All this aroace character shipcourse has proven to me that a majority of people that interact in fandom cannot actually interact with characters and media outside of shipping and genuinely I believe you need to learn how to interact with media outside of shipping.

lifesteal spoilers as a tag exists cause lsblr became acutely aware of the fact that ccs are actually here and have accounts, that theyre not just lurkers that come here every now and then to find fanart in their tag but that they actually follow us and see our posts and even interact sometimes
what this means is that lifesteal spoilers includes liveblogging yes cause we dont want them to see those but also means that it contains thoughts and opinions that we would rather the ccs not see so if you use lifesteal spoilers as a way to catch up with streams.... well. you better be ready to see some negative shit that comes naturally with having a personal blog where you state your thoughts and opinions rather than just posting art and writing every now and then cause thats gonna happen whether you like it or not and theres nothing you can do about it

I'm still so unironically upset about the minecraft movie

Hey y'all, I am blanking on a word so hard I am even blanking on the words to describe that word What's the term for like...groups of colors? color palettes but more specific? I'm looking for the generic term, but the specific words that are versions of that generic I can think of are things like earth tones, jewel tones, pastels, and maybe brights/neons I'm trying to figure out other categories like those but I cannot figure out what the word is to search

You know I have a cousin who is a trans woman who is visibly and openly trans online, and because she is my family member and I have known her all my life I think I can say on good authority that she is nothing close to a faultless person. I actually had a lot of problems with her growing up and she still often posts inappropriate and objectionable things online that perhaps make her a bigger target than just the fact that she is trans by itself. And I like know that she's quite an easy target and I see herself put herself online in ways that make me worried and concerned for the kinds of comments she gets. She has people scroll her public Facebook page and on any post, especially if it mentions being trans or queer, whether it is innocuous or not, she'll get all these laugh reacts, because Facebook transphobes are evil. But it also feels like, I just wish she'd stop posting like she does. This is not blaming her, and I know transphobes seek her out whether they at first find her saying something respectable or not. It's not fair at all. But I do very much see that she cannot resist feeding the trolls and it's just hard to fucking watch

#what i wanted to do today was watch game 3 of the 2014 finals#but i couldn't find it on you tube and as we all know it's not on league pass#so i ended up just spending some more time on across the time line#here's a fun fact i learned: Stephanie white got one technical foul in her career as a player and it was in the first game she ever played#meanwhile dt fouled out in her first game while still putting up like 22 points and 3 blocks 3 assists and 3 reb#shooting 53% from the field 7/13 and 3/6 from 3#and went 22-26-22 in the first 3 games of her career#a damn shame league pass doesn't have any of those available#and then i spent some time looking at scoring records#and here's the thing i respect the *ja one because it can stand without asterisks#but you know i was doing some math and looking at some things#it is so impressive that total points and points per game were not touched until 2023 and 2024 respectively#records that were set in 2006!#i have other thoughts about mvp stuff that i am not going to share rn bc i would prefer that they not be taken in the context of this seaso
