a/n: I rmb writing this for my other anime blog and it was so fun :0 so i decided to do a bnd version ! pls request, and share if you like this !

♪ not gonna lie to you he would not keep it a secret that he is your fan, he's your biggest (and loudest supporter). but for the sake of this fic we will assume that he kept it a secret

♪ you found out when you walked in on him, with his earphones plugged in and everything, loudly singing (almost as well as you)

♪ "what are you doing" you sneak behind him and whisper in his ear

♪ "aah!" he jumps a little bit "you weren't suppose to see this!" his voice a little pitched and kind of fumbling to try and turn his music off, pulling the earphones out of his ears

♪ he ends up making himself more suspicious :|

♪ after he calm down, he kinds goes full fanboy mode "but your music is so good it would be unreasonable to not stream it"

♪ "what a dramatic man"

♪ "but I'm your man"

♪ being exposed, he wouldn't stop praising you, almost threatened to make a fanpage because he has nothing to hide now (he might just do it)

Inspired by the MV "Seven" by Jung Kook ft. Latto (obvi lol) Summary: Life is meaningless without you. Who knew a broken heart could be shattered twice? Pairing: Reader x Jungkook (almost exes to lovers lol) Word Count: 3.2k ~ (sorry I took forever to update) Warnings: Explicit language, angst, mentions of an accident and death (nothing too crazy) a/n: Hope you guys like this one! I wasn't sure how I would go about including the whole funeral thing in the mix but I think I did alright lol Lemme know what you think! Start from the beginning

After finishing my shower last night I didn't even bother drying my hair or putting clothes on. All I could manage to do is barely make it to my bed and once my head hit the pillow the sobbing just wouldn't stop. 

I don't know how long I laid there, sobbing and sobbing and sobbing until my head was pounding and I couldn't push any more tears out. Something about last night shattered the fantasy of being able to move on with my life and feel happy without him when the truth is I don't think I can. 

Even though this whole week has been nothing but him barging into my life and always doing something to make things more difficult it's as if deep down I was happy he was still trying, happy that he wasn't gonna give up on us. 

I love him. I love him so much that being with him was the only thing that ever mattered. 

I wanted him to want me just as much as I wanted him but with how our lives have been recently I just felt like I was just there. Just another person that he interacted with and nothing more. It hurt to have him come home and have nothing to say to me, no time to do anything and not even an ounce of energy to spend on me. 

He my boyfriend for fucks sake! We should be spending time together and eating together and laughing and smiling together. Why have simple things like that disappeared almost entirely? 

I love him, I love everything about him but if it's come to this point that I have to question myself day after day if I'm the one who has done something wrong, done something to make him treat me like this...then I don't think we're meant to be together. 

Relationships are about trusting and loving each other and being able to give them your love. But he hasn't shown me that he loves me at all with the way he's been acting and he hasn't given me the opportunity to show him my love either. 

I just don't understand!

Reaching out for my phone I jump at the feeling of it vibrating right away, showing me that I have an incoming call.

After taking a quick glance to check the caller ID it's already got me on edge. "Hello?" I say groggily but am cut off by the sounds of heavy breathing and hospital noises in the background. 

"Y/n, y/n please you have to come quick he-" "Okay slow down take a deep breath and tell me what's going on" I coach Jimin when I hear the panic in his voice. He takes a big gulp of air and lets it out before continuing with a shaky voice. "It's Jungkook" he says and my heart stops. 

"W-what do you mean it's Jungkook? What happened?" I say, throwing the covers off of me and running around my room, grabbing clothes and franticly throwing them on. "I don't know I just, they said that there was an accident and they brought him here but there was so much blood and-" "Did he make it?" I question and I'm met with silence on the other end. "Damnit Jimin is Jungkook okay?" I shout, shaking and gripping onto the phone until my knuckles have gone pale. 

"He-he didn't make it. They said it was too late that there was nothing they could do..." he says but my arm drops and with it takes Jimin's voice. My breathing picking up as it starts to sink in. 

"Oh God what have I done?" I whisper to myself, my whole body shaking and my vision getting blurry with the tears that are bound to never stop. 

"Y/n! Y/n answer me! I'm coming over" I can hear him shouting at me from the other side and I pick it back up and let out a silent 'okay' and hang up the phone before my knees give out and I fall to the ground. 

