Buck had just stepped out of his apartment complex, staring down at his phone as he waited for an Uber.
He was supposed to be meeting the team for dinner and drinks when he noticed you stumbling past him in a hurry. You quietly sang along to a song playing from your phone speaker.
His brows furrowed and he looked around. He watched as your feet crossed one over the other as you walked in a zig zag.
He sensed and saw that something wasn’t right so he decided to go after you, offer some help.
You’d noticed him when you passed but chose to ignore his existence, just trying to get home. You’d unfortunately drank a bit too much to drive home safely, but not enough to forget where you lived.
You heard footsteps behind you and took a quick peek over your shoulder. You made eye contact with the man and saw him open his mouth.
Before he could get anything out, you started jogging. “Hey!”
“Hey yourself asshole!” You shout back, tripping over your feet and tumbling to the ground. “Fuck!” Your phone clashes to the ground and your knees skid on the concrete.
“Are you alright?” Buck asks, kneeling beside you.
“Get away you pervert!” You yell, shooing him away.
“I’m- I’m not a pervert!” He says incredulously. “I just want to make sure you’re okay.”
“Do I look okay buddy?” You bark at him. He throws his hands up and stands up, taking a step back.
“Can I take a look at your knees?”
“Why so you can see up my skirt? Ow.” You wince as you try to stand. Tears line your eyes but you refuse to cry in front of this man.
“I’m not a pervert.” He reassures. “I’m a firefighter.”
“Where’s your uniform then?”
“I’m off duty.” He smiles, “look, let me just walk you home.”
“I’ll be fine. Please go about your night. Thank you for checking on me.” You let out a small groan as you get to your feet, pushing against the floor. You fix your skirt, the edges brushing your ankles and the front clinging to your burning knees.
“I have a first aid-“
“I am not going up to your apartment with-“
“I really don’t understand why you think I’m a perv. I’m just trying to be helpful.” He sighs. “I’ll bring the kit down and clean your knees and you’ll be on your way.”
“That sounds okay, I guess. Yes, thank you.” You nod and lean against a lamp post. “Please hurry.”
Buck nods triumphantly before running up to his apartment. He pulls his phone out and cancels his Uber. He texts the group that he’s running late.
Minutes later he exits the building again and looks around. He finds you halfway down the street. Buck’s glad he is fast, not as fast as Eddie of course.
You startle as his figure approaches. “Why’d you leave?”
“You were taking too long.” You shrug.
“I barely took 5 minutes.” He shakes his head. “Here, take a seat on those stairs.”
You comply and slam yourself onto the steps. You stretch your legs out and pull your skirt just above your knees.
“So, you’re really a firefighter?”
“Yeah, for a few years now.” He opens the box and sets it beside you as he pulls his pants up a bit to bend down. He rests his knees on the steps beside your legs.
“I’m sorry for being such a jerk to you.” You sniffle and look to your lap. “Bit of a rough night.”
“And it only got rougher.” He laughs as he pulls an alcohol pad from the box. “I’m sorry if I scared you. I shouldn’t have approached you like I did.”
You shake your hand, waving him off. “I wasn’t even supposed to drink this much or walk home alone. I got into a fight with my best friend at the bar. She’s just driving me crazy with her on again and off again boyfriend.”
“And I’m assuming you told her how crazy she is driving you. This is going to sting a bit.” He warns as he opens the pad and begins cleaning your wounds.
“Ow.” You wince and he lets out a soft sorry. “Yeah, I told her that she should either let him go or stay with him and shut the fuck up about it. I’m so sick of hearing about him.”
Buck reaches for two big square bandaids. “She’ll eventually come to her senses. I’ve been in a fight with my best friend before and I was the one that needed to come to my senses.”
You nod as you watch him carefully place the bandaids on your knees. “All good?”
“All good.” He smiles and exhales a breath as he stands. “Are you sure you don’t want me to walk you home? It’s getting pretty late.”
“No, I think I’ll be fine. The floor isn’t spinning as much as before.” You throw your skirt down and use the railing to stand up. Your knees ache and you wobble on your feet as you descend the few steps. “Thank you, for being so patient and kind.”
“It’s really no problem.” He snaps the box shut. “I’d feel better if I walked you. Don’t want you to fall again.”
“You’re persistent.” You smile, the first time that night.
“I’d like to think I’m persuasive.” He smirks.
“Weren’t you on your way out when we first saw each other? Did I completely ruin your plans?”
“Already told my friends I’d be late. What’s a few more minutes?” He bends his arm and holds it out for you.
You hook your arm around his and guide him toward your apartment building. You make small talk about your jobs and he even tells you about his plans for tomorrow with his niece.
You suddenly stop and point to your complex. “This is me.”
“Oh…” He nods, stepping away from you, disappointment evident in voice.
“I really appreciate your help…”
“Buck.”
“Buck.” You smile. “Short for?”
“Oh! Evan Buckley.” He rubs the back of his neck.
“Well it was nice meeting you, Buck. Get home safe.” You wave and walk into your building. Buck watches as you head into the elevator, the moment you turn around and meet his eyes, you bite your lip and look down. The doors close and he smiles to himself before shaking his head and pulling out his phone to call for his ride.
Several days later, Buck can’t get you out of his head. He realized he never even got your name. The small interaction you had left a big imprint on him. Your smile, even though he had only seen it just before you parted, reeled him in.
He knows where you live but not your apartment. He knows if he tries to find you, he’d definitely be living up the name you called him when you first met. He sighs and resigns to believing he’d never see you again.
The 118 had been called to a traffic collision in a residential neighborhood. Maddie dispatched them, informing them of a 6 car crash.
Bobby barks out orders as he shuts the door behind him. Eddie and Buck head to the side of the engine to get tools for extraction and rescue while Hen and Chim check the drivers.
One car, a silver Mazda, theorized to be the one at fault, struck a black truck in the intersection. Two cars attempting to get out of the way had swerved and hit another two cars. One of them being yours. You don’t remember much after your rear end was hit and you were pushed into a stop sign.
“Ma’am! Ma’am, can you hear me?” Chim yells from your passenger seat.
Your head rests against the steering wheel as your vision blurs and your head throbs. You’re slouched over the air bag and groggy with confusion.
“Ma’am, LAFD. You’ve been in a car accident.” Bobby says from the drivers side door. He’s already attempted to open the door with no such luck. The window is down which gives him access to atleast communicate with you.
“What?” You lift your head and groan, finally coming to.
“Cap, she’s bleeding from her eyebrow and temple.” Chim pulls something out of his bag and tries to meet your eyes.
“Car accident?” You cough.
“Yeah, we need to get you out of here so we can take a better look at you. You’ve got some bleeding going on.” Chim urges.
“We’re gonna get you out of here. Eddie, Buck come get this door open. Get her to the ambulance and Chim will meet you there.” Bobby orders before moving on to another car to assess.
Eddie uses his tools to get the door open. Buck leans in to cut your seatbelt off. “Hey, I know you!” Buck exclaims with too much excitement for what’s going on.
“Buck?” You croak. “So, you really are a firefighter?”
“Didn’t believe me?” He smiles, “lift your arms, I’m going to pull you out, okay?”
“No, I thought you just used that line to pick up girls.” You sluggishly lift your arms.
“He does.” Eddie laughs. Buck glares at him before getting you all the way out. He sets you on your feet and takes a look at your face, a hand placed delicately on your shoulder.
“Is it bad?” You ask.
“Could be worse. Could be two scrapped up knees after a fight with your best friend.” He smiles.
You laugh and wince immediately. Buck jumps into action and guides you to the truck. Chim introduces himself and begins his assessment. You’ll need stitches and you have a possible concussion.
Before you can thank Buck for saving you again and before he can get your name, you’re already off to the ER.
“Who was that?” Eddie asks Buck once they get into the engine to head back to the station.
“I don’t know her name but we met a few days ago. She’s why I was late to dinner the other day.” He sighs. “I should’ve asked for her name.”
“I don’t think she would’ve remembered it. She was pretty banged up.” Eddie shrugs.
“Yeah…” Buck mumbles, slumping in his seat.
Bobby looks to Eddie and then back to Buck before turning towards the windshield.
When Chim and Hen get back from dropping you off at the hospital, Buck asks how you were doing.
They exchange looks of confusion. “Why are you so interested?” Hen inquires.
“Nothing, just worried about her is all.”
“You like her!” Chimney screeches. “Who is she?”
“I don’t like her, I barely know her.” Buck shakes his head.
“He doesn’t even know her name.” Eddie adds as he passes by to get to the locker room.
Hen gives your first name. “Didn’t get a last name though.”
Buck repeats your name before smiling. “Thanks.” He runs up to the loft area leaving Chim and Hen confused.
“What is he going to do?” Chim groans.
Unfortunately for Buck, just knowing your first name and how you looked wasn’t enough to find you on social media. And even if he did, would you find him weird for adding you?
Days go by and he’s given up on seeing you again. He’s not even sure if you’d be interested in going out with him if he did see you again and finally made a move. It’s also not like he can make a move when he’s on duty, he’s definitely not that kind of guy anymore.
Something about you though, something is telling him he could be missing out something good. Even if it just turns out to be a friendship.
Buck is over his moping phase at this point. He’s back to his usual self in no time and that means working his ass off.
The team is called to a mall for a malfunctioning elevator. There’s 5 civilians trapped inside, have been for about 45 mins. The doors have opened but the elevator is stuck between two floors.
“Alright, you guys know the drill. Eddie and Buck work to get everyone out safely, Chim and Hen standby for any injuries.” Bobby commands as they enter the mall.
Bobby begins shouting for bystanders to clear the area and give them room to work. He meets with head of mall security to gather information.
Security then takes them to the elevator in question.
Bobby kneels down and sees an older couple, a father with his young son, and a young woman. “LAFD here. Stay calm and we’ll get you out in no time.”
He ushers for Eddie and Buck to come forward. He instructs Eddie to get inside to assist in getting everyone out, Buck stays outside to retrieve each person.
“Okay, we’ll start with you.” He points to the older couple. “Then you.” He points at you.
“Actually, I think you should do them first. He’s pretty scared.” You point to the kid.
“As long as you’re sure.”
You nod and Eddie begins hoisting the old woman up and into the opening. Buck helps her stand on two feet and to the side as she waits for her husband.
“You look familiar.” Eddie says to you as he picks the older man up.
“You work with Buck right? I was in that car crash the other day.” You turn to show your healing eyebrow and temple.
“Yes! Y/n right?” He helps the man out.
“Y/n?” Buck asks having heard Eddie’s exclamation. He then leans down to lend a hand to the man who meets his wife with a hug.
“Hey Buck.” You wave through the small opening, smiling sheepishly. “I must have bad luck, huh?”
“Or good luck since Buck’s always around.” Eddie smirks in Buck’s direction as he hands him the small boy.
They get the father out next and then you’re up. Eddie helps you up and into the opening. Buck grabs both of your hands and helps you stand.
“You’re always coming to my rescue, Buckley.” You dust off your legs and laugh. “At least this time I’m not bleeding.”
“Or driving.” He jokes before getting serious. “How are you feeling by the way? Knees doing alright? Head feeling okay?” He inquires.
“It’s been a rough couple of days but I’m feeling much better.” You smile. “Thank you.”
“Just doing my job.” He nods. Buck maintains his professionalism even though he really wants to talk to you, ask for your number, and flirt but he knows it wouldn’t look good. He sighs and meets your eyes. He can see you’re waiting for more, more conversation or maybe for him to make a move. He doesn’t.
“Well, I’ll leave you to your duties. Thanks, Buck.” You wave, smile dropping as you turn away.
“What was that?” Hen asks as the team heads out.
“Isn’t this the woman you’ve been moping around about?” Chimney asks. “Why didn’t you ask for her number or for her social media?”
“I’m at work.” Buck shrugs.
“Like that’s stopped you before.” Hen snorts. Buck stays quiet and places his equipment back into the engine.
“I forgot my uh bag in there. I’ll be back.” Chin informs the team before jogging back into the mall.
“Didn’t he just put his bag in?” Hen asks Chim.
Chim is lucky enough to find you standing in line at a wetzel pretzel near the elevator you just escaped from.
“Hey!” He calls out.
“Hi?”
You watch as Chim takes a napkin from the counter and pulls a pen out of his pocket. “I think you should have Buck’s number on hand. In case you get hurt or something again.” He hands you a napkin with a number on it.
Before you can even ask any questions, he bolts out of the mall. You laugh, shaking your head.
It isn’t until later that night when you decide to text him.
You: Hey Buck, it’s y/n. Your friend gave me your number. Said I might need it if I get hurt again 😂
It’s several hours later when he finally texts back. Several hours due to finishing his shift, scolding (and thanking) Chim for meddling, and freaking out that he now has a way to contact you.
Buck: hey! I’m sorry about him lol
You: no worries, he’s kinda funny. Seems like a good friend though
Buck: he is, in fact he’s my brother in law
Buck: I’m sorry about earlier. I know I was kind of acting a little weird
You: that’s okay, figured the job was taking a toll on you, long shifts and all
Buck: actually, I had made peace with the fact that I’d never see you or speak to you again so seeing you but not being able to ask you out made me a little sad
You: you wanted to ask me out?
Buck: well yeah, I mean I believe in signs from the universe and we’ve met three times
You: met meaning you’ve saved my ass three times. What do you think the universe is trying to tell me?
Buck: maybe that you should go on a date with a first responder
You: you’re smooth, Buckley
You: let’s say I agree to this date, what’s in it for me?
Buck: well, I can guarantee good company and good food and maybe one day where you don’t have to worry about getting into any trouble
Buck: as long as I’m there, you’re covered
You: hmmm 🤔
You: I guess I would like to step foot out of my apartment without getting injured or trapped somewhere
Buck: so that’s a yes?
You: just name the time and place
From then on you and Buck had been inseparable. You’d been in that gray area of being friends but also dating.
He had told you a lot about his childhood and relationship with his parents. While it was a work in progress, some days were better than others. You had shared your personal traumas and troubles as well. You’d created a close bond that was leading to something more serious.
This morning he had told you that he was going to brunch with his parents then would come over after for your usual movie night.
Buck: they’re driving me nuts already
Buck: it’s like I can’t do anything right
You: I’m sorry
You: where are you?
Buck: that place on La Brea Ave
Buck: wish you were here but then that would mean you’d have to deal with them too
You: I could be?
You: if you really want me too
Buck: wait seriously?
You don’t respond, instead hopping into your car and heading toward the restaurant. You’re not sure entirely what you plan to do but knowing Buck is there and not having a good time, hurts your heart.
Due to traffic, you’re there in about 25 minutes.
You: need some saving? come outside
Buck: ???
You: come outside!!
It’s another 3 minutes before you see Buck exit the front door. His face breaks out into a smile when he sees you.
“What are you doing here?” He wraps his arms under your arms and pulls you up onto your tip toes in a hug. He’s warm and smells syrupy and sweet like pancakes.
“Figured I could rescue you for a change.” You wrap your arms around his shoulders. “You don’t have to stay here with them.” You whisper into his ear. “Let’s leave.”
“You didn’t have to come. I know how you feel about driving right now.” He buries his face in your shoulder.
“I wanted to come and get you. You don’t have to put up with your parents. I know it’s not easy for you.” You squeeze him into you. “All you have to do is say yes and get in the car.”
He’s quiet for a moment before he shakes his head. “If I leave now, I’ll have to hear it later.”
“I could come inside then. I can sit a few tables away?” You offer.
“Or you could come in… as my girlfriend?” He pulls back, watching your face.
“Really?” Your entire face lights up, eyes wide with joy. “Yes! To both.” You laugh.
“You don’t know how much this means to me.” He brings you back into his chest for a hug.
“It’s nothing.” You assure, rubbing your hand over his back.
“No, it’s everything.” He pulls away. “You mean a lot to me.”
“You mean a lot to me to, Buck.” You lace your hands together and intertwine your fingers. “I’ll always be here whenever you need me.”
He smiles and brings your hand to his lips, kissing your knuckles. “Okay, just a warning. They are really on another level today.”
You laugh, “I think I can manage but the moment it gets too much, we’re outta here. Got it?”
He nods, smile wide as his eyes crinkle. “Too much for you or for me?”
“Both?” You shrug, bringing a hand to his face. Your thumb runs over the little crows feet indent near his eyes. “I could always get injured as a way to get us out.”
“You thinking a fall or a car crash?” He pulls you into his side and begins walking inside the restaurant. He places a hand on lower back.
“I’m debating between getting crushed by a fire truck or getting stuck by lightening.” You nudge his side, giggling. Buck glares at you before pinching your butt.
“Ow, you pervert!” You whisper yell. “You’re supposed to be helping others not hurting others.”
“I’ll show you a pervert later and make it up to you.” He winks. Your face flushes with heat before you’re introducing yourself to his parents.

