left is Destiel and Cockles.

There’s some things Jensen can do, but it may not be enough. Heck, I think Jared has a better case of charges of endangerment given Misha’s lies about Jared have resulted in Jared getting death threats from hellers!

I think Jensen has decided to walk a careful line. Just enough for the hellers to leave him be, but not enough for them to try and destroy him. His answers have become increasingly diplomatic…. Just a shame it isn’t working. The hellers and Cockles hear only what they want to hear.

Oof. J2 question. My opinion/speculation? Yes, they’re still good friends. But distance plays a part in why we don’t see them together as often as we used to—by fans or their IG. Well, distance and… other factors.

In the midst of, gosh, I think late 2020, the Ackles moved to Colorado for a time. So there’s that distance. Then The Winchesters happened and I believe that drove a rift for a time. Justifiable, really. Ask a fan and you’ll get a different answer from all of them on what happened.

Here’s what I see and feel.

Jensen didn’t want Supernatural to end. Jared did; in fact, Jared was burnt out on acting and was considering a change. But Walker got him excited about acting again. Jensen, not ready to let go of Supernatural, approached Robbie Thompson (one of the writers of Supernatural) about a spin-off. CW was willing to let Jensen give it a try, because they wanted it to continue as well.

For reasons we may never truly know, Jensen didn’t tell Jared—and he should have! Yes, Jensen claimed that he was superstitious, but… I believe there’s other factors I won’t get into. When Deadline dropped the announcement, Jared was hurt—Supernatural was his legacy as much as Jensen’s. I believe Jared was right to be upset.

That created a rift for a while. Yes, they remain friends, but it took time for their friendship, I feel, to move past that hurt. I believe we started to see signs of J2 being good friends again. They’re seen dining out during conventions, their antics are returning.

Thing is, since then, Jensen sold all properties in Austin (and Colorado) and moved the family to Connecticut. So they’re not seen together as often, which honestly, I miss. I believe that friendship is good medicine for Jensen.

Which kinda answers your other question—do the Ackles still live in Austin? No. Near as I and anyone else can tell, Jensen sold all properties there. He did say he visits often to see family (his side), and likely stays at a hotel or friend’s home when he visits.

why is jensen ackles so toxic?

i have been a supernatural fan for over ten years and i have known for a while that jensen has never been a fan of destiel, which would be completely fine if he didn't always react uncomfortable and downright disgusted every time someone mentions it and / or the possibility of dean being queer. i have seen him become very defensive and even hostile when asked questions about these things at conventions. to this day jensen (& jared) STILL vehemently call castiel's confession "platonic" and "brotherly" while the writers, showrunners and misha explicitly called it a romantic confession of love.

my problem with jensen's behaviour is that it seems to be rooted in very toxic masculinity and the fragility of it. he has called emotional writing "unmanly" and "effeminate" and "something dean would never say to another man"; he was glad that dean didn't share many scenes with castiel in season 9; he desperately wanted destiel "to go away" and something else that really irks me: so many times when destiel was talked about, he brought up wincest, as if that is in any way the same. he seems to associate queerness with unmanliness, weakness and something to be uncomfortable about.

i can understand that destiel extremists have insulted his wife, insinuated ridiculous things happened between actors etc but this is no excuse for his downright homophobic comments and behaviour. he can also imagine dean however he wants and i know he thinks he understands dean better than anyone but it's so sad to me how much he seems to limit dean in who he could be TO OTHER PEOPLE. who does it harm if a bunch of bi people see themselves in him and his behaviour? i thought jensen understood just how much dean hid from everyone. it makes me sad that he seems to want to forbid other people from interpreting dean differently than he does.