"If I wouldn't have let him go, if I would've just asked him to stay he would-" I say aloud but cut myself off with a sob and rest my head on my bed, the sheets muffling the sounds of my screams. I'm never going to be able to forgive myself for this, I shouldn't have been so hard on him I should've just heard him out...

Once I feel as if my sobs have died down I take that as an opportunity to get a glass of water but before I'm able to get there I hear a panicked knock on the door. I rush to open it and grasp onto him as tight as I can and not daring to let go. 

"Shhh, shh I know" Jimin comforts me, rubbing my back as he walks in, still holding onto me and guiding us both over to the couch. "Jimin h-he was here last night and I just let him walk away and I-" "Hey, don't do that, you couldn't have known that this was going to happen" he says, holding me tighter in his embrace, telling me not to go there. 

"Do his parent's know?" I ask after I've calmed down again, pulling away and sitting up to face him. "Yeah they do and they're on their way already. They're having the funeral today" he says while pushing the tear dampened strands of hair out of my face.

"Today? They can't have it today! What about the rest of his family?" I question, surprised that a funeral could even be put together so quickly. "They want to have a small intimate gathering for now and then tell everyone later. It's just too painful and they want it done quietly" he says and I nod my head, respecting his parent's wishes. 

"What time does it start?" I question, wiping away the tears that keep falling. "At five" he say, cringing at the time constraint we've been left with. "Jimin that's two hours" I say, shocked that they would be able to even be emotionally capable of setting everything up so quickly. 

"I know but this was the only spot they had available" he says and I nod my head, not bothering to ask for more details since nothing else really matters right now. "Will you take me to the funeral?" I ask, knowing for a fact that I wouldn't be able to make it there on my own. 

"Of course" he replies placing a hand on my shoulder and giving me a sad smile. "I'm gonna go home real quick and change and then I'll come back for you" he explains, placing a quick kiss on my forehead and heading out the door. I sit there and let a few more tears fall before pulling myself together and getting up to get ready. 

I don't bother putting on any makeup since there's no reason to. My boyfriend is gone and I'm not going to hide the sadness that I feel or cover up the gaping hole in my chest that once held my heart. The heart that always belonged to him and will forever stay with him. 

How could I have been so stupid? I should've made him stay. Maybe then things would be different.

As Jimin and I walk into the little chapel they're holding the funeral in I first lay my eyes on Mrs. Jeon who is putting up a stronger front than I thought she would. It probably hasn't hit her yet, the fact that her youngest son has been taken from her. 

Mr. Jeon is the one that notices us and comes over immediately and gives me the warmest hug I've ever received. "I'm so sorry" is all I can manage to choke out, not being able to hide my tears as I feel them start to form again, my vision going glossy. 

"Me too" he responds and leads me over to Mrs. Jeon who pulls me in close right when she sees me and that's when I lose it. "I know, it's gonna be okay. Don't worry love it's gonna be alright" she says while stroking my head, trying her best to calm me down. I choke back the sobs as much as I can but no matter how hard I try, the tears never stop. 

After a few more moments with them Jimin escorts us to our seats, just one row back from the front and I notice that I don't recognize the people in front of us, or anyone else for that matter. I brush it off and take a tissue out of the box that's placed in front of me and take deep shaky breaths in and out, finally quieting down as soon as the officiant walks up to the podium.

"Who is that?" I whisper to Jimin, taking in the gorgeous woman who is presiding over the ceremony. "Not sure but she's beautiful" Jimin says, while checking her out. I elbow him in the side and he holds back a groan in pain from the contact. 

"Not the time nor the place for that Jimin" I scold and he apologizes quietly before we continue to listen to the ceremony and as soon as she opens up the floor for people to come up and say some things that we remember about Jungkook we all watch in horror as the lid to the coffin opens and out comes a perfectly healthy Jungkook. 

We all just sit there stunned, not knowing what to do in this situation so Jungkook decides to break the silence. "Thank you so much everyone for coming. I'm sorry to have sprung this on all of you but your dedication has truly moved me" he says while climbing out of the coffin. 

"Y/n" he says, everyone now turning towards me and watching my every movement. "Please don't hate me for this but I just hoped that in doing this you would see how much we both love each other still and how I truly cannot live without you" he says while everyone sighs, acting as though this is somehow romantic. 

"Please will you give me another chance?" he asks, holding his hand out to me and I'm still frozen, flabbergasted that he would go this far. 

