John Dory:

*John Dory always dreamed of starting a family of his own during his young adult years but after brozone broke up and him hiking/adventuring the last decade that dream seemed further and further away.

*All that changed when he met you during his travels you too had a meet cute and after some slow burn you had finally gotten together! Suddenly John Dory felt a little less alone in his life, with his brothers back you both discussed starting your family together, and while you weren't actively trying; John was excited

*Which leads you to today, when you had woken up you discovered a turquoise egg with (H/C) nesting in your hair.

*John was ecstatic when you told him, to say the least, already planning many family adventures for your family.

*During the egg's nesting cycle you will have to fight this man to hold your child, he will constantly be bringing the egg everywhere and anywhere showing them new sights and smells. Also likes showing off the egg to other trolls, Like a toddler saying look at this cool thing i made!

*His bro's got him some dad-themed merchandise i.e. coffee cup that says world's best dad, a t-shirt that says which says soon-to-be dad which he wears with pride.

*Once the egg does hatch, he is going to be emotional all day.

*Y'all have a daughter who has his skin color and your (H/C).

*After a couple of months you both had given up hope of having trollings, I mean the other villagers could do it so easily why couldn't you??

*However your bad luck turned around when one day after waking up you noticed a bulging knot in your hair. Two small turquoise/lime green eggs with your (H/C) were nesting in your hair.

*Clay and you were ecstatic!! So was everyone in Putt-Putt Village; your small family finally felt complete.

*Clay is super annoying during the egg's nesting period, constantly following you around to protect you, limiting what kind of work you can do, how much rest you get, and what you eat. Honestly, you're pretty fed up with this man after this.

*When you're resting, he likes to keep the eggs safe in his hair. Man is like a feral dog with a piece of meat, will not let anyone near his eggs not even Viva; he will growl.

*Finally after a long two months, you're twins finally hatched! Two turquoise girls with your (H/C).

*Clay is definitely the strict parent, those protective instincts that arose during the eggs' nesting time are amplified to 100%. You are totally the girl's fun parent. Despite the differences in your parenting the girls love and respect the both of you!

*Floyd like his older brother had always wanted to start a family but that became like a distant dream after Brozone broke up, starting his solo career, and getting kidnapped by Velvet and Veneer.

*After his eventual rescue and recovery with Branch in Troll Village, he met you; a friend of Poppy's.

*Poppy saw how hard the two of you were crushing on each other and pushed the two of you together which led to your eventual dating and marriage!

*A month after the marriage, to your surprise; you had found a turquoise/red egg with your (H/C) nestling in your hair.

*You were ecstatic but Floyd was nervous. He had always wanted to have a child but what if he screwed up his relationship with them like he did with Branch.

*But after some gentle reassurances from his brothers, Poppy and Viva; he felt ready to take on this next phase of his life albeit anxiously.

*Cries every time he receives gifts for the baby, cries when he feels the egg kick inside its shell, and cries every day about how lucky he is. Man is taking all the emotions during the incubating period.

"Floyd would be too nervous to nest the egg in his hair so you would be the main nester for the duration of the incubation period.

*When the hatching day is here, Floyd is a bubbling mess. Cries throughout the entire day but those are happy tears that your baby is finally and your family is complete.

*Y'all have a healthy boy troll with your (H/C). Your baby is so chill too, rarely cries and loves to play and giggle

*As your child grows, Floyd is definitely the parent who would let the child get away with everything. You are going to have to be the rule-setter.

*After regaining his colors, Branch finally had the confidence to ask you out and you happily accepted; (even though you loved Branch no matter what).

*Y'all dated for a couple years and then were married before he discussed wanting children with you. To his surprise and excitement, you too had also wanted to have kids.

*So began your journey of trying for little trollings.

*A year after getting married you were surprised and excited to spot three turquoise/blue eggs with your (H/C) nesting in the knot in your hair.

* Branch goes feral during the nesting time. you will have to fight/argue with him to leave the bunker because he will try to keep you down during the nesting period.

*Will growl at anyone who comes near you and the eggs; only lets his brothers and poppy (with supervision) come around and see you and the eggs.

*Branch loves to carry the eggs in his hair when you need a break. Spends time talking/reading to them and telling them how much he loves them and can't wait to meet them.

*Poppy, Viva, and his brothers throw a baby shower for y'all and while Branch cringes at the dad-themed merchandise he is gifted, he secretly loves them and wears them all the time around the bunker with pride.

*Then when hatching day comes along, Branch is in a panic. What if he wasn't a good dad, what if they hate him?? But after he sees his little trollings, those worries dissipate.

*Y'all have two healthy boys and one healthy girl.

*Branch's protective instincts go from 100% to 10000% after the trolls are born. Your children definitely have Branch wrapped around their fingers and can get anything if they look cute or beg hard enough.

Let's be fr..this guy gets jealous INSANELY easily in canon, even when platonically speaking.

It's hard to pinpoint where he exactly started catching feelings for you, but he certainly fell for you fast after your adventure into the library's restricted section.

Unfortunately, because of your growing reputation as a "hero" around Hogwarts, Hogsmede, and other hamlets...you've have strangers and students alike often come up to you and interrupt your conversations with Sebastian.

They mean well, only showing up to compliment you or thank you for some favor you've done for them.

But still it puts him in an sour mood, especially if he's unable to do anything about it without coming off as a prissy Slytherin.

During classes, he feels 10x worse if he's not partnered with you and instead sees you with classmates he views as "competition"...like Garreth, Leander, or even Amit, scowling at them in envy and unable to focus unless the professor specifically calls him out on it.

The only exception is Ominis, since he's a trusted friend and damn well knew his crush on you (he has certainly used this as blackmail to stop him from doing stupid stuff) but Sebastian will still huff about how "close" you two are growing.

Sometimes his jealousy gets so bad he needs to go blow off some steam in the Undercroft, casting damage spells on whatever poor dummy, pillar, or knight armor happened to be in his way.

It's nothing that Repairo couldn't fix.

While your assistance in his quest to find a cure for Anne was extremely important to him, that's not the only reason he brings you along for the ride.

He genuinely enjoys your company, and it's his chance to actually be alone with you and talk without any rude interruptions.

Well...there's trolls, rankrok's loyalists, spiders, ashwinders, Inferi, etc....but none of them are annoying students who try to hog all your attention just to spite him.

Aside from Ominis, Anne keeps encouraging her twin brother to make some move if he's that jealous (which Sebastian repeatedly denies).

Sooner or later...he may lose that chance, and he fears this. But he never knew when the moment would come..

Then one night, you were both fighting poachers and their leader, an Animagus, insulted him so horribly that it made his confident expression drop for a moment--as did his Protego shield.

You didn't hear what she said exactly, but his devastated face told you enough and you were pissed.

So you rained down a torrent of ancient magic lightning before she can even think of transforming.

Sebastian could only watch as you smite her like some furious god unleashing your wrath on the world, finding you both badass and ethereal.

When it's all over, you rushed to his side and ask if he's okay--but he just kisses you right there and then, silencing you.

He's so sick of waiting.

Garreth Weasley

His jealousy is nowhere near as bad as Sebastian's...but it's still there. Just subtle.

He pouts a lot when somebody steals your attention away, and he tries way too hard to impress you with whatever brilliant potion concept he drafted up (and definitely didn't have approval to brew in class under any circumstances).

Speaking of which, you're his usual partner in potions class, so he'll be highly disappointed if Professor Sharp decides to pair you with somebody else that day.

Garreth feels this sting in his heart if he overhears you praising them for their perfect brew, while he stares into his bubbling cauldron and sulks, wondering what he could've done differently.

He didn't know how you truly felt about him, so he got the genius idea to cook up a love potion the day you had a substitute for class (he sat at the furthest station and had secretly gathered the ingredients beforehand).

Just as you were about to try it for yourself, he accidentally knocked an incompatible ingredient into the pot and caused its contents to explode, staining both of your robes in pink.

While everybody laughed, the sub made the stains vanish with some magic and decided to dismiss class early, making you two stay behind to clean up the mess.

Luckily only house points were deducted due to your actions, so you won't be getting detention for this.

Still...Garreth was quite upset and you could tell.

You reassure him you're not mad in the slightest, and that you knew exactly what he was trying to do (followed by a small wink before continuing your cleanup).

