In the Tyler Family panel, Billie recalls the 2000s fashion as a strange time in fashion history but loved Idiot's Lantern, and they agree Jackie would have shared Rose's clothes to be the Cool Mom. 🤣
Shawn says he was surprised to be asked back at first since his character died, but it made sense for him to come back in a multiverse story.
He says it was easy to come back and Camille adds it's the quality of writing makes it easy because you know who you (the character) are at that point because you can trust the writers are guiding it.
Billie says she struggles with how much she didn't understand how it was going to take over her life before s1 airs. Before social media, even though everyone hated it and the idea of her doing it, but it wasn't the constant stream of trolls the new actors have to hear about now with social media. She says with RTD, Julie, and Phil, there was so much confidence and joy, it was easy to believe it would be good.
Camille says her neighbors and friends were surprisingly fans. She didn't realize how many people she knew who loved it and knew about it.
They talk about how cold it was filming the Cybermen. Billie says her jaw locked because it was so cold!! The trick to getting through them was "youth" and she doesn't do night shoots anymore if possible because of that experience.
Camille talks about how Jackie "grew a pair" lol
Billie: "She's a boss!
Camille: "It's Russell, really."
Billie: "No, it's you!"
Love that Jackie's speech and situation in Love and Monsters got a shout-out. Especially going off on Elton for taking advantage of her: "Many people can relate to that moment, I think."
Talking about Pete not being the perfect husband:
Billie: "Why did they break up again?"
Shawn: "Because I died!"
Billie: "I forgot!!!" 🤣
They banter so well! Total family vibes between them all.
Fun moment where Shawn thought Billie was saying "old Pete" when she was saying "alt Pete!" Lol
Rose having the "rose-colored glasses" taken off: Billie says many can relate to realizing their parents are flawed people, and things are more complicated than you thought.
Camille says the Tylers spoke a language people understood, making something fantasy into a relatable story that was relevant to the audience.
Mod jokes that Rose "parent trapped them" across multiple universes!
Billie talks about how she enjoyed the overall romance and human element of their series, as opposed to the more sci fi feel in other later seasons.
Camille says Chris's intensity helped launch the reboot, but David's "Labrador" energy was different and special too to keep it going.
Billie says there was a totally different energy after they knew it was a success, allowing for more playfulness with David's Doctor and in general on set.
Billie says she always thought there was something complex about the romance with the Doctor, it's weird for a 19 year old to just take off in a box, and maybe wasn't written with Chris but it was there in spirit, and then was written in more explicitly in their relationship with David. Hard to keep that intensity of awe and adoration platonic! Camille adds the chemistry between them was a big element as well.
Billie says it was always a thrill to get the script, eager to read the script as soon as she got it to see what new world they were building with each episode. She says she didn't want to go to set when shooting Tooth and Claw because she was riveted reading the Doomsday script! Haha
Billie says the costume tricks can help body language shifts when changing character, like with Rose possessed by Cassandra, the push-up bra helped develop a unique physicality for the previously (literally) flat character!
Camille says they got in trouble for talking a lot because they got on so well!
Billie says she loves the new episodes, especially the dance numbers and theatrics now, and that's exactly where the show should go. "It's super fun again." Sitting down and watching a family show with the kids, an event for everyone to watch together.
Camille said it was good but it would be better if the Tylers were there! 😁
They love Ncuti as well. Excellent casting.
Billie praises RTD's heart and rooting for all walks of life. Everyone can feel represented. Camille says he is so good at pulling heartstrings and "that's what we want as Doctor Who fans." They also love his joy but also his power if they are being unkind. He defended the actors from stupid questions from the press and "told it like it was" when he needed to be the man in charge.

Running in Circles | Chapter 10
Word Count: 2.7K Warnings: mentions of death, religious trauma
Summary: (Y/N) Rossi is following in her father’s footsteps by joining the BAU team as a profiler. The girl genius knew almost everything but she could have never predicted falling for Aaron Hotchner, her boss, and her father’s friend. in their world mutual feelings are not enough to push them together. Will all the adversities and obstacles they face pull them together or push them apart forever?
A/N: a few days behind is better than a whole year 🫣 anywho very sentimental chapter ahead
<- Previous | Next ->
Winter had come at full force that December, and maybe that was the first sign of all that was to come. But for (Y/N), it only signified the anniversary of her mother’s death.
Just like she had done every year before, she had taken that day off, knowing her mind would be elsewhere, and her body would want to be there. Even if it fell on a weekend, she had to be sure that no calls would disturb the day. The monsters could wait one more day.
She looked herself over in the mirror. The turtleneck she had chosen felt particularly choking, her pants hung too low for comfort, and her mother’s necklace stood out too brightly against the dark clothing. Nothing was right. Nothing would ever be right. She pushed her hair behind her shoulders and sighed. That was as good as it would ever get.
She slipped her coat on before she left her house, and she wondered what her mother would have thought of her home. Would she have wanted her closer to the family home? Would she have liked the décor? Would she have poked fun at how messy the house could sometimes get, or would she not have cared at all? Those were answers she would never get. At least not from the one person that mattered the most.
Her father’s car was waiting outside for her, his face wearing a similar solemn look to the one she had. It was the same routine every year. He’d come to pick her up, they’d go to the cemetery, and when David would tell stories of Iris, she would listen. Because she had none to share of her own. She had no memories, no stories, nothing to know of her mother that was her own.
“Hey, dad,” she said as she jumped into the SUV. “It’s a cold one today.”
“It really is,” he chuckled softly “I brought you some coffee and a butter croissant. Something tells me you didn’t eat breakfast today.”
“You know me too well, dad,” she snickered, taking the warm cup between her hands to heat her freezing hands. “Did you eat already?”
“Had myself a bowl of oatmeal with berries and bananas like your mom used to like,” he replied. “Washed it all down with some coffee and came here.”
“That’s good,” she croaked, forcing a smile. “Were you able to get the flowers? My local shop was closed when I went by yesterday.”
“Yeah. I’ve got the bouquet back there,” he smiled. “Peonies, irises, roses, lilies, and baby’s breath. All the ones she liked.”
Every time her father said things like that, her heart broke just a little more. He didn’t know it. She would never say it. But the fact that he had lived a life with her mother when she didn’t even know what she sounded like hurt. It pained her to miss a person she never had a chance to remember.
“Do you know it was your mom that would call you little bird?”
“Did she?”
“She said you were always jumping around and fleeting from flower to flower when you were outside, just like a hummingbird would. That’s why she got that necklace made for you,” David chuckled at the memory. “Even when you were just a little baby, you always seemed to calm when you were with her in the garden.”
“Well, her garden has to be the best one in all of Virginia. Even to this day.”
“You have Emile to thank for that,” he laughed. “If it had been up to me, it would have died so many years ago.”
“And I guess I inherited your lack of a green thumb.”
“That you did, little birdie,” he said. “But you did inherit her good taste. For your third birthday, the last one with your mother –may God have her in his glory—you insisted on having a garden fairy party. Iris asked you what flowers you wanted everywhere, and you said peonies. Well, at the time, you called them peenies.”
“I… I don’t remember that,” she stammered. “I wish I did.”
“That’s okay, little bird. We have the pictures, and I’m sure there’s a VHS somewhere with the video. Just have to check in storage, which might take a bit more than it should.”
“It wouldn’t if you let me organize it, dad. I’ve told you many times that you need to set up a system so things don’t get lost in all the junk you still have from the olden days.”
“Hey! You learned a lot from those olden days,” he pouted. “Those olden days paid for everything we have.”
“Doesn’t mean it’s not disorganized.”
By the time they had reached the cemetery, they were a mix of laughter and sadness, coupled with the most beautiful bouquet they’d brought to date. There was a thin blanket of snow covering the ground, a cold breeze whistling through the air. It was a horrible day to be out, but they wouldn’t miss it for the world.
(Y/N) was expecting the bad weather. And although her coat did nothing to warm her against the wind, she hugged it closer to her body. What she was not expecting was to find Hotchner and Jack waiting on a bench right in front of her mother’s grave.
“Aaron,” David called out with a smile that alerted the father and son to their presence. “Didn’t expect to see you here.”
Once they were near enough, Jack took off on a soft run toward the woman. “(Y/N)!” he called as he reached to hug her. “You said we could come, remember?”
“Of course I do, buddy,” she smiled softly. “I’m happy to see you.”
“This is your mom, right?” The boy led her to her mother’s tombstone by the hand. “Iris Jensen.”
“That’s right,” she said. (Y/N) knelt down and ran her hand across the picture of her mother, tears already building in her eyes. “This is my mom.”
“She’s very pretty.”
“She is, isn’t she?” (Y/N) chuckled as her body betrayed her. Tears fell down her eyes before she could stop them, warming her skin before turning freezing under the weather. Jack quickly reached into his jacket, pulled out a blue handkerchief, and handed it to her. “Thanks, kid.”
“Jack, why don’t you join me on the bench, and I can tell you about her?” David said. “I’ve got some great stories.”
“Is that okay, (Y/N)?”
“Of course, Jack,” she smiled. “Go ahead.”
As the kid ran to her father, Hotchner wrapped his arms around her. Normally, she would have grown flustered at the interaction, but at that moment, she needed the comfort. “You okay?” he asked quietly. “This must be so hard.”
“I don’t know why I’m like this,” she muttered. “It’s been years already. I barely even knew her.”
“She was still your mom, (Y/N). It’s only natural that you feel this way.”
“I don’t even remember what she sounds like,” the woman sniffled. “I don’t even know what kind of mom she would have been growing up.”
“I… I’m sorry, (Y/N). I don’t know what to say.”
“It’s okay,” she smiled softly as she let him go. She got on her knees and started cleaning the tombstone, removing all specs of snow regardless of how futile it may have been. “There’s not much to say.”
“All I know is that I wish I had met her.”
“Yeah,” she chuckled. “Me too.”
Aaron left her by herself then, allowing her the space to tell her mother about the year that had passed. She told her about her cases, told her about her friends, and even told her about her ever-growing feelings for an unmentionable person. But, most of all, she told her about how much she missed her.
But it didn’t go over her head how she missed someone that much without really knowing who they were. She carried inside an emptiness that wasn’t easily filled, and as hard as her father tried, never would be. And David tried, in his own way. He had his own grief to carry, and she knew that. She knew he hurt and wished Iris was still with them. But he’d found solace in the time he had shared with her while (Y/N) yearned for even just a second more with her mom.
“I wish you were here, mom,” she cried as she stood. “I see videos of you, and I can’t tell if that’s what you really sounded like or if your voice is too distorted by the camera. I wish you’d had more time, mom.”
“You and me both, little birdie,” her father said as he joined her. “But she’s in God’s glory now.”
(Y/N)’s blood boiled at that moment. She had never been religious, much to her father’s dismay. More than just the deity not fitting into her scientific mind, she couldn’t believe in a god like her father did. Normally, she didn’t mind his religious interjections. They were a part of who he was, and she didn’t want to belittle his beliefs. But that day, something inside her couldn’t stand it. Much less when he started to mutter a prayer.
“I’ve asked you to please not pray aloud when we’re here, dad. Do you mind?”
“Honey…”
“No, dad. I really don’t want to listen to you talk about your god or ask to have mom in his infinite mercy. I don’t wanna hear about it!” Her tone came out harsher than she intended, but she couldn’t contain herself. Years and years of bottling up her feelings had her at her limit, and it was that moment that they had chosen to spill over. “Just, keep it in your head.”
“I don’t understand, (Y/N). You never minded before,” David muttered. “There was a time you used to believe in God. You even used to ask me to pray with you.”
“Jesus, dad, I did that for you.” As she exclaimed Hotch told Jack to wait for him in the car, that (Y/N) needed a moment to herself. Hesitantly, the boy followed his father’s instructions and walked the short trail to the van. All he could understand was that (Y/N) was upset. Once Jack was gone, she continued. “How could I ever believe in a god that took my mother away before I could even remember what my name sounded in her voice? I only went along with it because it seemed to make you happy, but I can’t anymore. I can’t listen to another word of how your god is merciful and how it was all his plan. He took my mother from me. How could I believe in a god that would take a mother from a child? All the memories I have of her are from behind a screen or moments lived by other people. I don’t remember anything about her that’s mine only, dad. You always tell me how you would love to have a second chance with my mom, and I didn’t even get one.”
(Y/N) crumbled to the ground once more and suddenly felt arms around her. Instantly, she knew who it was and found herself sinking into Hotch’s embrace. He tried his best to calm her, telling her that everything would be okay and that she wasn’t alone. She was normally the strong one. She was always the one who kept it all inside and helped others. But too many years of that had her shattered on the ground of the cemetery.
It took a few minutes for her sobs to finally subside, Hotch’s soothing circles on her arms working overtime to calm her down. They had ended up sitting on the cold ground, the snow slowly making its way through their clothes, but neither seemed to care. All that mattered was the comfort and the presence. Nothing else.
“You okay?” Hotch whispered as she finally seemed to calm. “Feeling better?”
“I don’t even know,” she chuckled weakly. “Your pants are dirty now. I’m sorry.”
“Don’t worry, I have a washer,” he joked. “But how are you feeling? I know this must be a very overwhelming situation.”
“I don’t know what I’m feeling, honestly,” she sighed, sinking into the warmth of Hotchner. “It’s the first time I’ve ever blown up like that toward my dad, and I don’t know why I did. It’s been over twenty years that we’ve been coming here, and I’ve never acted like this.”
“I think it’s safe to assume you’ve been bottling up all these feelings for all that time. They were bound to come out one day or another.”
“Don’t profile me, Hotch,” she pouted. “But you’re right. I mean, he lost the woman he loved, and even though I lost my mom, I felt bad for him because he’s the one who had all the memories with her. I never wanted him to feel bad or guilty for the fact that I had to grow up without her. Still, every time he says something like her death was god’s plan or that he has her in her mercy, it just sets me off.”
“Have you ever thought that religion is the way that he copes with her death? Maybe thinking that she is in heaven or that it was her time is his way to come to terms with the fact that she is gone.”
“I guess a part of me does understand that. But there’s a side that doesn’t want to,” she sighed. “But I guess I have to apologize for the tantrum.”
“Your feelings are valid, (Y/N). It’s just the way you express them that could be hurtful to others. But your dad’s a big boy,” he chuckled softly. “He’s at the car with Jack. You ready to go over there?”
“As ready as I can be.”
Hotchner got up first, waiting with his hand extended until she needed it. And with another glance at the tombstone, she took the hand and stood up as well. The man walked beside her the entire time, his presence alone was enough to keep her grounded. As much as she wanted to break down and fall apart, she needed to keep it together.
“And she could spend days in her studio just painting, forgetting that hours passed. She would just lose herself painting and painting,” her father smiled as he talked to Jack. “She would have been there the entire day if I had let her.”
“Do you have any of her paintings still?”
“Of course! All over the house,” he chuckled. “Would you like to see them, Jack?”
“Yes! Can we, dad?” Jack asked as he noticed his father’s approaching figure. “I wanna see the paintings.”
“If it’s alright with Dave, then it’s alright with me.”
“Of course!” the man exclaimed. “The more the merrier. We’ll see you there.”
David and (Y/N) walked to the car in silence. Not saying a single word until they were inside. “I’m sorry, dad,” she finally muttered. “I shouldn’t have yelled at you like I did. You don’t deserve that.”
“I’d say it was long overdue, kid,” he smiled softly. “You like to keep the peace and keep everything in. I’m surprised it hasn’t happened before. You have nothing to apologize for, little bird.”
“But I do, dad. I shouldn’t have yelled at you regardless.”
“Your mother used to say that yelling is the way the soul speaks,” he said. “When you can no longer keep anything in, it comes out fast and unmeasured. Words come out with thorns and spikes. And much like a flower, they don’t mean to hurt you, but it is in their nature to protect themselves. It’s okay to let it out once in a while. Doesn’t matter how it hurts. If my beliefs hurt you, mia bella, all you have to do is tell me. I will try my best to keep it to a minimum.”
“And I will try to talk about how I’m feeling instead of yelling it,” she smiled, taking her father’s hand in hers. “I love you, dad. And I’m still sorry.”
“I love you too, little bird,” he beamed. “And you can make it up to me by helping with dessert tonight. We’re making your mom’s favorite.”
“Tiramisu,” they chorused.