Jimin pokes me in the side to bring me back to reality and whispers a quick "Say yes" in my ear, encouraging me to take his hand. I take a deep breath and stand up, smiling at him sweetly and his eyes light up, waiting for that answer he's desperately been hoping for. 

"Go to hell" I growl and walk down the aisle, storming out of the place, not bothering to look back even as a commotion starts to settle in.             

"Y/n wait!" I hear Jungkook call after me, grabbing my wrist to keep me from getting to far but I rip it out of his grasp and turn around to face him. 

"You know I cried for you. I cried so hard I didn't know if I would ever stop. I cried for you last night and I cried even harder when I found out. I blamed myself for your death. I told myself 'If I just would've made him stay then he would still be here' I woke up thinking about how much I really love you and how I wanted to be with you again and then I get the call and it rips my heart out. I never would've forgiven myself" I shout at him, utterly heartbroken by this. 

"You know, something like this might've worked for your little actor friends but this is probably the worst thing you could've ever done to me. Jungkook I thought you died! You let me believe that you were dead and made me feel guilty about letting you go. Don't you see how fucking sick and twisted this is?" I continue, letting out angry tears as my voice gets louder and louder. 

"Y/n I'm sorry it was never supposed to be like this I jus-" "You just what? Huh? Wanted to see how broken I would've been without you? Wanted me to see how I don't want to live without you? Well you got your wish! Mission accomplished" I scoff, turning to leave and he stays frozen in place, this time letting me go. 

Jimin chases after me, begging to let him give me a ride home which I agree to because honestly I want to get out of here as soon as possible. Leaving behind that fucked up charade he pulled and made everyone play into.

Clearing my head is proving to be a lot more difficult especially when Jungkook's been blowing up my phone ever since I left. I don't understand how he could possibly think pulling a prank like that would make me want to take him back. "Come in" I call out, full well knowing he still has his key on him and so I'm met with the sound of him unlocking the door before closing and locking it behind him, making his way into the apartment and onto the couch as carefully as he can. "Why would you do something like that to me" I say quietly after we've sat in silence, close to tear again with all the events of today and last night running through my mind all over again. "I'm so sorry Noona I just, well I didn't know what to do. After last night I was going insane. I was running out of ideas and so I stupidly thought of this plan at like three am and... "I'm so sorry Noona" he whispers, voice cracking, almost as if he was crying which from a few moments later after feeling a tear drop fall on my head I come to realize that he actually is.

"Can we please talk now?" he asks and I nod my head into his chest before letting go and taking his hand while guiding us both over to the couch.

After what you said I started to realize that your love languages might be physical touch and quality time and I have fallen short on both sides. Ever" he says, squeezing the hand that he's still holding before continuing. 

"I know I've been busy on set with these last few episodes being filmed but that's still no excuse for not being here and I know that. I just have such a work minded attitude that I forget about the rest of my life sometimes and I know that a lot of that falls on you. Let’s just say that your powers were discovered in the phantom dimension during a near death/stressful situation. Ashlyn honestly would be to focus on the phantom to notice that your literally floating! Until she reaches back for what should be your arm, but instead grabs your ankle.

She’d pause for a moment then hesitantly take her eyes off the phantom to you who’s most likely freaking out because your like 5 feet off the ground, like hello gravity aren’t you suppose to be doing something? Tries not to freak out as well and actually manages to do a pretty decent job.

You all manage to get back to the base and unfortunately you still haven’t found a way back to the ground. Let’s say it took the group about ten minutes to make it back to the base and that’s when the drawbacks kick in. She quite literally freaked out and I mean freaked out when you suddenly dropped to the ground and flip around to puke up some blood. She would bring you to Ben and have him look after you as he is the more medical one of the group. Though she does check on you as often as she can.

Ashlyn’s quite observant so she’d probably notice your luckiness quite quickly. She would be quite hesitant to use it as an advantage for the group until on a mission a phantom went for her and you, but with you being a lucky girl end up managing to save both of your asses.

She’d still not want to use it to the groups advantage until stuff like this happens multiple times. Though she’ll only do it with your permission.

This probably just randomly happened one night in the phantom dimension. Aiden probably hid somewhere and scared the fuck of out of you. You ended up screaming and jumping back, but oh.. your feet didn’t land back on the ground after they left it. He’d probably wouldn’t notice at first because of him laughing his ass off, but when you sound like your panicking still he’ll look up and just pause and look at you like this ‘😃’ .