His face turned as red as a maxima potion, and when he returns to the Gryffindor common room for the night, he gets confused stares from his fellow housemates as they wonder what's gotten into him.

But he can't stop thinking about you.

Maybe you ingested droplets of the love potion after it exploded, since you did seem particularly flirtatious with him in that moment and knew his intentions.

Looks like he got his wish after all.

Now to ask you out properly..

Ominis Gaunt

He's not an easily jealous guy. He'll never get angry at other people for simply wanting to spend time with you or if you're partners with them in class.

You've made a name for yourself at Hogwarts, and while he doesn't always agree with the dangerous stuff you get involved with, he only expects people to look up to you and pull your attention away from him.

Though deep down, it kinda hurts...especially since quite a handful of students from other houses perceive him as someone you shouldn't be around (some Gryffindors with "holier than thou" personalities even had the guts to say you're better off without him when he's standing right there).

Being a Gaunt + a Slytherin had that effect, unfortunately...

But he's sick of hearing that all the time.

Anyone else would've snapped at whoever criticized them based on blood status or rudely interrupted a conversation they're clearly having with you.

Yet when he does it..suddenly he's the bad guy?

It never made sense.

So any jealous feelings Ominis has stem from his own insecurities, and they grow even worse the more he realizes he's in love with you..

Like Sebastian, he'd probably storm off to the Undercroft to calm down if he's feeling heavily upset.

Fortunately, you're quick to defend him and decline other people's advances, saying you'd much rather hang out with him.

When you nearly got into a wand duel/fistfight over something insulting they said about him, that's when he realizes you cared about him as more than a friend...

Though he wanted to test the waters, so to speak, before hyping himself up to confess to you.

So throughout the week, Ominis expressed subtle desires to be in closer proximity to you (which you were fine with despite being initially confused at his sudden change in behavior)

These are, but not limited to, linking arms while walking in the hallways, napping beside you while you were reading or petting a random cat, "accidentally" falling asleep on your shoulder in History of Magic, and letting you guide him through assignments in herbology and potions class so he took the correct measurements (his grades improved, which is always a plus).

It takes a little bit of encouragement from Sebastian, but by the week's end, he courts you in one of his favorite spots outside the castle, gathering flowers, candles, and everything.

You truly made him feel loved..and he was going to do his best to reciprocate that.

How he wishes he could see the looks on those Gryffindor preps' faces when they realize the "hero of Hogwarts" is his date.

Poppy Sweeting

Considering how little she spoke to other students, even ones from her own house, this Hufflepuff found it difficult to get close to you at first.

You being hailed as a "hero" made it especially challenging, as you seemed constantly busy and people were bugging you for attention/advice/help....all while Poppy was standing in the background, forcing a smile.

Of course, you always made time to help her rescue beasts. It became your passion, and she was happy about that. Your adventures together allowed you to connect on an emotional level.

The moment she knew she was in love was the night when you both observed a Mooncalf dance, trying to make sense of the pattern those sweet big-eyed creatures left behind.

No matter how many times you've seen them, their dances are spectacular--ever captivating.

But when Poppy asked for your opinion on the pattern she drew out, she stops after seeing your breathtaking smile, eyes practically sparkling in the glow of the moonlight..

And suddenly that's all she could focus on.

Suddenly that was the most beautiful thing in the world.

Since then, her jealousy around other students has increased tenfold...especially when one jerk who disrespected beasts bragged about their poacher parents and invited you to visit their camp.

You've never seen a girl Depulso another student so fast in your life, but Poppy acts like nothing ever happened.

Similar to Sebastian, her jealousy manifests in the form of glares and general scorn towards anyone trying to ask you out on a date (which you, fortunately, decline).

She 100% rambles to the beasts about you.

If Highwing and Lord of the Shore could talk, they'd tell her to just stfu and confess to you already bc the tension is killing them.

It only (finally) happens when you invite her to the Vivarium for the first time, and they both nudge you two together, not backing down until you finally kiss.

If any of yall know that scene in Pokémon Scarlet/Violet where the box legendary pushes Arven towards his friends...that's this exact situation.

Leander Prewett

There's not doubt that this Gryffindor was going to grow jealous of your rising popularity in Summoner's Court and Crossed Wands.

He's a sore loser, while you have generally good sportsmanship..but he secretly appreciates you encouraging him to keep practicing. He only keeps going because of your words alone.

Outside of classes and competitions, he tries to hang out with you but oftentimes your attention goes to other people--whether it's professors keeping you after class to go over extra assignments or a friend sending you an owl with an urgent request.

You don't mean to keep ditching him, but to him it feels like you're always "too busy" for him.

Leander just scowls at the owls while they stare back at him like "hey, don't shoot the messenger".

Yet even when you do manage to spend time together, he only ever asks about your recent escapades....and then refuses to believe them despite you explaining them in great detail.

To this day, he still isn't convinced you possess ancient magic.

But the truth is that he wants to believe you. He admires your bravery and is insanely in love with that aspect of you....though he doesn't know how to express that.

He wishes he can relate and have cool stories to tell, but when people bring up his name they only ever talk about his constant failures.

He doesn't feel any better when others rush to defend your acts of heroism, thinking he's being a jerk.

The truth is you actually loved him and his company despite your frequent banter, but believed him to be way out of your league.

At least until the day Professor Kogawa assigned you to help him after flying class, citing the lack of respect he's been showing to his broom and your good influence on classmates.

He saw this as his chance to impress you...and failed miserably as he was unable to focus and snapped at his broom in frustration, causing it to whack him in the face just as a group of Slytherins passed by.

They laughed and teased him relentlessly, but after scaring them off with a chomping cabbage...you realized Leander had disappeared.

But he didn't go far as you discover him sulking near the lake, hiding himself with the Disillusionment charm (which you cancelled with Revelio).

It's there he finally talks about his true feelings towards you, and you see a more vulnerable side to the typically uptight Gryffindor.

In the end, you decide to give him a chance.

“Are you sure?”, Lucien had both of your hands in his as he repeated his question for what felt like a thousand times. “Yes, Lulu. Go!��, you squeezed his hands reassuringly. You had accompanied him to one of the autumn court balls. It had always been like that. If he was forced to go you always went with him. “I promise I will…”, Lucien started but you quickly cut him off, “No, promises. Go to her, she’s waiting in that garden for you”, you pushed him away slightly, nodding towards the balcony. He had been so miserable since Elain. Ready to give up on it all. It took months of trying to find his fire once again and now. Now you wanted him to live again. “You’re my favorite”, Lucien beamed, leaning in to kiss your cheek. “Careful, that might break hearts”, you teased him, making him roll his eyes as he turned toward the glass door. While you sent all the prayers you knew up to Mother in hopes of this girl being nothing like the others.

“Little brother is a troll for leaving a lady like you all alone”, the voice, deep as an autumn night filled your senses. Making goosebumps run down your arms. It was always like that. Had always been like that. But you shifted your face to cool indifference as you turned to face none other than the most annoying man alive.

“Don’t flatter yourself Eris”, you mused, eyes watching him as you slowly sipped on your drink. He looked you up and down. Fiery eyes scorched your skin as he drank you in. And as pathetic as it sounded you had picked the deep green dress in hopes of seeing him. It was so stupid. But beneath it all you wanted his attention. Wanted it just the same as you were a youngling. That girl he had turned down all those years ago still holding a candle out for him.

“Thought two months away from me would rekindle your love for me”, Eris smirked, changing your drink with a fresh one. His fingers barely touching yours but enough to make your whole body tingle. “Two decades wouldn’t be enough time away from you”, you smiled at him bitterly. Eris simply licked his lips before chuckling softly, “Mother, do i love when you bring your claws out. Do you bite too?”, he was always like this. A flirt. A womanizer. Girls circled him like moths but they only got burnt by him.

“You’re pathetic, Eris”, with a roll of an eye you turned from him. Suddenly wishing that you hadn’t let Lucien go after all. Wishing that your dress wasn’t as revealing, because breathing suddenly became more harder. “Heard the mission was a success”, Eris called out making you halt. You were a general in Night court. Purely a dig at Eris. Or that’s how you wanted it to look. Because you didn’t let yourself think about Beron with his hand around your throat no more. Didn’t let yourself think about the reason you chose to move courts. Leave. Run…

“How many times did you pull Luci out of a ditch?”, Eris’s asked making you blink a couple of times as his voice chased the old memory away. “A couple”, you snorted, before turning to face the heir of fire once more, “he’s lost, I think…”, you muttered the last part glancing towards the glass door.

