What if, servamp characters goes to starbuck only to see their name spelled wrong, how will each characters react? (Pretty sure some spelled right but pronounced wrong) XD

For starters, I think the more important question is: which of the cast would even GO to Starbucks?

Like Lily wouldn't. You would not catch him DEAD in a Starbucks unless he was asked to make a run by one of the staff in a business setting, and even then... No one's brave enough to approach an Alicein aide for gopher duty. Starbucks is on his personal shitlist both for how it treats their workers and because their coffee is Bad

Misono also wouldn't but that's because he hates coffee lol and he doesn't like. Trust fast food chains on principle.

Mahiru isn't much of a coffee person either and besides, he thinks starbucks is overpriced and overrated

Lawless would because he's a hipster but he's also annoying so he always asks the employees to write something stupid on his cup. Tsubaki wouldn't go unless he was with Belkia, and solely so they could go get pictures of whatever new viral concoction people are tormenting the poor employees with. It always tastes like shit and they always throw it away. Back when that unicorn drink was out Belkia got blacklisted and almost arrested cuz he tried to steal the sour blue stuff they use and made a mess.

Mikuni absolutely drinks starbucks and complains about it every single goddamn time. Shuuhei wonders why he keeps bothering to get some for him. He soothes himself by asking the employees to write insults on Mikuni's cup. Will he have to deal with the consequences later? Yeah. Will Mikuni more than likely just take HIS drink?? Also yeah. Hi @keipr! Happy birthday! Wishing you happiness and good luck! I hope I’m not too late for this and this makes you feel extra special on your day (which, again, I hope I’m not too late). I love writing for these two and I hope you like this too.

You and Tsukki already prepared a plan for your birthday as usual

You decided to go to a museum together and have some dent meal afterwards

It’s amazing whenever you both were in a museum because you can get him to talk a lot and that was a cool birthday gift to you

He knew that that was what you’re up to, but since it’s your birthday he would just give this day up to your liking

However, he noticed that you weren’t as invested as how you usually were

“Is there anything wrong? Is this boring you now?”

You told him that your parents can’t celebrate your birthday with you because they’re too busy

He paused for a while, pushed the bridge of his specs up and sighed

“Well, I guess I have no choice but to give you the extra attention they can’t give.”

And he gave you that pseudo-annoyed face (pfft)

Nevertheless though, he held your hand reassuringly and you both went out of the museum

I honestly can't say when certainly based on the last chapter since it had so many timeskips and my brain has a limit uejflgksjf – BUT!!

Based on Kuro having the same fighting style as Gear – that I've somewhat pointed out some here in the past sorry I'm not home so I can't scroll through the manga hope this is fine with you jfjffkfk – my theory headcanon is that Gear taught Kuro everything, including controlling and using his powers because it's just in his style, it's what he does too, plus I'm guessing that after being attacked by his lion form, Gear couldn't have just dismissed the fact like that.

Plus I'm kinda thinking that even after Inner Kuro was sealed, Kuro still didn't have much control over what was left of him because... it's just not realistic.

AU story. I seriously need to learn the meaning of keep it short xD. 1800 words. Hope it came out okay, I liked the idea lol.

There was only one night that Kagome had any chance of lifting the curse, or she’d have to wait another year for the opportunity. For decades she’d tried and failed, and at some point, had almost given up on being human again. A witch had cursed her to be a black cat saying she needed to understand love before she deserved to be human. Okay, she had to admit back then she treated men like toys, getting them to fall in love only to drop them and move on. But to be cursed for it?! That wasn’t fair at all!

She’d take any man just to break this curse! At first, she thought how hard could it be to get someone to love a cat? Humans loved cats as companions and pets, surely, she could parlay such affections into breaking her curse. She’d play the role, the ever-loving kitty, using her wiles on the man, and on Halloween once the sun set, she would transform into a human, praying that because they’d already cared for her as a cat, they would instantly fall in love with her as a human. But it never worked. One after the other, they would freak out and kick her out the door. Be gone witch!