He’s confused as fuck but also thinks it’s cool as fuck that you literally denied gravity. After you continue freaking out for a bit he finally snaps out of it and helps pull you down to the ground.

Only for you to collapse into his arms and a moment later snap your head to the side to throw up some blood. Though yes he ended up jolting back and holding you more away and to the side of him cause ew. He is concerned like really concerned. He'd quickly bring you to ben and stay by your side the whole time.

Okay let's be for real here, Aiden isn't like dumb, but he also isn't smart. Speaking of which there's a huge chance he didn't notice your luckiest until someone in the group points it out and he'd say something like 'oooooh... she is pretty lucky isn't she?'

He'd end up paying more attention and notice that his tricks end up going a lot better when you do them with him. Then he begs you all the time to do crazy shit with him.

-BEN-

When Ben first sees you randomly start floating in the air looking confused as fuck he ends up freaking out so bad that could rival Logan. He'd help you get back to the ground or catch you if you fall cause well it's Ben and he's kinda 6'0 and strong.

Got even more concerned when you suddenly coughed up some blood. He ends up bringing you somewhere safe and turns around for he swears a second, but turns around to you throwing up a lot of blood. Poor thing Almost died on the spot. Yall ended up going to some hospital and stealing some blood bags of your blood type cause like who's gonna stop you?

Is very against you using your powers really at all because of the consequences for using them to long. Though if you end up agreeing despite his warning he'll go with you or at least be close enough to keep an eye on you especially when Aiden drags you along to do stupid shit.

Now Ben with his quiet personality is more of an observer so I feel like he'd notice your luck girl syndrome pretty quickly as he started to notice all of Aidens crazy tricks don't end as bad as they should when your around.

He'd probably always be dragging you away from Aidens reckless ideas that he tries to get you involved in like carrying him while floating and floating as high as you can or even knowing Aiden fish for phantoms.

-LOGAN-

Okay we’re gonna say this happened when the group was getting the car. You had noticed the phantom before it grab Ashlyn and managed to shove her out of the way getting taken by the phantom instead. Logan almost had a heart attack when he saw you being dragged by a phantom on a roof.

Poor thing was even more hesitant to shoot the phantom. He was trying to choose when you suddenly manage to get out of Logan’s view just enough for him to shoot the phantom. Though when he checked if you were okay he saw you fall over the edge of the roof. He thought you were gonna hit the ground but instead you end up.. floating in the air?

When you and the others all make it back safe and sound.. for the most part. Your being rushed over to the medical supplies because of you puking up blood. You thought Logan was freaking out before he’s really freaking out now. He’ll stay by your side the whole time and help you with every little thing you ask him to or he thinks he needs to.

Logan would be completely against you using your powers for a long while. Though he’ll eventually warm up to you using them when you have more control over them, but he’ll still worry a bunch.

As for you being oddly lucky, Logan always noticed that you were quite lucky, but he never thought much about it. Until he noticed that literally everything went better with you around.

-TAYLOR-

Honestly starting freaking out a lot more than you when you just randomly start floating out of thin air. Your just there trying to figure how the fuck your floating and trying to get down to the ground while she’s there literally panicking trying to get you down. You end up using them for to long and fall. She does catch you, but you both go down because of that.

You’d both stare at each other for a second while she makes sure your okay then y’all would both just start laughing. Until you end up snapping your head to the side and spitting up blood. Now she’s all concerned again and immediately trying to comfort you.

While your still trying to figure out your powers I feel like Taylor would stay close to you in case you hurt yourself or use them for to long, but after you end up getting better control of them she’ll leave to yourself. Though she’ll still check on you and make sure your okay.

Okay Taylor’s not dumb for sure, but she’s kind of an airhead sometimes. So I feel like she wouldn’t notice that your oddly lucky as she wouldn’t even really pay attention to it.

Taylor probably ends up finding out because someone mentions it and then she really starts to think about and she’ll be like “Y/N is really lucky..”

-TYLER-

Tyler would be one of the first people to notice you just floating around one night in the phantom dimension and give you that exact look he gave Aiden. Though he’s just confused and shocked as fuck, also a bit concerned cause what if you fall and hurt yourself?

He’d grumble about you somehow always getting yourself into stupid shit, but does help you get to solid ground. He actually relieved that your back on the ground though.

Tyler gets really worried the moment you start to spit up blood though and is immediately helping you out. He’ll probably immediately bring you over to the medical supplies and have the others get Ben while he waits there with you. He refuses to leave your side for more then a minute after that.