“In males and females, yes he is”, Eris sighed, turning to face your way as well, eyes no doubt catching a glimpse of Lucien twirling a strand of the girl's hair around his fingers. “But I rather he explores his desires than rots in a room because of an unreciprocated love”, his words made your heart skip a beat and for the first time that night, you had looked at him. Seen him. The tired eyes. The hallowed face. He was strong. Had always been. But his demons weren’t kind to him. “Speaking from experience?”, you smiled at him sweetly. Eris slowly lifted his hand, his fingers softly tracing your jaw, “Oh, you don’t even imagine, my dear”. It was so tender. So soft. But you had been a victim of his actions before. So as much as your heart drummed against the locks and cages you had put around it, you found it hard to let this feel special.

“Sometimes i wonder why you hate me”, you muttered and it’s as if your words. Words that were barely a whisper had chased the softness away. Eris’s eyes darkened once more as he set his jaw. “You’re too easy”, he said in that well-practiced cold tone. “Oh, here we go again”, you grunted, shaking your head but not daring to look away from him just yet. Eris watched you for a moment before muttering, “You’re ready to bleed for anyone if they hold you in the right way”, and it’s as if all the air around you had been sucked out. The room seemed to tilt as Eris’s words slammed into you. Your eyes stung with a promise of tears but you refused to let him see you cry. “At least I’m willing to let people hold me, not like you”, you clipped back, showing your glass against his chest, before turning to leave. Pushing through the nauseating sea of people. Pulling at the corset ribbons in the hope of letting any more air into your lungs.

One of the last things John Dory had expected when he'd settled himself on the beach outside Bruce's resort was Clay plopping himself down next to him. Truthfully, they'd been getting along much better in the few months that had passed since Floyd had been rescued, but there was still plenty of tension between the middle and eldest brother. They'd talked through a small handful of issues, such as Clay's bitterness about John taking all the fun out of him being the 'Fun Boy', and John's incessant need for their past performances to be 'perfect'. However, the two still did not tend to purposefully seek out each others company.

"Uh…hello?" John chuckled rather awkwardly, offering Clay a lopsided smile, "What's up?"

Clay simply stared out at the ocean for a moment, before turning his gaze to John Dory. "Tell me about Mom and Dad."

John blinked, a bit taken aback by the sudden demand without preamble. "Sorry, what?"

Clay rolled his eyes, but didn't seem particularly annoyed by John's confusion. "Tell me about Mom and Dad. I don't really remember a whole lot, and I know you've got a memory like a steel trap."

"Oh. I suppose you were only about nine when they were taken, weren't you?" John mostly muttered to himself, rubbing at his chin. "Okay, sure. Uh, is there anything in particular you wanna know?"

With a short shrug Clay leaned back on his hands, turning to stare back out at the ocean. "I dunno…Got any fun stories from when we were kids?"

John thought about that for a moment, before snapping his fingers, a grin spreading across his face. "Yeah! When we were little, Mom used to make up all sorts of fun little dances while she was doing chores and things around the pod. She liked singing well enough, but she loved dancing. One of my personal favorites of hers was her laundry dance. When you were old enough to walk on your own, you started trying to mimic her dance moves. You usually wound up falling over and tugging whatever laundry Mom had just hung up down, and getting all tangled up." John let out a fond laugh, shifting to sit forward a bit. "She'd laugh and help you get untangled, all while you cried about messing up the dance."

"Is that why you got me doing the choreo for BroZone?" Clay sniffed, a small frown on his face.

John sighed, his joy at recalling his mother quickly dampened by Clay's apparent need to constantly remind John Dory of what a horrible brother he'd been. "Maybe a bit, yeah," he admitted quietly, letting out a little puff of air. "You loved dancing. With Mom, especially. I guess, maybe…maybe it was a bit to keep her spirit alive with us. With the band." He sighed, rubbing at his face, "That sounds selfish."

Clay snorted, shooting John a wry smile. "It totally does, man."

"Shut up," John laughed, shoving his brother gently in the shoulder. Clay swayed slightly, but made no move to retaliate. John chewed on the inside of his cheek for a moment, before blurting, "You look like her."

Clay startled slightly, turning wide eyes on John. "Excuse me, what?"

"Sorry, I-ugh," John raked his fingers though his hair in mild irritation at himself. "You look like Mom. You take after her. A lot. The rest of us sort of take mostly after Dad, but you look so much like Mom. And it's way more apparent, now that you're older."

"Do I?" Clay sat up and glanced at his hands, flexing his fingers.

"Yeah, bro. Mom was super into books, and she had all these amazing ideas," John sighed wistfully, watching the waves roll into the sandy shore, "She was super smart, and really kind. And she was just ridiculous. Any time one of us would go to her with some stupid little kid idea, she'd do her best to help us achieve whatever it was, even if it was practically impossible." He laughed, before he began to rummage around int the pockets of his vest, finally pulling out a well worn photo. "Here! I almost forgot I had this on me."

Clay accepted the photo reverently, eyes wide as he took in the still frame from so long ago in their past. A very young John Dory was stood next to a tall, lean looking troll with voluminous teal hair. Clay barely recognized himself in the photo, a trolling no older than perhaps five, propped on her hip, shyly waving at the camera. "Is that…?"

"Oh," Clay murmured, startling a bit as a wet drop hit the corner of the picture. He tipped his head back to find the sky devoid of clouds, only to quickly touch his face and realize he'd begun to cry.

"Even despite being in that cage, she always did her best to make sure everyone always had a smile on their face," John continued quietly, not noticing his brothers plight. "After Mom and Dad got taken, you started trying to do that. Fill that void that Mom left behind, trying to make everyone laugh or smile…" Finally, he looked up to find Clay with silent tears pouring down his ruddy cheeks. He looked alarmed for a moment, reaching out hesitantly, not quite sure if his touch was welcome, only to jerk in surprise as Clay fell into his side with a sniffle. With mild trepidation he gently settled his arm around Clay's shoulders, giving him a little squeeze.

They sat in silence for a few minutes, the only sound the soft crashing of the waves on the beach, and Clay's quiet, hiccupping sobs.

"I forgot what she looked like," Clay admitted after a time, not moving from his brother's hold.

"Sometimes I forget, too," John sighed, rubbing Clay's shoulder, "It's why I'm so glad I managed to get hold of our old photo albums when I went back to the tree. You can keep that one, if you want."

"Can I?"

You are a close friend of Jim and Toby, having grown up with them on the same block. You became a trio: inseparable. You were with Jim as he picked up the amulet, you were running beside Toby as Bular hunted you three down, and you were beside the two as you graced the grounds of Trollmarket. Your mind is completely blown by it. You were already off running around: taking notes in your math notebook of what you saw, the types of trolls that were around, facts Blinky spewed out, and even that big blue grumpy one that threatened Jim in front of you!

While your intellect proves to be insightful on the battlefield, your clumsiness also poses a potential threat to yourself and others. Regardless, you’re a valued member of the Trollhunters and have garnered respect from most of Trollmarket (and even Vendel himself). You have helped countless times, and even put your life on the line for others. Now… here are the thoughts of some specific residents of Trollmarket! >:]

Draal

Before the duel with Jim, your optimism confuses him, if not annoys him. He legit just threatened to kill your best friend, and all you can do is stare at him with stars in your eyes. Great to have admirers, he supposes. Even if they are some imposter, wannabe Trollhunter’s ally. As you walk away with the group, he can’t help but guffaw as you trip over your feet. If these were the Trollhunter’s allies- the supposed saviors of man and trollkind- then the world truly was doomed.

After getting humbled by Jim, his attitude begins to shift more. Yes, there are moments of annoyance (especially when you ask to measure his horns or teeth and ramble about things he doesn’t understand), but overall you’re strange, and it’s amusing. You are easily impressed by nearby anything he does, and that’s fine. It’ll start to fuel his ego again.