Additional A/n: edited it because it's shit (still shit cause I haven't wrote in ages)
BUT DON'T WORRY GUYS WE UP AND WE BACK
THE HOLIDAY IS HERE AND THE NEXT CHAPTER IS HALFWAY DONE <3 (kill me)
Second Person POV:
You woke up with a pounding headache. You didn't remember drinking that much last night, in fact you don't remember a lot from last night. You rubbed your eyes trying to clear your vision and see where you are. You felt a breeze on your skin and looked down at yourself. 'Oh shit.' You were butt naked in a random bed. You looked to the left of you, Sebastian was sleeping next you, his hair scattered all over the pillow and his face. You were relived but wanted to scream. You just had sex with your ex. You sighed and rolled over to the other side, you first wanted to focus on getting more sleep to calm down this migraine. As you rolled to your right you were met with another face. David. He sleepily put his arm around you and pulled you closer. You were shocked beyond belief. And not to your surprise He was naked as well as the blonde on the other side of you. You vowed to never have a threesome again after your last one a few years ago but seems like you've been breaking a few of your vows this past year. You could tick this off your New Year's bucket list. You tried to shimmy out of David's embrace, as you got back to middle of the bed you sat up, and a wave of nausea came over you. You quickly jolted and rushed out of the covers and ran to the ensuite of the bedroom to throw up the little food you had last night into the toilet bowl. Sometimes you really couldn't hold your liquor. After what seemed like hours, keeling over into the toilet and getting dizzy from the severely unpleasant experience, you brushed your teeth and numbly stepped to the bed again and stole one of whoever's shirt was on the ground, put it on, and climbed back into the bed to rest more.
You were soon kicked out of the place as the owner wanted everyone out. You and the rest of the band went home but Sebastian and David accompanied you and walked you home and talked and giggled about last night. You appreciated them being cheery and helpful but were too sore and sick to really be enthusiastic, so you kind of zombie walked with them back to the house.
A few days had past, and your nausea hadn't died down. You were starting to get worried. You knew Seb is the kind of guy that 'doesn't dig rubbers', and to add even more fuel to the fire, you don't even remember what David was doing there, there were endless possibilities to who the father was if that was the cased, well not endless, two maybe two point five. You had taken two pregnancy tests although, one came out positive and the other came out negative. 'Shit' you'd have to go to the doctors. You were too frightened to go alone, what if you actually were pregnant and you passed out at the news? Seb and David were out of town, and you telling them about the possibility of you being pregnant might make matters worse too. As well as you were too scared to ask any of the guys to take you, who knows how they would react. You sat on the edge of Duff's bed, the creaky mattress sinking slightly, face buried in your hands and your elbows pressed on your knees, sighing into your palms and rubbing your face in contemplation as thousands of things were rushing through your mind. You heard a small knock at the door, fully expecting it to be Duff, and relaxing slightly thinking of his somewhat comforting presence. You looked up from your hands, only to see Axl standing by the door looking at you with guilty and concerned eyes. "Fuck off, I'm not in the mood." You bluntly told him and went back to dreading into your palms. "I just-..." He began in an irritated tone but inhaled and sighed. "I just wanted to say sorry." He spoke sincerely, his words lingering in the air slightly. ‘sorry’ Axl was ‘sorry’ yeah right, you thought. You responded back in a breathy chuckle. He couldn't possibly serious. It was quiet. You looked up again to see him still standing there, his face showing some kind of disappointment. Shit he was serious. You started to feel bad, his shining eyes showed so much regret and sincerity. "Shit sorry..." you apologised, a bit breathy, for laughing, and you looked down and away, not giving any eye contact in this awkward moment. He then stepped into the room and came over and sat next to you, he raised his hand to put it on your back, but he hesitated and retracted it, placing it on his own thigh. Before, you guys were so close, but now it just felt awkward even being in the same room with each other. "Ax… please, I really don't feel like talking right now." You told him, still not looking at him, just trying to dismiss him. You hadn't called him that in ages, he felt slightly glad that the bond between the two of you wasn't completely gone as you called him that nickname. "Listen… I'm glad you came to apologize but not right now, please." You said, glancing at him, then your face now going back into your hands. He didn't leave, he didn't even consider leaving you alone. He still sat next to you, in silence. You felt his hand touch your back, placed gently, not moving, just softly hovering.
"You've been throwing up recently." He spoke softly, not with any condescension, not trying to imply or insinuate anything. You didn't think he would notice, or at all care. You thought Duff would be the first to say something. But again, you tried to be secretive as possible. "It’s... probably a bug or something." You said tiredly, getting your face out of your hands and crossing your arms over your stomach. "I'll take you." He spoke, breaking some of the silence. You looked at him with slight confusion. "To the doctors. I know you said once you didn't like going alone." He explained. He was being sincere, and you were willing to at least give him that second chance. You reluctantly agreed after contemplation, getting ready and heading off the hospital.
Sitting in the boring waiting area, the sound of receptionists typing and soft coughs from strangers on other sides of the rooms. Your leg shook nervously as you bounced the ball of your foot on the floor. Your hands clutching each other in front of you and your elbows rested on your thighs. Looking around, waiting for that one call of your name. You felt a bigger warm hand ingulf your two ones. You looked up to Axl, his soft eyes giving you a comforting look. Your stomach sunk, you felt horrible. Nausea. Nauseous looking at his face. His stupidly good-looking face. The face you stupidly fell for, and feeling like you’re still head over heels for him in this moment. You wanted to say so much. Why was he sorry in this moment? What triggered it? Was it because Erin and him aren't together? Were you a rebound? You opened your mouth about to ask the first question that came to mind, but you were cut off before a word even came out. The doctor called your name. You sighed before getting up from the uncomfortable chair, waving a small goodbye to Axl before entering the room you were allocated to.
Some normal icebreaker questions were asked, then the doctor got you to sit on the bed, checking your breathing and heartbeat. You told him your symptoms. Your nausea, fatigue, etc. "Is there any chance you could be pregnant?" He had popped the question without hesitation. Still listening to your breathing, the cold stethoscope placed against your back. You just nodded and spoke a blunt 'Yes'. "Well, that's sweet of your boyfriend to come bring you here, most guys these days just run away at the moment it's mentioned." The doctor spoke. You were confused. You just laughed a fake 'yeah' trying to keep a comfortable atmosphere. What boyfriend? 'Fuck, he meant Axl.' "You two make a cute couple." He smiled at you as he finished his general check-up. Soon you were sent off the bathroom, with a cup. Nervous and jittery through every second. Giving your now filled cup to a nurse and the doctor inspected you for other reasons of your symptoms whilst your urine was being inspected. It felt like hours of painfully waiting, sitting on the examining bed with your teeth clenched, silently hissing in anxiety as your leg bounced nervously. The uncanny feeling of the hospital making your nerves prick uncomfortably even more. Your results came back soon, even though it felt like forever. The doctor said a farewell and you walked back to the waiting room and handed you the paper with your results, you clutched onto the piece of paper he gave you, not looking down at it just yet, then you looked up. You stopped. Your eyes scanning the waiting room. Axl wasn't there. Of course, he fucking wasn't. You thought as the same anger from the other night bubbled in your stomach. You began to walk out of the hospital with a storm, walking down the endless white hallways, the thought of Axl just abandoning you like that searing into you as you clutched the result sheet. ‘Of course he left, probably to fuck some hot nurse, who fucking knows… always second in his eyes.’ You thought, as you got to the big spacious lobby at the ground floor of the hospital. But then a glimpse of ginger was caught in your peripheral vision. With a turn of the head, there he was, standing at the till of a gift shop, one with balloons that said get well soon, stuffed animals, chocolates, flowers. In fact, he was standing with flowers and paying for them, giving the cashier a small smile and a wave as he finished paying. Turning around to see you looking at him. Shooting you the smile that make your knees weak and your stomach queasy. "Sorry, I thought you would take longer." He apologised and handed you the flowers, your favourites. You were silent, starring at the flowers, your heart doing small flutters. Subconsciously you knew you never stopped liking him. You looked up at him then back down at the flowers your mouth slightly open in surprise. "So... how was it?" He cocked his head to the side a bit, seeing how silent you are.
"Oh right-…” You looked down at the paper in hand and back up at him, trying to shake off the countless emotions going through your head. “I was a bug, well more like food poisoning from the party. But the doctor gave me this, so we have to go to the pharmacy." You said holding up the piece of paper, which also had the prescription for nausea pills, giving it a small wave.
You then both headed to the pharmacy and got your prescribed pills, heading out again just for a late afternoon stroll as there was really nothing else to do. Down by the boardwalk, looking out at the sun setting over the water. The orange and pink cascading and blending into the scenery, and the orange soft light and soft ocean breeze made it feel comforting familiar. You hadn't had one of these walks in ages with him, it was something you and him always enjoyed, it was nice to having something special like this back. You had almost fully forgiven him. Thoughts raced through your mind again. The apology? Was he serious? The flowers? Was it just to make you soft? You stressed. Axl immediately caught on. "You okay?" He asked. Putting his hands on your shoulders, stopping both of you in your tracks. Leading to the empty wooden bench closest to you. Taking a breath as you sat down, a soft sigh as you collect your thoughts and words. There was a pause, both looking at each other. The sun making his eyes glisten. "Why..." you began, trying to collect yourself. "Why did you kiss me?" You asked him. He didn't say anything, thinking of what to say, and he tried hard not to break eye contact. "And Erin?" You added. "What did it mean to you? What do I mean to you?" You emphasised the ‘I’ in last question. His hands creeped into yours, his head hanging slightly as he looked down at your hands in his now. You were about to take your hands away from his, but he held them tighter, gently, but still slightly tighter. "Fuck... I…" He began. "I love you, that’s why. I've been fucking in love with you." His words sent a shock through you, but other emotions were overriding the lovesick ones. "Then why go date someone else?" You retorted quickly with irritation at his inconsistency. "Because you always say you can't ‘date in the band’." He said. "Yes, but a week after? Seriously?" You responded. "I needed an out, I couldn't stop thinking about you after our kiss, it was making me crazy." He said, sighing with a gravel and running his hand through his hair.
You didn't know what else to say. That it was stupid? That you loved him too? But even if you wanted you couldn't be with him.
"I still want to... I still want you. I want to be with you." He sighed out softly, squeezing your hands. "You know we can't..." You told him. He began to talk about how he'll wait this time. Wait until you're ready. You knew it wouldn't happen, but at least gave him the chance, and yourself the chance of hope of you together.
"If I can't have you right now, I'll wait dear."

I just rewatched The Day of the Doctor, and something clicked a bit more than it had before, regarding The Moment. And I honestly can't tell if this was the point all along and I just didn't make the connection because I was too caught up in the references and having Billie back on Doctor Who, or if this is just my new headcanon.
(Obvs, spoilers ahead if you haven't seen the 50th or finished Rose's episodes)
So, what do we know about The Moment?
-It's also called The Galaxy Eater
-It was invented by 'The Ancients of Gallifrey'
-The Time Lords are so scared of the thing that of all of the Forbidden Weapons locked away in the Omega Arsenal, it's the only one they've avoided deploying until now.
-The reason the Time Lords are so scared of it is because, according to legend, it was so powerful of a weapon that it developed a conscience.
-Not that it became conscious. That its AI woke up one day with strong enough moral compass to get angry at them for wanting to use it.
But I think it wasn't thanks to the Time Lords that it developed a conscience. I think it was very literally Rose as the Bad Wolf during Parting of the Ways.
Why?
Well, when we first meet said AI, it's taken the form of Rose as Bad Wolf (duh). Which gets played off as a bit of a timey-wimey joke, claiming it picked that look to appeal to The Doctor and just got the timeline wrong.
But now I'm thinking it's more than that, cause let's be real. If we're dealing with an AI smart enough to design its appearance to appeal to someone's preferences, it can make excuses for the same reason.
It doesn't know or care who Rose Tyler is. But even before it names itself Bad Wolf (which it has a VERY strong reaction to, for a weapon that has nothing to do with Earth or Humans, and wants nothing to do with the Time War or the Daleks) it still shows a propensity for Wolf imagery, telling The Doctor the noise outside was "just a wolf".
It also didn't do a copy of Rose, despite saying it chose "this face AND form" for the Doctor. Which I'd think it would have if it was truly just pulling an image from The Doctor's future memory (Billie having aged 7 yrs since we last saw her aside, because so had David and that clearly wasn't an issue to redesign his look around). Instead it wore its clothes and hair styled in a way that Rose would never have worn.
But it sure does appeal to the same aspects of The Doctor's character that Rose brought out in 'em. And laughs about The Doctor's comment that he could kiss her ("Oh, Bad Wolf Girl! I could kiss you!" "Yup! You will..") despite not knowing for sure who or when Rose Tyler was to The Doctor less than an hour ago.
So I suggest that when Rose absorbed the time vortex and was doing her 'gotta literally reshape matter and reality to protect My Doctor' thing, that included inserting her/Bad Wolf's consciousness into The Moment, way back when.
Like she did when she brought Jack back to life but had no control over how much life she shoved into him. Or how when she scattered the words Bad Wolf across spacetime as a trail of breadcrumbs, she also unknowingly named that beach in the parallel universe's Norway, Bad Wolf Bay.
"I bring life!" Sure did, and then some.
"I take the words. I scatter them across space and time." No kidding.
"The Time War Ends!" I mean, come on. Why would that be any less unintentionally accurate than the rest of her actions?
The Doctor says in Utopia that if a Time Lord had done what Rose did, they'd become a vengeful god. (Side note, when The Master finds out the Doctor had pulled the final trigger, he even says, "You must've been like God!") But he argues Rose's humanity having fueled her actions is what stopped her from succumbing to the same fate. Not that she didn't have the power of a God in that moment.
If I'm right, though. With the reality breaking power that Rose as Bad Wolf definitely had, and that The Moment is suggested to have; I think Rose literally rewrote the end of the Time War by putting her consciousness in The Moment. Fixed points don't matter when you're literally the Time Vortex channeled through a lovestruck teenage brain.
I think that until Rose went all supernova, The Doctor *had* used the Doomsday (hah) Weapon to stop the war. But as Bad Wolf, while she was seeing all realities at all times, she saw a way to "protect [him] from the False God (aka. him)" via inserting herself into said weapon.
It's not that he just didn't remember because crossing timelines. It's that he *had* done it until Rose went glowstick goddess on him.
Final bit of evidence? There's no reason for The Moment's trigger to have looked like that in the end. It doesn't even look like any other piece of Time Lord tech, that I know of.
But we already know that less than a day after Parting of the Ways, Rose will watch The 10th Doctor get really excited about a Big Red Button.
She went the extra mile and made the button shaped like a Rose. It even has petals.

Warnings: heavy drinking
“You did what?”
Iris stared at Kit. When Kit offered to talk to David, she expected… well she wasn’t sure what she expected. Not this.
“He didn’t want help, so I promised I would if he changed his mind,” he repeated.
“I heard you,” she pinched the bridge of her nose. “But did you have to make a promise promise? You can’t refuse that.”
“I know,” said Kit, an edge to his voice.
“I get that you want to help, but I’m concerned. You can’t just promise things all the time. You’ll be compelled.”
“I know,” he bit out.
Iris stood from her chair, and Kit shrank back.
“I’m sorry. Please,” he whimpered.
She paused.
“It won’t interfere with our deal,” he begged, “Please.”
What was he afraid of?
“I just wished you’d talk to me first. That’s all.”
“Yes, Mistress. I won’t do it again.”
___________________
Iris sat back down, and Kit tried to steady his breathing. He gulped down air, and tried to ground himself with his palms on the floor.
Iris was still watching him from the corner of her eye, and he curled inwards.
“Why do you sit on the floor?” she asked, picking up another form. “It’s not like there’s an absence of chairs.”
Kit looked away. He didn’t want to say ‘because I got used to it’ or ‘because I’m a smaller target’ or ‘because I’m scared of you’ but these were all true things, and he could not lie.
“Kit?” He half expected her to compel him with his name with how angry she was with him before.
He worked the words in his mouth before answering. “It’s... easier.”
He could feel Iris’s eyes on him.
“Okay.”
She turned back to her paperwork, and Kit felt the weight of fear ease up on his shoulders.
They fell into an uneasy silence, the only sound the scratch of pen on paper and the clinking of the glass inkwell.
She moved on from forms to the stack of mail on her desk; tearing open envelopes and pulling out letters.
Iris frowned, scanning the first bundle of paper before tossing it aside. The next one got the same treatment, and the next after that.
“Toss these in the fireplace, would you?”
Kit nodded, getting to his feet. He gathered the papers and put them on the arranged wood in the unlit hearth.
“What were they?” he dared to ask.
“Proposals. Courtship offers.”
“Oh.”
“Most likely my aunt’s work,” she said, picking up an unopened letter and tossing it aside.
“Can’t you tell her to stop?”
“She wouldn’t.”
Kit hummed in sympathy.
A knock sounded on the office door, and Kit rose to open it.
The door swung open before he could, and unfortunately it was Aunt Nicole.
“Speak of the devil,” muttered Iris under her breath.
Nicole walked into the room, past Kit. “Would you mind, dear?” she asked over her shoulder, smiling.
“Hm?”
“She wants you to step out for a minute, Kit.”
“Oh. Of course.”
He left, gently closing the door behind him.
Kit leaned against the wall, next to Brennan. The knight raised a brow, but said nothing.
___________________
“You shouldn’t be spending time alone with that disgusting creature,” said Nicole with a slight scowl.
“There’s no need to be crass, Aunt Nicole. Kit bathes every morning.” Iris didn’t bother looking up from her paperwork.
“You know what I mean. I hear he eats dirt.”
“Rumors,” dismissed Iris. “You know how they spread.”
“Exactly. Spending time alone with a man you aren’t courting is not helping your case.”
Iris put down her pen. “My case? You may want to rephrase that.”
Nicole looked taken aback.
“That’s no way to talk to your aunt.”
“And that’s no way to talk to your queen.”
Iris stood, her chair scraping against the wooden floor. She pulled more courtship letters from the pile on her desk.
“This-” she said, waving the papers, “needs to stop.”
Nicole wrung her hands. “I’m only trying to look out for you. If your mother-”
“Don’t you dare,” hissed Iris. “You aren’t my mother, and you don’t get to offer my hand to every man in sight.”
She tossed the remaining letters in the fireplace.
“I know what you really want, Nicky. And you aren’t going to get it.”
Nicole stood stunned at her hard work getting tossed like the trash it was.
“I’m not getting married. Not now, not ever. Understood?”
“Yes, your majesty,” she said, terse. She turned on her heel, and stalked out.
___________________
Kit’s ear twitched as he listened in on Nicole and Iris.
She was so angry with Nicole, and what did her aunt really want if not just a marriage?
“Are you really able to hear what they’re saying?” asked Brennan.
“Yes,” he admitted. “Mistress is very upset.”
Nicole slammed the door open and swiftly strode away.
They watched her round the corner.
“You don’t say,” said Brennan dryly. Kit snorted.
“Kit, come here,” called Iris.
He waved to a farewell Brennan as he obeyed.
“Are you alright?” he asked, cautiously making his way inside.
“I will be,” she said, staring down into the unlit fireplace. It was stuffed with letters. “Burn these. And fetch me some wine. A bottle, not a glass.”
“Yes, mistress.”
With an easy flick of his wrist, the letters caught a flame and began to burn. Iris stood watching them, a muted expression on her face, and Kit left to get the wine.
___________________
The wine cellar was just off of the kitchen, and Kit scanned the racks of bottles.
He grabbed two at random, and hoped Iris would like one of them.
She was still standing at the fireplace, the fire casting her in orange light like an autumn oak in sunshine.
Kit set one bottle on her desk and opened the other. He joined her by the fire and passed it over.
She drank straight from the bottle, a long swig that made him uncomfortable.
He was no stranger to drinking, but she was upset, and surely getting drunk in her office would not reflect well on her. Iris cared a lot about appearances, and having them cast aside so easily concerned him.
“Would you rather drink in your room?” he asked gently, and she shrugged.
“What’s the point? The kitchen staff saw you take the bottles anyway.” She took another drink.
“You’re wearing heels,” he tried again, “and this hall is carpeted.”
She took off her shoes and tossed them behind her. “There. Fixed.”
Kit said nothing.
Iris sighed. “We’ll go when the letters are ash, alright? You win.”
___________________
Kit put her heels and dress away as Iris sulked on the couch.
She was starting on her second bottle, and drunk.
He pulled a nightgown from her dresser.
“Here you are,” he offered, and she tugged it on, pulling her bra off and out from underneath and tossing it away.
“Thanks. You can go.”
Kit didn’t leave, sitting on the floor next to the couch. She needed company, and not just because she was drinking so much.
“Today was awful,” she said aloud. “I think I really fucked up.”
He caught on to her train of thought. “Nicole deserved it.”
“No, I mean,” she sighed. “I told her I wasn’t ever getting married.”
“Good.”
“No! It’s not good! Why would I say that? Especially to her!”
Iris took another long drink.
“You’re going to have a hangover,” he warned.
“Couldn’t you just magic it away?” she waved, gesturing with the bottle.
Kit hummed. “I suppose.”
Silence fell as Iris put her feet up on the coffee table.
“I don’t want to get married,” she admitted.
“Then don’t.”
“If only things were that simple.”
“They could be,” he said. “You’re the queen.”
“That’s the problem. I need to marry well, and have lots of children, but not too many, because I’m the queen. For the good of the country.”
“What about for the good of you?”
Iris went quiet. “I don’t know what that looks like.”