As for your strange amount of luck he’s either the first person to notice or the second. He’d see it as a type of advantage for the group and probably tries to have at least you and Taylor paired up a lot so things at least go fine for her.

Now Tyler 100% has to stop your dumbass respectfully from doing stupid shit with Aiden or at least stop Aiden from dragging you into stupid shit.

Only then does Ernest pause and become sheepish

So, as the group walked towards your table, were you were standing

Ernest ran towards you as you fell to your knees and cried

The boy group couldn't help but feel sad, just imagining how they would feel if their pet or best friend wasn't there where you're used to seeing them?

Yone felt like he should have tried calling more

But sett, ezreal, and kayn felt way more worse

They were loosing their new friend

Aphelios tried to comfort Sett and Ezreal while Yone and K'sante spoke to you about how they found him and how they tried to contact you

And you told them your side of the story

At the end, before leaving the coffee place, ezreal built up the courage to ask if they could come visit and play with Ernest later on

And you, knowing that Ernest most likely loved being with the boys, you agreed.

They gave you their number so they could set up some days and basically babysit Ernest while you're at work and you take him to their concerts where you'd get free/cheaper tickets so they could see him after performing!

Third person POV

(Y/n) participated in I-Land with the Enhypen boys where they all fell in love and entered a poly relationship, though unfortunately, (Y/n) did not debut with the boys. Instead (Y/n) had to wait another 2 years until she got to debut, her debut group was one-of-a-kind as it was a four-member co-ed group consisting of Yoon Keeho, Huh Yunjin, (L/n) (Y/n), and Shěn Ricky. 

Enhypen was waiting for the MV for (Y/n)’s debut song to drop. They couldn't wait to see the choreo or hear the song as (Y/n) had told them, they would be very surprised. The members were counting down the seconds to see the MV, just the same as a lot of pre-debut fans were. Enhypen had gotten permission from HYBE to stream their reaction to the MV as it was well known that Enhypen and The New Kard were good friends, the relationship between Enhypen and (Y/n) hadn’t been released yet but the fans knew the two groups were good friends. 

“3, 2, 1! It’s out!!! LET’S GO!!!” Jake screamed as the other five boys laughed. Jake clicked on the now-posted MV for “Cake” by The New Kard, they were very intrigued by the name ‘Cake’. (For reference here, check out Cake by Kard). Throughout the entire MV, the Enhypen boys kept shouting “OH! WAH! Holy!” And things alike it. The fans watching the stream were freaking out over Enhypen’s reactions as the boys seemed to be speechless but also a little turned on by the way they were blushing and watching one of the Kard members. The fans couldn’t tell if it was Yunjin or (Y/n) they were so focused on. 

Once the MV was over, the Enhypen boys were blushing and giggling like crazy. “Wah, that was, wow,” Was all Jay managed to say. A few minutes later they ended the live and called (Y/n), asking her to come over.

I did start writing this not too long after i wrote double trouble (please check it out if you haven't!) but took a break due to work/life. once I saw ateez announced that it's you was going to get an mv, i decided to start working on it again. now, i am posting this in celebration of the it's you mv dropping. any and all feedback is appreciated! i have more ideas for the future so stay tuned &lt;3

There wasn’t a day that went by that wasn’t filled with chaos. You had landed one of your first jobs with Mnet and even thought the management itself was really shitty, it did pay decently well. You had started there right as Mnet was finding groups to compete on Kingdom. You had already known The Boyz were going to be on since they won Road to Kingdom, so you could only imagine what other idol groups would be competing. You didn’t have any say in picking out who else but you were happy to see some of your other favorite groups be there.

You had known Stray Kids and Ateez would be there thanks to Hyunjin and San performing with Juyeon and that made you excited. They both had immaculate talent that needed to be showcased. You were glad to help throughout their time on Kingdom. Sure, you didn’t work specifically with only those groups, but being a stage tech crew member, you were excited to see their stages the most. You created the bell in Stray Kids’ Side Effects/God’s Menu stage, you did the research for how much the tentacle was going to cost for Ateez’s Symphony No. 9 stage, it was cool to see your hard work be part of the reason both groups you enjoyed rank top 3 in the end.

