I’ve never done an update for Evelyn so I thought I’d do one.

Feeding

Evelyn started on solids a few weeks ago. She has been quite a fussy eater. She keeps pushing the food out of her mouth or refusing to open her mouth. She prefers finger foods and feeding herself. She has about four bottles of formula a day, usually on this schedule: 6:30am, 11:30am, 3pm and 7pm. She has water with her solid meals. She usually has two solid meals a day, sometimes it will be breakfast and lunch, sometimes breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner.

Sleeping

Evelyn sleeps about 12 hours at night. She wakes up once for a feed and nappy change. She is a really sound sleeper and goes off without any problems. She sleeps in her own little room. Her bedtime is usually 8pm. She has two naps during the day; one in the morning about 9:30am/10am and one in the afternoon between 4 and 5pm. Occasionally she will have a third nap, depending of the day.

Growth and Development

Evelyn currently weighs 13lbs 12oz and is 23 inches in length. She is 3-6 month clothing.

Evelyn started crawling just after turning six months and now she’s always on the go. She is sitting up now and can sit up unsupported for about half a minute before she topples over. She can roll over from front to back and back to front too.

She is learning to reach and pick up small objects. I often find her in the parachute pose where she’s resting on her tummy with her arms and legs in the air. She is learning to hold a two handled bottle in her hands but she hasn’t quite mastered it yet.

She really likes toys that make noises. She loves taping the little piano in the playroom. She shrieks in delight every time it makes a noise. She also likes to imitate sounds.

She has started to teeth and is constantly drooling and sucking things or trying to bite things. I make sure she always has a teether and make sure I always keep a couple in my bag and her baby bag.

She’s a very cuddly baby. She loves being cuddled. She always snuggles into my chest and holds onto me. She never makes a fuss when anyone picks her arm. She just laps up the attention.

My baby did some artwork Hello so I know I have been away for a while I’m sorry about that work was really busy so I wasn’t able to post much, so Nova is doing so much better she and she is getting taller you guys 😭she’s not as chunky as you all can see Nova did some art today with stuff I bought from @angiebambinostore she really likes it cus she can draw on that instead of the walls and I won’t get mad so it was a really good buy , I hope you all have a good Easter tomorrow bye.

 Week of 6/12-6/18 (11 Weeks Old)-

Yes this is a few days late, I’ve been quite busy.

      Milestones

-Dani has started using Stage 2 Nipples.

-She’s able to support her head better during tummy time.

-More alert of sounds she likes.

[04.08.2016] Review of the TaGgies Soft N Snug Bouncer from Angie Bambino Store.

Hey guys! How're you? I hope you're fine! Since, that I did not any reviews from any products since Mauricio was with any less than 1 year, I decided to do one now when I see that product! I bought that for Annalyce today at the morning, when Marcella called me talking that Annalyce will pass the day with me. I was in love with that bouncer, since it went on sale. Marcella leave Annalyce here at 14:00, Mauricio helped Jhonny to mount the bouncer for Annalyce.

So, let's go for the review!

Pros :

- The design and the confort. Really, I'm in love with the design, and the confort is very good! The colors of the dots are so striking and soft, the baby can sleep in that without discomforts.

- The toy arch. The toys who came with the toy arch are so sweet and soft. You baby can stay hours entertained with them.

- The seat belt. It's one of the best points of the bouncer!   The seat belt is very firm, but is soft for don't hurt the baby. I love!

- The price. The price is very good and not very expensive, it cost $90,00 and the price of the toy arch is included.

- Included 7 melodies.

- Washable seat pad.

Cons : Really, I didn't see any cons in that, it is absolutely amazing! I really want to buy another for my baby, after we discover the gender haha My rather :  ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

If you want to buy one of these, I bought here and it worth it, I'm in love!

Milena’s Birthday Tea!

We just had a little get together with our close family for Milena’s first birthday. Initially we had thought about having something bigger but having two children under one, a partner that works often long hours and a limited budget we changed our minds. Anyway Milena won’t remember her first birthday. When she’s two we’ll have a bigger party.

We just had my mum round, my dad is away on a business trip at the moment, Sean’s mum and dad and his sister Bella. It was a lovely little get together. We had a finger buffet and drinks. We bought the cake from the local cake shop (young can get it here @angelas-diary-blog ). She loved it. Her face lit up when she saw it and she clapped her hands in excitement. Everyone had a slice. She ended up caked in cake! It took me a while to scrub her clean.

She got plenty of presents. My mom bought her a BeatBowWow by fisher price and Sean’s parents gifted her a Leap Reader Junior with three books. She also received an interactive teddy bear, bounce bounce tigger, sit and spin, Laugh and Learn SmartStages chair by Fisher-Price, Playskool Elefun & Friends Shapes 'n Colors Turtle Toy and more. She loved ripping apart the paper and throwing it around. It was such a lovely day. I can’t believe my baby is a year old.

Baby First Walk and A Day In The Park!

Yesterday we took JJ for his first walk in the park. At first we couldn’t decide whether to take him in the buggy on in the solly wrap. In the end we went for the stroller and took the Quinny Speedi. We had initially thought that we wouldn’t use this stroller for a while but we found that it was actually fairly suitable for babies. We put JJ in it and he fell asleep almost straight away. He spent almost of all the time he was in his seat alseep. He loved the fresh air. we did take the sollybaby wrap with us just in case but he was content in the buggy we didn’t need to use it. and so did his sister. She loved the seat in the buggy. She refused to sleep instead she spent her time gazing at the things around her and pointing at things.

We’ve been having some really amazing weather here. It’s been in the mid-20′s all week so we’ve all been plastering on the sunscreen. Because of the lovely weather we headed to the park close to our flat. It was a lovely day so we had a picnic and relaxed on the park. Milena played on the mat whilst JJ fed and slept.

We took plenty supplies with us, not just food and water. We took some of Milena’s toys and JJ’s bobby pillow for him. We also took a large bottle of special kids sunscreen. We didn’t want them to get burnt or poorly.

She played with her daddy and dozed too. Our day was so nice. The children had such a good time. They’re both very small so they can’t do much but it was nice for us to have a day out as a family. Hopefully the summer will continue this way and we can spend more days at the park, enjoying the the sunshine and each other.