You start to hang around Jim’s more often than not and Draal enjoys having you around. The majority of the time you’re taking notes, and when you’re not, you’re geeking out about some vampire books and other fixations. He tells you he’s met a few, and when you ask if they’re anything like in the shows you watch (attractive, seductive), he hits you with a hard “no” and laughs at your disappointment. Human’s obsession with vampires was so strange.

Draal teases you a lot, and even if it’s mean-spirited you just go along with it the majority of the time. If you do mention something, he’ll back down from it. But it doesn’t stop him from occasionally knocking that new novel you got from the library out of your hand.

Video games are rather confusing to him. Not that he hates them of course! But he doesn’t quite enjoy them as much as Arrrgh does. Of course, he’ll play the more violent games you have, but he doesn’t care for the shooters. He’d much rather tear them apart with his bare hands, thank you very much. There was one time when you had to beg Draal to not destroy your TV the first time you introduced him to Skyrim.

Table-top games on the other hand? Absolutely! He loves playing DnD with you. He likes having more interaction and freedom with the choices he makes when compared to video games where you have to follow the plot. Blinky or Toby often narrates when you have game nights with the group. Out of everyone, you and Draal are the most competitive. You two both get into character and often come up with strategies. Sometimes a little too much for everyone’s liking. The table often gets crushed, and there have been times when you both were at each other’s throats. 

You’re now his little sibling. No questions asked. You jokingly mention something along the lines of a “found-family” trope, and after a brief explanation of it, he just subtly agrees with that being your relationship with him. Prepare for a protective big brother, even if you know your way around trouble. 

Arrrgh

You both are automatically besties. That’s it, I don’t make the rules. There’s no doubt about it that you’re all over him when you first get to meet Arrrgh. While Jim is stressed about trolls in his home and Toby is freaking out, you’re bombarding the giant, green ball of moss with millions of questions. He thinks it's adorable and while slightly overwhelmed, he doesn’t mind responding to them. His answers are short and vague though, and Blinky ends up intervening and answers with more detail. 

It honestly doesn’t take a lot for him to grow attached to you. He finds your energy very endearing, and you manage to light up the room with it even during the most hopeless times. You surprisingly don’t get as overwhelmed compared to everyone else in the group, though it doesn’t stop Arrrgh from checking up on you. You might wanna write down how much of a good comfort buddy he is.

Speaking of which! If you are down, he won’t hesitate to do what he can to comfort you. If you need to vent, he is all ears. He isn’t much of a talker, but by God, he is a good listener. His advice is short and simple: usually straight to the point. Regardless, it doesn’t undermine how sweet and thoughtful his words are. Most of the time you talk about how overwhelming your parents are, and often he assures you that only wants the best for you but doesn’t know how to show it. A part of you thinks otherwise, but you know that they do mean well. 

When you visit Toby’s house, the three of you have movie nights. A pillow fort is made in Toby’s room and you both bring all the movies you can. There’s finally the night when you manage to convince the two (mainly Toby) to binge-watch Twilight. You get so giddy it was hard not to laugh at your reaction for Arrrgh. He doesn’t understand the plot, but he’s interested in it. As much as Toby wanted to hate it, he couldn’t help but rant about Bella’s decisions with you and listening how she could’ve bettered herself. Arrrgh just nods, having been seated between the two of you and not able to escape the conversation. 

This troll is pretty protective of you. You’re very capable of yourself, there’s no doubt about it. But again, your clumsiness is what gets you into trouble the majority of the time. There have been instances where you indirectly killed a goblin leader. Taking them head-on during their frenzied state is near impossible, but for Arrrgh, he’s more than willing to take it as a means of defending you. Thankfully, you are pretty witty, so you do find ways to drive them away from you.

As seen in the show, Arrrgh does love video games! You have a considerable amount of video games, ranging from violent ones like Mortal Combat to non-violent ones like Animal Crossing (one of Arrrgh’s favs). Knowing his past, you tend to stray away from the more mature games and settle for the “kiddie” stuff. Arrrgh loves Cooking Mama and Little Friends. Just remind him to be gentle with your switch- sometimes he forgets his strength.

Blinky:

Blinky would not hesitate to admit it, but it’s nice having someone who shares the same enthusiasm as he does! Especially when it comes to learning. While the troll cares deeply for Jim, he can admit that when it comes to their lessons, his less than enthusiastic attitude towards it can be drab. If not, a bit discouraging. With you, however, it’s a complete 180. He always sees you taking notes, commenting on their cultures with genuine intellect, and your analysis is always endearing to listen to. Although you still have much to learn, you are on the right track.

Besides that, you’re always a delight to be around with! He can’t help but admire your charming nature, even if at times you are ditzy. He knows you always mean well, so he can’t hold it against you. He’s most definitely “Marcy-proofed” his library; AKA, he’s put his more “delicate” items in safer places, and the potentially dangerous ones are hidden away.

While Blinky teaches you all the ropes of troll culture, you return the favor by explaining human culture to him. It’s honestly a mix of easy, and difficult. It’s not that Blinky’s dumb (no, far from that actually) or that you’re a bad teacher, it’s just the fact that he’s misinterpreted human customs and inventions for so many years. 

When he turns human, you are most definitely the one teaching him how to drive… which was, all in all, a terrible idea. You knew how to drive. You had just gotten your permit for Pete’s sake! Blinky on the other hand? He’s a wild rider. You lost track of how many times you both almost crashed into a divider just because he assumed you were able to drive on it, or how many times you prayed he wouldn’t take the yellow light. When he finally stopped driving, you insisted you could both walk home.

Video games aren't his forte. The concept of them is interesting, especially with how much they are able to fit into a small disk! But alas, they are but treats to the normal troll. Although it doesn't stop him from being interested in what you have to show. The gruesome games intrigue him. Do humans really like violence that much? It doesn't really shock him that much. They haven't changed much even after centuries, have they?

Like Arrrgh, he’s a good listener. His advice is genuine too, especially when you run away to Trollmarket when things aren’t going well at home. You’ve come there an alarming amount of times to a point the conditions of your home were concerning him. Especially when you break in front of him, wailing about the pressures and stress you feel from your parents and the potential of moving out of Arcadia. At home, you feel unloved if you don’t achieve your parents' goals. They have given you so much, yet you feel you give so little in return. You love your parents, but being with them is draining.

Although Troll's culture is different when it comes to humans, he knows the burdens of expectations are all the same. That pressure of knowing that your best isn’t enough… he’s felt that. He assures you that you are doing your best, more than others could. He assures you that your tears are not a sign of weakness, but a glimpse of your strength. He assures you that you are enough. It surprises him when you suddenly hug him, though it doesn’t stop him from embracing you as well.

Was doing research for my Hero is Back fic, and from watching videos of great ape parents and historical baby foods; Dasheng likely had to feed Silly Girl by pre-chewing her food for her.

Primates of all sizes help wean their babies by chewing pieces of food and passing it to them, either by hand or by mouth (some scientists believe kissing originated from this gesture). Apes in particular, like gorillas and orangutans, do so because their main foods (tree fruits, nuts, and vegetation) are simply too big and tough for the babies to try and chew on. Cultures where baby food isn't readily available also practice this method.

And ofc in Hero is Back, Dasheng is stuck with two smaller ape babies (Liuer and Silly Girl) and needs a way to feed them. We even see signs of this when he chews up a piece of meat and offers the same piece to Liuer when he thinks he's asking for food.

Dashing, thinking: "Wait... are human infants this size weaned or not? Crap, do I bird-feed this one too?"

Silly Girl is ofc very ambitious for a teething baby; she can't even break the skin of the fish.

So now I'm imagining later down the road when Dasheng has just accepted that he's got two kids and a pig now, Silly Girl starts fussing.