But she wasn’t a witch! Kagome just wanted to be human, to love, to have a family and grow old with someone. It may have taken a few years of trial and error, but she got it now! She understood how important love really was and begged for a chance to prove herself. Because this time, Kagome was the one who’d fallen in love.

It had been a fluke that she’d met Inuyasha two days after Halloween and being kicked out of another home. She’d been wandering the streets when an early snowstorm hit the city and his house was the closest shelter she could find. He took pity on the scrawny black kitty, taking her inside, feeding her and warming her up by a fireplace. Handsome and adoring to animals, this man she’d come to learn was only half human, a product of a human mother and demon father. Rare in this world, but also shunned to some degree. So, animals became the man’s company.

Kagome wasn’t sure at what point her affections had crossed the line into romantic love, but she knew that’s what she was feeling. It didn’t bother her that he could have a brash personality or how his social skills were poorly developed, because she understood the pain of being different. As a young woman, her lavish and selfish attitude would have scoffed at such a person but having been forced to see the error of her ways, it broke her heart when other people treated him like a freak. So, for the entire year she was with Inuyasha, Kagome did what she could in her limited capacity to make sure he felt adored by someone or something. To know he was special and important to her, not just because she had an agenda, but because he deserved to be loved for who he was.

The afternoon of Halloween, Inuyasha had returned from work a little more sullen than usual. From what Kagome could gather, some teenagers on a construction site were teasing him about his appearance, especially his canine ears, asking if he stayed in costume all year. Stupid, but not the worst insult he’s probably ever had, it still brought him down. So, Kagome works her magic, immediately purring and rubbing along his legs, pawing at them and begging for affections to make him forget about those creeps. And Inuyasha obliges, instantly taking a long exhale and picking her up for cuddles.

“Thank goodness I have you,” he scratches behind her ears and under her chest as he holds her in his arms. “I think you’re the reason I didn’t kill those dumbasses today cause then who’d be home to take care of you?”

“Merow,” she mewls and purrs at his ministrations, offering a feline response to his venting. If only she could tell him with words just how much he meant to her. The man gives her a few more scratches behind the ear before putting her down and going about his routine. Feeding her, taking a shower, and dinner for himself.

Kagome was growing nervous, fidgeting as the sun slowly set, because soon enough, Inuyasha was about to get the surprise of his life and her world could come crashing down around her. It was very different this time for her. She paces back and forth next to the dinner table as Inuyasha eats, just watching the light outside dim away. The anxiety driving her crazy, but the wait pained her more than ever before. If Inuyasha reacts like all the others before him, well... this time Kagome really might just give up from a broken heart.

Seeing his cat acting distressed, Inuyasha picks her up and places her on his lap. “What’s wrong?” She stands up and puts her paws on his chest, forcefully rubbing her face against his chin. “Aww, you really want attention today, huh,” he chuckles and snuggles her back, scratching her back and near her tail.

The familiar tingles start racing through her body, the signal that her transformation was imminent. So, Kagome tries to jump off, but he holds her down, preferring to cuddle. She tries a second time, struggling against him in concern of changing right on his lap!

“Kuro, first you’re all love me, now you want down?” He laughs, “typical feline.” She stops struggling and looks up at him, their eyes meeting. It was too late now. So, she stands up again, stretching as far as she can to wrap her paws around his neck. “Awww,” he hugs her, “that’s my girl.”

The transformation begins in a flash of light. “What the?!” Inuyasha shouts, but Kagome grips tighter to his neck. “K-Kuro?! Kuro what’s going on?!” He was about to find out as he watches with shock and awe as his sleek little black kitty changes right before his eyes, elongating, her feline features turning human. Her whines and cries from the pain torture his ears. They pin back as he gives up trying to understand, closing his eyes to the light and tightening the hold he’d had over her growing body.