can you yap about your ideas for ur jeff rewrite :3
Alright, sorry for taking long to answer, I literally had nothing when you asked "x(. Now I kind of do. First of all, I'm not trying to make a super original and fantastic version of Jeff, I wanna keep it close to the "canon" and just give my little turn to it, my original part starts with Zalgo's deal, what happens before it's not very important to me.
Liu is like 5 years older than Jeff.
Jeff's accident happens when he's like 16.
Jeff already had schizoid personality traits before any accident or even suffering from bullying.
There's not a specific group of bullies, all of Jeff's classroom either talks about him at his back, excludes him or ignores him for being kind of a psycho, for his appearance, or Jeff himself provokes it 'cause thinks they're all stupid and boring, so he scares them on purpose. Randy is the one Jeff hates the most, mostly 'cause Jeff is not capable of scare him away.
Jeff's accident, and yes it was an accident, occurs in a school camp, a random kid brought their dad's flare gun 'cause they thought it was smart. At night many kids started gathering to see the gun, Randy came and grabbed it starting to aim at the sky, then he aimed at Jeff who was sitting alone in front of the campfire (it was slightly lit), deep in his thoughts, another kid came and tried to take the gun from Randy's hand, the gun shoots and hits the floor, bounces and hits Jeff in the face, exploding.
When Jeff's finally released from the hospital, Randy and his mom go to his house with a cake as a gift, Randy didn't want to be there at ALL 'cause he felt so guilty. He's sent to the backyard to search for Jeff, he can't find him at first, Jeff appears from his back and hits him with a wrench, he hits him until Liu comes running and throws Jeff off Randy, both mothers come after him. Randy is hospitalized with a very serious head concussion.
Jeff's actions were associated to his head traumatism and his brain being swollen (by the shot).
One night Jeff can't sleep and needs to take some medicines for which needs his mother's help. She was kinda pissed and done with him after Randy's and how overall aggressive he was getting, so his mother dismisses him and sends him to sleep. Jeff got really pissed off and abruptly decides to end it there, he goes to the bathroom and tries to swallow a bunch of pills, he fails 'cause he almost can't move his facial muscles and can barely open his mouth, so the pills fall to the floor. Jeff, already out of his mind, searches for a knife and comes back to the bathroom, starts to tear off the bandages closer to his mouth and after that, cuts two slits at the sides of his mouth. (These slits weren't as prominent as what my design has now).
Jeff can't feel his face, neither then nor now, but now he can move his facial muscles normally.
After Jeff slits his face, and checks that it kinda looks like a smile, laughs a bit, hears his mother walk through the hallway "Jeff, I told you to go to sleep". Then she opens the bathroom and sees Jeff. "Go to sleep, ma." says Jeff in a mocking tone (yes, laugh). There's no fight, the mother can't even scream, she faints. Idk what happens then but Jeff somehow kills her, I don't need to detail that.
After a while, Liu gets home, he's all messed up, drunk, high, everything. He sees Jeff sitting in the stairs in the dark. He tries to talk to him and ask if everything's alright, and when he goes to turn on the light right in the stairs, Jeff hits him with a mirror, that shatters in his face, he hits him like 3 more times and Liu ends up passing out 'cause of the hits, the fall and all the substance in his body. He wakes up minutes later in the same spot with a slit in his throat and cuts all over his face. You imagine all the stuff later.
I've already shared this part, where it all goes south, Jeff runs to a hiking trail or something and just lies down waiting to bleed out or die 'cause of the cold, and then a talking dog appears (Smile dog, which doesn't really talk, it's Zalgo) and offers him the deal of keep on living until "finishing what he started" (he has to kill Liu) or dying there and suffer forever.
For other part, Liu ends up being the one in jail because of the murder of his mother and the disappearance of his brother.
And that's what I have for now, at least what comes to "Jeff rewritten". I'm open to constructive criticism x), tho as I said, I don't want this to be neither the best story ever nor in any way believable, there's a demon-dog possessed by an interdimensional chaos being, idc if it's unrealistic :P.

So my Batfamily brain rot is back (not that it ever really left) and I just had a thought like…
If you’re a henchman/criminal in Gotham, seeing your life flash past your eyes is gonna be a somewhat regular occurance but… what if like… the thing that truly made a henchman’s heart fall to his ass was when they hit Robin just a little too hard and this 10 year old kid just starts crying and goes ‘Daaaaaadddd!’
That’s the moment when they truly think they’re going to die because said dad, the kid is calling for is a 6’6 demon from hell who’s all muscle and shadows and vengance and a lot of Gotham still thinks he’s a cryptid
The henchmen all drop their guns and try to calm the kid down but it’s over in 5 seconds flat. Batman breaks several bones before speaking to Robin in the softest voice they’ve ever heard him use and the criminal world, who was already a bit hesitant to fight a kid have even more reason to take it just a little easy on Robin.
And like, I can picture different reactions with every Robin.
Like, for Dick, he’s ten and we all know he was the most violent Robin second only to Damian so maybe when he’s ten or eleven and has calmed down a little, a henchback who still remembers what a little shit he used to be decides to get back at Robin, slips on a pair of brass knuckles and BAM
And then, little Dick just stares for a moment in shock, cheek already starting to bruise, the criminals he’d been fighting all stay still because it was a nasty punch and then…
“Daaaaad!!!” He cries out in a whiny voice that reminds them that Robin really is just a kid and it all clicks into place.
Even Bruce wasn’t expecting that, Dick has just started calling him dad and he still isn’t used to being called that so to hear his kid calling for him in the moment where he is startled and hurt and a little scared… the henchmen don’t even have time to react and they wake up in the hospital with concussions and maybe a few broken bones.
It doesn’t take Dick long to calm down, it was mostly that the hit from a random henchmen really startled him and got him right in the cheekbone. But Bruce still finishes patrol early and Dick still hides under Bruce’s cape all the way to the Batmobile.
Then comes Jason and Jason was such a sweet kid, I headcannon he was the one that called Bruce dad the most often while being Robin. So one night during patrol maybe he finds himself fighting Penguin or Two-Face and it’s been a long night and he has an exam the following day and Bruce is fighting another villain at the other side of the warehouse
The point is, the henchmen and Two-Face start landing hits on eleven year old Jason in his gut and at some point he loses sight of Batman fighting on the other side of the room. Jason gets scared because he’s never really fought without Batman and while he knows that Bruce is still in the warehouse, he can’t see him and the handle of a gun hits the back of his ankle and he falls and he sees Two-Face or Penguin or one of the henchmen getting ready to grab the front of his uniform and beat him up and…
“Daaaaddd!”
The criminals freeze for a moment. They’ve heard the stories of what happened the last time a Robin called scared for dad.
They’re fucked.
They all drop their guns and try to get Jason to calm down, but he’s crying just a little bit and calls again, his voice breaking and despite having been at the other side of the warehouse just a second ago, Bruce somehow drops from the ceiling and it’s over before the criminals can keep pleading with Robin to calm down.
Jason tries to apologize for ‘acting like a baby’ but Bruce is having none of it and carries him back to the Batmobile and Jason is happy to just hide his face in Bruce’s cape because he knows his dad will always be there to save him.
Then comes Tim.
And Tim gets found out while doing reconnisance and somehow he finds himself face to face with Bane who manages to wrench away his bo staff and Tim is just eleven and he is scared because Bane doesn’t look like he’s going to hold back
All Tim knows is that the crack he hears must surely be his ribs either cracking or breaking and he can’t breath and he can only muster enough air for a single word… and he calls for his dad through tears and fear
And at this point… at this point Batman has already lost a Robin, Tim may not be his legally but he is his son just as much as Jason was
Bane spends a month in the ICU
Tim is embarrased that he reacted like that. He thinks it makes him less of a Robin to called scared for Batman… for dad.
So Bruce tells him of the other two times it happened. It’s one of the first times he’s spoken about Jason to Tim so bluntly.
Then comes Stephanie.
Stephanie never calls Bruce dad when she’s Robin. She’s not his daughter and he’s not her dad. They’re not sure what exactly they are to one another.
As far as Bruce knows, Stephanie’s version of Robin never called out to him when she was scared.
What he doesn’t know is that it did happen. Just once
It was the last time she was Robin. When Black Mask had her and she thought she was going to die
At some point while bleeding and feeling nauseous and so scared she could barely hear anything that wasn’t her own heart beating wildly against her chest… she called for dad. Not for Arthur Brown, but for Bruce
Black Mask laughed at her
Stephanie never tells Bruce
And finally… Damian
Now, we know Damian would probably never be startled enough to call for Bruce out of instinct, so I can see 2 scenarios in which this could happen.
First, he sees another kid do it. He sees a kid close to his own age laughing and playing, then tripping and staying quiet for a split second before crying out for mom and dad and he just… assumes that’s something kids do when scared and hurt and startled and does it mostly in an attempt to be a little more ‘normal’
Or, my favorite scenario… he hears of the other times it has happened. He overhears maybe Dick remind Jason of what Bruce did when Jason called out to dad as Robin. Tim maybe jokes that a Robin calling for dad is still the villains’ greatest fear
So Damian stores that knowledge away as a battle strategy just in case he ever needs it… and maybe a small part of him wants to put it to the test, to see if his father would protect him as brutally as he’s protected the Robins before him
So some random night during patrol, he’s up against several henchmen, a few of them grab him from behind, trying to hold him down. Damian is fighting against them when one of them swings a cylinder of metal that Damian thinks might’ve been meant for the plumbing and…
The henchman breaks Damian’s nose, there’s blood dripping down his chin and staining his uniform
Now… it is most certainly not the first time he’s broken something, he’s more than used to the pain, in fact, he barely feels it. However, it gives him a chance to put his little theory to the test
And so Damian allows himself to sound like the ten year old that he is and in a whiny, teary voice, goes… “Babaaaaa!” (Bonus points if it’s the first or second time he’s called Bruce baba instead of father)
What Damian didn’t take into account though, is that Batman and Robin aren’t the only ones on patrol that night. They made a big bust. The biggest part of the operation was over but they were still fighting a few stragglers. The whole fucking family is here.
And they all hear his cry.
Damian doesn’t think he’s ever seen a fight end so quickly. The henchmen only have a split-second of surprise before vanishing, being tackled or shot or having knives buried on their shoulders by his siblings.
The one that actually broke Damian’s nose is being beaten up by Nightwing, Damian doesn’t think he’s ever seen Grayson so angry.
A shadow kneels in front of him, father. Baba. He’s checking Damian and Todd is right at his side, both speaking in hushed tones, checking his injuries and wiping the tears that usually came with a broken nose.
And now… Damian is used to his father and Grayson treating him like a child, trying to be as soft as they can with him. Even Cain does it to some extent.
But… having Drake wrap an arm around him, calling him baby when knocking out one of the criminals that had hurt him ‘that’s my fucking baby brother!’ and continue to hold him later into the night on the couch, having Brown willingly give up all the snacks she keeps in her utility belt and promise to take him to Batburger the following day for milkshakes because he was ‘a champ’. And Thomas wraps his favorite blanket around Damian while they’re fixing him up.
Todd decides to stay the night at the manor. Which he never does. They all decide to spend the night at the manor when Damian still sniffles on the Batmobile and they have breakfast all of them together. Which Damian isn’t sure has ever happened before and Cain gets Alfred to make pancakes with chocolate chips instead of blueberries.
They call him baby in hushed whispers but for once, it doesn’t bother him even though it really should
But most of all, Bruce refuses to let him go for a good five minutes after he first cries for him. Smoothing down his hair and whispering that it’ll be okay and just being soft in a way Damian has never seen before.
He sleeps between his Baba and Grayson and he knows that Todd and Drake and Cain check in on them at least twice in the night for some reason.
And he realizes it’s… it’s nice. Maybe this really could be an effective battle strategy to be employed again someday.

summary:
“Hey, it’s me.”
After a short beat, you opened the door to look at him, your hair wet around your shoulders, water droplets wetting his shirt you were wearing. Despite the early morning hours, Jace felt a some rush of excitement running through him seeing you standing in his shirt in his bathroom.
“You good?”
“I think I just met your brother,” you said lightly, your cheeks pink.
OR; 5 times Jace’s family meets you (and the one time you meet them)
pairing: jacaerys velaryon x reader
warnings: just incredibly tooth rotting fluff. i’m actually in love with them. in this modern universe, Alicent is married to Rhaenyra’s younger brother Baelon, Rhaenys and Viserys aren’t related, and Addam and Alyn aren’t Corlys’ sons. I think I solved the inbreeding, lol. Also, Harwin and Rhaenyra are happily married <3 (there will probably be more fics in this universe🤭)

author’s note: everyone knows i love a good 5 + 1 fic. this was born out of @eldrith and me just coming up with modern au headcanons and modern!jace consuming my thoughts at work. happy happy reading, I hope you're obsessed! <3