Silly Girl: "Waaaaa-!" Bajie: "What's the matter with her?" Liuer: "I don't know! She's been grumbling for a while now." Dasheng: (*effortlessly picks Silly Girl out of her carrier. Bites a peach and passes her some of the chewed fruit*) Silly Girl: (*happily accepts the pre-chewed peach!*) Bajie & Liuer, mix of fascination and disgust: "Ew." "Whoa!" Liuer: "What was that, Dasheng?" Dasheng, continues feeding Silly Girl: "She's hungry. Don't have milk. Infants who've first fangs have broken can be fed this way... don't you remember being weaned?" Liuer: "No... Sifu adopted me when I was a baby. I remember eating rice porridge but not much else. Sifu couldn't have fed me like that any way cus he didn't have teeth back then either!" (*wide smile*) Dasheng: (*tiny warm smile breaks through*) Bajie, interrupts sweet moment: "The farmer just left me in and my brothers in a trough with some kitchen run-off and we figured it out from there." Dasheng, annoyed glare: "Explains your manners." (*resumes walking, holding Silly Girl like a parent monkey do*) Bajie, running after him, offended: "And what does that mean?!" Liuer, running to catch up: "You did eat all of that fish..." Bajie: "Without salt!"

It's about here that Dasheng realises that Liuer is literally an orphan, and not just a kid learning at a monastery. And if the boy's claims of trolls stealing infants is true, then there's a good chance a few of them are orphans too...

Hello! I just wanna say that I love your writing and thanks so much for sharing it :) I noticed a really cool thing you do in how you’ve extrapolated on and built upon Leo and Draxum’s father + son relationship, like in Port in a Storm, the Room fic, and I think there was another one shot where Draxum gave Leo tea after screaming himself hoarse (apologies if I’m confusing you with another author on that one). You’ve given them a really interesting dynamic. I’m curious if there was anything in particular that inspired the way you write them or maybe what your thought process was behind it?

I'll admit I kind of Draxum-pilled myself, haha. I love a good redemption arc, and while the one we got in canon was unfortunately cut short (not their fault, of course), the bones of what Draxum and the boys could be are strong, and I love playing with them, particularly where it comes to Draxum and Leo, who initially seem like they'd have the hardest time becoming close. My feelings about them really started to grow in IMBI, where Draxum was initially supposed to only show up in one scene but then steadily integrated himself more and more into the story.

I don't really know if I have a specific inspiration, but I think Draxum and Leo have a dynamic that is particularly interesting to explore and I just like diving into that. Draxum is entering these kids' lives as an adult authority figure pretty late, something that's always contentious even when you aren't a reformed bad guy who dropped one of your "step-sons" off a roof. And Leo holds a grudge, so that makes him particularly resistant to coming around on Draxum (even though I headcanon that he doesn't actively fight Draxum's presence within the family, because it makes Mikey happy). At the same time, Leo seems generally desperate for adults he feels safe coming to, which is why he seeks out Hueso so readily and what gets him in trouble with Jupiter Jim and that one basketball guy. Leo is a pretty insecure kid and he doesn't want to be the one calling the shots (even though he's good at it) - he wants a "dad" around that he can run to when things get scary, who will make it all better for him. And unfortunately his own dad hasn't always done so well at that (though I do think he's had his moments and is getting better!).

On Draxum's end, I take him at his word that he's come to care for all four of the boys by the end of S2 (I just handwave that some development happened we didn't get to see). But while he may genuinely care for Leo's wellbeing, the two of them don't really... mesh. Besides the grudge Leo is holding, there's other things working against them: not having much in common, Leo's propensity for trolling, the fact that he's kinda annoying (but he's a kid, kids are supposed to be annoying), having personalities that go together like oil and water, etc. So while I think that Draxum has accepted Leo as one of his sons and would move heaven and earth to save him if something were to happen to him, he doesn't really want to hang out with Leo. He's not going to ask him to come play catch, as it were. And Leo really really wants a dad to come play catch with him, so that just furthers the contentious relationship between them.

This is why I like forcing them into situations where Draxum does have to directly show he cares for Leo's wellbeing. Left to their own devices, Draxum would be content in knowing that he cares for Leo even if Leo doesn't know this himself, and Leo would just accept that Draxum doesn't like him and he doesn't like Draxum and he's! totally! fine with that!! for real!!! And they would probably never grow closer as people as a result. But forced into a situation where Draxum has to show he cares for Leo, has to show he will move heaven and earth to protect him, lowers Leo's own walls as he starts to open himself up to the possibility that Draxum is one of those adults he can feel safe with.

I don't think Draxum and Leo ever get to a point where they're each other's first choice to spend their free time with, even as Draxum will spend quality time with Mikey, Raph, and Donnie, and I do think Leo will razz him about dropping him off a roof until the end of time. But Draxum becomes someone Leo knows is a safe place, somewhere he can go when he has a problem, when he needs help, when he's just scared, and Draxum will be there for him. He may not shower Leo in hugs and kisses and he may not offer him honeyed words of comfort, but he'll make sure Leo has food and a place to sleep, that Leo can talk out what he's feeling without judgement, that he can just exist without any expectations placed on him, unconditionally, forever.

Because that's what a dad is supposed to do. ^^

Someone nearby muttered, "Can you please calm down?" 

You sassed back, "Mind your beeswax...I have ADHD; it's kinda hard to calm down."

Balin chuckled, making you smile. He loves your no-bullshit attitude and boundless energy.

Dwalin:

Dwalin was in a bad mood. So when he saw you bouncing around him and talking nonstop, he was getting frustrated. 

Before he knew it, he blurted out, "You are giving me a headache!!" 

You fell silent, mumbled an apology, then slowed down and walked towards the back of the group. Dwalin let out a sigh of relief, only to feel Balin slap him on the head. 

"You better apologize to Y/N," he said sternly. 

"W-what?" Dwalin stammered.

Realizing his mistake, Dwalin nodded and slowed his pace to walk beside you.

Óin noticed right away. To your surprise, he started asking you a bunch of questions. 

"Can you describe what it feels like to zone out? How does ADHD affect your routine? If Kili had ADHD, what advice would you give him?" 

He was fascinated by your perspective and loved hearing it.

He would say, "You bring such a unique perspective. I really admire your energy."

Glóin: 

You and Glóin hadn't talked much during the trip; you were too focused on surviving trolls and goblins. Once you reached Laketown, you were surprised when he approached you. 

"Y/N, are you okay?" he asked, touching your shoulder. 

"Yeah, just a little banged up from those barrels," you replied, smiling. 

"No, I mean... Are you still affected by Mirkwood? I've noticed you staring off into space and getting super... bouncy," he said, looking concerned. 

"Oh, Glóin, I'm fine. I have ADHD. It makes me lose focus or ramble sometimes," you explained. 

He sighed with relief and gave you a big hug. "Oh, thank goodness!"

Bifur: 

After a long day of hiking, the company stopped for the day. Thorin was annoyed, making everyone start their nightly chores early. Bifur took on the task of gathering firewood alongside you. After you got deeper into the forest, Bifur noticed you were distracted. He paid no mind while gathering wood, occasionally looking up to see if you were nearby. He noticed you squatting, staring at something before he called out. You didn't even look up. Confused, he walked over to see what you were doing. He saw you squatting around some mushrooms, watching a green inchworm. Smiling, he sat down and watched the worm with you. There would be plenty of time later to gather firewood, so why not enjoy the moment? 

Bofur: 

You had been daydreaming during the quiet moments of the journey. It was one of those days.

"What are you thinking about, Y/N?" Bofur asked, walking up to you. 

"Huh?" you said, turning to look at him. 

He was all smiles, unlike the somber mood of the group. 

"Caught you daydreaming, didn't I?" he laughed. 

"Was I?" you asked, slightly embarrassed. "My ADHD makes me zone out sometimes."

He smiled. "No need to worry! I daydream, too. Recently, it's been about the treasure in Erebor," he winked. 

Bombur: 

It was dinner time at the campsite, and everyone was settling for the night. Bombur noticed you sitting alone, focusing on your jacket instead of eating. He walked over with a bowl of stew. 

"Hey, Y/N, what are you up to?" he asked.

"Huh? Oh, sorry, I was fixing this hole. It's been bothering me," you said, glancing at him. 

"Don't forget to eat," he said, putting the bowl beside you. "Not sure when we'll have this good of meat again." 

You realized you were so focused on the jacket that you hadn't eaten yet. "Right, right, right," you said, taking the bowl. "I swear this ADHD makes me forget the simplest things something. Thank you." 

He looked surprised but smiled when you added, "Actually, do you want to eat with me? I could use the company." 

You two stuck together for the rest of the trip, ensuring each other ate.