Several moments pass by until finally... silence and a much heavier weight on Inuyasha’s lap causes him to release his hold. Kagome leans back slowly, her hands still around his neck, staring forward with trepidation to gauge his reaction. “I-I know this is a shock.” Her voice soft and tenuous on the verge of tears.

But all he can do was stare at her, processing the fact that his cat wasn’t a cat anymore but a beautiful woman with raven colored hair just like the fur he was used to seeing. Her yellow eyes were a chocolatey brown now, large and doe-like, with such porcelain white skin... holy shit! He had a naked woman on his lap! Her scent was interestingly still the same, just heightened and mixed with such pain and fear, his inner demon growled in annoyance. It didn’t like her feeling that way.

“Please, say something,” Kagome worries her bottom lip. The silence was killing her, and she couldn’t gauge his thoughts. ‘He’s in shock. Any second now he’s gonna bounce me off his lap and tell me to leave. I know it, it’s just like the other times.’ “I’m sorry,” tears quickly trickling down her cheeks, “this must be... maybe I should just leave...”

“What?! No, way, you— I’m not!” He stops and takes a deep breath to calm his own adrenaline, picking Kagome up and bringing them to the couch. He then pulls the throw blanket off the back of the couch, wraps it around and takes a seat beside her. “Tell me, who are you really?”

Kagome let’s out an exhale and tells her story from start to finish, tentatively at first but as the words flowed, so too, did the emotions tied to her journey of pain and understanding. It was like a cork being popped on a bottle of alcohol. She didn’t hold back anything seeing as she’d finally had an opportunity to tell her tale. By the end her cheeks were red and eyes puffy from crying, but a weight felt lifted off her shoulders. This was the longest conversation she’d held with another human in fifty years. “So, that’s everything,” her words dying out in a wisp. Though her tears had slowed they continued to trickle. “I’m sure it must all be overwhelming, a-and I’ll understand if you tell me to leave too.”

That’s when it was Inuyasha’s turn to surprise her. He reaches out and cradles her face in his hand and wipes away some of the tears. “I don’t want you to leave Kur—Kagome,” eyes softening. “You’re still my girl, even if... ehm, not in the same form. I’m not exactly complaining about it by the way.” The statement causes her to blush something fierce and her eyes avert away in embarrassment. “I mean, you’ve made me so happy this year, I think more so than any other time in my life. Cat or not, that was all you, right? Not some trick if your honest tears are telling me anything.”

“It’s not a trick. I think— know I’ve fallen in love with you Inuyasha.”

A second burst of light suddenly catches them off guard and Kagome’s body starts to glow.

“What’s going on?!”

“I don’t know! I don’t usually turn back till morning...”

But as quickly as it hit, the light dies away leaving her in the same human body. “Oh, my goodness...” Kagome looks to a confused Inuyasha, “I-I think it’s broken. Does that mean, you love me too?”

His eyes widen, “um, I mean I do like what I see, but I don’t know if I can say love yet.”

“But,” she looks at herself in confusion, “the witch said only love can break the curse and I assumed she meant the guy had to fall in love with me.”

“Based on what you told me, maybe it was you who had to feel real love.”

The sudden realization dawns on Kagome. It was true. All the others... she’d never loved them, only resigned herself to be stuck with whoever loved her to break the curse. This has always been a lesson for her to figure out. Fresh tears break free, so Inuyasha wipes them away, letting his thumb sweep along her skin. He’d been honest with her that he couldn’t use the word love yet but knowing how much this woman truly cared for him was certainly enough to let it enter a heart he’d walled off to love. He runs his thumb over her lips, then sweeps in, kissing her and letting his hand weave into her hair to test this newfound possibility. Needless to say, his inner demon was delighted.

“This is gonna take some adjustments, but so far I’m liking it,” he smiles. “I will miss how you greet me when I come home rubbing against my legs.”

Kagome bursts into tearful giggles. “I think that can still be arranged.”

No way I’m ignoring this, I loveee asks like this! Sooo thanks for asking anon!!