There wasn’t too much interaction you got with the groups themselves besides right before a performance to do prop checks, but they were always super nice to you. You appreciated their kindness, not seeing it from your own company most of the time. All of the idols, in fact, were very sweet and thankful for your help during the show. You ended up staying late with many of them to make sure their practices ran smoothly with scene changes, props, ropes, everything. Many times, that’s when you just simply stayed the night at the studio in one of the dressing rooms because the drive to your apartment would take too much time.

Then, once Kingdom was done and Stray Kids had won, you were able to land yourself a temp position at JYPE doing exactly what you were doing at Mnet but with a much more rewarding crew to work with. Someone in Stray Kids put in a good word for you, you believe. Eventually, that position became a full time set design crew member for their music videos and jacket shootings. Now, almost a year later, you are getting ready for a party. Jeongin’s birthday party.

Surprisingly, he had invited you out to his 21st birthday party. Well, Chan had invited you on I.N’s behalf because he couldn’t do it himself. Now that you had gotten closer to Stray Kids, it was easier for you to talk to them regularly. You would still be formal with them, but it was easy to have fun with the boys when time allowed it. If there was downtime between scene setup and when the boys had to start shooting, it wasn’t uncommon for one of them to strike up a conversation with you. Jeongin, however, did it more so when it was just you two or everyone else was far enough away. It wasn’t like your conversations were necessarily private or anything, but he was one of the more shy ones from the group.

Chan told you about a club that I.N wanted to go to; it was an underground one that allowed idols to party away from the general public. The only people who knew about it were other idols and some staff members from the companies. Trainees or low level employees had no knowledge of its existence. There were many around Seoul, being as big of a city as it is and how many kpop groups there are now. People know they exist, but the locations of them are kept hidden.

Since it is a club you’re going to, you decide to let yourself dress freely. A low cut red top and a tight black leather skirt with some pumps is your way to go. When looking at yourself in the mirror, anxiety starts to grow in your belly. How formal should I be with the guys? It’s after work hours but I still work for them. I shouldn’t get too crazy, but I do want to have fun. Jeongin did invite me after all. You decide to suck it up and have fun, wanting to enjoy celebrating the idol.

Leaving your apartment, you start your journey via subway as it’s still open at 11 pm. You quickly get to Hongdae and start walking towards the club. After downing the soju bottle you bought from 7-Eleven on the ride over, you feel ready to get the night started. The club is hidden behind a restaurant on the corner, allowing you to sneak into the back alley and down the stairs. There’s a small neon sign on the brick next to the door, a keypad, and a large metal door. After punching in the code Chan gave you, the green light flashes and the door unlocks.

You quickly step inside and let the door close heavily behind you but no one notices. The music is loud and booming and you realize the door makes the rest of the place hidden because of the soundproofing. There’s no bouncer at the front door but there is someone for a coat check which you graciously hand them your thick coat you wore since it is February. You look around and see some of the members of different groups you’ve met or seen before as well as people you don’t recognize who might be employees from their companies.

You make your way to the bar, squeezing in between people to try and order a drink.

“Hi, what are you looking for?” The bartender asks you, leaning his elbow on the counter.

“Something strong, please.” You respond back, leaning closer for him to hear you.

“How about some soju bombs for the birthday boy?”

You turn and see Jeongin standing there, his huge cheesy grin plastered on his face. You smile back at him and shout, “Hey!”

He laughs and pulls you in for a hug, obviously feeling the effects of the alcohol he’s already consumed. He’s glad when he feels you squeeze him tightly back. When you pull away, he’s eager to look at the bartender for more drinks. “Two soju bombs, please.”

“Well, happy birthday to you, Jeongin.” You hold onto his arm lightly as he does the same to you.

“That’s only, like, the fourth time you told me that today.” He laughs again, causing your ears to flare up hot. “But I appreciate it, thanks for coming out tonight.”

“My pleasure, there’s no work tomorrow so I can be out as late as you want me.” You smile, leaning against the bar.

“That’s good to hear, because I plan to party for a while.” He winks at you which makes you even more flustered, causing him to shake your arm lightly. “Hey, let loose, have fun, no-no need to have formalities tonight.”

You shake your head lightly, watching as he looks into your eyes. “This is the loosest I’ve seen you act in my whole time at the company, so I think we’re pretty even in the ‘who needs to let loose’ games.”

“Alright, alright,” The younger man shakes off your remark and instead motions behind you to the two beer glasses sitting behind you. “I have a tab started so don’t even worry.”