I Luke
“Jace… Hey, Jace.”
Jace let out a groan, burowing deeper into the cushions, hoping to drown out the voice.
“Jace!”
Someone grabbed him by the shoulders, shaking him violently and Jace groaned, his eyes fluttering open just to see his brother peer down at him, his damp hair plastered against his forehead. Jace knew it was entirely too early for him to be awake with the way his body still felt too heavy. He glared at Luke, his annoyance clear as day.
“Luke, what the fuck.”
“Hey, I’ve just come from the gym, the showers in my dorm were blocked off because a pipe burst, can I shower here?”
Jace whined, turning his head to face the pillow, hoping it would smother him. Anything to be unconscious again.
“Couldn’t you just have showered at the gym?”
“I have a class at 10,” Luke replied, as if that answered the question.
It didn’t.
Jace didnt react, hoping that Luke would just leave if he feigned falling back asleep, but Luke grabbed him by the shoulders again.
“Jace.”
“Oh my god, just go use the shower, you’re here already!”
“Thanks, you’re the best!”
The mattress dipped again and footsteps receded before Jace was finally alone again, falling back into a slumber.
Wait, had he been alone?
He could distinctly remember you coming home with him the night before but the bed was empty when Jace reached his hand out looking for you. You must have snuck out in the early hours of the day. Jace would definitely confront you about that as soon as he was awake enough to do it.
Just as he was about to drift back to dream land, a high pitched squeal woke him right up, and he shot up in bed, wide awake.
“Oh my god, I am so so sorry!”
A door slammed, hurried footsteps came towards his bedroom before Luke barged through the door with wild eyes; shutting it behind him.
“There’s a girl in your bathroom!” He said, his voice accusatory as he glared at Jace, with his back against the door. Luke’s cheeks were red, and Jace wasn’t sure if it was the remaining flush from the gym or because he was embarrassed.
Jace only blinked at him, before wiping his palm over his face.
“Fuck.”
Luke frowned at him. “I didn’t know you had a girlfriend.”
“She’s not-“ Jace broke off, sighing. “It’s not important.”
He got out of the bed, shooing Luke away from the door and padded towards his bathroom, trying to make sure his younger brother hadn’t completely scared you off. The bathroom was locked and Jace leaned against the doorframe, rapping his knuckles against the door.
The corner of Jace’s mouth tugged up and he flexed his hand around your waist, pulling you closer. Luke was lucky he met you so early in the day, your temper still subdued from sleep. Had it happened in the afternoon? Luke would’ve gotten an earful.
“Are you okay? I can make him leave if it makes you uncomfortable.”
“No it’s fine,” you huffed, hiding your face in his shoulders. “I was not prepared to meet him.”
Jace wrapped his arm around your waist, leaning his chin on your head with a grin. “You don’t have to be prepared to meet Luke. You just meet him and go “what a dork”, there’s not much else after that.”
“Yo!” Luke crowed outside. “I heard that!”
“You were supposed to!”
“Can I just take a shower please!!!”
Jace rolled his eyes, his hand dropping down to lace his fingers with yours. “Come on, I’ll make you a coffee.”
He pulled you into the kitchen, turning his coffee machine on, meanwhile hearing Luke flee into the bathroom, locking the door behind him. By the time his younger brother emerged again, his hair towel damp, you and Jace were sitting on the couch with a bowl of cereal in hand, your feet in Jace’s lap.
Luke stood in the door way like a deer in headlights as you and Jace looked at him.
“Hey.”
“Hey,” you said lightly; Jace only snorted into his bowl.
“Sorry again… About earlier. I’m Luke,” Luke said, rubbing the back of his neck, but you only waved it off as you introduced yourself. Luke glanced between the two of you, the wheels in his head must be turning a mile a minute. Jace did not look forward to whatever he was going to say.
“So… Are you guys like going steady?”
You pulled a face and Jace only sighed. Of course he chose to be a dick.
“Get out.”
Luke grinned, having expected the reaction. “Kay. Thanks for letting me use your shower,” he called over his shoulder, “Bye Jace, bye shower girl!”
The door fell shut in its hinges and Jace welcomed the silence that followed.
“I should’ve never given him the spare key,” he muttered, but you only pressed your heel into his leg.
“Stop it, he’s sweet.”
“He’s a menace.”
“He’s your little brother,” you laughed, pushing your empty bowl on the coffee table. “He’s supposed to get on your nerves, it’s literally in the job description.”
His bowl soon joined yours on the table as Jace wrapped his hand around your wrist, pulling you into his lap. You grinned at him, tucking his hair behind his ear, as he played with the hem of his shirt you were wearing.
“I like that you feel comfortable enough at my place to take a shower,” he mumbled, nosing along your neck.
“Shut up.”
II Rhaena
“Man, that was way too close,” Addam groaned as they walked into the locker room. Their game against the Stags of Stormlands University had ended with 2:1, which was criminal. It should’ve been at least 3:1 and Jace wasn’t even being arrogant. That one goal they scored against them was pure luck.
“Coach is gonna be on our asses during the next practice,” Alyn said as he tugged off his jersey.
“As if he needs a reason to make us run suicides,” Cregan pointed out and Jace shrugged.
“It wasn’t entirely our fault, though. The audience was crazy today. What happened after half time? There was some commotion in the stands.”
“Oh, you wouldn’t believe it,” Alyn snickered. “Apparently some girl punched Criston square in the face after he made some of his usual comments.”
“What?” Addam asked, his eyebrows risen as Jace only laughed.
“No way. That girl’s my hero.”
“I’m buying her a drink,” Cregan declared. “Do we know who it was?”
Alyn shook his head in no. “Nah, I just overheard some guys talking about it…” he then turned to Jace. “You coming to the bar with us?” Alyn asked. “My treat.”
“I can’t,” Jace replied, but before he could elaborate, Cregan wrapped his arm around his shoulder, squeezing him.
“Lover boy is meeting his girlfriend, he told me all about it.”
Jace’s cheeks tinged pink and he shoved Cregan off, huffing.
“Fuck off.”
“Leave him alone,” Addam said lightly from the bench, untying his shoes. “If I had another choice, I wouldn’t go to the bar with you either.”
“Thank you Addam,” Jace said, giving Alyn and Cregan, who were snickering to themselves, a pointed look. He grabbed a towel and his shower caddy from the locker, turning back to his friends.
“Have fun at the bar. I’ll see you guys around.”
Jace ignored how they made kissy sounds after him, rolling his eyes at them fondly. After taking a quick shower, and getting dressed, he made his way to the spot you had agreed to meet him. He passed a few familiar faces who congratulated him on the win, but he made no attempt to stay in a conversation too long, not wanting to keep you waiting. When he got to the gates of the football field, you were nowhere to be found though. Maybe you were held up by your friends. Jace shot you a text, telling you where he was, then pulling up his family group chat. His parents and Joffrey had gone hiking over the weekend, but his dad had received updates on the game via the uni’s newsletter, both of them sending him well done’s. Luke had watched the game with his friends, and Jace had no doubt he was now at the same bar his team mates were headed to. Jace then pulled up the text chain with you, but his texts to you went unanswered. With a sigh, he opened Find my..? frowning when he saw your icon float over the building that held the student med center.
“What the hell?” he muttered to himself, shoving his phone into his pocket, walking to the student med center in quick strides. The building was dark when he arrived, but the door was unlocked when he pulled on it. Jace stood in the dark for a while, his eyes adjusting to the lack of light, when he heard voices coming from somewhere. Following the sound, he reached the examination room, the voices becoming more distinctive.
“-never punched someone, why has no one ever told me that it hurts so much? He’s the one who should be hurt, not me!”
“You’d be surprised. You can actually break something while punching someone.”
Jace paused in the doorway, watching as you sat on the bed, ice pack in your hand, while another girl was rummaging in the cupboards with her back to him. You looked up when he called your name, and the smile on your face nearly made him forget how worried he was.
“Hey,” you said, “Rhaena, this is my-“
“Jace?”
Of course it was Rhaena. Out of all the student meds, it had to be his cousin tending to you. You glanced between them your eyebrows high.
“You guys know each other?”
“Rhaena is my cousin,” Jace explained, distracted, his focus on your hand. “What happened?”
“Supergirl over here punched Cole in the face.”
“Criston Cole?”
“The one and only.”
Jace sighed, sitting down next to you to lift the ice back from your knuckles, frowning when he found them bloody.
“She’s bleeding!”
Rhaena rolled her eyes, holding up some gauze and disinfectant spray. “Yes, I was looking for the gauze, thanks for reminding me.”
Jace frowned as Rhaena sat on your other side.
“This is probably gonna sting,” she warned you, before spraying disinfectant on your wounds, but you winced anyway. Jace watched as Rhaena patched you up, the frown on his forehead not easing.
“Alright, we’re all done,” Rhaena said, balling up the wrapper. “I want you to keep that ice pack on for twenty minutes, it can reduce the swelling. And maybe try to keep it elevated, and lots of resting!”
“Okay,” Jace said, matter of factly.
Both you and Rhaena looked at him - you looking amused, while Rhaena looked exasperated - and he only shrugged.
“What? You know damn well you’re not gonna do anything she just said,” he argued and you grinned, turning to Rhaena.
“Duly noted, thanks Rhaena.”
“Alright, let’s get out of here,” Rhaena said, throwing the wrappers in the trash before shooeing you and Jace out of the building. As you walked outside, you and Rhaena seemed to be get along like a house on fire as Jace held your purse, and by the time you were standing out front, you had exchanged numbers.
“Hey, so really come by when I’m working, and I’ll treat you for a coffee,” you said while Rhaena locked up.
“Sure, that’ll be nice,” Rhaena replied, packing her keys away. “It was really nice to meet you.”
You beamed at her. “You too!”
His cousin smiled at you before turning to Jace. “I’ll see you Sunday?”
“Yep. Thanks Rhae.”
Jace gave her a hug, and she quickly hugged you as well, before waving in good bye.
“Bye, see you guys!”
“Bye Rhaena!”
Jace pulled you close as you walked, his forehead still creased. You were supposed to go out for dinner, but by now your reservation had probably fallen through, so Jace might as well just cook you dinner at home. He couldn’t help but glance at your hand, which you noticed immediately.
“Jace, I’m fine,” you insisted with a laugh, grabbing his hand to reassure him, but no dice.
“I know Cole is a pain in the ass, but why did you punch him?” he asked, his forehead creased. “You could get in trouble. And on top of that, you got hurt!”
“It’s just bruised knuckles and a little blood, it’ll be healed before you know it,” you promised him. “Besides, Cole had it coming. He was sprouting bullshit about how he should’ve made the team instead of you and was just being a dick.”
Jace froze mid step, and you were dragged back by him, not having expected the sudden stop.
“You were defending my honor?”
You glanced at him, lips quirking in a smile.
“I’ll always defend your honor.”
In that moment, Jace was so overcome with emotion, he thought he might do something stupid like tell you that he loved you, so he just pulled you into a deep kiss. You sighed softly against his lips, before you pulled back, looking at him in surprise.
“What was that for?”
“Can’t a guy thank his knight in shining armor?”
You snickered, lacing your hands with his.
“You can thank me by getting some food in me, I am starving.”
III Joffrey
“It’s nice here.”
The sun was shining, reflecting its rays over the surface of the water. It was rather still today, a stark contrast to the strong waves that usually lapped at the shore of Driftmark. The small coast town was only an half an hour drive from uni and since you had never been here before, Jace had decided to take you for an impromptu trip, armed with a blanket and some snacks, but not much else. The two of you were sat on said blanket, you sitting between his legs, head resting on his chest. Jace wished it could be like this forever.
“I can’t believe you’ve never been to Driftmark,” he said, amused. “My parents used to take us every weekend when we were younger. Luke and I used to fly kites, but his always fell nose first into the sand.”
You laughed, pressing yourself closer into Jace.
“That’s sweet,” you mumbled softly, your voice trailing off. “So how many girls have you taken here?”
Jace rolled his eyes fondly, his finger tracing your arm. If only you knew. He hummed, as if in thought.
“Let’s see, there was that one girl from Lambda Psi, then Jessica from my International Relations class…”
You laughed, squirming in his arms as you smacked his hand away.
“You’re an ass.”
He tightened his hold on you, a grin on his face. “You started it!”
Giggling, you settled back into him and Jace let out a happy sigh, but the moment was quickly interrupted by his phone ringing. He had half a mind to decline the call, but he paused when he saw the caller ID.
“Why is my mum calling me?” Jace said, frowning at his phone before picking up the call. “Hey mum, is everything okay?”
“Jace, thank god,” his mother sighed in relief. The background was noisy, if Jace had to guess, she must be at work. “My meeting is running longer than expected and I won’t be able to make it in time to pick up Joffrey from school, is there any way you could make the drive down here to pick him up?”
Jace glanced at his watch. It was almost 3 in the afternoon and on a good day, it took 25 minutes to get from Driftmark to Joffrey’s school in King’s Landing. But that meant, you’d have to tag along, because there was no way he’d make it in time for Joffrey’s school’s out if he dropped you off beforehand.
“… Mum, can you give me a second?”
His mother paused. “… Sure.”
He muted the call from his side and you had already turned around to face him, your eyebrows furrowed.
“What’s going on?”
“My mum is stuck at work and she asked me to go pick up my brother from school,” Jace started. “I’m not going to make it in time if we’ll make the drive back to Oldtown-”
“Jace, oh my god, it’s fine, let’s go,” you exclaimed, already standing up and collecting all the things you had brought.
Jace stared at you for a second, slack-jawed, before he dipped his head, smiling to himself. He quickly unmuted the phone call while he got to his feet.
“I’ll pick him up mum, it’s not a problem,” he said, while helping you put away the blanket with one hand.
“Thank you, Jace,” his mother said, her tone hesitant, like she was holding back a question, but before she could ask it, another voice called for her. “I’ll call the school and let them know you’re coming,” she said distractedly.
“Okay mum, thanks. Have fun at the meeting!”
Slipping his phone into his pocket, he turned to see you with everything packed.
“Come on, let’s go!” you hurried him, taking his hand to drag him to his car, missing the blinding smile Jace had on his face.
The drive to King’s Landing was quicker than expected, with the streets being free and Jace made it to Joffrey’s school right around 3:30, the cars from several other parents already lined up to enter the pick up zone.
“Are you okay waiting in the car?” Jace asked, turning to you, “I’ll be in and out in no time.”
“Yeah, of course,” you assured him, patting his knee.
Jace couldn’t help but lean over to press a kiss on your cheek, nearly missing his turn to find a temporary parking spot, but the security guard waved him along.
“Keep it moving, son.”
“Isn’t this the pick up zone for school?” Jace asked, unbuckling. “I can park here, right?”
The security guard eyed his license plate, before checking his clipboard. “Don’t see your license plate on my list, you gotta keep it moving.”
“You’re joking.”
The man blinked at him, clearly not joking.
“I only need to go in and grab my brother, it won’t even take five minutes,” Jace argued but the security guard shook his head, unrelenting.
“Can’t make an exception, rules are rules.”
Jace opened his mouth to try to make another argument, but behind him, the cars started to honk their horns at him, parents impatient to pick up their kids. Jace’s ears grew hot but before he could lash out at the security guard, you laid your hand on his arm.
“Jace, I can go get your brother.”
“Are you sure?” Jace asked, frowning. He felt bad for making you go along, ruining the day he had planned. You didn’t sign up for this and he didn’t want to make you go into a school full of kids to pick up his brother.
“Yes, I promise,” you said, a smile on your face as you squeezed his hand and he sighed, nodding.
“Okay.”
He gave you a rough description of the way inside the school and Joffrey’s classroom number, before you got out of the car, as Jace exited the pick up zone, but not without giving the security guard a dirty look. He drove around the block, parking his car next to the curb when his phone rang announcing a facetime from you.
“Hey, is something wrong?” Jace asked as he picked up. The screen was blurry, and you were barely visibly as you stared at something behind the camera
“Hey, no, Joffrey just wanted to make sure I wasn’t lying,” you said, distractedly. “Alright Joffrey.”
The camera panned away from you until Joffrey came into view. His baby brother looked sceptical, clutching the straps of his red backpack, but his frown eased when he saw Jace.
“Hi Jace.”
“Hi Joff,” Jace said, his voice soft. “I know mum was supposed to pick you up, but her meeting ran long so she asked me to get you. I’m waiting in the car, alright? Are you going to be okay walking with my friend?”
Joffrey looked off camera, assumedly at you before turning back to Jace, scrunching his nose. “Mummy said I shouldn’t go with strangers.”
“And she’s right!” Jace quickly interjected, knowing his mother would kill him if he unraveled all the things she had been teaching Joffrey ever since he was old enough to talk. “But this is my friend, right? Not a stranger.”
With a purse on his lips, Joffrey seemed to think his words over before nodding.
“Okay.”
Joffrey waved at him through the camera before looking up.
“Can we go now?”
Jace heard you suppress a laughter as the phone shook. Joffrey didn’t look phased.
“Yes,” you said. “Come on, let’s go.”
You offered your hand to him, before you quickly panned the camera on yourself again. “See you in a bit, Jace.”
The call ended and Jace quietly laughed to himself as he tossed his phone on the passenger seat, driving back towards the school. He didn’t wait long in front of the curb when you and Joffrey came walking out, you carrying his backpack and Joffrey carrying a booster seat.
“Alright, now let’s get your backpack in here-” you said, opening the door to put Joffrey’s backpack on the backseat, then scooching it over to put the booster seat on as well. “And then you go into the booster-”
“Hi Jace!”
Jace turned around, smiling as he watched Joffrey settle into his booster seat comfortably while you fussed over him.
“Hi Joff.”
“Okay, now the seatbelt… Is this too tight?” you asked as you buckled Joffrey in, but he shook his head. You gave him a thumbs up, before shutting the door behind him, climbing back into the passenger’s seat so Jace could pull away from the curb.
“How was school?” Jace asked Joffrey with a quick glance at him through the mirror.
“Good,” Joffrey replied, “We learned about shapes.”
He then fully launched into a retelling of how his classmates thought circles and triangles are the same and Jace meant to give you an apologetic look, but to his surprise, you seemed to be listening intently.
“No way! I bet his mind was blown when you told him about rectangles!”
“He thought I was lying!”
Jace quietly snickered to himself and you grinned at him, as Joffrey continued to babble on in the backseat. Without thinking much, Jace had started the drive back to Oldtown.
“Is it okay if I drop you off at home?” Jace asked, his voice quiet, even though Joffrey was humming a song that sounded vaguely familiar to Jace as he looked out of the window, content after telling you about his school day. “I think I’ll drive back to King’s Landing and spend the night at home.”
“Yeah, sounds good,” you said, smiling at him and Jace’s heart did a stupid flip in his chest. He reached over to squeeze your hand, forgetting about his brother in his backseat for a split second.
“What kind of friends are you?”
His neck grew hot and he almost reflexively pulled his hand back, but you tightened your hold.
“The bestest friends,” you said, turning around to look at him with the most serious expression you could muster. Joffrey pressed his lips together in an attempt to bite back a smile, but a giggle escaped his lips.
“Bestest is not even a word.”
“Well, I made it up because Jace and I are bestest friends.”
“You’re silly,” Joffrey laughed and you gasped, faking affront.
The rest of the drive continued about the same until Jace pulled up in front of your building. Your hand was on the door handle, but you threw a look to the back at Joffrey, clearly reluctant to go.
“Bye Joffrey, it was really nice to meet you,” you told him with a smile.
“Bye!”
Your eyes turned to Jace, who desperately wanted to kiss you, but he wouldn’t, not in front of Joffrey, so he only inclined his head at you, hoping you knew.
“Bye,” you said softly, cheeks pink as you got out of the car, shutting the door behind you.
“Bye!” Joffrey called, waving at you through the window until you disappeared inside your apartment building. His baby brother then turned to him, a smile on his face.
“I like her.”
Pleased, Jace settled back into his seat, putting the car back in drive, his eye on his brother through the mirror.
“Me too, buddy.”
IV Aegon
“I don’t get why you won’t just make it official when you’re obviously so into her.”
“Can we not talk about this?”
The music coming from inside was loud, but Jace wished it was louder so he didn’t have to talk about this. Of course he’d rather officially call you his girlfriend than… Whatever it was he was calling you right now. But it was complicated, the both of you starting out casually, no labels.
That was almost four months ago and things had changed. For him at least.
Cregan kicked his foot, forcing Jace to look at him.
“I’m serious, Jace. You’re insanely into her and she obviously likes you too.”
Jace pretended like hearing that didn’t make him happy, looking around for you.
“Where is she anyway?” Jace asked and Cregan only sighed at the obvious attempt of changing the topic.
“Last I saw, she and her foxy friend were trying to get drinks.”
Jace rolled his eyes, pushed himself up from the chair.
“I’ll go look for her,” he said, taking a few steps before turning back to his friend. “And don’t call Alysanne foxy.”
Cregan’s bellowing laughter made Jace grin, and he only shook his head, opening the patio door to head inside. The air was stuffy and smelt of alcohol, but he was used to it as he squeezed past a kissing couple, craning his head over the crowd to try to spot you somewhere in the crowded house. He usually didn’t like splitting up with you at parties because it was a pain finding each other again. You also had an habit to make so many friends in a short amount of time.
When Jace finally made it to the kitchen, he saw the back of your head and he let out a sigh of relief. His face blanched however, when he saw who you were talking to. Calling out your name, you turned around with a cup in your hand as he walked up to you.
“Jacey!”
His cousin grinned widely at him as Jace joined you and Aegon by the kitchen island, as you slotted yourself against his side. You seemed content, like you were enjoying yourself. Jace took that as a good sign.
“Hi Aegon,” Jace greeted him lightly, before turning to you. “I see you’ve met my cousin.”
“Rhaena‘s brother?” You asked, eyebrows raised.
“You met Rhaena?”
Aegon’s brows were even higher than yours as his eyes flitted between Jace and you curiously, sipping on his drink. Jace already knew this would make it into the cousins’ group chat in a matter of minutes.
“Aegon’s from the other side. Kind of,” Jace answered, pulling a face. “It’s complicated.”
You smiled at him and Aegon’s grin only widened. Jace wished he would disappear the way he always did when their grandpa asked for help in the garage.
“So how did you guys meet?” he asked, voice nonchalant. “You don’t look like a PoliSci student to me.”
“I’m not,” you replied, laughing. “Jace always gets coffee at the coffee shop I work at.”
“Oh, which one do you work at?”
“Blackwood’s, the one on 50th?”
Aegon’s eyes widened and he nodded his head quickly. “Yes, I know that one. Do you think you could give me the recipe for the almond croissants? I’ve tried recreating them so many times and they never turn out like the one’s at the coffee shop.”
“I can ask my friend, if you want me to,” you offered. “It’s her uncle’s coffee shop, he’s gotta have the recipe.”
“Oh and what about the syrups, are those-”
“Alright, this isn’t 20 questions,” Jace interjected, knowing there was no stopping Aegon if he started talking syrups. “Don’t you have somewhere to be, Aegon?”
Aegon pressed his lips together in a grin, shaking his head. “Fine, Jace, I’ll leave you guys alone. But only because I know I’ll have other opportunities to ask for recipes.”
Jace narrowed his eyes at his cousin, but he had turned his attention to you.
“Nice talking to you,” he said. “Maybe I’ll see you at one of our family events, yeah?”
“Bye Aegon.”
Jace could hear Aegon cackling to himself as he lead you away, his hand on your lower back. He was mortified. Out of everyone at this party, you just had to run into Aegon. To Jace’s luck however, you seemed mostly amused by his erratic cousin.
“I like him,” you said and Jace huffed out a laugh, shaking his head.
“You don’t have to lie. I don’t like him either.”
You snorted, shoving him playfully. “I’m not lying. He’s very outgoing, but I like him.”
Jace pressed closer to you as you made your way out of the pation and you turned your head over your shoulder, glancing at him.
“So is your entire family just enrolled here?”
“Basically, yeah,” Jace sighed, “The only cousin of mine who’s not at this uni is Daeron but apparently he’s transferring next term.”
“Well, I can’t wait to meet all of them.”
Jace let out a laugh, wrapping his arm around you when you finally made it out of the house, Cregan still sitting on the sun chairs, Alysanne next to him as they talked. Jace had wondered where you had left her.

