I've been hot on the trail of this particular post for some time now, but despite allegedly being in plain site, it's eluded me. It was a recipe, a reblog addition to a rather popular post about a 'Fall drink', proclaiming it to be an unintentional reconstructuon of a much older beverage, and providing a recipe for the aforementioned older beverage. I made it once, I tried it, and I loved it. And like a fool, I forgot to save it. If you could recover the post with the recipe in it, you would have my eternal gratitude

a new client walked into my office with a request for a "fall drink." at first, i wondered if they were lookin' for a coffee shop. but when they elaborated, i knew what they wanted was serious business. a particular post that supposedly should be in "plain sight." so, i took to google and searched for "tumblr fall drink" and quickly found what i believe to be the original post itself.
now, i'm no expert on recipes, and i'm barely an expert on tumblr, so i humbly apologize if this isn't what you were lookin' for. but, i've got your post right here. have a great day! and enjoy your fall drink!

We all know the semi-canonical ‘all the Robins know to hide/duck inside of Batman’s cape, even as adults’ thing.
We also know that Danny ‘is LITERALLY a ghost’ Fenton sucks at remembering his own intangibility while ALSO forgetting to look ahead of him.
All I’m saying is, Danny Fenton (or Phantom, if you’d really like) would absolutely SLAM into Batman on accident while running on roof tops and Bruce ‘Brooding Instinct’ Wayne doesn’t even think twice about letting the kid hide and scanning around for danger before there’s a record scratch of ‘wait who tf is this?’ kicks in.

god, this place is not healthy for me
I've fallen back into my old hole of isolation and helplessness, and the lack of physical human connection is killing me
so I end up turning here, except here I'm a transient, a username on the internet that no one actually knows or cares about, and so is everyone else
everything about this site is so goddamn fleeting; it's honestly worse than reddit in that regard
and yet i try to substitute it for actual human contact and put too much weight on it even though i know parasocial relationships are bad for you. it doesn't work, because of course it wouldn't, and i just end up getting burned for nothing.
i can only blame myself for this. i know better.
maybe tomorrow I'll finally make the damn call for a psych eval.