Sending an ask for nice ask day!!
Noticed we have a lot of similar fandom interests -- if David, Patrick, Carlos, TK, Alex, and Henry were to meet, where would it happen? who would get along the most outside of the pairing?
hello! What a great ask! I love finding people who share multiple fandoms, so hello new friend!!! 💖
Believe it or not, this is something I’ve thought about previously, so strap in.
A while back @blackandwhiteandrose wrote a fic (about how David and TK were friends (if you love both characters, you should read this fic, it’s so good) back when David still lived in NYC. Having read it and discussed it with BWR later, I wholeheartedly agree that they were friends who lost touch after TK moved to Austin. Not immediately though - you know in s1 of SC how David is always on the phone texting? We know that his NYC friends were mostly assholes, so who was he texting? TK.
TK probably got a new phone or deleted all of his NYC contacts when he moved to Austin, so he lost David’s number then too. But maybe he’s scrolling Instagram one day and comes across Alexis’ account or the Rose Apothecary account, or maybe Nancy is laughing hysterically at Moira’s accidental live stream of the conversation about David’s oopsie-daisy and eventually TK gets back in touch with David. They’re both happy now, really happy. Deeply in love, safe and content with who they are as people, happy.
Patrick suggests that he and David make the trip to Austin and David can catch up with TK while they’re there. (There’s probably some kind of sportsball game Patrick would want to watch, idk).
I’m taking liberties now, but bear with me. While they’re in Austin, they go to a restaurant and there’s a fire. Please go read @missgeevious’s absolutely hysterical fic to find out what happens.
Once Patrick gets over his mortification (it’s short lived, David won’t allow it, there are food trucks to visit and proper bbq to be had), they go with TK and Carlos on a tour of Carlos’ favourite food trucks and end up at Franklin’s BBQ, which David wanted to go to because he read about it in an article about FSOTUS.
Carlos raises a brow at David’s seeming insistence on wearing sweaters in the Texas heat, but he’s glad it’s not actually summer or TK might need to put his paramedic skills to work on his friend. There’s a moment when Carlos catches Patrick’s eye as their respective husbands are chatting loudly and gesticulating wildly and there’s a fond resignation in Patrick’s expression that he recognises. One that says, “sometimes I can’t believe that I chose him but I’m so glad every day that I did.” Carlos feels that way about TK too.
When they make it to Franklin’s the line is long and Carlos notices the presence of private security officers in suits - unusual for somewhere like Franklin’s. The reason for it becomes apparent when they realize that Alex, Henry, Nora and June are ahead of them in line. They’d come to Texas for a long weekend at the lake house. It’s David who recognises them first - Alexis used to have a giant crush on Prince Henry, she’d met him once before at a party on a yacht (Pez dragged Henry to the party), and in the way that only Alexis can, had come home and huffed that Henry must not be interested in women, “because, David, he, like, barely even looked at me and I was wearing that sparkly Balenciaga!” (Little did she know that she was correct. “I knew it!” she proclaimed when news broke of the emails, before she’d gone all teary eyed once the enormity of what had happened to Alex and Henry had hit her).
Turns out that the world is both too big and ridiculously small - Carlos and June had taken a class together at UT, even worked on a group assignment together. When June comes over to say hi to Carlos, they end up all sitting together: David, Patrick, TK, Carlos, Alex, Henry, June and Nora. They share their food and laugh so much and more than one other patron does a double take at the ridiculous level of hotness sitting at their tables.
David gets along surprisingly well with Nora - she reminds both him and Patrick of Stevie, in a way. Carlos and Henry become fast friends and it’s not long before he and Alex are talking in Spanish about their favourite foods as well. David, TK and Alex - in an uncoordinated attack - separately try to steal food off their respective partners’ plates only to be met with loud protests, followed by triumph, because their partners never really say no. There’s laughter when they realise what’s happened simultaneously around the table.
They sit there talking and laughing and eating until they realise that the sunlight is fading and they’ve been there for hours now, simply enjoying the company and revelling in feeling happy, and safe, and free.

a mouse in the basement, part 3/6(?)
First | prev | Kíkítok masterpost | AMITB Translations
not sure how I feel about finishing here, but the next decent stopping point made everything feel disorganized so...here she is.
David gets no more clues about why he's being held here. Kiwi's determined to make an escape using any means available—but mostly David. tagging - @whumpsday (dm/comment to be tagged please) word count: ~1300 cw: continued captivity blood/injury and restraints, and of course language barrier. nothing new if you've made it this far.
David flinched as the masked man grabbed his chin.
He could name a dozen movies that would tell him his next move was to spit at his captor, or at least offer up a good glare, but he was still afraid of making things worse. He was taken aback when he met the masked man’s eyes. Blue eyes flashed with some realization and the hard anger that permeated the mask loosened into fear.
“Fuck me,” the man muttered, shoving David back.
“What?”
The masked man said nothing, only ripped off a fresh length of tape to use as a gag. He cursed a second time as he gave David a final look before disappearing up the stairs. David slumped against the wall and stared after him, wondering what that was about. His mind was eager to have a new problem to chew on and came up with a host of fantastical answers.
Maybe David was a friend’s relative. Maybe it was love at first sight. Maybe David was some secret Chosen One. It hardly mattered, because none of them got him any closer to home.
Somewhere between fifteen minutes and two hours passed before he noticed Kiwi making her way along the wall towards the stairs. He leaned forward to watch, intrigued that she might be able to climb out of here.
She paced back and forth at the bottom for a while before making a proportionately impressive jump towards the bottom step, but still didn’t clear it. Her hands scrabbled against as she struggled to heave herself over the edge, like a kid who hadn’t quite figured out how to pull themselves out of the pool.
David unsteadily rose to his feet to check on her, but she was upright again before he had shuffled halfway across the room. She sat up, clutching at her side, and stared up at what must seem an endless distance to the door.
He was still a few feet from the stairs when the chain around his ankle pulled suddenly taut, knocking him off balance. Kiwi’s ears perked up, then pressed back in a show of terror. She leaped back to the cement floor and scampered beneath the cover of the floating step. A second passed and she stepped back into view, hands covering her face in embarrassment.
“Ah, I’m sorry, caiyacaiyacosach nábnáb. Hú, David. Tsokay me,” she said, her voice barely louder than a whisper.
David wondered if the gag hid his smile or if she could see his face at all from her low vantage point. He squatted down to better meet her gaze, but it was an awkward task with his arms pinned behind his back. It hardly made a difference. She was so little that even bent over, he towered over her.
“Fwo, fí kyírowén, sáqá nat piyískamarus…?”
She sounded uncertain as she trailed off. She leaned against the narrow riser behind her and fiddled with the shoulder strap of her bag as she stared up at David with wide, green eyes. He gave her a wary nod to continue even if he couldn’t understand her.
“Kyépasach pé wun, ah, up-sih-tairs,” she said carefully, shaking her head. Her little eyes glittered as she shifted to point at the handrail. “Ayibíabítú tsú. Fí f-fékyépasaró, nat íchowóts swa páfóts pé hyo tsú páf.”
David shook his head. She had watched the masked man cuff him, hadn’t she? She had to know that he couldn’t do anything to get either of them up the stairs.
If I could get over there, I would’ve already left.
“Pease. Fópóyofiyór téwu. Pokyó you,” she pleaded.
David pulled the chain before the chain clattered taut again. Kiwi flinched at the movement, then her shoulders fell as she put together what he was trying to say. She tilted her head to the side and thought for a moment.
“Íkyekikumi pé krát pen pá? Krát?”
She pointed and David turned to follow it, his eyes landing on the window that she had fallen from last night. He nodded in recognition and Kiwi gave him a split second of a smile.
“Áqámpisi séchi fwé sou de íchowóts tik bó pén,” she said. She held up her bag and pointed back at the window, then mimed dropping something. “Ryó kou só kuh fí íkyekikumi…nat faibaiyasat pískpísk sou de fékyépór pé.”
She gave him a firm nod and another expectant look. David wasn’t sure what she meant, but understood that step one was at the window, at least. He trudged in that direction, but it wasn’t much closer to his anchor point than the stairs.
It was almost as if the person who had kidnapped him wanted to keep him from mounting an escape. Not that David would fit through such a small window, but there could be neighbors out there he could signal to. He didn’t actually know if he was in a populated neighborhood, but he’d imagined it once or twice or so since being dragged down here.
Kiwi sighed as she caught up to him. She leaned herself against the the tight chain that hovered around her chest level.
“Kuh pópama pé séchí sou pá? Wi íkya sou? Pease?” she asked.
She patted her bag several times. David furrowed his brows and leaned closer to…try to take it? Maybe? He wasn’t sure. She staggered back and clutched the pack to her chest as if it were her child. Her lip curled up to show off a teeny-tiny fang as she pressed herself against the wall and shook one hand up towards the window.
“No, krát, hyo krát! Chyawúnén pá? Séchí sou bó hyo krát pá?”
David’s brow furrowed, but he gave her her space and looked back at the window. Grayish light filtered in from an overcast sky. As he stood up, the light caught on something metal stuck in the window frame. He strained against the chain for a better look. It looked like a twisted bit of wire, maybe tied to something, maybe just a bit of poor workmanship by whoever built the house. Maybe it was what Kiwi was after?
He nodded hesitantly. Kiwi tilted her head and considered the short distance between David and the wall. After a minute or so, she ran a hand through her curls and groaned.
“David, hyápén ne. Ma éfamarus mókmók,” she said.
On the last word, she pressed her hands together, mimicking handcuffs. She gestured for David to squat down again. He gave her a skeptical look but lowered himself down. She encouraged him to keep going until his hands rested against the floor. He watched the last of the faint color drain from her face as she stepped forward.
“Rótsusu wun yétsiyétsi ném. Ma…Don’t hurt me.”
David inhaled sharply as she crept close enough to touch. It was much closer than she’d dared to get at breakfast. He froze, afraid that any sudden movement would scare her off—or worse. She disappeared behind his back.
He tensed as sharp little fingers dug into the side of his palm and she pulled herself up onto the cuffs. She weighed an impressive nothing at all. He could almost forget she was there if it wasn’t for the way her furry arm occasionally brushed against his skin as she picked at the cuff.
“Tsokay, ma áyapama. Tsokay?” she called after a long minute.
David cautiously tugged against the restraint. His heart jumped as a metal arm fell away and the cuff clattered against the floor. He laughed behind the gag, then gleefully pulled the duct tape from his face and sucked in a full breath.
“Holy shit, thank you. Did you know you could do that this whole time?”
She sat on his other wrist for several seconds more, not moving. He held his hand still to let her do whatever it was she wanted to do, climb down or pull off the other cuff. Several seconds passed. He started to think that she had jumped down without his noticing until something soft slumped against his bare skin, then slid limply to the floor.
“Kiwi?”
More silence.

Pixelspix.com (prod 117)
Original airdate: July 11, 2005
Story by Inger Le Gue
Written by Noah Zachary, Cole Louie, Magnus Scheving
Directed by Raymond P. Le Gue
Executive producers - Magnus Scheving, Ragnheidur Melsted, Raymond P. Le Gue, Mark Read, Brown Johnson, Kay Wilson Stallings
Starring Magnus Scheving, Stefan Karl Steffanson, Julianna Rose Mauriello
Puppeteers - Ronald Binion, Gudmondor Thor Karason, Jodi Eichelberger, David Matthew Feldman, Julie Westwood, Amanda Maddock
I like Pixel. I love making websites. I love LazyTown. What will I think of a LazyTown episode about Pixel's website - Pixelspix?
The episode begins with a recycled cold open from Sportafake.. except that Pixel is watching it in his computer. At 23 seconds in the episode, the video plays backwards and forwards, and then Pixel's media player frame is revealed.
In response to Ziggy asking how Pixel made the video go in reverse, Pixel says that with his new multi-media player which can play many video files, anything is possible. And Ziggy understands none of that. To rephrase - Pixel has computer. On computer he can watch video. And then he shows Ziggy his creation - Pixelspix.com, his very own webpage featuring everyone in LazyTown. The way he makes the icon is by scanning a photo of someone (he of course uses Stephanie as example), and when he clicks the icon, a video of her dancing plays.
If this was a real webpage, I'd go on it all the time! Thankfully we have the Flash Nick Jr. promotional version. Anyways, they play 'Have You Ever' on the computer. But Robbie is eavesdropping, and Pixel plays a video of Stingy trying to teach him how to brush his teeth... which woulda taken 3 seconds if Ziggy hadn't asked to press play, got the mouse stuck to his hands (coffee, taffy, caramel covered hands), had to have Pixel pull it off and get it stuck to HIS OWN head, and then finally clicked it.
Sometimes I just don't know about that boy. So then the video plays - and Ziggy gets his toothbrush. A BIG. GIANT. TOOTHBRUSH. Not even CaseOh would need that. Then he takes his regular nasty toothbrush with chewed candy all over it (I just threw up a bit in my mouth..) then Stingy offers to give him the brand new toothbrush he's never used before. (I swear, if Stingy uses it after that, then I'm going crazy) Then Stingy says you need to put something on the toothbrush, and can you guess Ziggy's first guess?
CHOCOLATE. So Stingy corrects him by telling him he needs to put on TOOTHPASTE. Ziggy likes the flavour of the toothpaste and he asks for more but Stingy says 'no'. Not to be stingy, but because you can definitely have enough toothpaste. Then Stingy says to go twenty times up and down and the two sing the Twenty Times song.
Meanwhile Robbie is annoyed about how Pixel left him out so he devises a plan with one of those really skinny debating boards. But then he drops it on his feet and start massaging them as if it hurts. LOL.
Meanwhile, Pixel is watching HIS files on Pixelspix which is a bunch of clips of him from the past nineteen episodes (are there cameras EVERYWHERE in the town??) and then he watches the Sportacus file. Pixel describes him perfectly. When they watch a clip of Sportacus falling down from his airship and then landing on the brick wall, Pixel says 'he sure isn't doing anything in a cool way!'.
Magnus (Sportacus) wrote this episode alongside the two OTHER main writers for this season, but I'm guessing that was all him. Also, Pixel uses Linux but his video player looks like Windows Media Player 11 (the greatest media player EVER!!!!). While the two are watching clips from the show (I know these are from past episodes, but technically speaking, in the LT universe, who filmed the videos??), Robbie enters somebody else's property without that person knowing.
Aren't there any laws in this goddamn town? And why does Pixel have two yellow cushions and one blue cushion on the blue bed? How ugly is THAT? Anyways, Robbie puts his hand on the duck on Pixel's window frame (why does he have that? I was thinking he just had some device to shower him) and he falls off the ladder.
So, Pixel's screensaver says it's time to 'Get up and Move', which coincidentally was the name of the game that was used to promote LazyTown before the first episode aired. A nice throwback! So anyways, they go to get a snack from the kitchen and Robbie has climbed back into the room. He tries to delete the webpage but a video of Sportacus plays (which looks like it was produced very very early in the production of Season 1).
He tries to get it off but he keeps on skipping five seconds further.. LOL!! So he tries to figure out what the vacuum Pixel is using does (didn't he eavesdrop like 5 minutes ago..?) by licking it and smelling it. Robbie has never seen a vacuum cleaner yet his lair is actually pretty organized and clean. Anyways, he finally scans himself in.
Robbie then asks himself the five W's 'who? what? when? where? WHY!!??!!'. Then he finally realizes he is in Pixelspix. He trips over a pencil then he tries to rub out Stingy's icon, but It's Mine plays. He does NOT like it. I did! Anyways, Pixel and Ziggy have came back from the kitchen. Pixel says he will add games to the website (foreshadowing Pixels Brix!) and Ziggy asks about a Rotten game because Robbie is teasing them.
I'd just punch the computer. Anyways, Pixel goes boringly and tries clicking Robbie but the self proclaimed Computerized Man is too fast for them. Kinda funny how the laziest guy in town is so quick.
Robbie picks up a brush and is going to paint Trixie's icon away until Ziggy unplugs the computer cord not knowing what it does. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT THAT DOES???!!! Then he plugs it back in and Robbie has been lying down as if he's dead. LOL!!!
They try clicking him away, but they can't. They call on Sportacus for help. Meanwhile, Robbie has SOMEHOW got a cannon and cannonball and is firing at Milford's video. But instead, the video plays but a bunch of boring tech stuff overlays it then he writes a script and the video is back to normal.
They try clickity clacking Robbie over and over but he is MUCH too fast for them!! Luckily, here comes our hero! Also, doesn't it ever irk anyone when he doesn't say 'Platform down' once he goes on the ladder?
Anyways, Ziggy takes him to Pixel's house and he tells them that they need some help doing a very hard task. They aren't sure he can do it, but he says he can.. until he finds out that task is STANDING STILL. LOL! So they scan him in the WEB SITE, and Sportacus says he will delete Robbie from the program. Below screenshot is hilarious.
It's a chase scene and Robbie is desperate to hide. He hides behind Stephanie's dances folder and yet Sportacus doesn't get him. whaaaa? Robbie is running around the folder really fast in hopes Sportacus doesn't get him. But if only he knew. LOL!!
Robbie hides in the folder and Sportacus starts to shake it then he jumps into it. It's a shortcut to Pixel's video storage drive and they keep jumping into folders. Robbie is too scaredy-cat blooded so he jumps out and Sportacus comes right after him, not letting him get into the folders.
So what in the world does Robbie do? Give up, hurt Sportacus, or jump in the trash bin? You can probably guess which one he does but, just in case..
He jumps in the trash bin. Also, did anyone notice that some of Sportacus' shirt blends in with the background. Not very good rotoscoping. So, the mission has been completed. Sportacus outruns Robbie, and he outsmarts him. Pixel empties the recycle bin and they bring back Sportacus. Good screenie below.
Sportacus compliments Pixel's webpage, considering he was just in it for the past few minutes, and Pixel wants to show him something else but Sportacus stops him and goes back to the airship. Meanwhile, they play Bing Bang on Pixel's computer. Then once the song ends, Ziggy falls down. LOL!! Meanwhile, Robbie has actually been in the trash can and he drops the lid.
I absolutely love this episode, but absence of Stephanie was kinda annoying, but not surprising considering it takes place in Pixel's room. She probably would've said something witty.