Aegon [01:21 am]: have yall met jace’s new gf yet??
Jace left the chat.
Aegon added Jace to the chat.
Jace [02:04 am]: I hate you
Aegon [02:05 am]: <3
V Harwin
“If my husband doesn’t look like that like 25 years down the line, I definitely did something wrong.”
Jace only caught the tail end of the conversation, but knowing you and Alysanne, he wasn’t sure he even wanted to know what you were talking about. The two of you found the most bizarre things to talk about, it was astounding.
“What are we talking about?” he asked nevertheless, pulling out a chair next to you.
“There was this hot guy at the coffee shop earlier today, trying to find a good restaurant for dinner with his son,” Alysanne explained and you nodded.
“Super hot.”
“Wow, you really know how to make a guy feel special.”
You quirked a grin at him, leaning over to kiss him, your hand on his leg. Eagerly, Jace returned the kiss, deepening it which might be a tad inappropriate for the library, but he didn’t care. He never did when it came to you.
“Eurgh,” Alysanne said, rolling her eyes. Jace paid her no mind, already used to her antics, but you pulled away before it could any less PG13.
“Hi,” you mumbled, licking over over lips and Jace resisted the urge to kiss you again. “Am I seeing you tonight?”
“I might come over a little later than usual,” he said with a sigh, playing with the straps of your top. “Luke said he wanted to meet me for dinner.”
“Can you guys please go to Jace’s?” Alysanne interjected “I’d really love to have one night without hearing you guys have sex.”
“Oh come off it, Aly,” you laughed, swatting at your friend and she snickered. “You’re literally on the other side of the apartment and we barely hang out at our place.”
Alysanne stuck her tongue out at you and you only flipped her off before turning back to Jace.
“So eleven?”
“Yeah, sounds about right,” he said, nodding. “But I’ll text you, yeah?”
You hummed, and Jace pulled your chair closer to his, almost forgetting he had come to the library to study for a test. Next to you, Alysanne was rolling her eyes but he could tell that she was pleased by the way she let her hair fall over the side to give you privacy.
Well, as much privacy there was in a university library.
“How did you find out about this place anyway, dad?” Jace asked, reaching for his beer.
Turned out, Luke didn’t want to get dinner. Their father did. He had a work thing in Driftmark and decided to make it to Oldtown for a quick visit, surprising Jace. His dad felt bad for missing Jace’s first game of the season; he had always made it to Jace’s first game of the season ever since he started playing football when he was 7 years old. It was like an unspoken tradition.
Harwin Strong was a man of tradition and loyalty, and even though Jace had promised him it wasn’t that much of a deal, he had felt guilty either way.
“This nice girl at the coffee shop recommended it to me,” his father said, and Jace nearly spat out his beer all over the table. So it must have been his father you and Alysanne had been talking about earlier in the library. God really loved to play games with him.
“What coffee shop?” He asked as nonchalantly as possible. Maybe it was just a coincidence, right? There were lots of coffee shops in Oldtown.
“Blackwood’s I think? She said this was her boyfriend’s favorite restaurant,” his father explained, glancing over the menu. Jace’s heart stuttered in his chest at the word boyfriend before his father grimaced. “Well, she paused between boy and friend. It seemed like there was more to the story but I didn’t want to pry.”
“How funny,” Luke said, peering over his menu. “This is Jace’s favorite restaurant, too.”
“Really?”
“Yeah,” Jace pressed out, glaring at his brother while kicking him in the shins.
“Ow!”
“Boys, please.”
Jace and Luke exchanged dirty looks, before turning their attention back on their menus.
“You know what I don’t understand?” his father started, but Jace interrupted him before he could continue.
“The steak sizes are their thing, no one actually orders the 14 oz steak.”
His father furrowed his eyes at him, confused.
“What? No, I’m going to order the fish,” he said, shaking his head. “What I was trying to say is, what is it with your generation and casual dating?”
Jace’s ears grew hot and Luke howled in laughter, nearly falling off the chair. His father glanced between them.
“Did I miss something?”
“No,” Jace said pointedly in Luke’s direction before turning back to his father. “I’m not saying that casual dating is good, or whatever, but sometimes it’s… Complicated.”
“Complicated?” his father echoed. “Either you love someone or you don’t. When I first met your mother, I knew immediately that she was the one for me. I wasn’t going to waste my time on casually dating her.”
“That sounds really smart,” Luke said, nodding earnestly, but Jace only rolled his eyes. What an idiot. “Sounds like something a lot of people our age should do.”
“How was Econ 101, Luke?” Jace asked, his voice low and Luke narrowed his eyes at him.
“Wimp!”
“Narc!”
“So!” their father said, clearly ignoring their exchange, laying his menu down as he looked at his two eldest sons. “Are there any people in your life I should meet, Jace?”
Jace only sighed, leaning back in his chair while Luke burst out in laughter again.
“Dad, come on.”
+ I
You had been quiet for the most of the drive, which made Jace nervous. You hadn’t been his girlfriend long before his grandpa’s birthday rolled around. Actually, Jace had finally broke down and asked, begged, you to finally go out with him for real the night he got home from dinner with his father and Luke. Something about the way his father spoke about him and his mother just made Jace realize he hated this unlabeled, uncertain situationship he had with you. He wanted something real.
He was scared shitless when it took you a good minute to reply God, it took you long enough!
About a month later, his mother had texted him about the plans for his grandpa’s birthday and he had decided it was about time you met his family. You had met most of them already anyway.
“Maybe this isn’t such a good idea,” you suddenly said, eyes darting outside the window.
“What? Why?” Jace said, glancing over at you. He had half a mind to stop the car, but it was less than 2 minutes before he’d be home.
“I don’t know if I’m ready.”
“Babe.”
“What if they don’t like me?”
Despite being one turn away from his house, Jace pulled up to the curb, turning off his car. Uttering your name softly, he reached over to grasp your hand.
“You don’t need to worry, I promise,” he assured you. Your hands were clammy, you must be so much more nervous than he had initially thought, which was endearing, really. “You’ve already met most of them, remember? And they all love you.”
“So far,” you corrected him and he sighed in exasperation, giving you a fond smile.
“You’ve already met the worst person in my family and Aegon still spams our groupchat with pictures from the pastries he’s baking with the recipes you gave him. The rest of my family is harmless compared to him.”
You quirked a smile at him, letting out a deep breath.
“Okay.”
“Okay,” Jace hummed, pressing a kiss to your cheek. He squeezed your hand, not letting go as he started his car again. Even when you walked up to the front porch, past all the cars in the drive way, you were still holding onto his hand, like a lifeline in a storm.
It didn’t take long until the heavy wooden door opened, and Luke stood before them, grinning.
“I was wondering when you guys would get here,” he said, turning to his side. “Mum, it’s Jace and his girlfriend!”
“Thanks for that, dummy,” Jace hissed, punching Luke’s arm as he passed him. Luke winced in pain, glowering at his older brother, waving at you with a smile. Jace lead you through the entry hall into the living room when Joffrey came running around the corner, latching himself to your legs as he called out your name.
“Hi Joffrey,” you laughed, ruffling the young boy’s hair. “How are you?”
“So good!”
Your nerves seemed to calm as you chattered away with Joffrey, having dropped Jace’s hand for his brother’s, but Jace didn’t mind. Your feet came to a slow stop however, when you reached the living room.
His mother was fixing up the flowers on the table, beaming when she saw you come in.
“Jace!”
“Hi mum.”
Jace hugged his mother in greeting, before taking your hand. “Mum, this is-”
“Oh, welcome to the family,” his mother said, pulling you into a hug as well, surprising you as you let out a laugh.
“It’s so nice to meet you!” you said shyly, smiling at his mother when she pulled away to look at you.
“And you! I have been waiting for the day Jace finally introduced us! I just knew that he was with a girl when I asked him to pick up Joffrey,” she said, shaking her head fondly. “He was so defensive when I tried to ask for details.”
“Mum,” Jace protested and his mother only waved him off.
“Your father must be wrangling with your cousins in the kitchen… Honey, Jace and his girlfriend are here!”
“I’m coming!”
His father walked into the living room with a strawberry cake in his hand, a smile on his face when his eyes laid on you, before turning to Jace, then back to you, realization dawning on him.
“That’s the boyfriend?”
You flushed, nodding with a laugh.
“Yes.”
His father only shook his head, giving you a brief hug before glancing at his son.
“I taught you better, son.”
“I know dad,” Jace sighed, ducking his head when his father reached out to ruffle his hair.
His mother seemed confused, though it didn’t help when his cousins and Luke tumbled out of the kitchen, bickering. As usual.
“- stop it! You’ll ruin the cake!” Aegon lifted the cake out of Baela’s grasp, his eyes lighting up when he saw you. “Oh, hey! Told you we’d see each other at one point!”
“Supergirl, how’s the hand doing?”
“Supergirl? She’s obviously shower girl.”
“… Do I even want to know?”
His mother glanced around the room, starting to connect the dots.
“Am I the only one who hasn’t met you yet?”
“I haven’t met her yet!”
The rest of his cousins rushed forward to introduce themselves and you nearly sank into a wave of white hair with Joffrey still hanging off your arm. You seemed to be doing well, though, Baela and Helaena laughing as Rhaena recounted the story of how you met and Aemond and Daeron trying to give you tips on how to punch someone without getting injured.
“I like her,” his mother said as she bumped his shoulder.
Jace’s chest warmed, though he shrugged. “You barely know her yet.” Even though he knew his family would like you no matter what, it felt good to hear it spoken.
“She seems to be handling herself well around your cousins and it looks like to me she already won half of them over,” his mother pointed out. “Most importantly, she makes you happy.”
“Wait, you punched Criston Cole? But I like him.”
“Of course you like him, Aegon.”
Your laughter rang out between the bickering, and you turned to catch Jace’s eyes, beaming at him. He smiled, ducking his head. God, he was so in love.
“Yeah.”