The biggest reason is that Kuro brought me into Servamp! I think it was 2016 when the anime was starting and I saw some vines (I miss vine so much omg) with Kuro in it and I really liked his unique character design. I was like wow a cute kitty in an anime which has good animations? His human form looked pretty interesting too. I then looked into the manga and read the chapters and watched the new episodes every tuesday evening (pretty good times I really miss)

While watching the anime I also fell in love with his deep voice! It was my first time hearing his japanese voice actor with such a deep voice.

I still love him because it was really interesting to see his character development since he had one of the biggest ones ( I mean sure he is the main character but that doesn’t change the fact). I like the fact that it wasn’t some kind of fast forwarding like it is in most series. And he didn’t finish yet. If you keep up the manga, you see how his interactions with strangers changed and when it comes to flight or fight it isn’t as much flight as it was before. He still is a complex character and not a finished, baked cake thrown in the plot after a certain arc and I’m looking forward to discover something about his past and see different character traits!

Revamp of my Second Neko Girl Alley. She qas baised off your typical moggy, but now because of changes she is now based off a Russian Blue,.

Alley is my fave out of them all because shes gone through such charicter delepoments, most of which i owe a massive thank you to @xxwolfythehipsterxx for, from all the rping we do using her xD

She is now a Russian kitty. Her birth bame us Arlya, given to her by her father who was a scientist at the facility her mother was held at, but Alley was too young to remeber it and because she became an allycat, well thats her name sake.

Alley is of Nobel heritage, her mother coming from a royal descendant. They donot answer to humans, well untill her mother was kidnapped and alleys birth happened xD

Alley isnt realy friendly with other cats that are on the streets. She is friends with a well looked after black cat in the naughbourhood, and she gets fancy food xD

Alley dose have a family :)

All of a sudden, the 07-Ghost topic came back up and I can’t help but think of this XD. I’m rereading the manga right now too so... //sobs/

Here we have the main duo, Teito Klein, with his reincarnated friend-turned pink fluffy dragon, Mikage,  and Frau with his Ghost form Zehel. On the other side we have the steadfast sunshine boi Mahiru Shirota holding kitty Kuro, and human Kuro himself with his black demon. To top it off, we have Ayanami and Tsubaki making the big moves on them too~!

I know it’s a rushed work lol but I just wanted to finish this anyways! (my coloring RIP xD) And for the love of Zehel, precious boys must be protected at all cost!!! ;;w;;)

Rambling KuroMahiSaku headcanons

Hardly any of this is connected and it is super random but please enjoy

Anyway thought I had while riding my bike because it’s GD HOT is, post canon, Sakuya and Kuro tag teaming Mahiru to convince him to take advantage of the fact the hotel Sakuya lives in has free A/C

But also, even when it’s too fucking hot to be touching another human in any way whatsoever, Sakuya puts up with it so kitty Kuro can sleep cuddled between him and Mahiru.

And since Sakuya is a gremlin, when it's winter and he and Kuro are both ice cold, he'll stick his freezing feet up against Mahiru's legs ww. Kitty Kuro is in High Demand, as are blankets and snuggles. Happy Trio.

Also please imagine if Kuro’s first time eating okonomiyaki is because Sakuya wanted to get some for dinner and he ends up showing Kuro how to do it.

Sakuya and Kuro are both homebodies and Mahiru prefers to keep things simple so birthdays are always just like. A party at home and then a movie date in on the couch. The birthday boy gets to sit in the middle, choose the snacks, and the movie. Sakuya secretly kind of wants to have a sleepover party. Mahiru is delighted because, uh, yeah. He never got that as a kid and he would love it now, but never had the guts to ask. Kuro is... Resigned lmao.

Mahiru REALLY loves to cook for his boyfriends, but when things get stressful, Sakuya and Kuro are happy to step up. Even if Kuro looks like he's dragging his feet, he's more nervous about screwing up the food and that's what makes him seem slow to rise to the task. Having a second person in the kitchen actually helps him not feel as anxious.