Hellsite Nostalgia Tour 2023 Day 98
Swap Meat/The Poison Sky
"Swap Meat"
Plot Description: While investigating a school, Sam is the target of a teenager's body-switching spell
Would I Survive the First Five Minutes??: No one died.
"I would like to purchase and alcohol please" this kid who has freaky friday'd Sam is already precious to me. Sorry. This kid...is me when people roughly my age are subtly dropping hints that they're flirting. This kid was already a gigantic nerd (affectionate), but now he has Sam Winchester's frame to match the...giant-ness...i have an English degree...
Look...*I* know Sam and Dean are taking this seriously and aren't bad guys, it's obvious their old babysitter and her husband know that, too, but even if a poltergeist carved "murder (child)" onto my stomach, if i were a teenage girl, I'd be really uncomfortable about having to pull up my shirt to show that to the 26 and 30 year old strange men in my house.
I know this isn't a McDonald's but remember when McDonald's had those salads you shook??? What a weird time...
That kid just hit Sam with a blow dart and knock him out??
This kid has NO IDEA what he's gotten himself into. Also, could this have been a weird loophole to the whole Lucifer Wearing Sam to the Prom problem? If it's not really Sam in there/if it's Sam but not his body? Just something to consider
Sam. These are a lot of judgements...they might be accurate, but fuck you anyway
Why does this kid's dad loo like Great Value Tom Wambsgans?
Is this going to end up being one of those "you better appreciate the brother you have" episodes??
Kiddo...you gotta be way better at being Sam. I wish we could see Jared say these lines, though...
WHY DO THESE KIDS WANT TO KILL DEAN???? Omg...these kids are idiots playing around with LITERAL DEMONS
It was purely a breather episode, which is oddly nice to get with the fate of humanity on the line. Yes we got some small info drops, like apparently, you don't have to be Sam's consciousness to consent to being Lucifer's vessel. You just need to be in Sam's body. Seems worrisome.
"Been On My Mind...": Does it count if it's Sam's body but not his mind??
"The Poison Sky"
Plot Description: With planet Earth choking under the poison sky, the doctor mus stop the Sontarans' threat to the planet
I would have HATED to wait a week to see them get Wilf out of the car.
Evil Martha doing evil things.
[Insert "I've Had Enough of This Guy" meme here re: Rattigan]
I don't like that so much of Martha's time was taken up with jealousy over Rose, and now in order to...I dunno, make it up to her? She's hopping in on a WHOLE bunch of Donna's adventures. And I know part of that is David getting ready to leave, too, but still...5 out of 13 episodes Donna gets without someone who is, was, or will become important to the Doctor tagging along. 4 if you count the fact that Peter Capaldi's appearance in The Fires of Pompeii gets added into the canon of the Twelfth Doctor.
Literally every fucking time this fucker opens his mouth, I feel like he's an Musk stand-in but from like 2 years after twitter launched. His tantrum over how clever his is after everyone from his institute leaves, everyone he chose to continue the human race after the Sontarans killed everyone else. He had a MATING PLAN AND THOUGHT THAT WAS NORMAL.
Moms fucking HATE the Doctor lol
I love how much the Doctor believes in Donna <3
YES YES YES, GIRL. Whack the Sontaran with a fucking hammer
NOT THE "ARE YOU MY MUMMY?" REFERENCE
This...probably shouldn't work exactly the way it is. I'm no scientist, but I feel like setting fire to even just one toxin overtaking the whole Earth's atmosphere would have a much larger effect
The Doctor saves the whole day, avoids dying, and Donna hits him upon seeing him again. Love them
I'm gonna cry SO MUCH at the 60th anniversary special, won't I? I just love Wilf a lot.

In a Heartbeat - Chapter 24 - Part 1
*Warning Adult Content*
Vince
I had skipped the subsequent doses since my time in the basement.
Although everything felt out of whack, it was safe to say that I could shift.
I had practiced three times since then, all of which Xavier stayed to watch in case anything happened.
He had also taken it upon himself to keep the pills on him so I didn't feel the need to take it.
As much as I wanted to down some pills, I knew everything could go back to normal as soon I finished dealing with Michael later on today.
The shifts were still painful but I had slowly gotten accustomed to it and my wolf was probably enjoying this way more than I had.
I could tell Xavier wasn't enjoying it but I could care less.
He needed to see that this needed to be done in order for me to stop Michael.
"We have an hour," Xavier said as we headed to the RCPP.
"The Betas will stay at the pack boundary line. I'll have Dwaine and Lucas with us."
I hummed as we entered the building, a few of the staff greeting us.
Some got us refreshments as we headed to the small conference room.
As they stood there expectantly, I frowned.
"Can you give us some privacy?"
They hurriedly ran off, leaving us the pitcher of water.
Xavier grabbed some water before turning to me.
"You think you'll be alright if it comes down to a fight?"
"Is that concern?"
I nearly laughed.
"You didn't look happy that I had shifted."
"As much as you annoy me, I don't trust Michael if he becomes the Alpha. He's too unpredictable."
"That won't happen," I told him.
"Over my dead body will he become Alpha."
I couldn't help but notice how eerily quiet the forest was as we approached the clearing.
Even the bird calls and chirps of smaller animals had all but vanished.
Xavier and the others followed close behind as we finally got a glimpse of Michael in his human form.
With that signature smug look, he almost appeared bored standing there with his arms crossed.
I was expecting his whole posse to show up, or at least a couple of loyal rogues he snagged along the way but it was just him.
A part of me half-expected Simon to be there as well, like some kind-of hostage situation.
For some reason, seeing him all alone gave me a strange feeling in my chest.
I blamed it on the lack of meds but a part of me still wondered.
"Where is he?" I demanded.
Michael's brow rose, as if in curiosity.
He scoffed.
"You think he'd wanna be here? To witness me kick your ass?"
"Where is he?"
"I didn't promise you to bring him here. You think I keep tabs on him? That's your job, not mine."
He rolled his eyes.
"Besides, you think he'd be dumb enough to show his face around here? You're truly dumber than I thought."
"I haven't seen Simon in months," he explained.
"But that doesn't mean I could kill him if you hadn't shown."
I snarled, wanting to punch him square in the jaw but Xavier held me back.
Unamused, Michael spoke..
"You haven't changed, Vince. Father's rage still flows within you. Never thinking, just doing. No wonder history is repeating. You must be making him real proud, aren't you?"
The sarcasm that dripped in his tone made me want to break his neck.
Without Xavier, Dwaine or Lucas here I probably would have too.
"What do you want?" I growled.
He sniggered.
"You know, I thought a lot about things. I could make things real simple. Kill Simon, kill your precious pack mates. Maybe even kill Sarah the same way you killed David. An eye for an eye kind of thing, you know? But what better way to get my revenge than take what you love. You don't love Simon, you could care less about your packmates, I don't think you even really love Sarah either. But since you act and think so much like father, there's one thing I know the both of you love more than anything."
Every second, the urge to attack him grew exponentially but nevertheless, I held my tongue.
I already knew where he was going with this.
"You two love power. Crave it and I know you don't want to give that up, which is exactly why I brought you here. Granted, I didn't expect you to bring a whole crew but even I know that you respect tradition. After all, it's not the first time our family has fought for the Alpha role before," he glanced at Dwaine, who clenched his jaw.
It was a sore spot for him, considering our fathers, brothers had fought for the Alpha role a long time ago.
"You won't win," I spat.
"We'll see about that. Shift," he commanded with a smirk.
He crossed his arms, waiting for me to follow.
Reluctantly, I grit my teeth before shifting just as I had done this morning.
It was still painful but a hundred times better than the first time.
"I'm impressed," he scoffed.
"I figured your wolf would've died by now, given all those drugs."
"Shut up," I said.
He huffed before shifting as well.
Xavier, Lucas, and Dwaine stepped off to the side, watching with bated breaths as Michael stood tall in his wolf form.
His wolf looked jarringly similar to our fathers, pitch black with piercing gold eyes.
The only difference was the white splotch on one of his back legs, the same splotch mother had.
In the back of my mind there was a slight fear that maybe I wasn't as prepared as I thought I was.
After all, Xavier was right to say that he was unpredictable, a real mystery.
We didn't know what kind of tricks he had up his sleeve.
But I wasn't going down without a fight.
But it appeared Michael was relaxed, almost mockingly too calm about the situation.
His tail resting in a relaxed state with his ears up and relaxed as well.
It was the same attitude he carried in my dream, I could just picture that stupid smirk on his face.
I growled, lowering my upper body, my tail in an alert position.
He didn't seem to care as I approached him slowly.
'If you wanna fight, then let's fight,' I snarled.

AND WE START SEASON THREE! im about halfway through so let’s get started
episode one: interesting start. LOVE the time consistency of now the doctor comes up to martha and takes off his tie and then later in the episode we see him go back and time to do this. such a silly guy. but why would he admit himself to a hospital?? what if someone other that martha had taken his pulse? someone who would alert other people and the authorities. my guy could’ve hid himself away easy enough
martha jones should’ve been the perfect companion. they robbed her of glory. just the lines “who are you” “the doctor” “so am i if i ever pass my exams” are SO brilliant. a double doctor team!! problem is i remember martha being worse than she is, and we’ll get into why later. she deserves better frankly. they wrote her so shite, they did.
anyway, intriguing episode! good concept, fascinating and intriguing! little old lady is the bad guy and i Love when the doctor pretends to be an isiot. if im maintaining my “smash or pass” rating on episodes, this one’s a smash (watch). it introduces martha and is just an interesting one.
episode two: Shakespeare! and bbc says he’s gay (win) and shakespeare takes a fancy to martha. although there’s a comment about political correctness i dont like, but i suppose it was 2009 or whatever. im sure david tennant had a Field day with this episode and im so glad for him. just for that it gets a smash •} but its a pretty good episode. a bit boring (the enemies are alien witches) and we start to get in the weakness of martha’s character (her crush on the doctor)
episode three: we’re back to new new york (or new new new new new new new new new new new new new new new new york or whatever) and martha makes a great point about how rose got to go to the pretty part with crabapple grass and a pretty skyline and she’s stuck in the slums. ive now become a martha defender: she deserve better.
also, they start out and there are people there, but then we learned that everyone not on the motorway died?? or maybe i misunderstood. maybe the people in the slums survived? there’s a homophobic cat and that’s good enough reason for me to give this one a pass, but important information: the face of boe has died. goodbye face of boe
episode four and five: a two-parter! and boy is this one weird. and not in a doctor who way of weird, or in an interesting weird. pig-human hybrids weird. a bunch of british people pretending (and mostly failing) to have thick new york accents. a human dalek weird.
anyway, the creative cult of daleks from last season are back and the doctor sums of my point beautifully: “the daleks keep surviving while i lose everything” first his whole race of people and now rose and, jesus christ, just let the daleks die and the doctor have this one victory. but alas. they kill the human dalek and then the dalek humans (two separate things, believe me) kill two more daleks, and then the last one teleports away. andrew garfield is in it, so if you’re a stan, watch this one. otherwise i give it a solid Pass
episode six: this one is interesting. the doctor brings martha home and is like “goodbye” and then discovers something and is like “never mind” and makes a Terrible impression on martha’s family (who are mostly lovely people, by the way, so this is mostly on him). a guy tries to rejuvenate himself but ends up waking up old dormant scorpion or lizard genes or whatever and goes crazy. he ends up dying in a church. nice to talk about the human condition and what would we be without death? what would we strive for? what would have meaning. i give this one a thumbs up and a smash
episode seven: oh, yeah, so last episode the doctor dumped martha back off at home but then she stood up for herself and now she’s an official companion. good for her and i would probably do the same, but he does it so reluctantly!! he needs to get over rose so badly. martha, you deserve so much better.
anyway. we arrive on a spaceship that is headed for a collision with a sun (not our sun, this is important) so it’s really fucking hot. turns out this sun is Alive and the captain illegally scooped energy from the sun and hurt the sun-creature, so the creature is possessing the crew and burning them alive. martha and a guy almost die, but they don’t, and the guy sort of falls in love with her. it’s kind of endearing. the doctor gets infected, but because he’s not human, he survives. the sun-creature-fuel is returned, the captain flings herself into the sun, the doctor makes some snooty comments about humans, and the day is saved. honestly, you can smash or pass if you’d like.
oh, and importantly: martha’s mom is talking to the government. this is important. she’s kind of made out to be a bit of a bad guy, but honestly the doctor kinda brought this on himself. he should’ve made a better impression. been less of an asshole
episode eight and nine: i gave a pass to the last two parter, but this one is a heavy and absolute Smash. not only is it a goody, but it’s plot important too. so the doctor has rewritten his biology and turned human so he can hide from this alien family who are Really good at smelling. im not kidding. he’s dragged martha into this and i use those words carefully bc he has taken them to england 1913. so martha, who is a maid, not only gets picked on for being a woman, but also a black woman. even the human doctor gets in on the racism. its…yeah
the doctor has put his timelord consciousness inside a pocketwatch, which one of the students, who’s a bit psychic, steals. he’s kind of an ass to martha, although it’s implied that she’s his favorite maid. oopsie daisy! the doctor fell in love and when the alien family arrives to take out the doctor (or steal his consciousness), he doesn’t want to change back
there are a bunch of banger lines, like the aliens know that world war i is coming next year, and the school that the doctor and martha at is teaching the boys how to fight and load machinery and all that, so the aliens ask the headmaster “will the boys thank you? will they thank the man who taught them that [war] was glorious?” and damn. the doctor—a pacifist who hates guns—starts the fight and picks up a gun, because he’s just Oh So Human. but do you know what else is oh so human? love. and the doctor did not account for his human self falling in love (to be fair, the plain was the be there for three months so like. the doctor is supposed to be this sort of…they say it best as “a dark prince of romance” but in three months? really?) and the human doctor is like “what kind of a man didn’t think about falling in love” or whatever. tennants acting in the whole thing is so wonderful. he is so good at acting and like,,, he really shows off here. so good
later, when the doctor changes back, he talks to the human woman he had fallen in love with and she absolutely rips him a new one. about how if the doctor hadn’t come here, no one would’ve died. and how human doctor was braver than time lord doctor because human doctor gave up his life and future for time lord doctor, but time lord doctor wouldn’t do the same (is this making any sense)
the ending is weird. i should say that the actor who plays the alien son in this is Really Good. i mean he’s terrifying, but it’s good. give him an emmy or whatever. but he locks them away for ever in weird places because “be afraid when a good man goes to war” or whatever or “beware of the wrath of a timelord”. and poor martha. she admits her crush to human doctor and then because they’re the same person (sorta) the doctor knows this know and they just brush it off but
martha’s whole character is so undermined by her crush on the doctor! half the time she’s a badass doctor who is awesome and gets shit done and all that and half the time she’s pining after this moody man who doesn’t give her the time of day because he’s sill in mourning over his ex. you deserve better martha!! she turns down all these love interests because she’s so loyal to the doctor and he only gives her pity friendship!! when she demands it!! ugh. martha couldve been so great but noooo. Everyone loves the doctor and wants to kiss him or whatever and martha is just the same. whatever.
i have been inspired by @becausegoodheroesdeservekidneys to rewatch Doctor Who because I find their chronological journey endlessly intriguing and endearing and has reminded me of my favorite episodes
going into it i have to say that my favorite doctors probably go 10-9-12-11 (even though im aware they’ve messed a bit with the numerics?? i mean tennant-eccleston-capaldi-smith) and my favorite companion by far is donna. her relationship and banter with the doctor is So perfect (esp post rose). rose is always great and she is an excellent foil to both 9 and 10. martha wouldve been so good!! if not for her crush on the doctor!! ruins her character and im so glad she eventually moves on and fulfills her badass-ery (although im not pleased it was the military -_-). amy was…i think a wet sock is truly a great description and rory is…worse. i think they did clara just as dirty as martha and i remember disliking her, but i dont remember much or why so maybe its just bc she was so poorly utilized. and bill. bill my beloved. she, too, deserved so much better.
anyway i watched episode one and. eccleston’s doctor is meaner than i remember. i think he needs more time to warm up to rose. and the reason i didnt like mickey is bc. he is useless and also treats rose poorly (which i think he improves as the series continues but, he is Awful in this episode). there are so many episodes i vaguely remember and get so excited to watch again!!

Johnny Depp’s testimony, part 7.
Before we start, I shoud point out why he sued Amber Heard. It was because of the Oped in Washington Post, which was written and published in December 2018 by Amber Heard where she talked about domestic and sexual violence. She never named him in an article.
Jurors are shown this photo, of Heard on the cover of People Magazine. Rottenborn says this photo was taken after an alleged headbut;
Mr Rottenborn now presents another audio recording of Depp and Heard, and tells the court that the actor says: "I headbutted you in the f****** forehead, that doesn't break a nose."
In another audio clip, Heard can be heard talking about having bruises and missing chunks of hair, "a black eye" and a "swollen nose". (December 2015)
Johnny Depp to David Heard: ''I went too far in our fight!!!''
It's at Depp's house in West Hollywood, he confirms. The actor can be seen banging cupboard doors and then pouring himself a large glass of red wine, before discovering the recording and getting angry. (February 2016).
I did not try to intimidate Miss Heard ... If she was intimidated, why was she filming? If she was scared to death, why didn't she leave?
They were sent on 17 and 18 October 2016 - a few months after he and Amber Heard had split up.Heard's lawyer Ben Rottenborn asks Depp to read it. "Is the slippery whore that I donated my j*** to for a while staying there???"Mr Rottenborn then reads the second, which has been discussed earlier in the trial: "Hopefully that c***'s rotting corpse is decomposing in the f****** trunk of a Honda Civic!!"
Jurors are shown a journal entry, written by Depp to Heard. It reads in part, "I will never allow myself to resort to such disgraceful and odious behavior... no matter what." (September 2015)
Audio is played of a recording, in which Depp can be heard saying, "You're a c*** and I f****** hate you and I want out." After that, another clip is played, with a gagging sound.
Audio recording to wrap up the day. It's the infamous audio of Depp asking Amber to cut him. Amber pleads with him not to cut himself. "Please don't cut yourself." Depp says "come on, cut me." Amber: "I would never do that to you." "Please put the f*cking knife down Johnny."
An audio recording is played in which we can hear Heard and Depp arguing and Heard can be heard criticising the action of one person "putting a cigarette out" on someone else. Depp can be heard replying to her and saying, "shut up fat arse".
In one recording, Heard says, "I'm not asking to have a blood bath over walking away. I'm asking you to work it out."
In one clip Heard can be heard seeming to compare her relationship to Depp with former relationships, to which Depp yells back: "Because you're a f*cking c*nt."
Another clip includes angry shouting from both parties, and Depp yelling at the top of his voice: "This is not helping, you stupid f*ck."
A third clip seems to include Heard saying: "Get off me" and they couple then continuing to shout at one another as Depp sounds like he gets up to leave, repeating "I'll talk to you later, I'll talk to you later."
The court is now being shown a text sent by Johnny Depp to his agent, Bruce Witkin, in 2015. In it Depp writes: "Amber and I hit the wall. HARD!!!"
New audio. Amber Heard: “You beat the sh*t out of me.” Johnny Depp: “I made a huge mistake. I won’t do it again.”
a text Depp sent to Depp's bodyguard Malcolm Connolly in February 2016. In it Depp writes: "I will never mention this C**** name again!!! EVER AGAIN!!!"
The text says "now Lily Rose hates me because she thinks I'm drinking and she's right".
Text messages: Johnny Depp demands drugs.
The court is being played audio clips again. "I will never be clean and sober".
A second clip has the couple arguing again, and a tearful sounding Heard saying: "All the coke you've done today, and all the booze you've drunk today, has it helped us?"Depp answers "I've just got the coke."Heard replies: "Yesterday, you were a thousand times better."
The court is shown a text message sent by Johnny Depp to Amber Heard's mother Paige in August 2014.In it he writes: "There's no luckier man on this earth to have the strength that Amber gives me..."Your daughter has risen far about the nightmarish task of taking care of this poor old junkie..."Suffice to say I have never loved a woman or a thing more. She has the strength of a thousand men. And that is due to no one or nothing but you sweetheart."
Amber Heard's lawyer says that there were "numerous negative news stories" about Depp in the years prior to November 2018, which is when Heard wrote the Washington Post op ed, over which this court case has been raised.
A list of articles.
The court is played another audio recording of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard arguing. Heard, whose voice gets audibly more and more upset as the recording goes on says to Depp: "You're causing me so much stress... I feel like I'm going to f****** die... I feel like I'm having a heart attack every day.. You're killing me with this..."
THAT’S IT.

