a few months back I found out that lazy town was created by the actor of sportacus to spread the message of fitness and healty living to children which i think is lovely. i'm just in tears because i checked that there are over 1k of sportacus/robbie rotten fics on ao3 and i'm sure that wasn't part of the original plan.

magnus scheving is literally the most mental person on the planet:

• bro has not aged since like 1995

• his whole career came out of a bet with his friend

• created a tv show that took over the world for a second

• once claimed that sportacus was taking over his body

• every photo of him he’s looking at the camera with so much intensity

• once moved someone out of their aeroplane seat so he could sit next to stefan karl to talk about lazytown

• eats fish straight out of the river

• casually built a whole ass house once

I very love this photo...

I find it interesting how much Magnus actually allowed Sephan to do. Like violating personal boundaries??? Everything I've read and seen about Magnus tells me that he is a very tough person. (Tough, but not cruel.) And it's quite charming to see how strong and close their friendship was while working.

Returning to Sportacus, I think that he, too, like Magnus, must have fairly strict personal boundaries, and is not afraid to defend them and define them. From quite clearly shows everyone in the series when he is dissatisfied with something. He is naturally softer with children, but still. Especially in the first season.

So I sorta got Lazytown on my Pinterest in suggestions

And a lot of that is stuff with SportacusxRobbie pairing

And I wonder if Magnus Scheving (you know, the creator of Lazytown) saw any of those.

Another thing:

The problem with childhood shows is that when you find stuff about them on the internet, especially Pinterest and Tumblr, you have to be very careful how far you’re scrolling.

The problem?

sometimes stuff you’d prefer not to see is right at the top (I don’t mean the pairing, I mean some posts that I could go well without knowing about)