Strangely, Kuro and Sakuya's comfort levels in terms of where they rest as a family unit line up pretty well, with Kuro preferring to be guided and Sakuya more used to taking charge as a Melancholy Elite. Mahiru fluctuates between wanting to be the de facto caretaker and wanting to be spoiled.

Mahiru gives Sakuya permission to stalk him lol. It's enrichment! It's also a security measure. Post war, Mahiru is a high priority target as the Eve of Sloth and seeming "source" of vampires organizing themselves concretely. As such, Sakuya's surveillance is actually pretty useful for heading off threats and making sure Mahiru's peaceful life can continue more or less undisturbed.

After getting past the hissy hissy stage, Kuro finds that Sakuya can be kind of demanding when it comes to affection, but it's still... Subtle? He has to let green bean come to him first. He's too skittish to tolerate Kuro suddenly getting physically affectionate with him outside of kitty form. Kuro doesn't mind because he's had it up to here with clingy types (Lawless. Tsubaki. Licht, on occasion) He appreciates that Sakuya's method of coexistence is the same as his: chilling in the same room and sending each other memes

Hello! Can you share more hc or thoughts on KuroMahuSaki? Because I'm slowly getting on board, the dynamic is awesome!

Hello! Also sorry I’m 2 days(??) late to this, I’ve been real busy and tired.

But omg, it always makes me happy when people start to get on board with this ship!!! Both KuroMahi and SakuMahi are good and deserve love and respect~ 💙❤💚 I love idea of the dynamics a lot too. 

Sure! I can share some more random thoughts and hcs for KuroMahiSaku! Man, where do I even start… OvO;;

I guess I’ll start with the cuter hcs? and see what else comes to mind from there. I don’t know, I don’t usually write these out so I’ll do my best. 

In a happier world/totally not delusional ending I always imagined that the three of them end up all living together in the apartment,(because think of all the endless shenanigans that could happen from that.) 

Sakuya always quickly offering to help Mahiru with the chores and Kuro watching them not really caring at first (cause hey means he doesn’t have to do it even more now and he can relax.) and Kuro always calls Sakuya a “suck up” for it when he instantly jumps up to help lol, but Kuro sees how much fun they have and how much closer the two of them become and seeing that helps him participate more in that kind of thing and Kuro really ends up enjoying it and spending time with them. 

In the early days of this though(like before Sakuya and Kuro completely warm up to each other) I can definitely see the two of them competing with the chores sometimes. Like seeing who can do things faster and more efficiently than the other and see who can impress Mahiru with their housekeeper skills. But whenever they end up competing it usually leads to the job looking very rushed and sloppy from both of them and Mahiru scolds them about it and tells them they should work together and NOT compete like idiots. (Oh what is Mahi going to do with these boys?? His poor laundry can’t take much more of this hahaha)

Imagine members of Team Melancholy and the Servamp Family coming over every so often. Both Sakuya and Kuro having their “annoying relatives™” coming over from time to time. It’s usually absolute chaos when they all come together but ends up being a good time a lot. (Again in an ideal happy ending I’m hoping the war between them all ends peacefully and everyone can have gatherings and be friends like this. JUST LET ME HAVE THIS THOUGHT PLEASE. I KNOW WE MIGHT LOSE SOME CHARACTERS ALONG THE WAY. BUT I NEED THEM ALL HAPPY. PLEASE.)

Tsubaki. Just imagine Tsubaki constantly teasing Kuro and Sakuya about stuff and their “relationship” with Mahiru. You know he would, how could Tsubaki not tease his older brother and his young subclass about it? “It’s so fun!” (I’m sure some of the others do this sometimes too for sure, but Tsubaki is close to them both so he gets the best of worlds and he loves it. lol) 

I like to imagine that a cute way that Sakuya and Kuro can bond is over their daily interests. For example, Kuro likes video games and Sakuya likes music. Sakuya’s canon interests include browsing music stores and playing rhythm games. So I can just imagined one day Kuro being like “What???? You don’t really play anything besides rhythm games??? What’s wrong with you?” Or something like that lol and makes Sakuya try something else for once. Or maybe Sakuya or Kuro challenging the other in a game of their choice and it results in several rounds of different kinds of gaming. (Sakuya purposely keeps picking rhythm games, so he can get a guaranteed win.) But Mahiru is so happy to see them having fun.