Her Heart’s Home - Part II of Where Her Heart Belongs (Killian’s POV)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY @kmomof4!!!!
I’m a day early, but since the story is finished & I won’t have time to post it tomorrow, you get an early present! As requested, here is a second part to Where Her Heart Belongs from Killian’s point of view. I hope it’s everything you wanted!

“I’d say you’ve got your magic back,” Killian said, seeing the wand Emma was holding start to glow. “Now, shall we go?”
She closed her eyes and concentrated and he turned to see a portal beginning to open in the wall of the Dark One’s vault, then gestured for her to go through it ahead of him. When she didn’t do as he indicated, he turned back to face her again, but she wasn’t there. Glancing around the space with an increasing sense of panic, he didn’t see any sign of her.
The only thing he could figure was that she somehow slipped through the portal without him noticing, even though he didn’t know how that could have been possible. Realizing his only chance of escaping the vault was going to close soon, he jumped through it.
When he landed on the floor of the barn, he looked around, hoping to see a flash of blonde hair. His heart sank at the sight of the empty building. He quickly got to his feet and rushed out the door. Just beyond it, he heard a buzzing sound and spotted Emma’s talking phone laying on the ground. He tried to push aside the thought that she probably would have picked it up if she had come through here.
Stuffing it into his pocket, he continued to Granny’s, bursting through the door, breathing hard and scanning the diner for Emma.
“Hook, did you find her?” David asked, rising from the booth where he was seated with Mary Margaret and the infant prince.
“No, I…didn’t she come back here?” Killian asked. “I thought perhaps she made it through the portal and…”
“Portal?” Mary Margaret interjected with alarm. “What are you talking about?”
Killian took another quick look around and realized nothing had changed since he left to pursue Emma. Sighing heavily, he began relating the story of being sucked into Zelena’s portal and their adventure in the Enchanted Forest.
*********
Emma didn’t return that night or the next, or the one after that. For four days, Killian, her family and friends searched everywhere for her, but she seemed to have vanished.
As they sat strategizing in the loft the evening of the fourth day, Regina rose from her seat abruptly and went to stand in front of the mirror where they had witnessed the reunion of Ariel and Eric.
“What is it, Regina?” Mary Margaret questioned, crossing the room to stand beside her.
Regina continued to study the mirror. “I thought I saw…yes! There it is again! Do you see it?”
Henry knocked his chair over in his rush to join his mother, with Killian and David right behind him. “What, Mom? What do you see?”
“It…it’s Emma!” Killian shouted, seeing a blurry image on the surface of the mirror.
The room filled with noise as each of them began to see the same thing as Regina and Killian.
“Regina, can you do anything to let us see her more clearly?” David asked.” Maybe we would be able to identify where she is.”
“You know I can’t perform mirror magic,” Regina snapped. “Obviously, there’s some residual magic left in it from Emma and that’s why we can see her.”
“Can you please try, Mom?” begged Henry. “Please?”
Regina’s eyes softened as she looked at her distraught son. Turning her attention back to the mirror, she held both hands out in front of her, closed her eyes, and concentrated.
“It’s working!” Mary Margaret cried. “Regina, you did it!”
Killian stepped closer, trying to determine Emma’s location. “Do any of you recognize that place?” he asked.
All of them stared at the image, shaking their heads one-by-one, before Henry suddenly shouted, “She’s going into what looks like a library! What does the sign say over the door?”
David squinted. “Columbus Public Library,” he read slowly. “Columbus? Where is that?”
“There are lots of different Columbuses in the country,” Henry informed him, running to get his phone. He Googled ‘Columbus’ and read, “There are twenty-three states with a city of Columbus in them.” His shoulders sagged and he looked up sadly. “How are we supposed to figure out which one it is?”
“Are you saying she’s in the land without magic, Lad?” Killian questioned.
“Yeah. She must be somewhere in the United States, we just don’t know where.”
“Well, we can narrow it down somehow, right?” Mary Margaret asked hopefully. “It looks like it’s pretty chilly there, so we can rule out warmer states.”
After Henry pulled up a map on his computer, he and Mary Margaret began checking off states like Texas and New Mexico. Meanwhile, the other three continued to examine the mirror for any more clues to Emma’s location.
The sick feeling in Killian’s stomach gnawed at him as he watched her browsing books in the library. Clearly, her memory had been wiped since she seemed to feel at home in the location and didn’t appear to be attempting to find her way back to them. To him.
“Henry, come here!” David suddenly shouted, noticing something on the wall behind the circulation desk.
The boy quickly did as told, casting his eyes on the spot where his grandfather was pointing. “What are you…oh! That’s a state flag! I think there’s only one that’s shaped like a pennant!”
Rushing back to his computer, his fingers flew over the keys as he typed in another search. “It’s Ohio!” he shouted. “Columbus, Ohio! That’s where she is!”
“How far away is it?” Killian asked. “Can we make it there tonight?”
“We’re not going there,” Regina said decisively.
“What the bloody hell do you mean?” Killian growled. “We have to go get her!”
“Look,” she said, turning haughty eyes on him, “you said you were in the Dark One’s vault right before Emma disappeared. That means he’s probably the one who sent her to that place and obviously wiped her memories. If we go swooping in there to rescue her, she’s not going to know who we are and we’ll never convince her to come back with us. We’re going to have to find another way.”
“And just how do you propose we do that?” Killian spat, stepping closer until he was toe-to-toe with the queen.
“I’m not sure, yet,” she countered, not backing down. “I’m going to have to think about it.”
“Well, think fast, because Emma has already been gone too long!” he stated venomously. “Unless you have another reason for not wanting to bring her back. Maybe you like being with Henry alone. Maybe you like not having Emma around!”
“Enough!” Mary Margaret interjected, cutting off Regina’s retort. “It’s getting late. Let’s all get some sleep so we are refreshed and can try to come up with a solution tomorrow. At least we know where Emma is and have a pretty good idea of what happened to her.”
“Belle might be able to help,” Henry suggested hopefully. “We can ask her in the morning.”
“Aye, and perhaps she can get the bloody crocodile to admit what he did and make him undo it,” Killian snarled.
Regina and Henry said their goodbyes, but Killian was loath to leave the mirror as long as Emma’s image was visible. Stepping in front of it, he was frustrated to see it was blurry once again.
Mary Margaret looked at his forlorn expression and handed the baby to David. “Could you please change his diaper and get him into his sleeper? I’ll be in to feed him in a few minutes.”
David put the fussing infant up against his shoulder, glanced over at Killian, then gave Mary Margaret a nod and went into their bedroom.
“Hook?” Mary Margaret said softly, placing her hand on his forearm. “I know you’re worried about her, but there’s nothing more we can do tonight. Go to your ship, get some sleep, and we’ll get a fresh start in the morning.”
He swallowed hard, then turned sad eyes toward her. “I no longer have my ship.”
Mary Margaret’s brows raised in surprise. “What do you mean? Where is it?”
He studied his boots for several moments, before finally speaking in a low, tortured voice. “I…I had to find Emma and I needed a magic bean, so I…made a deal with Blackbeard.”
“You traded your ship for a bean so you could bring Emma back?” she asked incredulously.
“Aye,” he said simply, his eyes still fixed on the floor.
She stood stock still, digesting the shocking information, finally shaking herself out of her reverie to say, “Stay here. II’ll be right back.”
He was still standing in the same spot when she returned. “Here are some pajamas,” she said, holding them out when he turned to face her. “You can stay up in Emma’s room tonight.”
His eyes widened in surprise. “Pardon me?”
“Killian,” she began, and at the sound of his given name, his eyes grew even larger. “You sacrificed something very important to you to bring our daughter back to us. The least we can do is provide you a place to sleep.”
His lips turned up with a hint of a smile. “Thank you, Milady.”
“Please call me Mary Margaret or Snow,” she said warmly. “Now get some sleep. Tomorrow is going to be a very important day and we all need to be well rested…or as well rested as one can be with a newborn in the house. Goodnight, Killian.”
“Goodnight, Mary Margaret.”
After she left the room, he squinted into the mirror one more time, sighing when he was unable to distinguish Emma’s form within the cloudy surface.
He trudged up the stairs and changed into the pajamas, then settled into Emma’s narrow bed, finally relaxing as he was surrounded by her scent. “Tomorrow, Love,” he murmured. “We’ll bring you home tomorrow.” Yawning widely, he turned his face into her pillow and fell asleep.

Unfortunately, nothing they tried brought Emma home the next day. Belle agreed to help and suggested a way to try to jog Emma’s memories. Aided by a spell Regina discovered, they were able to send the storybook through the mirror to Emma. Once she found it, they were relieved to see that her image in the mirror was clear as long as she was looking at the book.
They also realized that people could be transported through the mirror and several were eager to help, each one hoping they would be the one to trigger the return of her memories. But when Killian attempted to pass through, he was met with a solid, impenetrable wall. He was horrified and furious, sure Rumplestiltskin was the person responsible for blocking him, but Gold claimed to have no memory of doing it.
“Bloody crocodile,” he ground out through gritted teeth, addressing Mary Margaret, David and Belle. “She would recognize me from the illustration in the book if I could just get through to her.”
Belle promised she would try to persuade Gold to remove the magical block, if he had indeed put one on. In the meantime, Killian had to watch one person after another interacting with Emma through the mirror, despairing that he was unable to be one of them.
They saw Emma beginning to put the pieces together little by little, but had no idea how long it would take for her to figure out who she was and where she belonged. As the days passed and everyone returned to their routines, Killian remained, watching her every move.
When the figures in the picture began to dance around the page, he was sure it was her magic causing it, even though she was in the land without magic.
Her parents, Henry, Regina and Belle were with him when Emma wore the red ball gown and pushed her fingers through the page. Killian swiped at them, attempting to make contact, but she pulled them back before he could. When he heard her murmur, “So close, Killian Jones. Someday I’ll make it to you,” his heart shattered.
The group decided to send Ashley and Marco through with the necessary things to complete Emma’s look, everyone hoping it would be enough to help refresh her memory. If not, they knew they had one last chance - sending Killian to her, provided Belle could get Gold to remove the block.
Killian took up his familiar position in front of the mirror, staring into the blank surface as he wondered if Ashley doing her hair and Marco giving her the jeweled headband would do the trick. Suddenly, her image materialized before him, looking exactly like she did in the illustration. His breath caught as she created ripples with her fingers, then he heard her whispered plea - “Please let me get through to you, Killian Jones.” A halo of white light appeared as her hand came through the mirror. Thinking quickly, he pushed his hook toward her searching fingers. As soon as she grasped it firmly, he pulled with all his might.
He caught her in his arms, the relief flooding through him like a tidal wave. “Swan. At last!” he exhaled.
Emma drew back to look at him for several seconds. Just as he was beginning to fear that her memories hadn’t returned, she tugged him to her, fusing her lips to his. His concern dissipated and then he was returning the kiss. She rarely let her walls down enough to give him any indication of her feelings for him, but in that moment, he was almost certain he could feel the love he was pouring into the kiss being reciprocated.
He spent the next several minutes after the kiss ended holding her and answering her questions about what happened. When she started to ask him why he hadn’t come to her like all the others, he could read the trepidation in her eyes and hurried to assure her how much he wanted to, but was blocked.
His heart swelled when she thanked him for never giving up on her, and felt like it was going to burst when she explained that she was talking about all of the times he encouraged her and stayed by her side. She noticed.
Then she told him she and her heart were back with him where they belonged, and he swore he had never felt happier in his entire life.
Far too soon, her family and numerous townspeople came rushing in the door, alerted to Emma’s return by the energy her magic sent through Storybrooke. Wearily, he sat down and watched the happy reunion, suddenly feeling the physical and mental exhaustion fully setting in.
When he glanced up and saw her send him a smile, his weariness lifted long enough to return it. He expected everyone to stay for a while, so he decided it would probably be best to head to Granny’s inn. He stayed there his first three nights back from their adventure in the Enchanted Forest, until Mary Margaret extended the invitation for him to stay with them.
He rose from the bar stool and made his way across the loft, speaking briefly to Belle and Henry before stopping in front of the door. Looking over his shoulder for one more glimpse of Emma, he noticed her giving a hug to August and thanking him for alerting her to the presence of the storybook in the library.
Quietly slipping out the door, he pulled it shut behind him, then started down the stairs. Two steps from the bottom, Emma’s voice stopped him in his tracks. “Killian, where are you going?”
The thrill of hearing his name roll off her tongue zipped through him before he turned to face her. “I thought I would give you time with your family and friends,” he explained.
“And you don’t think that includes you?”
He gave her a tired smile. “I’m happy to know that it does, Love. I just…I was going to get some sleep.”
“So you’re going to the Jolly Roger?”
Dropping his head, he scratched behind his ear. “Actually, I, um, I’m staying at Granny’s,” he admitted.
“Instead of your ship? Why?”
His ears reddened. “It…it’s a bit of a long story, Swan.”
“Well, hang around and once everyone leaves, you can tell me.”
Killian glanced toward the outside doors, then back up to Emma at the top of the stairs. He wasn’t keen to tell her the tale, but he couldn’t deny his Swan anything. “As you wish,” he responded, before climbing up the stairs to join her.

