I thought my "struggling to get anything done until its very very late at night, and only for a few hours, after a full day of fatigue and laziness" behavior was a recent thing, in the wake of graduating and being unemployed and out of schooling, but its been at the very least 5 years because I made a comic about this when i was still IN college.

I have a question for insomniacs on this site.

How do you get better sleep, especially in college? I’ve always had issues with sleep, but I’m not medically diagnosed or anything, and I’m largely depending on my ESA cat to help me sleep at proper times.

HOWEVER, my father is extremely allergic to cats, so when I’m home, my cat can’t stay in my room with me. This has lead to me sleeping at ungodly hours, and I hate it. Melatonin doesn’t work on me, I think my body fights the affect because of trauma or something weird because instead of getting sleepy I become extremely aware and awake. Tea hasn’t seemed to help me either, and I’ve done all sorts of sleeping techniques like tensing your body one part at a time, legs in the air, counting things, clearing your mind before sleeping, etc.

Please help me fellow insomniacs🙏🏻 I’d tell my parents but they are kinda ableist and will instead yell at me about it😅🥲

Anyway, the header is done. @glace-the-blu-swatchling is going to be my reblog blog for all things Undertale, Deltarune, for all of your beautiful art.
