i roasted a chicken for the first time today... part of this weeks efforts to get better at cooking. i melted butter and to that i added rosemary, fresh chopped garlic and red onion, paprika, ginger and parsley and i worked it inside and and top of the skin, drizzled it with lime, stuffed it with lime and garlic, trussed it and roasted it, basting it each half hour...and yes i made the butter myself from fresh cream. everyone come over for dinner. and tomorrow im going im going to make chicken stew with the leftovers, in the slow cooker

Guys Lizzie never left the fairy fort.

She learned in her first season that if you open yourself up to someone they'll burn you down from the inside out.

It's something she's never been able to shake. Alliances aren't permanent, they're barely even serviceable half the time, draining you of your resources until infighting destroys everything and friends become enemies.

Lizzie is still willing to be part of alliances, but tenuously. She keeps backup plans, whispering with Gem, plans for when her alliance is gone. She refuses to put herself in danger for an ally, turning away from Scar when he begs her to protect him against an attack.

She never left the fairy fort, and she refuses to feel as weak ever again as she did when everything fell apart that first time.

I was reliving my childhood watching doll shows a good part of this week and decided to draw the Strawberry Shortcake characters (from the 2009 show specifically):

with some slight redesigns not so changed 'w'

I only watched the series until the full introduction of Cherry Jam, probably in the future I will do the rest that appeared in tis show!...and probably my favorites of Gen 3~