Ori: 

Sitting by the fire, Ori glanced over and saw you reading. 

"Oh, is that the book Bilbo suggested?" he said. 

"Yes, it is! You replied. 

"How is it?" he asked, leaning in. 

"Well, it's been okay so far. I just…ugh. I've been on the same sentence for like the last 10 minutes!"

"Do you need glasses or more light?"

"No, I have ADHD, so sometimes reading can be tough for me...actually, could you read this to me? It would really help," you said, handing him the book. 

"Sure, I would love to! I've wanted to read this book too." 

"Perfect!" you said, snuggling in, ready for the story! 

Dori: 

Dori was lecturing you one evening about how to clean your blades. 

"Y/n, you needed to get all your supplies laid out like this. Now I prefer to arrange them by order…" He droned on and on, and you found it difficult to listen to him. You ended up staring at his beard bead before you heard him say your name. "Y/n, do you even hear me, y/n?! Are you even listening?" You blushed, realizing you'd been caught. 

"Sorry, Dori, kinda zoned out....ADHD, you know," you say, embarrassed.

Dori is a little flustered by your response. He is about to say something when Nori chimes in. 

"Don't worry, we don't listen to him either," Nori laughed. 

"Nori!" Dori yelled, standing up to lecture his brother. Before he walked off, he added, "Thank you for telling me, Y/N. I didn't know."

You smiled, knowing there were no hard feelings.

Nori: 

"Ugh, where is it?" you groaned, looking around your sleeping mat. 

You lost your hairbrush for the billionth time during this adventure. Frustrated, you started to tear apart your bag. 

"Need any help?" you heard someone say. 

Looking up, you saw Nori standing above you. 

"Yes," you grunted out, looking defeated. 

"Well, what are we looking for?" Nori said, squatting down and picking up your bag. 

"I've already looked in there, you said." Grabbing another bag to look through, "... I'm looking for my hairbrush." 

You start to throw shirts and belts out of the bag before you hear an ahem. You look up and see Nori holding your hairbrush. 

"My brush! Where did you find it?" you asked excitedly. 

"It was in the bag you already looked in," Nori said, amused. 

"Omg," you groan. "ADHD: always keeping things interesting," you said sarcastically. 

"I know how you feel. Why do you think I keep "borrowing" things?" he said, giving you a wink. 

You both end up laughing. 

Thorin: 

Thorin has been watching you for a few days now. He saw you fidgeting, zoning out in conversations, and getting off track. He was nervous for you, thinking you were scared. One night, he decided to address it with you. 

"Y/N," he said, sitting down. 

"Hi, Thorin," you said. 

He cleared his throat. "I've noticed recently… that you've been fidgeting around." Thorin pauses, looking at you. "I know this adventure isn't going as planned. And… it's perfectly fine to be scared-." You cut him off, laughing. 

He looks at you, confused. 

"I'm not scared; I actually have ADHD. It just makes me... you know," you said, trailing off. 

Thorin nodded, realizing how much you had opened up. "I'm sorry, Y/N, for the misunderstanding," he said.

With a small smile, you looked up at him. 

"Thank you for confiding in me," he said, reaching for your hand and squeezing it.

Fíli: 

While traveling to Erebor, you found yourself walking next to Fili, talking about your interests. You didn't realize how much you were talking before you heard Fili laugh. 

"What?" you ask, a little confused. 

"You!" he says, shaking his head and smiling. “You're really getting into it." 

Your smile drops, and a slow blush covers your face. 

"Oh, was I? When I get onto a topic I like, I go on and on. My ADHD gets me going. I'm sorry..." you trail off. 

"No, no, "he says, patting your back. "I like that you get super invested! ... You're adorable when you talk about your interests." 

You hear "oohs" from the rest of the group, poking fun at Fíli's flirting. Rest assured, Fíli asked you more questions about your interests for the rest of the trip, hoping to get to know you a little more *wink wink*. 

Kíli: 

Double trouble. That's what they called you two. Since joining this adventure, you and Kili have instantly hit it off. You were glued to his side, talking for hours and causing mischief. One evening, neither of you could sleep. 

"Kili, do you want to play cards?" you said. 

Kili doesn't respond. 

"Kili," you said again, bumping his shoulder. He quickly looked up and smiled awkwardly. 

"Sorry," he said. "I kinda zoned out." 

You giggled. "No worries, I do that too." 

His face lights up. 

"Right! It happens all the time!" he said

"Especially when Balin is talking on and on—" 

"About how we need to pay attention. Same!" Kili interrupted excitedly! 

There is a quick silence before Kili scoots closer and asks, "Y/N, do you have ADHD?" 

"Yes. Why do you ask?" you said. 

He claps his hands together before saying, "Cause I do too! It's as if we're soulmates," he laughed. 

"Not sure soulmates is the right word," you said, blushing. 

He smiled and hugged you. "No matter the word, I'm glad I have someone like me around. Makes me feel good," he said, hugging you again.

Bilbo: 

Standing beside Bilbo, you could see him twisting his buttons. You had just narrowly missed death with trolls, and nerves were high.

"Here," you say, handing him a ring. 

"What's this for?" he says, looking at it. 

"So you can fidget with it. I saw you messing with your buttons." 

"T-Thanks," he says quickly, putting it on and twirling it around his finger."

"Are you nervous, too?" he asks, pointing to your fingers playing with your rings. 

"Yeah, plus it helps with my ADHD," you reply. 

A warm smile appears on his face, and he nods in understanding.

"Well, thank goddess, you have an extra one of these," he exclaims, his gaze fixed on the ring. "I appreciate it, thank you!"

Gandalf:

You were running late, as always. 

"Sh*t," you say, running down the road, hiking your bag up a little. 

You were late to meet up with Gandalf. He had invited you on an important trip and told you to meet him at noon. At this point, you were already 45 minutes late. Rounding the corner, you could see Gandalf in the distance, smoking on this pipe. Rushing up to him, you immediately start to ramble. 

"Gandalf, I'm really sorry! I didn't even realize what time it was. I got so caught up in a project I was working on that I lost track of time. My ADHD can make me hyper-focus on things, and I'm sorry if this caused any inconvenience. If you don't want me to go on this trip, I understand I  can-"He held up his hand, causing you to stop. 

Letting out a puff of smoke, he sits up and looks at you. "A wizard is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to….and I know, dear Y/N, that you arrived exactly when you were supposed to," he chuckles. 

You smile, knowing Gandalf understands and isn't bothered by your delay. 

"Come now," he says, "off to the Shire."

Collaborative between me and @squirrelpatties. Truly our magnum opus

Jd: previously a frequent twitter e-clown infamous for name searching and starting beef with people who insulted him. His fanbase thought it was hilarious in a "grandpa escaped the hospital" way. Eventually was forced to relinquish control of @/brojohndoryofficial to his pr manager (clay) after he responded to 14 y/o @/j0ndryballzweat.

Floyd (part 1): his sex tape (with a fan he didnt know was a fan but thats hardly relevant) gets leaked. For the first three days everyone's timeline was full of "do NOT share it around, dont even look for it, if someone sends it to you IGNORE it, this is a disgusting breach of privacy" until Floyd addresses it by tweeting "decided to put on a different kind of show for you guys" and all hell breaks loose. Every tweets hidden replies are full of screencaps and reuploads for a month. People edit the video so just before anything explicit happens it's replaced by a video game cutscene or meme, which Floyd retweets a lot of. His brothers ask him to stop (both for publicity and bc it makes them uncomfortable) so he starts posting thirst traps on insta. Clay yells at him so Floyd tweets "clay just asked when I'm gonna get a girlfriend :/" which brings us to-

Clay: homophobia allegations. Admittedly the least serious and would have blown over quickly if it weren't for him panic tweeting "I'm not homophobic! My girlfriend is a bi lesbian!" People were NOT happy. It takes him three days of retweeting 'helpful educational threads and carrds' on lesbianism written by 14 y/os for people to get off his back. Viva understands.

Bruce: stays off social media bc its the mind killer so he lets clay take care of @/brobruceofficial. This goes well until clay gets drunk and thinks he's on his private account but is actually on Bruce's public. When he wakes up (hungover) in the morning hes got Bruce banging on his door asking why TMZ is reporting on him cheating on his wife. Bruce tells him to clear things up but clay JUST got the lesbians off his back and can't afford to be back in the hotseat...