Granny sent food over for the group, who lingered until early evening. When everyone said their goodbyes and left, Henry giving Emma a long hug before leaving with Regina, David cleaned up the kitchen while Mary Margaret got the baby ready for bed. Emma pulled Killian down on the couch with her and intertwined their fingers. They sat quietly for a few minutes, each lost in their own thoughts, simply happy to be together again.
“Mom told me you slept in front of the mirror nearly every night since I was sent away,” Emma finally said, speaking quietly as she stroked her thumb over his rings. “That couldn’t have been comfortable.”
“Your mother provided some bedding and pillows for me. I’ve slept in far worse places.”
“You could have slept in my bed, you know.”
He chuckled lightly. “I did, the first night, but once we were able to see you whenever you opened the book, I didn’t want to take the chance of missing you.”
“You can sleep in there tonight, if you want,” she whispered.
“In your bed?” he asked. Seeing her nod, he hurried to add, “No, Swan. I’ll not make you sleep somewhere…”
“I meant with me,” she interrupted, her eyes not meeting his.
His grip on her hand tightened. “I’m not sure your parents…”
“I’m an adult. I don’t need permission from my parents to have a man in my bed.”
“Even if that man is a pirate?”
She twisted around and placed her fingers under his chin to turn his face toward her. “Being a pirate doesn’t define you, Killian. You’re so much more than that.”
His left eyebrow quirked up. “You truly believe that?”
Placing both hands on either side of his face, she looked into his eyes intently for several seconds before answering with certainty, “All the help you gave us to rescue Henry from Neverland, then finding us in New York and bringing us back, not to mention everything you did to protect and help me after we fell through Zelena’s portal - that’s more than enough proof that you’re an honorable man.”
Killian wondered if she had any idea just how much those words meant to him. He opened his mouth to respond, but found he couldn’t get words past the lump in his throat. He settled for giving her a lopsided smile as his face turned a deep shade of red.
“So, yeah,” she said, “I want you to stay with me tonight, if that’s alright with you.”
He gave a slight nod, and she rewarded him with a smile, then stood and pulled him up beside her. Keeping her fingers threaded through his, she walked into the kitchen. “Hey, Dad,” she greeted.
David was just finishing up the dishes. He pulled the plug to let the water out of the sink, dried his hands, then turned and leaned against the counter, folding his arms over his chest. “Hi, Sweetheart,” he smiled. Shifting his gaze toward Killian, he said, “I guess you won’t need to sleep on the floor in front of the mirror tonight, huh Hook?”
“He’s going to sleep in my bed with me,” Emma said without hesitation.
Her father’s brows shot up and his mouth dropped open, then he cleared his throat. Killian prepared to defend himself, but the next words out of David’s mouth took him by surprise. “You…uh, you’ll need to borrow a pair of my pajamas again, I’m assuming?”
Killian blinked rapidly, trying to register the prince’s question. “Aye, if you don’t mind,” he finally responded.
David’s eyes darted between the two of them, taking in their linked hands, before sighing and leaving the kitchen.
“See? Nothing to worry about,” Emma said, but despite her confident words, Killian was sure he could hear relief in her voice.
Mary Margaret returned with David, going directly to her daughter and giving her a hug. “David tells me you’re heading off to bed.” When Emma affirmed it, her mother added, “The past couple of weeks have been very tiring for everyone. Sleep well, Sweetheart. I love you.”
“Love you, too, Mom.”
Killian could see the tears shining in Mary Margaret’s eyes when Emma pulled away to go give her father a hug. He was sure the tears were in response to Emma easily calling her ‘Mom’, after struggling with it for so long. It seemed her time with her parents back in the Enchanted Forest had something to do with that.
David handed Killian the pajamas, then took his turn hugging his daughter, fixing the other man with an intimidating look after releasing her. Killian didn’t drop his eyes, meeting the prince’s gaze unwaveringly. After several moments, David finally gave him a nod, bade them both goodnight, and followed Mary Margaret into their bedroom.
Emma led Killian upstairs, each taking their turn to change into sleepwear. When he entered her bedroom, she was sitting on her bed waiting for him. “I didn’t know which side you wanted,” she explained.
He subconsciously ran his hand over his hook as he answered, “The left side would be fine, if you don’t mind.”
After pulling the covers back, she slid under them and scooted over, turning on her side to look at him. He unclicked his hook, removed it and laid it on the table beside her bed, then slowly pushed his sleeve up and unbuckled his brace. His hand wrapped around the leather covering his wrist, but he hesitated, looking up at her.
Locking eyes with him, Emma reassured him, “It’s alright, Killian. You don’t have to take it off if you’re not comfortable, but I promise you it’s not going to bother me.”
He paused another few seconds, before firmly grasping the brace and pulling it off, placing it beside his hook. Her eyes never left his as he did, not even glancing at his scarred wrist, despite having never seen it before.
Giving her a small smile, he laid down on the narrow bed, positioning himself so he was face to face with her. “I don’t think I ever want to take my eyes off of you again,” he said, bringing his hand up to rub his thumb along her jaw.
“I would despair if you did,” she smirked.
He grinned, recognizing his own words from their first meeting in the Enchanted Forest. “May I ask you something, Love?”
“Sure, but then I want you to tell me what happened to your ship.”
“If you insist,” he conceded.
“What did you want to ask me?”
“Were you happy in that Columbus place?”
She lifted her left shoulder in a shrug. “I guess, but I was all alone…again. I always had this feeling something was…off. Missing. Things just didn’t feel quite right, you know? And then when I found Henry’s book in the library, it was…” she paused, obviously trying to put her feelings into words. “It was like I had…hope. The stories felt like old friends, even though I’d never read them before; at least, I thought I hadn’t. I guess they were still deep in my memories, despite Rumplestiltskin trying to take them away.”
“We could tell by watching that you were beginning to recognize things.”
“Yeah, especially that picture of the two of us dancing. I couldn’t figure out how it was possible that I could be in there.”
“I knew you would work it out, Swan. You’re bloody brilliant.”
A blush filled her cheeks at his praise. A few beats passed, until she said, “Now, tell me about the Jolly Roger. What happened to her?”
Killian’s fingers switched from stroking her face to scratching behind his ear. “I, uh, she no longer belongs to me,” he admitted softly.
Emma’s eyes grew wide, her mouth forming an O in surprise. “Wh-what do you mean? Who has her?”
He swallowed hard, no longer able to meet her gaze. “Blackbeard.”
“He stole your ship from you?” she asked, anger seeping into her voice.
“No, I…I traded her to him,” he muttered.
She shifted backwards to look more fully into his face. “Why in the world would you do that?”
Licking his lips nervously, he considered how to answer. He hadn’t wanted to tell her all the details about how he found her and Henry after Pan’s curse; what he’d given up and why he made that choice. He was afraid it would overwhelm her to discover how desperate he was to have her back with him. She was just beginning to trust him enough to let down her walls for him, and he didn’t want to give her a reason to build them back up and shut him out.
Finally, he said, “I needed a magic bean and he had one. The only thing he would consider to trade for it was the Jolly.”
“But why would you need a…” she stopped and a strange look passed across her face. “You used the bean to get to New York and find us, didn’t you?”
He raised his eyes to hers. “Aye,” he replied simply.
“You traded your ship for me?” she whispered, her voice breaking.
“It was the only way, Emma. Your family needed you and your boy, and I…I couldn’t bear to be apart from you any longer, so when I got that message from the bird, I did the only thing I could. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I have no regrets.”
“But Killian, it’s your home.”
“They say home is where your heart lies, and…” his voice trailed off, unsure of how she would receive his declaration of her being his home. Silence filled the room as they each got lost in their thoughts.
“I remember telling you that the only one who saves me is me,” Emma said at last, “but you seem to keep saving me again and again.”
He wrapped his right arm around her waist and pulled her into his chest, whispering his words into her hair. “You have saved me too, Emma, in more ways than you will ever know.”
She was quiet for a long while as he reveled in holding her close. “Do you think we might be able to catch a break and not have a crisis for the next few days?” she asked.
Killian chuckled. “I wouldn’t count on it, Swan. This town seems to attract every imaginable disaster.”
“And yet you chose to stay here when you could have sailed away and left it behind.”
“I stayed for one reason.”
“I know,” she stated. “To get your revenge.”
“That’s why I came here, but that’s not why I stayed.”
She leaned back to look at him. “Why then?”
“Don’t you know, Emma?” he asked in a hoarse whisper. “It’s you.”
He watched the look in her eyes change from wonder to disbelief to awestruck, as tears gathered in them. Then she leaned in and tentatively pressed her lips to his.
Killian slid his hand up to the back of her head, holding her to him as he returned the kiss. Their lips moved softly and languidly together, the tips of their tongues teasing and tasting.
The kiss they shared when she returned had been filled with relief and passion, and left him breathless. This tender kiss spoke of the deeper connection they now shared with one another; one built on trust, understanding, and another feeling neither of them was quite ready to express out loud.
It left him equally breathless.
When it ended, Emma snuggled into his chest, his arms encircling her and holding her tight. He knew she could probably feel his heart hammering in his chest, but if she did, she didn’t mention it.
They lay quietly for so long, he was sure she had fallen asleep, so her words murmured into his neck took him by surprise. “Killian, may I ask you something?”
“Of course, Love.”
She raised herself up to rest on her elbow and looked into his face. “Do you ever think about…taking our relationship…to the next level?”
“The next level?” he asked, hoping he understood what she meant.
“Yeah, you know…physically,” she said, a blush moving up her throat.
He reached up to brush his fingertips over her reddened cheek. “I have,” he affirmed. “It just…it never seems to be the right time.”
She ran her hand down his chest and teased the skin under the hem of the henley he was wearing. “Now seems like a pretty good time,” she whispered into his ear, sending shivers of excitement through his body.
“Are…are you sure? Your parents are right downstairs.”
“Despite the upstairs being open, sound in the loft doesn’t really travel; it’s almost as if it’s been soundproofed. I never hear them when they’re…being intimate. Thank the lord.”
A grin spread across his face, but faded almost as soon as it appeared. “Emma, are you really sure?”
Her eyes darted between his before she leaned in and kissed him again, her tongue demanding permission to explore the warmth of his mouth. When she pulled away, leaving him panting, she asked, “Does that answer your question? If not, maybe this will.”
Her hand moved lower to rub against the pronounced ridge of his cock through his flannel pajama pants. He groaned, closing his eyes as he felt his erection stiffen even more. “Gods, Emma!” he gasped.
“Shh, this place might be reasonably private, but I don’t want to test that theory,” she mumbled against his lips.
He would’ve been able to follow her instructions better if she hadn’t squeezed his cock at the same time she was admonishing him.
As she continued to move one hand up inside his borrowed shirt and give attention to his rapidly swelling shaft with the other, Killian began to lavish open-mouthed kisses from below her ear down to her collarbone.
“Too many clothes,” Emma murmured. “I need…”
“Need what, Love?” he asked, between licking at the small marks he had sucked under her clavicle.
“I need to feel your skin on mine,” she whispered. “I just…I need more.”
He nodded his understanding before reaching behind himself to grasp the collar of the shirt and yank it over his head. Her fingers went to work right away, skimming through the abundant hair on his chest and abdomen.
“Do you have any idea how often I’ve wanted to do this?” she sighed. “You and your aversion to buttoning your shirts has nearly driven me wild sometimes.”
Her light touches were doing the same to him at the moment, but he wasn’t about to complain. He spent the last two weeks yearning to bring her back. Being separated from her cemented his awareness that he had to have Emma Swan in his life.
“Your turn, Swan,” he said, pulling at the collar of her pajama top.
She sat up and gave him a sultry smirk, then slowly began undoing the buttons down the front of the shirt. His breath caught as her fingers pushed each one through the buttonhole, knowingly teasing him. He was sure it would be worth the wait.
His assumption was verified when she finally shrugged out of the shirt, exposing her splendid breasts to his hungry eyes. “Bloody hell,” he exhaled on a shaky breath, and then he was giving them the attention they deserved - fondling, licking and kissing them, while Emma closed her eyes and moaned with pleasure.
She fell back on the bed and he shifted to hover over her, his hand and wrist working their way down her ribcage to the top of her pajama pants. Suddenly, a thought occurred to him and he halted his movements.
“Is…is something wrong?” she questioned.
“What if I…impregnate you?” he asked, his brow furrowed in concern.
“I’m using birth control.” At his quizzical look, she explained, “That means there’s hardly any chance I’ll get pregnant from…doing this.”
“Oh, I see. That’s good to know,” he replied. “Shall we, um, proceed?”
In response, she grinned and trailed her fingers down his stomach and under the waistband of his sleep pants. He inhaled sharply as her fingers wrapped around his girth, returning the favor by easing his hand down the back of her pants to squeeze her lovely backside.
Their pajama bottoms and underwear soon joined their shirts on the floor and they were completely bared to each other. He knew his Swan had nicely toned muscles on her trim form, but gods above, he could never have imagined how breathtaking she was, her body absolute perfection.
Killian took his time mapping her curves with his fingers, lips and tongue, while her hands roamed and stroked his physique. He didn’t know how much longer he would be able to hold himself back, but he was determined to let Emma be the initiator for every step.
When his fingers found their way to the heat between her legs, he could feel that she was very ready. He slid them through her sodden folds, his thumb finding her bundle of nerves. Her legs began trembling and her fingernails dug into his sides.
“K-Killian,” she stammered, voice low and sultry, “I…please say you’re ready.”
“Aye, Love,” he grunted, his cock so painfully erect, he was afraid he would explode as soon as he was inside her.
She arranged herself underneath him, widening her legs, and he settled between them. Looking up, his eyes met hers and he was awed by what he saw there. This wasn’t about satisfying lustful feelings for either of them; he could tell it was more than that. If he had to put into words what was shining in her eyes, he would say it was affection and trust, and a large part of him hoped he wasn’t reading too much into it by thinking he saw love there as well.
Bending her legs, she brought them up on either side of him, then reached down and aligned him at her entrance. He pushed into her slowly, watching her face for any sign of discomfort, but her eyes were closed in bliss as she ran her tongue across her bottom lip, puffing out short breaths.
When he was completely engulfed in her heat, he rested his forehead against hers, biting his lip to keep from saying the words that were on the tip of his tongue. She had said her heart was back with him where it belonged, but stopped short of saying those three little words. Even though he was completely in love with her, he wasn’t going to tell her, until she declared her love for him first. He couldn’t take the risk of making her run to avoid her feelings, as she was prone to do. For now, he was going to savor the feeling of being joined together with her.
Once he was sure he could move without climaxing too soon, he slowly withdrew and pushed back in. “Faster, Killian,” Emma whimpered, digging her nails into his arse.
He complied, snapping his hips while trying to muffle his groans of pleasure. The pleading gasps she pressed into his chest spurred him to deepen his thrusts and she began lifting her hips to meet them.
Killian could tell she was getting close and started adding an extra grind with his pelvis, which quickly had the desired effect. She wrapped her legs around him, pulling him to her tightly as her orgasm washed over her. He saw her biting her lip to keep from crying out, briefly wondering what it would be like the next time when they were in a more private setting - if there was a next time. Gods, he hoped there would be a next time.
Her walls squeezing his cock prompted his own release. He stilled within her as he spasmed, his breathing harsh and raspy in the crook of her neck.
Their sweat and breath mingled as they lay tangled together, neither ready to move away from the other yet. Her fingers kneaded the skin on his back as he scattered kisses over her shoulder and throat.
After several minutes, Emma finally spoke. “Do you remember when I told you it was a one-time thing after we kissed in Neverland?”
“Aye,” Killian assured her, wondering with a bit of apprehension where the conversation was heading.
“I won’t say that this time, because I’m really hoping it’s not,” she said, lightly trailing her fingertips along his jaw.
“I’m very happy to hear that,” he sighed, pushing up to look into her eyes.
She cupped his face between her hands. “You look exhausted, Killian. We should both get some sleep.”
“Aye, Love. I won’t argue with that, as long as I can stay here with you.”
She gave him a soft kiss. “I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
After using tissues from her bedside table to clean up, they redressed and settled into bed. He held her in his arms, her head on his chest and her legs tucked between his.
“Goodnight, Killian,” she whispered.
“Goodnight, Love,” he returned, then drifted off into his first restful sleep since she was pulled away from him, intent on never letting her go again.

Sugar, Spice, and Everything (Not So) Nice (Reid Imagine)
Summary: Being a Barista and falling for a regular is as cliche as it gets. Having that customer become your new professor? Not so much.
A/N: *Peeks head out* Hello everyone. I have come back from my unannounced hiatus to show off this baby. Major thanks to @definitelynotkatesblog and @clean-bands-dirty-stories for helping me put this fic together. This was written for the lovely @httpnxtt for the secret-fic-swap in the Discord (thanks @imagining-in-the-margins.) I hope you all enjoy this smutty goodness.

Being a barista is pretty awesome. Sure, there were bitchy customers and super early mornings but it had it’s redeeming perks. We got free coffee, tea, and snacks during our shifts, which served the caffeine addict in me. I also learned how to make popular lattes, mochas, and frappes that I ended up making at home for myself one too many times. While there were the occasional assholes who couldn’t appear human before getting their hands on some caffeine, there were the regulars who made it worth it. Most of the regulars were so sweet, I appreciated a familiar face when they came in. Some.. more than others.
“He’s baaaaaaaaack,” my coworker Hazel whispered to me in a sing-song voice as she scribbled a customer’s name on a cup. I turned to see who she was talking about, but I already had an inkling about who it was.
My suspicions were correct. I turned to see one of our kindest regulars, my personal favorite customer, Dr. Spencer Reid. Is it weird to know the full name -including the honorific- of a customer? Possibly. But when I’d asked for his name to write on his cup the first time he came in, he accidentally gave me his full name.
“Dr. Reid- uh, Spencer. Sorry, work habit.” He stuttered, avoiding my eyes after the mistake.
“No worries! What can I get started for you?”
As a Criminology major, I learned to study the people who catch my attention before indulging them. Call it an old habit.
Dr. Spencer Reid had earned his title and then some. He’d joined the FBI at only 22, having six degrees under his belt by the age of 27. He’d written several dissertations and co-wrote novels with his colleague, David Rossi. Someone with his reputation could be a pompous ass and have a leg to stand on, which is what made his humbled demeanor so much sweeter. He was also incredibly easy on the eyes, which was a nice little bow on top.
Hazel liked to joke about how we’d make a cute couple but I know she only did it to watch me get flustered.
I walked towards the counter to take his order, leaving Hazel with the task of refilling the caramel syrup. I’m always the one to help him since he very aptly pointed out that I’m the only one who makes his coffee just how he likes it.
Some days, he’d let me surprise him with a random creation. I’d confirm if he wanted caffeine (he always did), iced or not, and any flavor requests. He’d take his drink, tip me handsomely and let me know his thoughts on the drink the next time he came in. So far, his favorite was the almond milk honey latte I’d concocted. It was nice to have a little bit of fun, especially with regulars who were as consistent as him.
“Hey Doc, what can I get ya’?” I asked.
“The usual, please,” he said with a smile. I nodded and set off to make his drink: a venti dark roast with a shit ton of sugar, a dash of nutmeg, and a tiny bit of cinnamon.
“Of course!” I quickly go to fill his order, making sure to put a complimentary treat in a bag for him. I know he had the ultimate sweet tooth so I try to sneak him a confection whenever I can. At first, he was a bit reluctant to take the free pastries, but nowadays he usually smiles when he sees the small bag.
“Here ya’ go.” I handed him his steamy cup of caffeine along with the little treat, seeing him smile at the small pun I add to his cup, “Have a BREW-tiful day, Doctor!” I watched as his lips landed on the rim of the cup, taking a long sip of the hot coffee. His Adam’s apple bobbed as he swallowed, the sight making my cheeks promptly flush. I cleared my throat before asking, “Is it good?”
“It’s always good when you make it,” he stated matter of factly, a small smile touching his lips. The heat in my cheeks rose again. “Will you be taking a course this summer?” he asked, taking another sip of his coffee.
“Yeah, I’m really looking forward to it. My first day is actually later today. I’m surprised the class section was open, to be honest.” Super surprised actually. I’d been trying to enroll in this class for the past couple of semesters but it was always full by the time I was able to even load the registration page.
“Well, I’ll wish you luck, but I’m sure you won’t need it.”
“How can you be so sure?”
“I can just tell.” He stated calmly, like it was common knowledge. I raised an eyebrow, waiting for him to explain. Before he could respond, an insistent cough caught both of our attention. I peeked over Spencer’s shoulder to see a customer waiting for his order to be taken. I turned my attention back to the Doctor, an annoyed look painted on my face. He nodded, taking a hint from the impatient mouth breather behind him.
“Thank you for the coffee. Enjoy the rest of your day. I hope that class goes well.”
“Bye, you too.” I waved, watching as he exited the door. I turned to the waiting customer, a bit miffed that he interrupted our conversation. But because I was at work, I plastered a fake smile on my face so that he wouldn’t see just how annoyed I was. “Welcome, how may I help you?”