----
A few days have passed since your encounter with Red Robin. He hasn't shown up since, but another thing has.
Your work had sent you an email. An invitation to Wayne Enterprises, to represent them. According to them, your location was the closest to Wayne Enterprises, and so you were selected. You lived 50 minutes away from Wayne Enterprises. Their home office was 30 minutes away. You weren't sure who was doing the math here, but they needed some more practice.
That being said, you could notice a pattern when there was one. This was Tim Drake's attempt to get you out of your home. And unfortunately, it was going to work. You needed your job. It was perfect, remote, didn't bother you as long as you got the work done. Jobs like that were rare, especially in Gotham.
Not for the first time, you kinda felt like crying.
If Red Robin, your soulmate, was indeed Tim Drake, then what was this? Did he have you figured out? Or was he continuing the investigation?
You didn't know...
Refusing to show up would get you fired. There was no way around that. But, what if you couldn't go?
What if you were too injured to go? There's no way you could fake something, the bats are quite literally master detectives. That and your soul animal form would likely reveal the uninjured truth.
Maybe if you injured yourself?
No, no no no. That was a bad route to go down. If this meeting is to check whether you are soulmates with him, a matching injury on your soul animal form would be like a criminal and a suspect having the same tattoo.
There wasn't really any option here. Which, really, is just typical for the vigilantes of Gotham.
"Ughhh." You groaned to yourself, cradling your hands with your head. You glared over at Red, who had been showing up much more frequently these past few days (which was saying something, since all your soul animals were already by you 23/7). Red gave a small chirp in reply, some sort of smugness in its tone.
Maybe it was time to invest in wind chimes or something. You heard they can scare off robins.
You felt like you were going to need it.
~ ~ ~ ~
Tim's developed something of a guilty habit.
It wasn't a bad thing, per se. Nothing B would particularly frown at. Dick might even agree.
He imagined you wouldn't quite feel the same, though.
You looked especially fragile, as you slept. During the day your face was haunted by false bravado, a paranoid edge to every smile. Sleep smoothed out the lines of your face, giving a softer touch to your slumbering form.
You frown when he reaches out to poke your cheek. It's cute. His hand twitches for his camera. You're always cute, whether it's a small little frown on your face or beaming joy.
He's developed a new favorite activity. Alongside solving cases, he's now watching you. He wants to observe it all. From little habits to obvious passions, he wants to know everything. Hobbies, skills, loves, DNA. He'd only just found you, the answer to the mystery that he's been in since birth. He's had a lot of time to build up this obsession.
He wants and wants and needs. He can wait to take.
You are a light sleeper, but he's a quiet stalker. You don't always drink milk before bed, but when you do, you'll get a little more tired than usual. Your groggy face is cute, too.
He reached out, stroking your hair with the slightest of a smile beginning on his face. It was soft. It reminded him of you, your soul animal form. It had flinched away from him earlier, as it always does whenever they were in uniform. Finding that you do the same as a human wasn't so surprising.
They had adapted to your soul form’s skittishness. They could do the same again. His mind briefly flashed through some ideas, an ankle bracelet, a watch, a collar? If it was on the ankle, you'd match.
He broke out of his musings at the shift of movement. A flutter of wings. B’s soul animal flew down perching on a piece of furniture nearby as a vantage point. He smirked. Looked like he wasn't the only one feeling a little possessive tonight.
He must've been thinking of you. Not surprising, given that your soul form was scheduled time with him today. They had to work out a schedule, else there would have been a lot more stabbings. Not that it didn't prevent sudden abductions occasionally, thanks Jason.
That was fine though. B could have you tonight, Damian could have you tomorrow, Dick the next. Because Tim had the real you, right here.
And he wasn't planning on letting go.
There's a room he's preparing inside Drake manor. He’d put your name on it, but that would be too obvious if anyone came around. Instead, it would be his little secret with you. He's only just met you, but he has plenty of ideas for it already.
He didn't feel guilty for this. Not at all.
You were his as much as he was yours after all. If there was a problem with these feelings, then why would fate itself tie you to him?
If anything, the only guilt he’d feel is not telling anyone else. He couldn't help it, he just wanted you to himself for a while. He caught you, so he was allowed to have you.
But was that really guilt? Or just annoyance at the idea of getting caught?
An alert on his communicator made him frown, taking him out of the trance he had felt into. There was more he had to do.
A shame, but it was fine. He got to spend some quality time with you, taken a few things for the future. He’d make more time. And you'll have all the time in the world for him. But first…
Tim withdrew a specialty camera from his utility belt, raising it to his face. He adjusted a few settings, then…
Snap!
~ ~ ~ ~
You fought the urge to yawn. You have been so sleepy lately. You had to wake up especially early for today. Lovely.
At least today was the moment of truth. You'd show Red Robin for once and for all that you were perfectly normal, and not at all his soulmate. He’d lose interest, and your life would return to its domesticity.
The one good thing going for today was that you're somehow accompanied by none of your soul animals. A truly rare occasion that is ruined by the fact that you're instead visiting a soulmate in the flesh. If any of your soul animals do show up, you have your old reliable bag to shove them into. So, you should be alright.
Wayne Enterprises was a terrifying image, but you steadied yourself with the fact that your whole life’s freedom was at stake here, which was much more terrifying. After that you could get through the door. Security just letting you through after giving your name almost had you running out the door though, you'd admit.
The elevator ride was long and solemn, giving you time to think about everything. Maybe you should think about moving, staying in Gotham was perhaps a ridiculous sentiment to begin with. It was a shame though, you were a Gothamite through and through, you didn't want to leave the country your parents lived and raised you in.
Still, perhaps it was time to leave. Things were getting too risky. Thinking about it, Wayne Enterprises? Honesty what even was your life.
The ding of the elevator door interrupts your musings, an assistant directing you to Tim Drake’s office.
As you walk over, you can't help but listen in to some shouting coming from the room.
A younger voice is yelling. “Give me them! You do not deser-” The voice gets cut off, as an older voice yells back. “It is my turn, you do not get to just steal them!”
The younger voice starts up again, but so does the older voice, alongside what you can only presume to be fighting noises.
You just kinda stare at the door. You are a working professional, representing your company to the prestigious Wayne Enterprises. You came here with lofty expectations and responsibilities to fulfill. And the CEO… is fighting someone in his office.
You have no idea what to do.
A minute passes.
You started to think about signaling an assistant to come help, but before you could do so the fighting seemed to end with a shouted “Fine! But B will hear about-” you can't hear the rest, as the shouting returns to a normal volume.
A door is opened and slammed, footsteps retreating away from the office. You take a moment to appreciate the fact that Tim Drake’s office has two doors that lead in different places, because it means you didn't have to meet whoever he was fighting.
A second or two later, the door in front of you swings open. Tim Drake is facing you, his hair a little askew, and his cheeks a little red. He smiles, an easy thing. It's as if the sight of you brought it to his face.
“Welcome!” He waves you in, somehow not acknowledging what you just heard in any form. The objects in his office are perfectly aligned. Nothing looks disturbed at all. How?
He waves you over to a chair, settling into one himself.
“Well.” He begins. “It's nice to see you again, Y/n."
You hope this goes by quickly.

Damian growing up to be pretty and Jon having to deal with the realization that holy shit, his best friend is pretty and "had he always been this pretty? Has his skin always looked that smooth? Have his eyes always been that big and green? Where his lashes always so long? Wait... Does this mean other people also find him pretty??“ Yes it does and it stresses him out
When Jon first told Kon he had feelings for Damian Kon's response was "Oh so you like them pretty and mean uh?"
When Jon first realize he had feelings for Damian the first thing he did was Google "Falling for your best friend reddit"
Damian fall for Jon slowly and overtime, he didn't realize it right away though just kind of thought he unlocked a new level of friendship, until one day he noticed how liked it when Jon held his hand and didn't want him to let go. He proceeded to have an internal crisis about it.
Jon: "Damian you've been playing that game for like 5 hours"
Damian: *playing project sekai* "You don't understand, I'm trying to pull a specific Asahina and I'm close I can feel it"
Damian has already spent at least $300 on a damned gotcha game. Jon is very unimpressed.
When it's first announced that Jon and Damian are dating Dick, Jason, and Tim decide to give Jon the shovel talk. However Jon has a hard time taking them seriously, he's known them since he was a kid it's more funny to him if anything. That being said though the one he actually is kind of intimidated by is Jason
Kon also tries to give Damian the shovel talk but Damian lowkey kind of scares him so he just decides that Jon is strong enough to take care of himself
One of Damian's favorite pieces of clothing is a hoodie he pretty much stole from Jon. It's far too big on him but he doesn't care, it smells like Jon and that's what matters
Damian never fully realized how much he actually liked physical affection until he started dating Jon. However he doesn't know how to ask for it so instead he just sits or stands really really close to Jon hoping that he gets the message
When they first got together they tried to keep it settled, try to keep it a secret, but they weren't subtle at all because to anyone with eyes it was obvious that something was up with the way that they would stand closer to each other more so than usual, the way that Jon would lean down to whisper something in Damian's ear to make him laugh, and the way that Damian would reach out and run a hand through Jon's hair and in a claim to quote unquote fix it and ask him if he's ever heard of a brush
Jon doesn't really remember when he started to have a crush on Damian. He assumes it was around the time puberty and hormones started to happen but what he does remember is that all of a sudden he would be out with friends or family and think stuff like "oh this would be a fun place to bring Damian to!" or he would see or hear something and be like "this reminds me of Damian!" and it just hit and he was just like "oh no..."
This post I already posted but I'm sharing it again! >...

matt was laying down with you laying on top of him as you bounced up and down on his cock. your head was buried in his neck muffling all of your moans and crys of his name.
his hands were gripping your waist helping you, his head was buried in your shoulder with his eyes clamped shut “you’re doing so good for me honey” he praises.
you let out a louder cry as your pleasure increased “sh sh sh, don’t want them to hear do you?” you struggled to speak from how matt was now meeting your hips in the middle “n- no sir”
“then stay quiet baby” little did you know, chris stood in shock in the doorway as he watched this whole interaction happening. he originally was going to sneak in the room to scare the couple.
but when he seen the situation, he was too shocked to move. he seen you cum all over matt, and that’s when he realized what he is seeing and doing, quickly leaving the scene quietly.

matt had been edging you for the last hour, he was using a vibrator on you to make the feeling more intense. you were sore from all of your ruined orgasms “you wanna cum princess?” you rapidly nod your head, begging to release “yes! yes yes yes! please! please!”
“10…” he starts counting down
“9…” you aren’t allowed to cum until he was done counting down
“8…” you had been so desperate for your orgasm that it hurt
“7…” you were using all of your strength to hold back
“6…” only six more seconds, can’t be that hard, right?
“5…” a front door slams but neither of you acknowledged it
“4…” you let out a scream from matt suddenly sticking a finger inside of you
“3…” nick and chris hear your scream
“2…” they start to run towards matts room to make sure you’re okay
“1…” chris and nick burst through the door
“cum.” both you and matts head look at the door
“oh my god, i- I’m so sor- ah fuck! no no no! i- i’m c- oh my god!” your orgasm hit you unexpectedly
your hips lift off of the bed as you turn on your side, trying to get the vibrations off of you but they won’t. of course your hands were handcuffed behind your back, and the vibe he was using on you wasn’t handheld.
“please! take it off! take it off!” chris had almost immediately ran out of the room when he walked in on you, while nick is still standing there frozen “not yet hun” he looks back at the door to see nick standing “you can go now!” matt yelled
“oh, yeah, right.” he hurried out of the room, grabbing his laptop to find a new therapist.

your back was against the couch as matt made slow, deep thrust into you. “you feel good baby?” his voice was low so no one would wake up and catch you at 1 am.
“y- yes” you whimper, your moans were muffled by either biting your lip or matts hand over your mouth “being such a good girl f’me” chris walked up the stairs quietly hoping to wake no one up.
he walked by the couch, not noticing you, and you didn’t notice him. he was getting close to the fridge to grab a drink, but came to an abrupt stop when he heard your moans and whimpers.
“matt, i- i’m gonna cum” he quickens his thrust a bit more “can i? please” he places soft kisses on your jaw “go ahead baby”
“t- thank you” your noises start to pick up in pitch the closer, and closer you get to the edge “open your mouth” he demands. you expected him to spit or stick his tongue in your mouth, but instead he stuffed your panties in your mouth.
“gotta keep you quiet honey, don’t want chris to hear how pretty my girl sounds.”
chris felt weird for hearing all of this go down, but he felt confused for why matt mentioned his name. he stood in the kitchen, listening to your muffled moans as you reached your climax.
matt continued to thrust into you, which got you over stimulated. he could tell you were trying to say something so he removed the panties from your mouth “t- too much matty, i- i can’t”
your voice cracked while tears built in your eyes from the overstimulation “yes you can, give me one more then ill stop, understand?” your whimpers start to get louder again “y- yes sir”
he stuffs your panties back into your mouth. he watches your face contort in pleasure, your third orgasm of the night approaching (matt the munch), but this one was different, it felt like you were going to pee.
matt could tell that and started rubbing your clit. his orgasm was approaching just as fast as yours “you gonna let me cum inside of of you? hm?” you nod your head, desperate for him to fill you.
chris walks to the first step, standing behind the wall. “fucking shit, i’m cumming baby, cum with me, i know you wanna squirt all over this cock” you feel him finish inside of you which triggered your release.
your juices fly out from between you two with a loud moan from you and a loud groan from matt. chris finally walks down the stairs to his bedroom, he should be disgusted from what he has heard but he can’t help it when he takes care of his ‘problem’ by thinking of your noises, your words, your reactions, he can’t help but want to be the one cumming inside of you.
he never got his drink.