Branch and poppy: branch was annoyed by all the branch/poppy rpf fanfic (poppy likes them bc she thinks they're cute and funny. When brozone go on tour she reads the smutty ones) so he suggested to poppy that they stage a fake breakup. Poppy is initially against the idea until branch brings up how much fun itd be to sneak around like a couple of teenagers. Poppy scrapbooks the tabloids about their breakup. Clay and Bruce blame clays drunken tweets on branch so clay seems like the victim. Poppy acknowledges this on twitter in a way that very heavily implies they broke up bc branch was cheating on her with her own sister. Viva does not understand. This one doesn't have a resolution yet bc we moved onto:

Barb: previous lesbian icon turned reactionary transphobe. Riff stopped associating with her once she started getting really public with it and now she keeps tweeting stuff like "you-know-who left me just to work with misogynists. Really makes you think 🤔 " which he ignores.

Riff: while still working with barb he was approached to collab with creek (damage control for the... unsavoury things he said about rock trolls). The second the song released he tweeted "wow that guy was an asshole LOL" bc he didn't realise he wasn't supposed to do that. Cut contact with barb once her transphobia went from "mild, I can fix her" to "jesus fucking christ". Briefly worked with Floyd until his second controversy at which point riff tweeted "cmon, man" and turned off his phone. Riff hasn't done anything wrong and he deserves a lot better

Velvet: crafted the perfect expose thread on Floyd when she was in prison, including "pro life" "publicly sharing inappropriate sexual content" and "uses the toothpaste flag". Posts it the second she gets let out of prison and instantly becomes #1 on trending (alongside "floyd" "pro life" and "#HUGS4CLAY).

Floyd (part 2): tweets "why does it even matter that I'm pro life if I'm gay and don't 'believe' in 'voting'" before doing another line off his boyfriends torso. People bring his leaked nudes back up and start insulting his dick size and its the first time hes ever let a controversy bother him. His next tweet is "I am not ashamed of my body" and the top reply (creek pfp) is "you should be ❤". Clay is biting the skin off his own tongue.

i did read the rules for requests, but im still not sure if this is a 'do-able' request but im gunna shoot my shot and ask any way? So, primitively, i'm sorry if this is weird and convoluted maybe. I know Sollux is dead before the human players get to the meteor, but for the sake of this, can we assume its an AU where Gamzee doesn't snap? I wanted to get something done for a GN reader who shows up with their players and is just immediately overwhelmed with the amount of people around now after spending so much time alone and ends up just gravitating towards Sollux because he isn't loud or boisterous and isn't constantly going out of his way trying to fill quadrants with everyone in sight (i know he has more than everyone else, but he isnt *actively* doing it) and its just more comfortable to be around him than the other humans and trolls and just kinda watches him do his stuff. They're pretty quiet until they've got a question about his code or something going on in the background they don't have context for, so they aren't actually super annoying, but have accidentally made him their emotional support alien xD QvQ I just really like the idea of chilling sitting beside him and pretending existence isn't as doomed as it is.

He was the calmest of all those who were there, even Dave, whom you used to consider the calmest of your acquaintances, now made a lot of noise when communicating with Karkat. Sollux preferred peace and quiet, and you hoped that he would not mind spending time with you. Sollux didn't expect you to start spending time with him, but you made a lot less noise than your friends, so he didn't mind you sitting with him

You and Sollux were sitting quietly together. You didn't bother him with unnecessary conversations and he was really comfortable with your company, and you were comfortable with him, while the others continued to make noise and cause you stress. But gradually the relationship between you became more and more friendly when you started asking him about the code that he wrote, or asked about what your friends were doing when you didn't understand at all what exactly they were doing. Your questions didn't annoy him, because you didn't ask him very often about something and it wasn't difficult for him to answer your questions, especially when it came to what he himself was interested in

You didn't fully understand why yourself, but you were more comfortable with him, an unfamiliar alien, than with your friends whom you had known for a long time. But you continued to communicate with Sollux, becoming a friend with him that you could trust. You didn't understand the specifics of troll relationships, but you didn't need to. You were friends who were comfortable around each other

Your friends sometimes joked that Sollux was your emotional support alien, but neither of you cared much. I wanted to enjoy fishing alone, but Takeomi and Benkei came along. The aim this time was yellowfin tuna. Takeomi got tired of not being able to catch anything after 3 hours on the boat and said he wanted to go home, while Benkei was seasick and exhausted. I knew I shouldn't have brought them along.

Failure story: I found a girl being bullied by a kid in the park, so I kicked him from behind and saved her. But they were Baji and Emma just practicing karate. Sorry about that time, Baji.

A day on his life: The gym is closed today. Takeomi persistently invited me out for a drink. I usually don’t go, but we went to an izakaya together. His drinking is long. At first it's fun, but as we get deeper into it, he starts to brag.

He talks about the Brahman Senju created as if he created it. He has always been like that. I remember he used to brag about Shinichiro's achievements as if he himself had done them. Shinichiro liked him including such a bad part of him.

I saw someone asking for fics where branch is the kidnapped troll, and while I plan on fleshing this out, here’s just rough ideas of how it would go :)

This AU starts a few weeks after World tour. Velvet and veneer hear about Branch and see him singing with the other trolls, and made the plane of taking him to use him for his voice. When Branch is out helping assist trolltopia, he’s out in the woods gathering materials for some buildings. He's singing some tunes and stuff, maybe on old bro zone song. While he’s distracted velvet and veneer are close by and heard branch singing. It was angelic and beautiful. So when he’s not paying attention, they hit him with some local anastasia from their parents' dental clinic . And ofc later when branch is late to some meetup, people try to find him only to just straight up not. So they go to a more mystery movie and try to find branch. However it isn’t until velvet sends out the note saying branch is kidnapped, which is a month before the original timeline. JD goes to find branch himself but sees that he’s in a diamond and learns that the perfect family harmony is the only thing to break it. after John Dory finds the pop village and tells Poppy and the others about him and his brothers. So they go on a trip to find Branch and the other brothers. It’s pretty much the same but the brothers end up fighting more often bc of the stress of finding their baby brother, so poppy and I believe another troll like guy and tiny help mediate their fights. When they get to mount rageous, floyd is the one to break in with poppy and saw branch trapped in the diamond. They were happy but soon had to leave because they couldn’t free him obviously. and ofc they heard the other brothers got trapped as well . and it went the same, viva showed up. And Bridget and Gristle show up, but not on honeymoon but just to support their friends. And it goes the same and Floyd sings ‘as it was’ and they free him and he dies for a second and comes back.

or, when branch first gets to floyd, poppy isn’t with him bc something with tiny diamond being too tired. And Branch makes the decision to talk to velvet and veneer about switching with floyd. They agree after hearing him sing. So branch is now in the perfume bottle, and Floyd is let go, to find his brothers and Poppy and tiny. Fast forward to the final show, velvet and veneer are passing the spray bottle between them during the chase. And viva shows up, and it’s much more annoying trying to keep 6 trolls away from you then 3. Floyd is still too weak in this to do much but he keeps distracting velvet and veneer while others try to get the bottle. Branch’s bottle is secured on a strap attached to velvet. So when they finish the final song, branch is still stuck on the belt. Floyd would be the one to start singing. I think instead of ‘better place’ he would sing ‘as it was’ by Harry Styles. Ofc it could start as it originally sounds but then more passionate towards the end of the song. And they hit the perfect harmony and free branch and veneer admits to him and velvet being frauds. However, Floyd passed out but he didn't fade out like he does in the movie.

I like the second one a bit better, but it’s up to opinions. Hope you enjoy this rough idea, you can treat it as some suggestions. if any one makes a story and it follows most of it, pls just mention me :)

It annoyed me the way TBGO used Creek because Honestly I feel he does have legit potential for a good redemption story and still could in a future film given its separate cannon to the tv show.

assuming the movies stick to being their own cannon and don't merge with the Tv shows cannon in which case Creek has already been accepted back into the Village.

