does Ahsoka KNOW that Obi-Wan was the reason Luke survived??? did Luke tell her?? does she look at Luke and not only see the startling resemblance to her master but also a reminder of Obi-Wan and everything he’d sacrificed himself for?? did Luke tell her how Obi-Wan died?? DID AHSOKA F E E L OBI-WAN DIE?? DID SHE FEEL IT WHEN ANAKIN CAME BACK TO THE LIGHT ONLY TO BE GONE MOMENTS LATER??? DID-*IS FORCEFULLY DRAGGED AWAY*

after attempting to commission art of boba fett without his helmet, i am forced to consider that a good number of artists, subconsciously or not, cannot accept that temuera morrison has always been hot despite his lack of european features, and honestly this explains a lot about the fucking travesty that is every single clone's face in TCW and TBB

is it any wonder i'm so obsessed with, and keep rewatching and rewatching, the animated Star Wars shows? Clone Wars, Bad Batch, Rebels?

the animated shows are by no means perfect. they have their highs and lows. they have their own issues.

but dear god they just really seem to be leagues better than the live-action Star Wars shows (except, arguably, Andor and The Mandalorian). or is that just me????

and it's not just necessairly because they have more freedom with animation. or because they have more episodes in a season. that's not an excuse. i genuinely just think the overall writing, storylines, and characters are way better in CW, BB, and Rebels.

i care more about those stories and those characters. i want to rewatch and revisit their stories and their struggles and their triumphs. i'm invested in what happens to them, even the minor characters. (i know what happens to them because i've watched the show 100 times and yet i STAY invested!!)

but the live-action stuff? sure, each series has maybe 1-2 scenes that are amazing, or maybe 1 entire episode worth rewatching. but i've never once had a desire to rewatch all of Book of Boba Fett, nor Obi-Wan Kenobi. i only have a small desire to rewatch about 25% of Ahsoka. i can't imagine having any future desire to rewatch The Acolyte in full.

which sucks because they have great actors involved, and passionate actors who care about the story and their characters! and there is potential, like there are good stories, good ideas in there somewhere. but they were poorly paced and executed. i'm not invested in the stories. i hardly care for the characters. the live-action shows lack the quality and writing/creative talent that would make them great shows, and that special something, that heart and soul, that would make them my favourite shows.

p.s. on the flip side, i feel ... sad? for those fans who are weirdly uppity about refusing to watch animated stuff. because they are truly missing out on some GREAT content

Star Wars Modern AU 2020 the Animal Crossing Era

So during 2020 they played Animal crossing new horizons a lot. Except Cody, although he played sometimes with Obi-Wan or watch him play (they live together).

Obi-Wan, Anakin, Luke and Leia are always in each other game or playing in the same room.

Same with Han, Lando and Lumpy.