After clocking out at 2:30 PM, I made a dash for the building where my class would be held. It’s not supposed to start for another half-hour, but I wanted to be sure to get there in time to choose a good seat and settle in before the rest of the class arrived.
Luckily room 301 was relatively empty so I was able to score a perfect seat by the window. I decided to kill some time by listening to some music and doodling randomly in my notebook. Some time had passed when I felt someone take the seat next to me. I turned to see a young man occupying the chair beside mine. He looked to be a frat boy based on the Greek letters he was sporting. Who wears a cap and hoodie in this weather? I really hope he didn’t expect to cheat off of me- although these types of guys always seem to do so.
I was about to return to my doodle when I felt a poke on my shoulder. I turned to give the offender my full attention, removing one of the earbuds from my ears.
“Hey, I’m Tony,” frat boy said, with a wide smile adorning his face. I must admit, his boyish grin melted the slight annoyance I had begun to stir toward him. I returned his greeting and introduced myself as well. “I don’t mean to be a bother,” he continued, “but I like to have at least one buddy in each of my classes. In case we need help or miss an assignment or something.”
I nodded my head - a friend in a class was always useful when it came to studying and swapping notes. We chatted a bit more, learning about each other’s major and why we both decided to take a summer course. Tony is a double major and this course will satisfy the credits he needs for his psychology requirement. This is why you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.
It wasn’t until I heard the hush of the classroom that I realized the class was about to begin. I turned back to my notebook, preparing to jot down some important information despite it being the first day of class.
“Good morning class.” Wait. That voice... I didn’t even need to pick my head up to know who had spoken. “This is Criminal Psychology and I am your instructor, Doctor Spencer Reid. Unfortunately, Professor Monroe could not cover this course so I’ll be his permanent replacement. Now…”
I raised my head, watching as he continued to talk about what is to be expected in this course while a TA handed out the syllabus. He went on, able to capture the attention of everyone while speaking of the experiences he had with an array of criminals. His eyes scanned the room and for a brief moment I thought they would land on me, but they continued to take in the mass amount of students before him.
My concentration was broken by Tony passing me a copy of the syllabus. I scanned it over, making sure to highlight all the important dates. I didn’t want any exams or projects conflicting with my work schedule. I also made note of how the overall grade system is broken down. The whole thing seems pretty fair and everything was spaced out enough where I wouldn’t feel too overwhelmed with the workload.
“… and that pretty much wraps it up. Does anyone have any questions?” I tuned in just as he was pulling the first class to a close. No one raised their hands, so he dismissed us with a reminder to read the first chapter of the textbook and to check for any emails.
“So do you want to grab lunch?” Tony asked from beside me. I contemplated whether or not to go with him. He must have seen the hesitation in my face because he quickly added, “Not as a date or anything, I just wanted to grab a bite and I didn’t want to do it alone.”
“Sure,” I smiled, “Let me just ask the professor a quick question about his office hours and I’ll meet you at the food court.”
“Sweet, I’ll see you in a bit.” With that, Tony gathered his stuff and exited the back door.
I focused my attention on the podium, seeing a gaggle of girls surrounding him asking redundant questions. From what I could hear, their questions could have been answered if they’d read the syllabus. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, they were probably more focused on him rather than what he was saying during class. I waited a few more minutes for them to finish up before I made my way to him.
“So do I call you Doctor or Professor now?” I laughed.
“From you, I’d respond to either,” he replied warmly. The comment made me blush. If he looked into my eyes at that moment, he’d see more stars in them than the night sky. I bit my lip to stop the idiotic grin from spreading across my face.
He’s your professor, get a hold of yourself.
“How can I help?” he asked, bringing me back to the original reason as to why I was standing in front of him without a cash register between us.
I cleared my throat. “Um, I was wondering if it was possible to see you outside your normal office hours? I usually work the morning shifts and I don’t want to flood your emails with my questions.” I asked.
“Of course,” he said. “You can come to my office at whatever time works best for you. I know balancing a work and school schedule can be hard. Besides, I’m usually there handling paperwork anyway.” He gave a small shrug, pushing his hands in his pockets.
“Thank you so much. I look forward to the rest of the semester Professor Reid.” I liked the way his newfound honorific rolled off my tongue.
“Goodbye, Y/N.”
“Goodbye, Professor.” With that, I left and headed out to meet Tony.
I was able to find him at the food court. We got some food and chatted more about our classes as well as life outside of school. He made it easy to be his friend, and it was nice having someone to talk to. He works as a waiter so we shared our customer service horror stories and tales of sneaking food at work. It was a nice distraction that took my mind off of Dr. Reid and the ongoing battle of calling him Doctor or Professor. As Tony rambled, my mind wandered about other things I’d like to call Spencer instead.
●●●
In that short span of two weeks, we already had an exam, an oral presentation, and a report on the psychoanalysis of serial killers. Not one day had been wasted, but this is what to be expected from a summer course. The essay was due the day before. Now we had to wait for our grades which gave us a moment to take a breath.
I was worried that my paper was subpar; especially since I chose to write about Andrei Chikatilo, a serial killer from Ukraine. He wasn’t as popular as those in America, so I ended up spending hours on deep research to find substantial information about his crimes. It also didn’t help that some of the original reports weren’t in English. I had worked hard, and hoped Professor Reid would see that, even if my writing could sometimes be a little weak. I was worried about the grade as our research papers held the weight of 20% of our final mark.
“Hello? Earth to Y/N! Anyone in there?” Hazel’s voice pierced through my worry bubble, her hand waving in front of my face. I shook my head, trying to focus on restocking the coffee beans.
“Sorry Haze, I’m thinking about this class.”
“Funny you say that; your favorite professor just walked in. Thought you might want to take his order.” She wagged her brows at me, making kissy faces as I hurried to the front register, trying my best to not let my eagerness be so glaringly obvious.
There he was, in his usual handsome glory, patiently waiting for me to take his order. He greeted me with a small smile that I happily returned.
“Hey Doc, what can I get you today?”
He debated for a moment before saying, “Surprise me.”
“Gotcha.” I already had an in my head; it’d been a while since he asked me to make him a random drink so I’d had plenty of time to plan. We got an early shipment of ingredients for our fall-themed drinks and I figured he would appreciate some pumpkin spice in his caffeine. “How are the papers coming along?” I asked casually as I rang him up.
“Pretty well. I’m almost done, so you’ll all receive your grades later today.” Wow, that was fast. I wondered if he stayed up reading all those papers to be done by today. Probably not, a TA must have helped him.
“I am a bit nervous about mine, especially since it’s worth a huge part of our final grade.” I really wanted to get an A in this course, but it was hard juggling everything in such a short amount of time.
“Don’t worry about it too much,” he reassured. “I haven’t properly finished yours yet but it looked great just from what I’ve seen thus far.” His words gave me a little reassurance.
“Thanks. I put a lot of effort into it. Let me grab your coffee now.” Spencer walked towards the pick-up station while I grabbed a venti cup for his drink. Just when I was about to make his order, I saw another familiar face come up to the register. “Tony, hey!” I shouted, placing the cup back down, “What can I get you?”
This was the first time he’d been here, despite him saying for the past few days that he’d stop by for a visit, even with the promise of a cake pop if he did. It was nice to see another familiar face.
“Hey coffee girl, how you doin’ today?”
“Just peachy. My feet are killing me, though.” Just saying the words caused the ache on the soles of my feet to spike higher. I thanked my lucky stars I was almost done with this eight-hour shift.
“Give me the chance to sweep you off your feet, I promise you won’t regret it.” he offered boldly. It wasn’t the first time he’d joked about taking me out. I laughed, especially since he had a girlfriend. She met us for lunch one day and we became fast friends- she was an incredibly sweet and intelligent girl, polite and elegant as well. It is a wonder how his frat boy charm won her over but opposites attract, I guess.
“Shut up, Casanova. What are you gonna have?”
“I’ll have a grande iced matcha latte, please.” I should’ve known. He told me that he loves matcha flavored food and drinks the first time we grabbed lunch after class. He had complained that there was no good place to get one on campus.
“Coming right up.” I quickly filled his order since it was faster to make compared to the pumpkin spiced latte. I handed him his bribe-cake pop, matcha flavor of course, while he waited for me to finish making his drink.
“By the way, we’re still studying at the library for the exam later tonight, right?” Tony asked.
“Yup, I’ll meet you at 8.”
“Copy that, see you later coffee girl.” He turned to leave while I turned to make Professor Reid’s order. I put extra whip cream and a bit more syrup to satiate his sweet tooth. I grabbed a fresh chocolate muffin from the display case and popped it into a bag for him as well, drawing yet another pun on the good doctors bag. “Thanks for being such a TEA-rrific professor!”
“Here ya’ go Doc,” I called out before placing his drink and muffin on the counter. I looked up to see him no longer smiling. “Is everything okay?”
Ignoring my question, he said, “I wasn’t aware you were so close to Mr. Montgomery.”
“Oh yeah, we study together once in a while.” I could have sworn I saw his frown deepen before his features became void of any emotions. He shifted his eyes downward, his hand moving rapidly to grab the cup.
“I should get going.”
“Oh, okay” Before I could say goodbye, he was already halfway out the door.
That was weird. I looked at the counter and noticed that he left the cupcake behind. Maybe he was in a rush?
I shook my head. I needed to concentrate on making it through the last couple of hours of work.
●●●
I made my way to the classroom, smiling at Tony as he pulled out my seat for me. Professor Reid walked in a few minutes later, his tall figure drawing all the attention to the center of the small stage. He let us know he already graded the papers and that they would be distributed by the TA before the end of class. I had a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach but decided to brush it off and pay attention in class. Despite my attempts to focus on his lecture, I found my mind wandering every so often anyway.
I couldn’t help but think he was less animated today. Usually, he taught with such passion that the class couldn’t take their eyes off him. But today, it felt as if we were all in a boring seminar with an ancient professor. Tony kept glancing at the clock, probably also wondering why time felt like it was going by so slowly.
I couldn’t shake the unsettled feeling the entire class. It didn’t help matters that every time I would raise my hand to answer a question, he would call on another student. What the hell did I do?
I decided to tune out the rest of the class. There is no point in being an actively engaged student if I wasn’t going to get treated like one. I’d just get the notes from Tony later.
Thirty minutes before the end of class, the TA handed out our essays while Professor Reid wrapped.
“Some of you did very well, while a few others struggled with the assignment.” His eyes landed on mine as he said that. It was the first time he had glanced in my direction the whole class. He moved on to the other side of the room. My mind was probably just playing tricks on me. “If you have any questions you can see me at my office hours next week or send me an email. You are dismissed.”
The TA finally made his way over to me, handing my essay in a slight fold. I looked at the grade on top and almost dropped the paper. My heart sped up as I stared at the letter in bright red ink. No way, no way this could be my report. I looked at the right-hand corner and saw my name at the top. I read through the first page and saw they were indeed my words.
How the fuck was it possible that I got a D on this paper? I knew my writing wasn’t the strongest, but a D?
“How you’d do?” Tony asked. For a moment I forgot I was in a room with other people.
I cleared my throat, trying to relive the lump so that he didn’t hear the croak in my voice. “Umm, not what I expected. I’m going to try to speak to him about it.” Tony was a smart kid, so I was sure he could see how tense I was. Luckily he didn’t question me any further and instead told me he’d text me later before leaving the classroom.
Fortunately, there were no other students in the classroom to slow me down this time. I walked right up to the podium, watching as Professor Reid placed some papers in his satchel.
“Professor, I need to speak with you.”
“Not now, I’m busy,” he replied, not even bothering to glance in my direction. This can’t be real. The sweet, kind Doc could not be the man acting like a total asshole right now.
“I really need to discuss with you my paper,” I pressed, raising my voice a little louder in an attempt to get his attention. That was wishful thinking on my part since he continued to fiddle with his satchel.
“I said I’m busy,” he uttered once again, his voice void of any emotion. He was about to walk past me, ignoring my whole being. His blatant disregard made my cheeks burn, and not in the usual way they usually did when I was around him.
“Spencer,” I barked, “We need to talk. Now.” For a few moments, he stood in front of me, his back facing my direction.
I was about to speak again before I heard him say, “My office. Half an hour.” He exited, leaving me alone in an empty classroom. The only things keeping me company were the fuming feelings swirling inside me and the failed paper clutched at my fist.
●●●
I knocked on his office door ten minutes earlier than he’d told me. The anger in my gut brewed hotter the longer I waited. As soon as I heard a “Come in,” I rushed through the door, slamming it behind me. He regarded me coolly, but didn’t comment on my actions.
“What can I do for you Ms. (Y/L/N)?” I walked up to his large desk, not bothering to take a seat in the chair in front of me. I took a moment to calm myself down before replying.
“Well, you can start by explaining to me why I got such a low score on my paper.” I guess he didn’t like being the only one of us sitting down because he stood up and leaned against the wall behind him.
“It did not meet the requirements for a passing grade as outlined in the rubric. The information given was boring and the overall topic was uninteresting. It was tedious to get through,” he responded nonchalantly, like he was giving me a weather report.
“You said that you enjoyed it so far.” I rebutted, placing my hands on the desk. I needed something to offer me stability so that I wasn’t visibly shaking.
“I’d mistaken your work for another student’s. Maybe Mr. Montgomery,” he dryly clipped.
A bitter laugh escaped me as I put the puzzle together. Was- was he serious? Was this man acting like this because of Tony? The audacity! The laugh that bubbled from my lips must have unsettled him. He left his position from the wall in favor of standing in front of me.
“You want to know what I think?” I didn’t give him a chance to respond before continuing, “I think you’re jealous that I have another guy that isn’t you getting friendly with me at the shop and because of your inability to keep your---“
“That is enough,” he grounded out, shaking his head. But I didn’t stop talking.
“--private feelings away from your professional ones, you decided to give me a failing grade. Do you know how hard I worked in-” my voice rose up higher and higher until I was yelling.
“I said that’s enough,” he said again, louder this time. But I wasn’t done.
“-this class? This is my life, my fucking future on the line. I’ve told you how important this all is to me and you don’t even give a shit! You’re going to let your interpretation of my relationship with another student influence the way you do your job? And here I thought you were a decent man, Professor.” I hissed, “Do you even give a damn abo-”
“Enough,” he roared, slamming his hands on the desk and caging me against the wood. His breathing was matching the upbeat pace of my own. His quick movement and the sheer volume of his voice caught me off guard, effectively silencing me.
“I don’t deserve to be punished over your envy,” I whispered, locking eyes with him in a steady gaze.
“You want to see a real punishment, darling?” he hissed, the heat of his words almost breaking my glare, his breath fanning along my face.
We stared at one another for a while, neither of us willing to be the first to back down. The tension between us kept rising and rising until the inevitable happened. I couldn’t be sure who made the first move but before I knew it, our lips collided with a mix of rage and desperation. My arms draped around his neck as he pressed me on to the desk. He placed his hands on the back of my thighs, lifting me up high enough until I was perched on the cool wooden surface.
Spencer’s lips were soft, a stark contrast to the harsh way he was kissing me. His tongue parted my lips, gliding over mine with fervor. I couldn’t help but moan as he rolled his hips into me. He continued his rough grind, keeping my legs open as we moved as close together as our bodies would allow. He overwhelmed my senses- the smell of him, the taste of him, the feel of him. Everything was making me absolutely feral for this man.
I never expected the gentle Dr. Reid to be so fervent, so sensual. The kindhearted, sweet professor who regularly drank his weight in caffeine never gave me this impression. But then again, I’m sure he was shocked by my attitude as well. He knew me as the friendly, bubbly barista, now student, who enjoyed his class. He was about to meet a whole new side of me, just like I was going to for him.
Spencer pulled away from me, our mouths making an audible ‘pop’ sound from the sudden separation. I tried to catch my breath as he stared at me, our chests rising and falling together. If I were to move a bit closer to him, we would be touching once again.
He took a few steps back before motioning me to step in front of him. “I want you to get down on your knees. Now.” I wasn’t going to argue with him, mainly because I wanted the exact same thing he did. I kneeled down, keeping my eyes on his face.
“You going to shut me up, Professor?” I teased, feeling powerful, even though he was looming over me. He didn’t reply, just continued to look down on me with those honey colored eyes- full of lust and rage.
I watched as he slowly placed his hands on his slacks, undoing the belt and buttons. He drew down his pants and boxers at the same time, just low enough to reveal his impressive size. My mouth salivated at the sight of his bulge as he came closer to me.
“We’re going to put that smart mouth to better use. Open.” He said, gripping my face between his fingers, forcing me to follow his orders. I opened my mouth slightly, not giving him exactly what he wanted. Instead of ordering my mouth to open further like I expected, he placed his thumb inside. He pushed the digit deep, pressing it against my tongue. I moaned around the finger, softly nibbling at the skin. He continued to slide his finger within my mouth before dragging it out completely. He wiped the excess spit on my cheek before lightly smacking it. The small shock of pain sent a shiver down my spine.
“Open, and do it right this time.”
I obeyed, opening wide enough to accept him into my mouth. My lips were stretched almost uncomfortably in an attempt to fit around him. He was so hot and thick, I couldn’t help but hum at the taste of him on my tongue. The soft “fuck” that fell from his lips had me purring around him. I went to place my hands on the remaining portion that couldn’t fit, but he batted them away.
“You’re using only your mouth.”
Fine, have it your way, Sir.
I placed my hands behind me as I bobbed my head, hallowing my cheeks with every rise. His shallow thrusts encouraged me to suck harder. I slowly pulled away to run my tongue against the vein protruding on the underside of his cock. I was rewarded with a groan escaping his lips.
“I should have known that you would be so good at this, darling,” he said, his voice slightly hoarse as he tried to control his grunts.
I made sure to look in his eyes as I swirled my tongue around the head of his cock. The face he made was purely angelic. The muscles of his neck protruded more evidently and his breathing became more labored. I placed him back in my mouth, this time taking my time to go down on him.
“That’s right, Princess. Show me what a good girl you are for me.” He moaned as I felt his hands weave in my hair before he pushed my head down on to him, causing me to gag around him, tears pricking my eyes. He continued his thrusts into my mouth, barely allowing me a chance to breathe. My nose repeatedly touched the base of him as I swallowed around his hard length.
Spencer tightened his fingers in my hair and I knew he wasn’t going to last much longer. The pace was brutal, but I enjoyed the rough treatment. Knowing that I was the one making him feel good was such a turn on. He buried himself deep in my throat after a few more thrusts to finish. I swallowed his release like the greedy brat that we both now knew I was.
He eventually pulled out, a satisfied sigh leaving his lips. I swiped the back off my hand across my mouth to clean off any leftover spit and cum.
“Get up,” he ordered, his voice hoarse.
I did so, rubbing the ache in my knees as I slowly rose. “I want you bent over the desk,” he continued.
“I want you to answer my previous question.” I quipped.
“You’re not in the position to be making commands,” he growled. He wrapped his fingers in my hair again, pulling just roughly enough so that I was looking up at his face. “If you want this to end well for you, I suggest bending over my desk before I stuff my cock in that bratty little mouth of yours again.”
He released me, eyes still on my face waiting for me to follow through on his order. I turned to his desk and did as he asked, bending over the wood until my chest laid flat against the surface. I waited as patiently as I could for him. It felt as if I was in this position for an eternity before he touched me. He pushed both my underwear and skirt down to my knees before placing his hands on my hips. I heard it before I felt it- the smack on my ass that caused me to yelp.
“Fuck, Spencer. What the—” I was cut off with another resounding smack.
“Did you really think that I wasn’t going to give you a real punishment, darling?” I took a deep breath as another shiver went down my spine. He had no business sounding so hot right now. Another smack, this time on my opposite cheek, had me biting down on my lip to stop myself from crying out.
“This” *SMACK* “Is” *SMACK* “What” *SMACK* “Happens” *SMACK* “To” *SMACK* “Bratty” *SMACK* “Little” *SMACK* “Girls” *SMACK*. A sob ripped from my chest as the last blow landed. My ass was on fire and surely littered with his hand prints.
“You’re lucky I’m in a good mood since you sucked me off so nicely, or I would have made that worse.”
Gee, thanks.
“You look like such a dirty slut like this.” I felt a finger enter me easily, the wetness gathered there making my entrance ready to take him. “So wet. Was it the spanking that got you like this, or your mouth around my cock?” A moan was my only reply as he added another finger, the two digits moving in a scissoring motion.
“Are you gonna be my sweet girl, now?” He asked as I moved my hips along his fingers, desperately trying to seek some more relief for the fire burning between my thighs as his mouth littered marks along my thighs. I closed my eyes, focusing on the pleasure he was giving me as he curled his fingers, a slow moan falling from my lips. He pulled them out of me, wiping the slickness against my still burning ass. Fucking bastard. I wiggled my hips against him, hoping he would grant me a reprieve and put his fingers back inside me. Instead, he spanked my ass one more time- one quick, sharp blow against the bruised cheek.
Just when I was about to yell at him, he placed the head of his member against my entrance. He moved up and down my drenched entrance before penetrating me in one full thrust. I took a short breath in, trying to get used to feeling so full. He was stretching me out in the most amazing way.
Spencer waited until I was grinding against him before he pulled out and pushed back into me. “Look at you, such a wanton little bitch aren’t you?” He could call me whatever he wanted, as long as he didn’t stop fucking me.
He kept a steady pace, making sure to grind into me every time he slammed back in. The obscene sound of our skin smacking against one another’s and the moans escaping our throats was an erotic symphony that had my body heat raising the temperature in the room.
He hitched my leg on top of the desk, entering in an angle that made the pleasure so much better. I couldn’t stop the whines that kept escaping my mouth every time he pounded into me. His hand stayed upon my leg, holding me down and limiting my movements. His nails dug into the skin so harshly I was sure there would be bruises left in their wake.
“Fuck, you feel so good wrapped around me,” he hissed under his breath. “Should have known you just needed to be fucked like the cheap whore you are.” He sped up, hips snapping at an almost punishing pace. The desk creaked every time he slammed into me. I hoped no one was nearby to hear what was going on. A whine left my throat when I felt his fingers rub against my clit. I was so close now.
“Should I stay inside you? Fill you up so you walk around campus carrying my child?” He growls, his pace increasing with each passing moment. “Knock you up so the whole campus knows what a whore you are for me?” He asks, earning a cry ripped from my throat.
“Who’s fucking you?” he grunted. I don’t know how he expected me to form a coherent statement at this current moment. My eyes could barely stay open at this point.
“Spencer, please.” He smacked the outside of my thigh.
“Try again, who’s fucking you?”
“You are, Doctor.” Apparently, that was the wrong answer too, because it earned me another smack on my thigh. I had tears streaming down my face from the pleasurable pain he was giving me.
“You have one more chance or else I’m not letting you come. Now, who’s is fucking you?”
“Professor Reid!” I cried out.
“That’s right darling. Now come on my cock.” A harsh bite on my neck was the ultimate push that had me seeing stars. Spencer thrusted a few more times before fully sheathing himself within me.
He slumped over me, the feel of his breath against my neck causing me to shiver once more. We took a moment to have the high leave our body before he pulled out of me, a gasp leaving the both of us. Spencer was the first to break the silence between us.
“Would you like to have dinner with me?” he asked, his voice a bit shy.
I giggled at his demeanor. A few moments ago, he was fucking me senseless and spanking me over his desk like a porno, and now he was asking me out to dinner.
“Absolutely,” I smiled. “But I should probably cancel my study plans.” I quickly added.
He led me to the faculty bathroom so I could freshen myself up. When I emerged, he was back to being the prim and proper professor I knew him to be. Just before we left his office, he leaned down and whispered, “By the way, you got an A.”