I feel him returning in a future main film and having a Redemption Arc could actually work

like imagine if in a future film Branch and Poppy maybe hear about some sorta Threat to the Village like maybe a new tribe of species who are dangerous marauders who they hear are heading in the direction of their village.

and will attack them in say a couple of days but of course Poppy wants to go and just see if she can find a peaceful solution with their leader

and obviously Branch would go with her but thing is they hear this info from a returning Creek.

who in this cannon hasn't been seen since the first movie and maybe its mentioned he survived the mountain creature at the end of the first movie by using his Hair to pull himself out of its mouth or something.

anyway obviously Branch is super sceptical about his story but Peppy does say that he has heard stories of the group Creek has told them about

so they are real and Poppy wants to go because she sees it as worth the Risk of if Creek is lying even tho he swears up and down he isn't.

anyway at the start of the Journey Both B and P are Hella mad and distrustful of him

and Creek while he does seem to want to build Bridges and says he's Remorseful for what he did at the same time he still Defends his actions a tad simply pointing out he didn't want to die just like the rest of them didn't.

but I'd have him and Branch eventually come to more of an understanding after he and Creek finally have a heart to heart later on in the story

it could start with them being out in the woods so Branch starts to build them all a shelter is about to give Creek instructions on what to do

only for Creek to already be doing it clearly showing he knows a fair bit of survival skills himself which Branch is surprised by

and questions him on it and Creek tells him that after Chef was killed he was stranded in the woods with no idea where he was

or how to get back home so he spent quite a lot of months on his own being forced to learn how to survive off of the land

and he admits to Branch he doesn't understand how he was able to live like that for so long?

spending so much time alone in the woods he started to feel more and more guilty over his life choices not just betraying them

but also just being a vain jerk to Branch and other less popular Trolls in the Village and of course he missed Poppy and his other friends like crazy.

he promised himself if he did by some miracle find his way back home he'd try to be better and he just thought this whole trip to help ward of an attack could maybe be a good start.

but after Branch feels a second of relatability to how isolated Creek felt Branch still Dismisses all of this somewhat and points out he sold them all out and Creek admits he's sorry but also Rather Honestly he simply admits he was fricking terrified.

he was literally inside a giant creatures mouth and was about to be eaten by something that didn't see him as a thinking feeling person

and just a bit of meat to give them pleasure he panicked like he'd never panicked before.

and when he got out of Gristle's mouth he desperately said he'd do anything to avoid going back in their and dying in such a gruesome and senseless way.

and after that he was stuffed in tiny locket for hours in the dark and besides Gristle briefly showing him off to Bridget for a split second

the next time he saw light was when Chef revealed him to all of them in the cage.

at which point he was in a hole and he just kept digging he was still terrified to die and tried to weakly justify it to himself that maybe it was better for Poppy and the others to die Rather than live with it.

tho he acknowledges himself it was just a load of crap he told himself to try and feel better

but anyway simply put he was about to be met with his worst nightmare and he caved in to his fear he was human he wasn't some pure evil monster like Poppy and Branch thought of him as

( or the Fandom for that matter lol )

Branch after hearing this kinda understands he spent most of his life terrified day to day and he himself nearly was forced Fed to Gristle by Chef ironically something he and Creek have in common

so he understands the fear better than anyone else in the Village could really as none of them came as close to death as the two of them did.

and after this he hasn't necessarily forgiven him per say but Branch is willing to give him a chance to show he's changed

and encourages Poppy to do the same tho she still holds onto her anger which could even lead to an argument

where Branch calls her out on her Hypocrisy as she normally believes in giving second chances to people except not when it comes to someone who actually wronged her personally

but she was more than encouraging for everyone else to forgive people who wronged them like Barb at the end of World Tour

and Brozone in TBT but when its someone who wronged her suddenly she's a lot more Hesitant and against it.

which I feel could actually be a Relatable interesting character flaw for Poppy to have and for her to be called out on.

it always seemed odd to me how in the Tv shows Poppy was more willing to forgive Creek while Branch wasn't when Poppy was close with him and thus felt more personally betrayed.

anyway that's basically the most important plot points I feel Creek has legit potential for Redemption if written properly given the circumstances around the first movie he was just as much a victim himself.

but TBGO annoyingly didn't really do much with his return other than a small Rivalry with Branch but I feel the main movies could do this right if they put in some effort

and he could easily be sympathetic and have a Redemption where he wants to Build Bridges with people in the Village without completely changing his character 100 percent

from the self centered kinda smug person he was as he was Basically just John Dory lets be Honest only diff is Creek didn't get a second chance due to not being Related to one of the main cast.

and frankly he's a lot more deserving of redemption than other past villains like Barb and Crimp given they did evil stuff for much worse reasons

( Barb simply was entitled and thought she should get to Decide which Genre would unite all other Tribes and Crimp was a coward who didn't wanna lose a pay check )

and did almost nothing to really Redeem themselves so why not my guy Creek? lol.

and he and Branch legit have some experiences they could Bond over as well so I'd really like to see that Happen.

I got a few more ideas for possible troll fics and one scene.

1. The scene: ok so a scene I think would be funny is in a fic where JD comes back finds the village and meets a teen grey branch. In where poppy go les through the your not the heartthrob, fun one and so on when she calls John old branch is there obviously recognized him. In true little sibling fashion starts laughing his but off at JD. The snak pack are standing there with their mouths open shocked that's the first time they have seen him truly laugh. Maybe other trolls are there and are shocked as well. Jd see branch's eyes and the the left canine and knows its branch he is both happy and sad. Happy his baby is alive but sad because he's grey. After like 5 minutes branch snaps out of it when Jd goes to hug him but he pulls away just walking away.

2. Story1: kismet has been traveling the world since they where teens. Branch, ablaze, and boom are orphans while trickee and hype have families. Branch grows tired of the bullying he faces every day decide to just leave but he can't go without saying goodbye to the four that care for him. So at one thier hangouts he tells them. Right away boom and ablaze say they are going with him. They have never been adopted. Trickee and hype want to go as well but they have families. Hype mentions it to his mom and dad they decide that hype should go live his life and tell to go with just to come back a visit. Trickee just asked his moms they at first didn't want to let him go and is worried for the other boys they're just 15. But they know their son and that he will just go away so they give him the ok. They come back the village twice a year so trickee and hype can see their family it was on one of those trips the the first movie happened.

They just spend their time traveling and make friends all over the world. Branches colors ce back not as bright as they once were but are still there. They start the band when they are 17. They do pop, rock/punk, and alternative music with a saying that ablaze has been quoted saying 'we sing what ever we want'. Their band surpassed brozone in fame quickly. None of the brothers know that branch is in that band. Kismet is one of flyod's favorite bands but can never get good enough seat to see the faces of the band, he flabbergasted when he finds out who branch is. Floyd still get taken so jd Bruce and Clay have to fine branch. They freak out when they decide to move to pop village ( except Bruce) when branch tells them bye he and rest of kismet is going back traveling. Jealous brozone.

3. Story2: kind like the one above except kismet are bounty hunters/mercenaries. They made a guild that is like a large family. The guild is full of performers that double as bounty hunters, mercenaries, spy, and hakers. This shocks everyone. The bounty hunters are shocked that this big named guild is ran by the little brother of the trolls that hired to find.

4. Story3: ok so I have been reading alot of trolls react lately and i have not seen something like this yet. So everyone are watching the moves and short happens before the first movie. Branch is not happy about it and his brothers are trying to hug touch him such as arm around the shoulders and so on. Brozone and snake pack are just annoying branch. All the other troll are like dudes stop he doesn't like it. Kismet hears branch talk loudly to stop so they come over. Trickee and boom kind of jump on branches back and just start talking.hype grabs his hand just starts talking a mile a minute while playing with branches hand. Poppy try to tell then that he does not like to be touched and brozone is about to kick them off their brother but branch just starts talking and laughing with them. Everyone is shock trolls that the troll that was so angery and didn't want ot be touched is just letting these guys. Once again jealous brozone. After boom and trickee get down from his back ablaze puts his arm around branch and bumps their heads together. Brozone is so mad like why won't their baby brother allow them to do that. The rest of pop trolls are just shocked. Branch's colors brighten up a bit when he's with these guys. Therein two options for how branch responds to who these trolls are you can chose just covering same bases 1. These are my brothers in everything but blood and 2. These are my partner(s) (if you want you can chose one of the other kismet members or all)