“001”
frontman!in-ho x you
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
in-ho had manipulated everyone into thinking he was an angel. but he had one more person i convince, and when he couldn’t, he eliminated every person in the way
⋆°☁⋆° ☁⋆°☁ ⋆°☁ ✿ ⋆°☁⋆° ☁⋆°☁ ⋆°☁
“why do you keep looking in that direction?” gi-hun questioned in-ho as he caught him staring into your direction for the fifth time in the last hour.
“n-nothing, just thought i saw something.” in-ho awkwardly chuckled.
but in all honesty, he was eyeing you. he observed as you talked with your team, the group consisting of two girls and a boy. everytime in-ho looked towards your direction, he noticed how close you were with the only boy in there. it infuriated him, he clenched his jaw and fists at the idea of anything romantic between the two of you.
during the second game, he realised how badly he wanted you. upon watching your team, he grew more and more angered whenever the boy would touch you in anyway. be it holding your hand, resting his hand on your waist, or just brushing up against you.
you turned into his motivation to excel in the games.
one night, he laid awake on his bed. his thoughts trailed from the memories of the both if you accidentally locking eyes, to him even fantasing about killing the boy to get you all for himself. in-ho ran at least a hundred thoughts in his mind, trying to come up with the easiest and quickest way to eliminate his competition.
when it came to ‘mingle’, he had the perfect, most cunning plan to make you swoon right into his arms.
‘the game is mingle. when the number is called out, you are to form groups of the number and enter the nearest room.’
the platform shifted, making every player stumble as the game began. in-ho’s eyes lingered on you, watching jealously as you grabbed onto the boys arm instinctively.
‘9’
“they’ve got four! let’s go!” in-ho was the first to yell, dashing towards your team and grabbing your arm, causing everyone to follow him.
when everyone entered the nearest room, you thanked him. “thank you, sir! you must have really quick reflexes to notice us!”
in-ho could only grin. “it’s nothing, i’m glad you’re-everyone is safe.”
“hey, what do you say, we all stick together? there are more than enough people, i’m sure we can all make it out alive if we play the games together.”
he could combust on the spot. you were doing all the work for him.
as the next round started, you still held onto the boy that in-ho had grown to loathe.
‘5’ there were way too many people.
without even discussing any plans of sorts, in-ho took your hand, dragging you with him without any choice into the nearest room. that made two. you didn’t know, but the two other girls in your team were following behind. but in-ho was quick, before they could enter, he grabbed onto three other men, shoving them in and closing the door.
just as the door locked, you glanced over to the door.
“y/n! help us, please! open the door!” they pleaded, pounding on the door but it wouldn’t budge.
you tried with all your might to yank the door open, but eventually you watched hopelessly as they were being gunned down by the guards.
“no! please, we have to open the door!” you cried, sinking to the floor in agony as their screams came to a stop.
in-ho knelt down in front of you, pulling you into his arms as you had your meltdown. he caressed your hair, whispering sweet nothings to calm you down. he took in the smell of you, using every inch of his self control not to let out a groan.
“hey, it’s okay-look at me.” he cooed, cupping your cheeks in his hand lovingly. “i’m here, you’re safe.”
you nodded, finding comfort in his embrace.
when the next round started, you couldn’t find the boy, and it scared you. but having in-ho with you made things better. he draped an arm around your waist, pulling you close as the platform began to spin.
‘2’
he watched your wandering eyes searching for anyone other than him. in-ho was annoyed. was he not enough for you? was everything he had done not enough to win you over? why did you need anyone else other than him?
“we have to go!” he shouted over the chaos, gently tugging at your jacket.
you hesitated for a second, but ultimately you knew that you didn’t have many more options at hand to play, so you went with him.
just as you were running to the room, in-ho spotted the boy from his peripheral vision. ‘fuck’ he thought.
he ushered you into the room, beckoning you to turn around to face the wall so ‘you don’t have to see the violence and utter havoc taking place’. but in reality, he knew he needed to remove the last of his concerns.
the boy came closer, trying to push in-ho out of the way so he could take his place. the boy opened his mouth the speak, but in-ho was quicker. he grabbed onto the boy’s neck, trapping him in a headlock as he fought hard.
“what are you doing?” the boy tried to squeeze out as in-ho tightened his grip. he glanced at the clock, ten seconds left.
as the seconds passed, he could feel the life fading away in his arms, the andrenaline coursed through every vein in his body. when he heard a final snap, he scurried onto his feet, locking the door behind him as you turned around.
to his surprise, you ran to him, throwing your arms around his abdomen. “i thought you weren’t coming back!”
in-ho had a moment where he was taken aback, but his arms had betrayed him, he took you into his arms, resting his chin on your head.
he loved it. you were practically doing all the work for him.
when the game came to an end, you exited the room with in-ho, hand in hand. when you were back in the room, you searched for the boy but he was nowhere to be seen.
eventually when reality set in, you realised that he might not have made it afterall. that night, you laid in in-ho’s arms as he consoled you. he kept you close to him in approximation and emotionally.
in-ho knew then that his plan had worked. he had isolated you from anyone you had knew from the games, bow you were all his.

The low hum of the treadmill and the rhythmic clang of weights filled the resort’s gym, but Franco wasn’t paying attention to any of it. His focus was locked on the woman in the corner, working through her routine with laser-like focus.
She didn’t notice him, which was for the best—he wasn’t ready to deal with her sharp tongue or the way she looked at him like he was the villain in her story. But right now, she was different. She didn’t have her guard up, didn’t look like she was ready to tear him apart with another sarcastic comment. She looked… gorgeous.
It wasn’t just the way her ponytail swung as she moved, or the way her tank top clung to her in all the right places. There was something else, something about the determination in her eyes, the way she focused on each rep like the rest of the world didn’t exist. She wasn’t just beautiful—she was fierce. Strong. And, damn, if that didn’t make her even more attractive.
He ran a hand through his hair, leaning against the doorframe, trying to play it cool. Franco knew he shouldn’t be watching her like this, but it was hard to look away. Every time he saw her, something pulled him in, and it was getting harder and harder to pretend it was just because she hated him.
He’d been thinking about her way too much lately. The way she challenged him, never letting him get too close, always keeping him on the edge. And yeah, maybe that was part of the thrill. But now, as he stood there, watching her with sweat glistening on her skin, it wasn’t just about the challenge anymore.
He wanted to ask her out.
The thought hit him like a punch to the gut, and he cursed under his breath. What the hell was he thinking? She couldn’t stand him. She’d made that clear from the start, and asking her out would probably end in her laughing in his face or worse—publicly roasting him on her Instagram for the world to see.
But still… he couldn’t shake the thought. The way she made his heart race, how every word from her lips felt like a dare. He wanted to take that risk, to see if maybe—just maybe—there was something more behind her walls. Something she wasn’t ready to admit.
“Mate, what are you staring at?”
The voice of his friend, Diego, snapped him out of his thoughts. He hadn’t even noticed Diego walking up beside him, his water bottle in hand and a raised eyebrow on his face.
“Nothing,” he muttered, but it was too late. Diego followed his gaze, and a smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth.
“Right. Nothing. That’s why you’ve been standing here for a full five minutes staring at her like a lost puppy.”
“Callarse la boca,” (shut up) he grumbled, crossing his arms. “It’s not like that.”
“Sure it’s not.” Diego’s grin widened as he leaned in, lowering his voice. “So, when are you going to ask her out?”
He shot his friend a look. “You’re joking, right? You know how she feels about me. She’d chew me up and spit me out before I even got the words out.”
“Maybe,” Diego admitted, shrugging. “But maybe she wouldn’t. Look, I’m just saying, you’ve been eyeing her for days, and it’s not just because she’s Logan’s best friend and Oscar’s sister. You’re into her.”
“I’m not—”
“Mate, you are.” Diego cut him off, raising his hand. “And here’s the thing: girls like her, the ones that give you a hard time? Half the time, it’s because they’re scared of how much they like you. You know the saying, ‘keep your enemies close’ and all that.”
He shook his head, but deep down, he couldn’t deny Diego’s words were getting to him. Maybe that’s why she was always so sharp with him—because she was scared. Or maybe he was just kidding himself.
“Look, you’ll never know unless you try,” Diego continued, nudging him with his elbow. “What’s the worst that could happen? She shuts you down? You’ve survived worse, need I remind you of your ex?.”
He thought about it for a long moment, his eyes drifting back to her as she moved through her final set. Diego was right—he’d survived worse, and if she shot him down, at least he’d know he tried. And if, somehow, she didn’t… Well, that was a risk worth taking.
“Fine,” Franco said finally, running a hand over his face. “I’ll do it. I’ll ask her out.”
Diego grinned, clapping him on the back. “That’s the spirit! Just be cool, alright? Don’t be the cocky bastard you usually are. You’ve got this.”
He wasn’t so sure about that, but as he took a deep breath and headed toward her, the pounding in his chest wasn’t just from nerves. It was excitement. He was ready for the risk.

keep pushing during the break

You wiped the sweat from your brow, breathing hard as you finished your last set. The gym was quiet this time of night, just the way you liked it. Fewer people meant fewer distractions—fewer chances of running into Franco.
You shook her head, scolding yourself for even thinking about him. Why was he constantly on your mind? Maybe it was because he seemed to pop up everywhere. The pool, the restaurant, and now—you caught a glimpse of movement in the mirror—the gym.
Your eyes flicked to the reflection. There he was, leaning against the doorway, watching you. You could feel his gaze, the same infuriating, intense look he always gave you, like he was daring you to react. It was infuriating how much he got under your skin, how he was always there, always pushing.
You turned your back to the mirror, trying to pretend you hadn’t seen him, but the knot in your stomach wouldn’t loosen. It wasn’t nerves, not really. It was more complicated than that—a mix of irritation, confusion, and something you refused to name. You weren't about to let him know he’d gotten to you, not when he was probably waiting for you to snap, just so he could make some smug comment.
But he didn’t leave.
You could feel him still there, watching, and it drove you crazy. You could handle the public stuff—the jabs on social media, the press interviews where he dropped some flirty comment about you, like he was trying to bait you. But this… this was different. He wasn’t playing to an audience here. This was just him, watching you like you were the only person in the room.
Your heart pounded, and you hated it. Hated that he had this effect on you.
You took a deep breath, your fingers tightening around the dumbbell in your hand. Maybe if you just ignored him, he’d leave. But then, the unmistakable sound of footsteps moving closer made your grip tighten even more. He wasn’t leaving. Of course he wasn’t.
"Hey," his voice cut through the air, smooth and casual, like he hadn’t been staring at you for who knew how long.
You straightened up, wiping your palms on your leggings before turning around, schooling your face into a mask of indifference. You weren't going to let him see any weakness.
“What do you want?” you asked, your tone sharper than youintended.
He hesitated for a second, almost like he wasn’t sure what to say. That was a first. Usually, he had some cocky remarks locked and loaded. But tonight, there was something different in his eyes. A vulnerability that threw you off guard.
“I was just… wondering if you wanted to grab a drink or something,” he said, the confidence in his voice wavering just enough for you to notice.
A drink?
You stared at him, completely blindsided. Out of all the things he could have said, that was the last thing you’d expected. Was he seriously asking you out? After all the snark, all the public back-and-forth?
You should say no. You should laugh in his face, tell him to take his ego and leave you alone. It would be the easiest thing in the world to turn him down.
But the words didn’t come.
Instead, you found herself staring at him, taking in the way his usually cocky demeanour had softened. He wasn’t smirking, wasn’t playing some game to get a rise out of you. He was just… asking. And there was something disarming about that.
Your heartbeat quickened, and you hated that, too.
“You’re joking, right?” you finally managed, your voice barely above a whisper.
He shook his head, his eyes never leaving yours. “No joke. Just thought maybe… we could talk. Outside of all this.”
You could tell he was waiting for the rejection. You could practically feel the tension rolling off him as he braced himself for your inevitable shutdown. But for the first time since you’d met him, you didn’t feel like fighting. She felt… curious.
Why now? Why you?
You crossed your arms, more to steady yourself than anything. “You know I can’t stand you, right?”
His lips twitched in what almost looked like a smile. “Yeah. I’m well aware.”
“And yet you think I’d want to get a drink with you?”
He shrugged, his eyes still holding yours, like he was trying to figure you out. “What can I say? I’m an optimist.”
You wanted to roll her eyes, wanted to laugh in his face, but instead, you found herself biting your lip, considering it. And that was the most frustrating part. Because as much as you hated him, you couldn’t deny there was something between them. Something you couldn’t explain, but it had been simmering beneath the surface from the moment you two had met.
You should say no. You should walk away, like you always did.
But instead, you found herself meeting his gaze head-on, searching his face for any sign of the arrogant playboy you’d convinced yourself he was. But all you saw was sincerity. And that was what made you hesitate.
“Fine,” you said, crossing your arms tighter. “But one wrong word, I’m gone.”
His smile was instant, warm, and more genuine than you’d ever seen. “Deal.”

The bar is dimly lit, tucked away in a quiet corner of the resort. Normally, you’d appreciate the calm atmosphere, but tonight, you can’t shake the nervous energy running through you. You don’t know why you agreed to this—sitting across from him, sipping drinks as if you aren’t the same person who publicly can’t stand him.
Franco leaned back in his chair, watching you with that same relaxed expression that always makes your pulse quicken, though you’d never admit it. “So, you’re telling me you’ve never been surfing?” His voice is casual, like this is the most normal conversation in the world.
You shrug, swirling your drink in your hand, trying to act unaffected. “We’re a racing family.”
He grins, eyes never leaving yours. “I’ll have to take you sometime. I bet you’d be a natural.”
That teasing tone, the cocky smile—it should annoy you. It does annoy you. But there’s something different tonight. He’s not playing for an audience, not trying to rile you up like usual. It feels… real. And that’s what unnerves you the most.
“You think I’d take surfing lessons from you? You think I’d voluntarily hang out with you again?” you quip, raising an eyebrow, trying to regain some control over the situation.
“Absolutely. And you’d love every minute of it.”
You roll your eyes, but even as you do, you feel a smile tugging at the corner of your lips. When did this become easy? When did you start enjoying his company?
You take a long sip of your drink, trying to steady yourself. You shouldn’t feel this way. You’re supposed to dislike him. He’s supposed to be the cocky new driver who replaced Logan, the guy you roast on social media. So why is your heart racing?
“Are you okay?” His voice cuts through your thoughts, softer now.
You blink, realising you’ve been staring at the glass in your hand. “Yeah, I’m fine,” you mutter, setting it down.
But he’s still looking at you, his eyes searching yours like he’s trying to read your mind. And for the first time, you don’t know if you can hide behind your usual sarcasm. He’s seeing through your defences, and that terrifies you.
“Listen,” he says, his voice low, almost gentle, “if this is weird for you, you can leave. No pressure.”
Your heart skips at the way he says your name, like it means something more than just another person in his world. Vulnerability flashes in his eyes, and you hate that it makes you feel something, something you’ve been trying to ignore.
You’re about to make a snappy comeback, to brush it off like always, but instead, you just sit there, staring at him. The space between you feels too small, the air thick with an unspoken tension.
Then a thought came to the front of your mind, was he going to kiss you?
The thought sends a jolt through your system. You should pull back, say something snarky, shut this down before it goes any further. But you don’t move. And neither does he.
The tension is electric now, crackling between you like a live wire. He leans in, just slightly, enough for you to feel the heat of his presence, and you realise—so do you. You’re leaning in, too. Your heart is racing, your breath shallow. You can feel the moment hanging there, fragile, on the edge of something you’re not sure you’re ready for. You’re ready to blame the alcohol but you hadn’t even finished your first drink.
And then, just as the space between you is about to disappear, a voice shatters the moment like a glass breaking.
“Oh my god Franco! Can I get a selfie with you?”
The interruption hits you like a bucket of cold water. You jerk back, blinking as you realise there’s someone standing beside the table—a girl, wide-eyed and holding up her phone, looking at him like he’s hung the stars and the moon.
He glances at her, clearly surprised, but quickly recovers with that easy charm of his. For a second, the connection between you snaps, and the intensity of the moment is gone.
“Uh, yeah, sure,” he says, smiling at the fan. “Just give me a second.”
You lean back in your seat, trying to get a grip on yourself. Your heart is still racing, and you feel the ghost of what almost happened hanging in the air. You hadn’t realised how close you’d come to crossing that line until the moment was interrupted. And now that it’s gone, you don’t know how to feel. Relieved? Maybe. But there’s a part of you—a part you hate to admit—that’s disappointing.
He turns back to you, his face apologetic, as if he knows exactly what you’re feeling.
“I’ll be right back,” he says softly, standing up to take the photo.
You watch as he poses with the fan, your heart still thudding in your chest. The moment between you lingers in the air, but now, with the interruption, it’s slipping away. And you’re not sure if you want it back or if you’re relieved it’s gone.