You ended up being with Jeongin for a significant part of the night. You would dance together, get a drink, break off whenever he had someone else who would wish him a happy birthday, then meet back up at the table for another drink, talk for a while about him or you, and repeat. That cycle has happened about two or three times now and you’re currently at the table, checking your phone for the time. It’s past 2 am and you’re still not exhausted which is interesting.

“Not getting bored, are you?”

You look up and see another familiar face, a cheeky smile beaming down at you. You’re delighted to see the man standing there. “Yeosang!”

He invites himself to sit next to you, squeezing in close on the semi circle booth. “It’s been a while, Y/N.”

“Awh, you remembered my name,” You chuckle, resting a hand on his knee. “I’m flattered.”

He laughs incredulously, covering his mouth with his hand. “What do you mean? Of course I remember your name. You act like we didn’t work together for months.”

“That was also a year plus ago.” You smirk, looking at him. He’s fucking gorgeous. His hair is a beautiful blond, long and thick. He definitely looks dressed to party; he’s wearing a shirt with only one sleeve and the opposite hip cut out with leather pants. His blond locks are pushed back with a few strands falling in front of his face. His beautiful heart shaped face has light makeup which accentuates his features delightfully. “Ah, he invited me too but I haven’t-”

“Kang Yeosang!” On cue, the birthday boy comes to the table with three double shots of what is presumed to be soju. “Took you forever to show up!”

“I’ve been here!” He retorts back, looking teasingly at the boy. “You just finally made yourself free.”

“I had to buy you a drink first, sorry it took so long.” He slides the shot glass to his friend while also giving you a drink. “It’s the least I can do for you before you go back on tour.”

“You’re in the middle of a tour?” You look towards the older guy as you down your shot.

He takes his with little grimace and pushes the glass away. “Yeah, we just finished our USA leg and we are heading to Europe in a week or so.”

“Wow, big things!” You smirk, then look to I.N who has slung an arm around your shoulders. “We’ve just been catching up since the last time we saw each other.”

“Ah, telling him how much cuter you’ve gotten?”

“Oh my god!” You squeal at his comments, Yeosang laughing at your response. “You, sir, have had enough to drink. You’re usually as bad as Yeosang yet here you are hitting on me.”

“What, can I not compliment you?” He looks offended at your statement. “Come on, Yeosang, don’t they look great tonight?”

He looks put on the spot, but you notice that the Ateez member does, indeed, look you up and down to take in your appearance. It makes something stir inside you to be checked out by an idol you’ve looked up to, something dangerous. “I have to give it to I.N, he has a point.”

“Wow, okay, you two.” You hold your hands up in defeat, relenting to the men on either side of you. “Color me shocked as neither of you had said anything in the time that I’ve worked with you both.”

Now their real personalities shine. Now being confronted with the reality of what they’ve acknowledged to be doing, Yeosang looks at the pushed away shot glass while Jeongin’s eyes are focused into his lap. The tension is…weird. “This is not just the alcohol talking, is it?” He takes your hand and stands up with you. He wants to make sure you don’t regret whatever you three are thinking of doing tonight.

“Listen, if I have to sign two NDAs then I will.” The Ateez member laughs at your statement. “Besides, I like seeing the birthday boy happy and I have been deprived of your hotness for a year. I’m curious as to where the night is going to go.”

You and Yeosang head outside, dressed in your coats and masks while you wait for the taxi to arrive. I.N isn’t too far behind you and you all pile into the car, telling the driver the address to your home. The drive over is tense in the best way. jikookers have been right about a lot of things even like when Jimins Watch was set to Jungkooks birthday time (which was crazy but did add up so fair play) but not sure about this eye theory … Jikook have been bold in the past but like this? idk idk like why was it in the video, could’ve just been a black screen I get that, but just feel like how could he get away with that? Some think it’s a hint to ost or another song idk why he’d hide that in an unrelated mv/make it so hard to really tell for sure..?

That's the true mindfuck about this billboard situation. Cause the only way that this situation wouldn't be extremely on the nose is if it's either completely irrelevant stock persons eyes/ai generated (which was already used in the mv so not that far off).

Because an intentional hint at it being jk right at the lyric drop of 'Who is my heart waiting for' is like,,,holy shit too much. Too risky but who knows, people in this fandom are so good at ot7fying everything, I already saw people speculating that the keep going and eyes billboard is a hint for a vminkook ost for *jikooks travel show*.