In the Stars (part 2)
Pairing: Billy Russo x Reader
Request: So, first of all, I love your writing so much. I've just finished reading "In the stars" and I've loved it! Idk if you're taking requests but I was wondering if maybe you could do a part 2?
A/N: You guys… I had so many fucking requests for part two of this, I love you. I'm honestly overwhelmed by how much you guys engage with my work on here.
Side note; I don't actually know much about astrology so take anything I say with a pinch of salt since it's done with surface level research for this. I'm more of a tarot girl myself and originally I was gonna switch the astrology to tarot since I know all about that. But I didn't wanna deviate from the request too much so I stuck with astrology.
Warnings: cursing, bit of fluff, idk flirting? Talk of sex but no actual sex?
If you guys want a part three to this which would mostly be smut then hit me up lmaoooo
-----------
You were lounging on a beat up sofa that was in the greenhouse at the back of the flower shop. The plants were watered and it was a nice day. You were taking a moment to relax and let the sun come through the glass above you like a cat basking in the warm glow. You knew a customer had come in a little bit a go. You'd heard a gruff voice ask Gemma for advice on flowers for his girl. But since you were never needed in the front, you just chilled out for a bit after popping some headphones in and vibing in the sun as you leisurely scrolled on an astrology site you were on.
Maybe, just maybe, you'd been thinking about Mr Fancy Coffee man in the past three days since you ran right into him. You'd been sure you'd see him again at the time but it hadn't happened so far. Either way, you kept thinking back to his smile and his obsidian eyes and you smirked as you read what you'd already known when you'd called back after him to give him your own sign.
'Aries and Scorpio Sex:
Aries and Scorpio like to turn the heat up with everything they do! So, you can imagine the bedroom as being one feisty! Aries is a fire sign, and Scorpio is a water sign. Mix fire and water and what do you get? Yes, it is steam! With this duo between the sheets, we pray the wallpaper can withstand the steam-effect! Aries and Scorpio are the same when it comes to an intense libido. They are energetic with enough energy to keep each other up all night long.'
You ripped your headphones out, tossing your phone on the worn out faded pink cushions as you bounded to the door to the main shop.
"Hey, Gem! Did you know that Aries and Scorpio are like hella compatible for sex? I mean we'd just be riding each other all ni-" your words died on your lips as you slipped through the beaded curtain to find the man from earlier who hadn't actually left yet. He was a little rough looking but he wore a look of shock and thorough amusement at your words as you smacked a hand over your mouth with a laugh. It wasn't really appropriate talk in front of a customer but even Gemma bit her lip to stifle her incredulous laughter.
"I uh… I'm sorry," you murmured, a sly smirk on your face that said you weren't really sorry but said it anyway to be polite. He barked out a laugh and shook his head.
"Don't worry about it. Sounds like a hell of a time," he replied with a chuckle. It put you at ease that he wasn't going to start something about your behaviour, threaten to take his business elsewhere. It wouldn't be the first time you'd done that.
"Don't mind her. She's the crazy plant lady," Gemma grinned as she continued adding flowers to the bouquet on the counter. Some pretty forget-me-nots.
"Hey! I'm not crazy just because I talk and sing to them. It's science! If I didn't do that then all these beauties would be withering away in misery," you pouted playfully, earning another laugh from your best friend and chuckle from the man.
You looked at him then and he was already looking at you. His gaze wandered your face and hair like you held the secrets to the universe and you quirked a brow curiously. Knowing he was caught out, he glanced away and cleared his throat but his eyes flit back to you. It wasn't like you weren't used to looks since you were anything but ordinary, but he looked almost like he knew you or something.
"Sorry… just… thought I recognised you," he muttered apologetically.
"Oh trust me, you'd know if you'd met her before. She leaves quite the impression," Gemma snorted.
"I bet she does," the man said with a small smile as he looked at you again like he knew something you didn't. Or maybe you were imagining it.
You grinned as you walked towards the counter, leaning your arms on it as you admired her work. The bouquet was filled with purples and blues and it was breathtaking.
"Serious relationship?" You asked casually. The man looked slightly taken aback by your bold question and Gemma swatted your arm as you gave her a look.
"What?" You asked with a huff. The man smiled and shook his head.
"Nah, it's fine. It is. Been together for a little over a year now," he had a lovesick look on his face and you found yourself smiling back at him.
"You love her?" You asked softly. He rubbed the scruff on his chin with a bashful look that looked at odds with the rest of him as he nodded.
"That I do," he murmured fondly.
You pushed up and leaned your hands on the counter as you glanced from the flowers back to him.
"You should get her a succulent," you declared. Gemma snorted again as she trimmed the ends off some roses and the man quirked his brow.
"You mean like… a cactus or some shit?" He asked, sounding confused and amused.
You rolled your eyes, whizzing into the back and grabbing a small terracotta pot with a baby succulent in it. It looked almost like a flower with how it's leaves were arranged. You bought it back out to the front and back to him as you set it down on the counter.
"Meet Emily. She's cute and sweet and she says forever," you shot him a cheeky grin and he snorted, eyes darting from the plant to you.
"I'm sorry… Emily?" He asked with a smirk
"Hey, she's a living thing like you and me, why shouldn't she have a name? And don't tell the others but… she's my favourite," you whispered the last part, eyes darting to the beaded curtain like you didn't want the others to hear and when you looked back at him he was smiling and shaking his head at you.
"Look… flowers are great and all, a nice gesture and pretty to look at, but they wither and die. They go from pretty to morbid which is why they're great for special occasions but they don't last. But these cuties… they don't take much maintenance, it's hard to kill them and they're more… permanent. Flowers are a great way to say 'I love you' in a shorter sense, but nothing says 'I'll love you forever' more than one of these," you mused with a fond look at the plant.
The man stared at the plant for a moment appearing deep in thought and when you glanced to Gemma, she was grinning from ear to ear as she wrapped up the arrangement in pretty pale purple paper. A similar shade to your current hair color.
"Fuck it. I'll take… Emily, too," he declared after a moment. You beamed and slid the pot over to Gemma so she could pack her up with the rest of the goods and ring him up.
"You're good at this," the man said after a moment. You flushed a little at his words and snorted.
"I just care about the plants," you shrugged with a smile.
Gemma finished the wrapping and started ringing up the purchases as the man's eyes darted between you both.
"So… you two ladies got any plans later?" He asked casually. He didn't seem the type to make unnecessary small talk but Gemma opened her mouth to indulge him anyway.
"A few of us are going out later to the bar down the street. The Lizard? It's not been open that long but it's pretty chill. It's nothing fancy though," Gemma smiled softly as she accepted the money from him, opening the register.
"Fancy places wouldn't let us in," you snorted with a smirk, toying with one of the many rings on your fingers.
"They wouldn't let you in. Besides, they have good music there and they don't mind when we let loose and get a little weird," Gemma laughed. The man chuckled with a nod before glancing back at you. He still had that look of recognition in his eyes and you tried to think if you'd ever seen him before.
"Sounds like my kinda place. I might have to go with Karen and some friends sometime," he mused with a nod.
"You should, if you run into us let me know if she loves Emily. You've basically both adopted a cute earthy child so…" you grinned mischievously. He snorted, seemingly unaffected by you being yourself and you liked it. It wasn't often you got to talk to customers like this which is why you often stayed hidden in the back.
"I will. Have fun ladies and thanks for these," with that he was off and you and Gemma grinned at each other. It was nice to have a customer like that man, even if he did look completely out of place in a flower shop. You had a feeling he'd come back for more things for this Karen woman he was smitten with.
---------
Billy sipped his beer, dark gaze flitting around the bar before he settled on his best friend. Karen was leaning on his shoulder and the pair had been nauseatingly close since they got here. Curtis and David were also at the table relaxing and talking to one another.
"Is there a reason we're here?" Billy drawled as he sat back in his chair a little more. This wasn't their usual haunt and they didn't normally deviate from it. It wasn't so much that he didn't like the place. It was relaxed and quite similar to where they usually ended up. But it was a break in routine and he wasn't sure why.
Frank shot him a sly smirk as he sipped his beer and it made Billy narrow his eyes a little.
"Well… I have it on good authority that little Ms Aries is gonna be here," he said smugly. Billy hated himself the moment he sat up straighter like an eager schoolgirl, especially when his friends all cheered and laughed at the news. He'd only told Frank about her, but Frank being Frank… well he'd told Karen and Karen told Curtis and David and in three short days it had become a running joke that he was hung up on a girl he hadn't even been able to get the name of.
Billy tilted his head, long fingers tapping on the beer bottle as he levelled his gaze at Frank.
"And how would you know that when we don't even know who she is?" He asked with a raised brow. Frank had a shit eating grin on his face as he leaned forward on the table a bit.
"Because I found her at her work earlier," he grinned. Billy blinked at him for a moment, mouth floundering as he tried to absorb that tidbit.
"Okay… so as my best friend and therefore wingman, is there a reason you didn't mention it until now?" He asked dryly.
"Nah, I thought it would be a nice surprise and I didn't want you to talk yourself outta comin' here. Never seen you hung up on a girl before and I gotta say, she's a fuckin' riot," Frank snorted. Billy felt an unnecessary pang of envy at him then. Envy that his best friend managed to find her, spend some time with her maybe more than he had in the street. He knew it was stupid. His best friend was head over heels for Karen after all, but it was there all the same.
"She works at the flower shop," Karen supplied with a soft smile as she looped her arms around Frank's larger one. Great, so Frank told her before he told him. Did everyone but him know? Why he was feeling like a petulant child, he didn't know, but before he could open his mouth to no doubt say something ridiculous, Frank's sly grin widened as he inclined his head to the door.
Billy would lie until the day he took his last breath about how fast his head whipped to the door. He almost broke his damn neck. But there she was in all her purple haired glory and Jesus fuck was she the most beautiful girl he'd ever laid his eyes on. How did she get even more attractive in three days? Shit was ridiculous. But not as ridiculous at the nerves that bloomed in his belly at the sight of her. He was Billy Russo. Ex Spec Ops sniper. Former marine. CEO of Anvil. Serial womaniser. But now he was just Billy. Dumbfounded, actually kind of nervous and moon-eyed Billy.
He watched as she and another girl she came in with walked over to the table with a few people and hugged them. Her smile was radiant and his eye twitched when she hugged the guys at her table. He kept waiting like she'd lean in and kiss one of them. To feel that crushing blow. But it never happened. In fact, the girl she'd come in with snuggled up to the one of the guys and the other had his arm wrapped around another girl at the table.
"Well… you gonna go and get her name or what, Bill?" Frank asked with a snort. Billy cleared his throat, rolling his shoulder and glancing back to his beer before he shrugged.
"After my drink," he tried to sound casual but Frank's gaze softened a little and he hated that his best friend knew him better than anyone. He was just thankful Frank didn't call him out for it.
---------
You and Gemma had gotten to the bar a little later than usual because Gemma's cat snuck out the apartment and you'd had to hunt him down. He was cute but a menace but once he was back safe at home you'd both made a beeline for the bar. You had a few shots in quick succession to make up for the lost time and you weren't drunk but you felt the pleasant warmth spreading through you as you laughed and joked with your friends.
"Oh, I love this song, dance with me," you beamed, not giving Gemma a chance to protest as you grabbed her hand and moved a little from the table. It wasn't a club and there wasn't a dance floor but there was adequate space between the tables to dance. No one else was dancing but it was hardly the first time you and Gemma did this. It was always fun and amusing.
You wrapped your arms around her shoulders and hers went around your waist as the pair of you giggled and swayed your hips. There were a few cat calls but it was all in jest. It was obvious you two were joking around by your over exaggerated movements and Gemma singing loudly and very off key, with your friends joining in the chorus. You loved your group of little weirdos.
You turned around in her arms, hands still around her neck from behind as you swung your hips, eyes closed and a smile on your face. But when you opened them, they landed right on Mr Handsome himself who was at a table with some others and he was staring at you with wide eyes and a small smile. A grin spread across your face as you continued to dance. You knew you'd see him again. You paid little attention to anyone else as your eyes locked with his and he sat up a little straighter as he noticed he had your attention.
You smirked, flashing him a cheeky wink as a call back to when you last met before you spun back around to face Gemma.
"So… the super hot guy over there in a maroon sweater? Looks like he's stepped right off of vogue? He's Coffee guy," you murmured giddily. Gemma didn't even hide the look she shot him before she laughed and looked back at you.
"First of all… wow. And second, he's like legit staring at you so hard right now," Gemma smirked.
You bit your lip with a smile as the song ended. Gemma gave you a hug before returning to her seat and then you made your way over to the bar and waited for the bartender so you could grab a beer.
"Can I get you a drink, astrology girl?" His smooth voice sent a shiver down your spine and you glanced over to where he was now standing next to you.
"Of course. Beer please, Coffee boy," you grinned cheekily at him. He chuckled, ducking his head as he waved over the bartender and asked for two beers.
"I told you we'd meet again," you murmured with a smirk, sipping the beer once it was placed in front of you.
"You did. Although I think my friend Frank had somethin' to do with that," he replied with a smile as he glanced over his shoulder. You followed his gaze to his table and saw the man from the flower shop. Your eyes widened as an incredulous laugh left your lips and you gave him a thumbs up. You heard his laugh from across the bar. The woman with him was smiling wide and also watching you both, as were the other two men at his table. You had a feeling if you glanced over at your own friends they'd be doing the same thing.
"So… do I get your name yet?" He asked, leaning his forearms on the bar. His shoulder brushed yours and it felt like a jolt of electricity shot through you. You glanced at him, a coy smile on your lips as you took another sip of beer. Your tongue darted out and swiped over your lower lip to catch a drop and you didn't miss how his dark eyes were drawn to the motion. It made your stomach clench.
"Y/N," you smiled softly. You couldn't help it, you'd have given him anything he asked right then with the way he was looking at you. His face brightened when you relinquished your name, his eyes crinkling a little as he grinned. His teeth are perfect. I want him to bite every inch of me with those things.
"Billy," he offered, raising his beer bottle. You grinned as you clinked yours with his and you both took a drink.
"I read some pretty interesting things about the sexual compatibility of an Aries and Scorpio," you murmured with a wry grin, nibbling your lower lip as you looked at him through your lashes. He was so close to you and you could feel his warmth through the layers of both of your clothes. And he smelt good. It almost made you dizzy.
"Is that so?" He asked, dark eyes intent on you and only you. His voice was lower than before and you fought the urge to jump him right there. You flashed him a toothy grin, a mix of flirtatious and just plain impish that made him smile.
"Apparently we're a match made in sexual heaven," you teased softly.
You watched as he swallowed thickly, his Adam's apple bobbing as he did. His almost black eyes felt like they were setting you on fire from the inside out with how heated his gaze was.
"Well now I gotta problem. Because I wanted to ask you on a date first but you're makin' it really hard for me to have any restraint," he purred. Shiiiiit. That tone alone would have you needing to change your panties when you got home.
You smirked, all sinful as you leaned into his ear, your hand going to his firm forearm. You heard his breathing hitch before you even said anything as your hot breath landed on his ear.
"I'd really like that date," you whispered with a saccharine smile. Honestly, you weren't known for your patience and you wanted nothing more than to drag him back to your place and fuck him until neither of you could walk again. But the idea of a date, of dragging it out a bit, it intrigued you. The man had lived rent free in your brain since you both collided three days ago and as much as it would kill you, you knew the wait would be worth it and only make it better.
You moved back a bit, your face still ridiculously close to his and he flashed you a devilish smile all of his own before he leaned down and kissed you. It was an intense kiss. Full of hunger and passion you'd never felt before and you didn't hesitate to kiss him back eagerly. There were some cat calls and you had a feeling a few came from your friends but you were hardly fazed by your brazen kiss with the most handsome man in the world.
When you broke away, you were both panting and you felt your cheeks flush a little at how he looked at you. There was definitely arousal there but he also looked slightly awestruck. You flashed him another grin before slurping some of your beer and he chuckled as he did the same.
You spent the next few hours sitting beside Billy at the bar as you got to know one another, all the little mundane details that really made up a person. You felt like you'd never get tired of looking at him, of hearing that smooth as silk voice or watching how expressive his face and eyes could be. And no matter what you said, whether it was embarrassing stories about your friends or about the plants at work, he acted like you'd just told him the best story ever. He was attentive and soaked up all of your words greedily. You couldn't remember the last time someone made you feel like this.
You left the bar that night after agreeing for him to pick you up at 8 the next night and exchanging numbers. You'd kissed him that time and it was full of as many promises as his kiss had been. And you didn't miss the way Frank clapped his back once he returned to his seat either. The wait would definitely be worth it.