You and Luke have been dating since high school. You were for him on every step of his career. Like yesterday, you remember coming to his college games and celebrating with him being drafted to the New Jersey Devils. When Luke moved out, you left behind in Ann Arbor. As much as you wanted to go after him, you knew how important your education was. You were coming to as many games as you could but always, you were only around him and Jack.
You finally graduated from university and could go to live with Luke. He moved out from his brother’s apartment and you two rented a different place. It was like a dream come true. You and Luke after 5 years, finally have been living together and fulfilling careers. The first months you lived together in a bubble of love and happiness. You two barely were leaving the apartment during free time, wanting to spend as much time together as you could get.
December came really quickly. Luke asked you to go with him to a Christmas party with his team. You were stressed because you haven’t met other partners of the players. You knew you had to agree but the stress you had was insane. It was a party day. You wore a black dress, not wanting to bring much attention to yourself. Luke could see your anxiety rising in the car and tried to calm you down.
“Stop overthinking babe. Everything’s gonna be fine” He placed his hand on your thigh, eyes never leaving the road.
“What if they don't like me? I don’t want to be an outsider” You sighed and started playing with his fingers.
“You won’t be. I’ll be there. If you feel alone in between them, you can always come and grab me or Jack”
Luke parked the car and looked at you. He could tell from your facial expression that you don’t want to go there. “We can always come back home and I’ll come up with excuse”
“No. I’m fine. I’ll survive” You leaned in to kiss him.
“That’s my girl” He kissed you again.
Luke came out of the car and went to open your door. You two walked hand to hand into the restaurant. You put a smile on your face trying your hardest to hide your real feelings. Luke went and introduced you to other girlfriends and wives of the players. They all looked so nice in their dresses and you started feeling unsure about your presence.
Luke leaned in and whispered into your ear. “Remember, I’m here so if would like to get back home, just come to me” He kissed your cheek “Have fun”
You sat on one of the empty chairs and listened to their conversation. You decided not to speak until spoken to. You knew you were the new one here and the last thing you wanted was to show up. One of the girls saw that you’re sitting quietly.
“So Y/N, tell us how you and Luke met”
“We met in high school. Common friend introduced us and we got along with each other really quickly” You smiled at the memory.
“How long have you been together?”
“We celebrated 5 years last month”
“Don’t you feel scared that he might replace you?” One of the girls asked and you gulped.
“What? Why?”
“No offense but you don’t look like a wag type. Luke’ getting popular and might be wanting to date a woman on his level. A model or something like that” They started pointing out all of your flaws in your look and you felt the tears growing in your eyes. You didn’t want to give them the pleasure of making you insecure.
“Umm… Excuse me” You couldn’t stand this anymore. You went to search for Luke. He stood in the corner laughing with Curtis. When his eyes laid on you, he knew something happened. “Hi, can we talk?” You asked him, not trusting your voice.
“Sure” Luke answered. “We’ll come back to this conversation” He directed those words to Curtis as he left the two of you. “What’s going on?”
“Can we go back home please?” You were on the edge of crying.
“Yes, let’s go” He grabbed your hand and said goodbye to the guys.
The road back to the apartment was quiet. You haven’t said a word to him, all the way looking through the window. Luke pulled to the parking spot and you left the car. He followed you, observing you from behind. He could tell that something is bothering you. You unlocked the door and walked into the apartment going straight to the bedroom. Before you could walk into the closet, Luke gently grabbed your arm. You turned around to face him.
“Can you tell me what happened?” He asked politely.
“Nothing, I just felt tired” You lied.
“Y/N, I know you and I can tell that you’re lying” He closed the gap between you. “Please tell me the truth”
You took a deep sigh. “They were saying that I don’t look like wag material. That you’re getting more popular and deserve someone famous and not me” You sobbed. “They also started saying that the dress was a bad choice because my stomach looks too round and how my thighs are too big and they even said that I should consider started working out”
Luke was furious hearing your words. He couldn’t believe someone would say such words about his girlfriend. He loved every inch of your body. For him, you were the most gorgeous woman in the whole world.
“You know that none of these words are true right? You’re beautiful babe” He pulled you into a tight hug. You two stood like that for a minute.
“I don’t know… Maybe working out is a good idea” You said quietly, almost whispering.
“Stop. Don’t you ever say it” Luke placed hand under your chin so you could face him. “You’re gorgeous. Inside and outside. You’re my dream girl and only you”
“I just don’t want to lose you because I’m unattractive” You admitted.
“If you think that you’re unattractive that means I’m doing a bad job in showing you how stunning you are” Luke placed a kiss on your forehead.
“Luke…”
“No, I need to show my girl how breathtaking she is. It’s all about you today”
Luke pulled you into a passionate kiss. He places his hands on your back and unzips your dress. Slowly, he started taking the dress off. You stood in front of him only in underwear and blushed. It wasn’t the first time but tonight, you felt overwhelmed by the emotions.
“You look adorable when you’re blushing. I love that after 5 years I still have this effect on you” He whispered into your ear and looked down at your body. You felt his gaze on you and tried to cover yourself with your hands. “Don’t do it. I want to see my beautiful girl and the smokin’ body I have for myself” You smiled at his words. Luke’ hands return to your back and he unhooks your bra.
“I feel so weird standing here naked when you’re fully clothed” Luke chuckled at your words and kissed you. Quickly, he took off his clothes and stood in front of you only in his underwear.
“Lay on the bed” You listened to him. He slapped your ass when you turned around to go to bed. “Sorry, couldn’t help it” You giggled and laid on the bed and waited for his next move.
Luke was towering over you. He started kissing your whole face. Your nose, your cheeks, your jawline going lower with each kiss. You placed your hands on his curls and played with them. Luke kissed your soft spot on the neck and you moaned.
“I love the sounds you’re making” He kissed your collarbone. His eyes were on the same level as your chest. “You have gorgeous boobs. I could stare at them the whole day and never get bored of seeing them”
Luke placed his lips on your left boob and sucked your nipple while his hand went to the right one. He was giving all the attention to them. While he was placing kisses and sucking your left nipple, his left hand was playing with your other boob. He changed his moves and now, his right hand was playing with your left boob when he was spreading kisses on your right boob.
Your hands were still in his curls, slightly pulling them. You were moaning at the affection he was giving you. Luke went down and kissed your stomach.
“I love your belly. It’s adorable how it looks. I think it’s perfect just like the rest of your body” His hands were roaming on your hips when he was kissing your going lower. Luke spread your legs and could see the wet spot on your panties. “I can see that you’re turned on. If telling you how wonderful you are makes this effect, I should say it as a mantra”
His hands started caressing your thighs. That was always the part of your body that he was obsessed with. Luke loved laying on them while you were playing with his hair. Always have your hand placed on your thighs. That’s why he knew he had to share them with all the love.
“This… this is my favorite part of you. Your thighs are beautiful. You know how hard it is to keep myself composed when you’re walking without your pants? You have an insane impact on me. That’s why I can’t keep my hands off you” You blushed hearing those words. He placed two kisses on your thighs, one on each. Luke placed a kiss on your still covered pussy and took off your panties. “Let me take care of you. Just lay there and look pretty”
Luke licked your pussy and you moaned. “You taste like heaven babe” He dived in and started licking and sucking your clit. You were pulling his hair harder. You were stimulated by his words and now, he was giving you pleasure while eating you out.
You loved the feeling of his mouth on your pussy and you couldn’t get enough of it. Luke eats you out like a starved man. You tried to close your legs but he firmly grabbed your thighs and pinned them to the mattress.
“Luke!” You screamed loudly when you cum but he didn’t stop. Instead, he added two fingers inside of you. You felt overstimulated by his moves. He was gentle with you, and wanted to prove to you how incredible you are.
“Relax babe, you’re in safe hands” He was thrusting his fingers into you while placing kisses on your stomach. You don’t even know when the second climax hit you. He pulled his fingers and licked them clean. You were breathing heavily.
Luke took off his underwear and grabbed a condom from the night stand. He positioned himself and thrusted his whole length inside of you. You moaned loudly but he leaned over you and kissed you. He started moving, his lips never leaving yours. You were moaning into his mouth.
“You feel so good, like you were made for me” Luke praised you and you grabbed his shoulder. You dragged your nails being sure that you left marks but at that moment you two didn’t care. You were too caught up in a moment.
“You’re gorgeous. I never saw such a beautiful person like you. If I could, I would spend whole days just watching you and showing you how hot you are” He grabbed your thighs and placed them on his waist to have a better angle and go deeper into you.
You were close, you felt overwhelmed but didn’t want him to stop. The sex was full of love and care. You adored this side of Luke when he was paying attention to the smallest details. You cum for the third time this night and your scream was heard in the whole apartment. The orgasm hit you like crazy.
Luke was still thrusting into you, trying to get his own release. When he cum, he pulled you into a kiss and laid on your body spreading kisses on your neck and face. He finally pulled out of you and you felt empty without his cock.
“You did an amazing job babe. I love you so much” He returned and laid next to you in bed hugging you tightly.
“Thank you for that” You kissed his chest. “I love you”
“There’s nothing to thank me for. It’s been a pleasure to show you how beautiful you are. It’s my job to be sure that you feel confident” Luke caressed your arm. “Now c’mon, we have o get clean and than we can go to sleep”
“5 more minutes?” You asked him. He laughed looking into your eyes.
“5 more minutes” He placed a kiss on your head.

Tumblr media
Possessive much???
always always always has to have a hand on you
not big on public displays of affection but it;; be a hand on the back of your neck, or pulling you by the wrist or a hand on your inner thigh if you're sat next to her
Love (and I mean *loves*) to subtly turn you on while other people are there
whether it be flexing those big muscles or whispering something to you and then biting your earlobe she will do it just to get you soaked and ready for later
very protective
like, she made you go about with body guards until you begged her to stop that
now she makes them follow you from a distance
you know that but it's better than it was
she wants you to be safe, ok?
Big. Strap, Energy
((and a big strap reality if we're being super honest))
makes her feel powerful
humiliation kink for sure
watching you gag and spit running down your chin while she shoves her fingers or strap down your throat...
she's never seen you look more beautiful.
unpredictable sleeper
like, you've accidentally slammed the door way to hard and she continued snoring
she denies snoring btw
but one time you got up to get a glass of water and as you closed the fridge she was standing there- scaring the shit out of you
will no, does not and cannot tolerate others hitting on you or even complimenting you
a guy smiled at you for "too long", in Sevika's words, and now his face is in a cast
you know that song where it's like "that boy is a really pussy pleaser"?
yeah well, that song also describes Sevika
she will keep you in bed for hours, she'll tie you down if she has to
was pretty shy when you two first got together but once it was clear the feeling was mutual between you two, she got so cocky so fast
she's into goddamn everything
thigh riding, face fucking, over stimulation, body worship, praising you non stop, straps, bondage, degradation, crying kink, humiliation kink.... do I need to go on?
she's an acts of service gal
the first time you got sick she showed up at your door with homemade, still warm chicken soup
didn't say a word just handed it to you and walked in
you woke up from a nap and she'd done your laundry and washed up
she won't let you recognise that she's done those things for you either, you'll try and thank her and she'll instantly change the subject.
She doesn't get obsessed with people easily but when she's pussy whipped she is pussy whipped!
always future planning
pillow talk for you two is her talking about where you guys will be 5 years from now, how you'll be living so good together
she's a quiet drunk
a horny drunk too
she'll come home from the bar late and just feel you up, really manhandle you
all the while whispering about how bad she needs you right now and you're all she's thought about all day

Simon Riley crying and praying for the first time in years bc you're hospitalized
(self indulgent as fuck, based off of personal medical history bc it'll be more accurate)
You hadn't ate or drank for 5 days, unable to keep anything down. You thought it was the flu at first. Fevers, puking, extreme fatigue. It didn't seem like anything out of the norm. Except for when your fevers started casing full body convulsions that made you look possessed. Chills and cold sweat turned to groaning and crying, muscles all over cramping and clenching, breathing becoming difficult. You figured it was because you hadn't had the flu in years. How wrong you had been.
Once your puke turned green, which was later found out to be bile from your kidneys, Simon rushed you to the hospital. Unable to stand, he pulled a wheelchair from the entrance and pushed you everywhere. Within 2 hours, the nurses had you admitted and on IV meds. Pain meds, IV Tylenol, and bags of fluid were hooked up to you, rehydrating you being high priority. Your body is in shock, resting heartrate being 140. He sat by your side the entire time, holding your puke bag in one hand, and your hair back in the other. The doctors drew blood, running blood cultures, searching for a more accurate answer.
The night you were admitted, they informed you that your kidneys were so infected that one got injured. The bile that was thrown up was caused but how hard you were puking, pulling it up from your kidneys.
He stayed the night, sleeping in the rocking chair, right next to your bed. He woke up when your fevers came back, holding your hand and telling you how good you're doing, calling in a nurse. The morning that followed, he had to go back to the house to make a bag of your immediate needs, clothes, deodorant, hairbrush, and anything else he could think of. When he came back, a doctor and a couple med students came in with important news.
"We ran blood cultures to see if there was possible an infection in your blood due to your symptoms leaning towards that. They came back positive. We are going to give you antibiotics and run cultures every 12 hours to track if the antibiotics are working" The doctor says as gently as possible.
The room begins to feel like it's spinning. Sepsis has a 68% mortality rate, and knowing how deadly it is, it feels like you're already being buried. Simon looks to you with a confused look, not knowing exactly what that it, but knowing it isn't good.
"I have sepsis?" You ask in a quiet voice, throat constricting.
"Yes" The doctor says softly.
"Oh fuck I'm gonna die" you whisper under your breath, tears forming.
Simon looks to you, eyes widening. 'Not again'
"Wait, the hell is Sepsis?" He demands, but not sounding confident, more scared than anything.
The doctor explains it to him, how it when your blood is infected, how the infection can latch onto your other organs and slowly kill you from the inside out. Once it reaches your brain, it's too late. His grip on your hand tightens. The doctor tries to give hope, but she can only do so much without lying. She leaves to give you privacy.
It's silent, neither of you speaking out of shock. The only noise in the room is the quiet hum of the IV machine and Simon's shaky breathing. Your thumb softly glides back and forth over the back of his hands, trying to ground him.
"Si" you softly call.
It takes hour to get him to loosen up a little. It's only when you manage to keep down a popsicle that he feels like he can breath a little easier. Like maybe you'll be part of the 32% that pull through.
That sliver of hope is crushed that night, being woken up by his arm being slapped repeated by you in a panic. His eyes meet yours, concern instantly written on his face. Your hand is on your chest as short, sharp breaths are the only thing you can manage.
"I,, can't,, breath,," you whisper between breaths, unable to say a sentence in one go.
"Baby it's alright, jus' try to breath wit' me, hm?" he tries to demonstrate slow breathing, mistaking it for a panic attack.
"not a,, panic,, attack,, please,, nurse,," you try to tell him.
He nods in a panic, running out to the nurse station and explaining. They rush in and take your pulse-ox just to see your oxygen percentage is at 86% when it should be above 95%. They try to do the deep breathing again before Simon interrupts them.
"It's not a bloody panic attack, she literally can't breath. Get her oxygen or somethin' before she fuckin' suffocates!"
They put you on oxygen until they can get you an X-ray. The nurses try to chalk it up to a panic attack until in the morning they see you still can't breath. They give you an X-ray and when the results come back, they send the doctor in. She informs you that the nurses gave you too much IV fluid and that caused your organs to swell so much that they pushed up on your lungs, collapsing them by 3/4ths. 1/4th of your lungs are still open and they're going to take you off fluid, start you on exercises to open them back up, and keep you on oxygen.
That's the last straw for Simon. Once you fall asleep for a nap, he heads outside to the bench area and punches a wall. His knuckles split but he barely feels it, ringing in his ears drowning out the surrounding noise. With no one around, he sits on a bend, elbows on knees and face in his hands. His breath picks up as his throat tightens and tears threaten to rip out of him.
"Why would ya let this happen to 'er? Aren't you supposed to be lovin'?" He whispers into the wind, looking up at the sky, "That girl in't like me. She's the fuckin' sunshine in human form and she's on death's bloody doorstep."
Tears cloud his vision, unable to keep it in any longer. He blinks them away, falling onto his clenched fists. Years of praying, to a god he later grew to resent, for him to fix his family. A child kneeling at his bed, begging him to get his family out of his father's grasp. Once he got to his teenage years, his desperation became resentment and anger. His jaw began to clench when his drunken father would spew bible verses at him to condemn him. He realized God wouldn't save him, nor would he when Simon's family was ripped from him.
Yet here he was, back to that same god, desperate that maybe, just maybe, he'd have mercy on him this time. He believed himself a rotten man, even if it was subconscious, unworthy of the angel sent to him. His light, reparations for the mistreatment The Father had destined for him.
"You sent 'er to me, it's gotta be for a reason. You've never listened to my prayers before but just this fuckin' once, please don't ignore me." His voice breaks, openly sobbing with no sound, "You sent 'er to me and now I can't live without 'er. She's fuckin' everythin' to me. Don't take back your gift, please" The end of his sentence slips into a whisper.
He wipes his tears on his sleeve and sniffles hard, trying to erase the evidence of his vulnerability. He stands and walks to the door, looking back at the bench before turning back to the door and walking in. 'Amen'

Do it for them - Co-captain reader x Curly
Part 4 - Part 5 - Part 6
Warning: Mention of rape.
You let out a sigh, as if you had held your breath for a few seconds upon seeing him there.
The only thing you could recognize was that blue eye color he had.
You were in a conflict, you didn't know what to do at that moment, your eyes filled with tears in an instant.
Before you knew it, you were walking towards him, your body aching, but the pain was secondary at that moment.
You leaned over his bed to see him up close, kneeling to be face to face with him.
If he could express any kind of emotion on his face, you would say he was terrified that you finally saw him, your eyes were focused on him, and you didn't say a word.
Until you smiled.
"You're really alive..."
You murmured and covered your mouth when you started to laugh, the mix of emotions at that moment was a disaster, between laughter and sobs, you didn't know what to do, whether to feel happy because he was alive, or feel sad about the state he was in.
You slapped your cheeks hard enough to leave them red, trying to reason with yourself while listening to Curly's whimpers.
"Okay- okay- let me help you- I know they've been giving you painkillers for your pain, just let me give them to you"
You mentioned that upon hearing those sounds, you quickly looked for the pills and took one to be able to give it to him.
You moved your fingers nervously as you brought your hand closer to his jaw, his exposed teeth were something unpleasant to see, and the smell of burnt flesh was even worse in the room.
"I see why Anya looks so terrified... It must be difficult for her."
At one point, you pushed the pills down his throat and tried to move him a bit so he could swallow without choking.
In a short time, their whimpers ceased.
You noticed the robe you were wearing and decided to take it off to put on your uniform that was next to the bed where you woke up.
Curly inhaled sharply when you changed, seeing how almost your entire body was covered in bruises.
When you finished, you took a chair and sat down next to your husband.
They both looked at each other in silence.
"I understand why you didn't want me to see you like this... I really thought I would wait until you gave me permission to see you... I didn't expect to end up here in the nursery just like that..."
You looked at your hands and arms, well aware that they were covered in bruises that were now hidden by your clothes, but they were still there, and it hurt so bad. You took one of the painkillers and swallowed it, hoping the pain would go away soon.
"Do you have any idea why Jimmy hates me so much? Maybe he wanted to marry you."
You joked, leaning back in the chair, waiting for the medication to take effect.
"I think I found a way to get back, we are heading to a Pony Express station, it seems you were able to reactivate the autopilot in the cabin before the explosion, we will get there in three months, I'm sure we can communicate with someone so they can come and rescue us."
Even when he didn't respond, you enjoyed this conversation you were having, you were happy to be able to talk to your husband again, and you knew very well that he could hear you, by the way he looked at you attentively.
Anya: "Curly, I'm sorry for being late, I-"
You turned when you heard the door open and smiled upon seeing that woman, who immediately looked surprised to see you.
"Hey Anya~ woah-"
You were greatly surprised when she jumped at you to hug you, you pressed your lips together to avoid letting out a whimper of pain, reciprocating the hug in confusion.
Anya: "I was so scared—I thought you would never wake up! I thought you were bleeding inside - we didn't know what to do - it happened -"
Immediately, you took her by the shoulders to make her separate and looked her straight in the eyes.
"How long was I asleep?...."
Anya wiped her tears and took a breath before answering you.
Anya: "Three weeks..."
You immediately got up from your seat, ready to leave the nursery.
Curly immediately started making strange sounds, looking at the door and Anya, as if he were begging her to go with you.
The woman looked at him strangely but soon began to follow him.
Anya: "(Y/n) - please wait -"
"Where the hell is Jimmy?"
You stopped and turned to look at her seriously.
Anya: "Why are you looking for him?..."
"I'm sure that son of a bitch tried to kill me, I don't know what he's planning, but whatever it is, it ends here and now! Who knows what other damage he has done here on the ship and-!"
You fell silent upon noticing his face, a mix of sadness and hope now that you were saying that.
"Anya... please... no..."
Anya: "I told Curly but... He didn't do anything... I... I'm pregnant."
You opened your mouth, wanting to say something, but you just pressed your lips together, turned slowly, and took a few steps before starting to run in search of that man.
Daisuke: "Swansea, I don't think you should drink that-"
Swansea: "We have no escape from this place now! Bah! Without the captains, there's nothing left."
He commented, taking another sip of the mouthwash they had found in the cargo.
Jimmy: "I remind you that I am the captain now, so-"
"CAPTAIN MY ASS!"
You arrived furiously in the room where everyone was gathered, you didn't even wait for him to respond, you took a chair close to you and hit him on the back with it.
Daisuke: "Woah! What's happening?? (Y/n)! How long ago did you wake up? Why-?"
"GET OUT OF THE WAY!"
When the boy tried to approach you, you pushed him away, ready to hit Jimmy again, who was on the ground in pain.
"DON'T TOUCH ME! I'M GOING TO KILL HIM!"
You started to shake as you felt the arms of both males holding you, preventing you from continuing to hit the other.
Swansea: "What's happening with you?!"
"HE RAPE ANYA!"
You shouted, exposing him in front of everyone, all of them speechless at the revelation.
They slowly released you, and when you saw Jimmy move, trying to get up, you kicked him in the mouth, making him fall to the ground again.
"You are disgusting, disgusting! Aren't you ashamed?! You've already done too much damage, you're on my damn ship! You're not going to do anything else here. And when we return, I will make sure you ROT IN JAIL."
You shouted this last part in his ear, grabbing his hair to make him lift his head, and then you slammed it against the ground again.
"Killing you would be showing mercy on you."
You spat on his chest and left him there for a few seconds, you were going to have to find a place to lock him up.

It's Not Your Fault
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Kinich x reader! In which:
Your boyfriend comes home from work and the first sentence he told you was "somebody kissed me today."
1,747 words 9,461 characters
Tumblr media
It was almost midnight, the time your boyfriend told you he'd come home. Like many other times when he had to work till late, you sat on the couch with a lamp illuminating the book in your hands so that you can tell the letters apart. The plot wasn't particularly interesting, but the characters were relatable and pretty well written.
Just as you were getting to the climax of the story, you heard the sound of the door unlocking. Without hesitation, you put down your book (after placing a bookmark betweent the pages of course) and leaped towards the front entrance to welcome your beloved home. Barely did the door open when you had already thrown yourself at the figure before you.
"Honey! Welcome home," you grinned, nuzzling your cheek into the crook of his neck. Usually he would've greeted you back by now, but all you got was an arm weakly patting against your back. Noticing this, you stepped back to see what was up.
"Kinich? You alright?" you asked worriedly. His face was a few shades paler than you remember, his eyes didn't meet yours and he kept opening and closing his mouth. Something was clearly wrong.
After a while of silence, he seemed to have found his words again. Monotonously, he uttered the following words.
"Somebody kissed me today."
In an instant, it felt as if a cold bucket of water was dumped onto you, rendering you speechless for a moment. However, it wouldn't have mattered if you could speak or not, for he was not done yet.
"I made it clear that I had a lover already, but she didn't listen and while I was occupied with something else she just did it," he explained calmly and shortly. If you had not been with him for so long, you might've misunderstood his calm as apathy, his sparse amount of words as him trying to brush it off as nothing and his unwillingness to look at you as disrespect.
But you had been with him for this long. You knew that rather than being calm, it was him struggling to express his emotions, instead of trying to downplay the situation he was just being extra blunt under stress and it wasn't that he doesn't think you're not important enough to be looked at while talking, he just didn't know how to look at you anymore.
"I- I thought I'd tell you before any misunderstanding happens. I'm pretty sure there were no witnesses but just in case someone tries to tell you anything I wanted to tell you and well I... I..."
The panic he felt was evident to you. It's hard not to see with his eyes frantically darting from furniture to furniture, his hands clenching and unclenching again, his breath going in and out at a faster pace than the one that had the power to lull you to sleep. There came a point where you couldn't bear seeing him like this anymore.
"Kinich," you called out. He stopped every movement, so did his heart for a second. "Kinich, look at me."
Only then did he finally meet your gaze. Vibrant yellows, greens and a bit of orange. How you adored his eyes, even now as his pupils dilated and tears threatening to roll down his pretty face. Slowly, as to not scare him, you opened your arms invitingly.
Immediately he moved into the safety of your embrace, wrapping around you and burying his face into your shoulder. Not long after, you felt his body quiver as soft sniffles sounded next to your ear.
"It's alright. It's not your fault, so don't you worry. It's all gonna be fine," you whispered soothingly, hoping to relieve him of the burden as much as you can, even though you yourself weren't so thrilled to hear about it.
"But I-," he was interrupted by a rather quiet hiccup, a skill he mastered at 5, "I could've stopped it. It would've been so easy."
"Don't put the blame on yourself, you were doing something else, weren't you? She exploited that and did something you have made clear was taboo. You can't be at fault for this."
Although your words made sense to him logically, and he himself already knew this on his way back home, he couldn't convince his feelings that you were speaking the truth. They kept telling him that you were only saying this so that he'd calm down and let his guard down, so that you could leave while he was in a faux sense of safety. The mixture of shame, guilt and fear was crushing him.
He hated everything about the current situation, even the heat radiating off of you. He hated how weak he felt, how his emotions were so overwhelming, how his mind won't just accept the logical truth, how he dared to doubt your words, how he had the audacity to seek comfort in your embrace despite said doubts and what he had done.
Why were you being so lenient, why were you being gentle with him when he had betrayed you? What will be the price for this? Both the betrayal from his side and the leniency you showed meant that he was now indebted to you, by a lot in fact. How will this debt be payed? There was only one possibility in his mind and the thought of it sent whatever was left of his rationale went flying out the window.
The hold he had on you tightened. His fingers dug into the side of your arms, making you wince a bit but you didn't let go of him. Memories flashed before him, terror had his heart in a grip like it's trying to suffocate him and fear flooded his mind, drowning out all thoughts.
"Please, oh please don't..."
He let out a shaky breath.
"Please, don't leave me, I'll do whatever it takes to make up for it but please, I beg of you and I promise I'll be enough, I'll do enough, just please don't go away, I'll be good, really..."
The boy's rambling continued, repeating words like a prayer, but it was so quiet you barely heard him, despite your ear being right beside him. The speed at which the words spilled out of his mouth made the words even more intelligible, but you realized where his mind was at as soon as you understood "leave."
"Hey, hey, no. I'm not gonna leave you, you don't have to pay me anything. One only has to pay when they gain something in return, but you didn't gain anything from that kiss, right?"
Your voice cracked a bit at the end, the thought of Kinich liking the kiss of someone else stinged like a needle. To your slight reassurance, he nodded into your shoulder.
"Then you don't have to pay for anything. See? I'll stay, there's nowhere else I'd want to be more than with you, I'm not going anywhere."
"But I broke our promise and hurt your trust, I should compensate for it, I have to," he continued to argue, as if trying hard to not let you convince him.
"Nonsense, you didn't do anything to me, it was that... person, who did you wrong." As an attempt to ground him back into reality, you tangled your fingers into his hair and rubbed his scalp softly. That always calmed him down, and though this time was no exception, the effect was less than usual.
"The fact that I told you already counts as hurting you. I know you're hurt by this," he retorted, now less hysteric, and you knew that he wasn't all that wrong. But still, you continued talking him out of his worries.
"A misunderstanding would've done more damage to me, telling me right away was the safest option and the one with the least damage potential. You made the choice that has the least cons for me."
Finally, he had nothing to argue with and the room fell still. Talking about pros and cons of choices may seem odd, and you would've found it very odd, had you heard this conversation a few years ago, but throughout your time together you had learnt that this was just the way Kinich was able to receive comfort. He couldn't accept simple, genuine things in relationships without paying something back, that was just what he had learnt from his childhood. Nothing comes without a price, so when someone claims something to be free, he can only face it with suspicion and disbelief.
"I won't leave you, ever. You're the only I love, the only one I trust so much and I know you only have my best interests in mind. Just your existence is enough and what you do for me, well it's more than I could ever hope to receive from a person," you spoke with a hushed tone and stepped away from the hug. The corners of his eyes were reddened and a bit of snot ran down his nose, but he looked as beautiful as ever. Delicately, you took both his hands and entertwined his slender digits in your own.
"There are more reasons to stay with you than I can count on both our fingers, you know? In contrast, I see none why I should leave. Well, aside from Ajaw, he's the only thing tainting my time with you. On the other hand though, I must say, seeing you bicker is quite entertaining," you laughed light-heartedly. To that, he smiled a little.
"Thank you," he murmured and leaned in for a kiss, one you gently returned. It didn't last very long, nor was it particularly passionate, but it expressed everything he wanted to tell you and you understood everything that he said.
"Should we go to sleep now? I'm sure you're tired from all the work. Come on, go get yourself ready for bed, I'll be waiting," you urged him, getting a hum of agreement in return. Content with that, you went to fetch your book, that was still on the couch, and stepped towards your shared bedroom.
Not long after, Kinich entered the room as well, still rubbing his hair with a towel. You were already under the blanket, watching him change into his pajamas and eventually lay down beside you. Wordlessly, he slid his limbs around your midrift and you cradled his head, which was pressed up against your chest. Your legs tangled together until neither of you knew where he started and where you ended. At last you peacefully drifted to sleep, aware that the other is always beside you.