Mahiru definitely joins in their gaming sessions sometimes. (I don’t know why but I imagine Sakuya lets Mahiru win a lot lololol and Kuro is just over there like “God, what a suck up…” for the 800th time, but still constantly destroys them both in video games because you guys know Kuro has to be the best player out of the 3 of them.) 

Eventually sharing these interests will result in Sakuya sharing music with Kuro. (Sure, we don’t know if Kuro is a huge music fan or even what kind of music he likes,but I’m sure Sakuya and Kuro’s music tastes would be different enough that they would be able to share unique stuff with each other.) 

Imagine them all cooking dinner together. Mahiru trying to teach these two kitchen disasters how to cook. (Kuro sometimes eating some of the ingredients or completed parts of the meal before they even finish everything or just needing help in general sometimes haha, Mahiru thinks its rather cute sometimes too and doesn’t mind showing Kuro how.) I actually have a lot of thoughts about them cooking and just doing chores together. HELP ME. 

I doodled something like this once before a long time ago, but since Mahiru is still a human I like to imagine him slowly getting taller than both Sakuya and Kuro(even though not by that much, Mahiru is still the shortest out of three, soooooooo I just really like this idea.) Mahiru continually thinking it’s funny when they notice the changes and when either of them get confused or flustered by the fact “Oh what? Hey… you’re eye level to me now.” (Oh, those two poor immortal babies.) 

A bit of a sudden sadder thought here though, but I’m sure Kuro and Sakuya share the over-whelming sense of dread knowing Mahiru won’t last forever. Mahiru is still a human after all. But hey…. they will still have each other. Besides, it would be so sad that they stopped being friends or whatever they ended up becoming just because they lost Mahiru. Kuro and Sakuya would know Mahiru would probably want them to stay close and not fall apart because he’s no longer there. Mahiru would want them to be friends on their own and not just for him. 

Okay, but imagine school starting up again for Mahiru. Imagine Mahiru thinking Sakuya should go back to school with him(and kitty Kuro of course). Just like how it used to be. But Sakuya instantly being apprehensive and saying a lot of things like “Oh… n-no Mahiru… I can’t do that. You know I can’t. Not after the way I left and what I did… I don’t belong there….and they don’t remember me anymore…you know that.”  Mahiru would be saddened by Sakuya’s words and negativity because of the emotional baggage that comes with even the good memories of their time in school together. But Mahiru would maybe reassure Sakuya saying things like “Well…things are different now and I wouldn’t want to leave you here alone almost everyday. I just thought it might be the best solution for us all and I thought… I thought that’s what you originally wanted because now you have that choice again…” (FOR  REAL THOUGH GUYS SAKUYA’S ORIGINAL WISH WAS TO FINISH HIGH SCHOOL WITH MAHIRU, RYUSEI AND KOYUKI AND THEN LEAVE THEIR LIVES WITHOUT ANY COMMOTION  BECAUSE HE KNOWS HE’S A VAMPIRE AND CAN’T STAY WITH THEM AND I AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA) 

Even though this is Sakuya’s internal dialogue here, it’s a still a very real thing he wanted AND I THINK ABOUT IT TOO MUCH. THE BOY JUST WANTS TO GO TO HIGH SCHOOL AND BE A “NORMAL” TEEN BECAUSE HE NEVER GOT THAT BEFORE AND IT HURTS MEEEE.  ITS LITERALLY NO JOKE. 

okay need to end this hc here cause I actually have too many thoughts about this and could go on about this. 

Anyways, don’t think I forgot about Uncle Tooru haha but I can see things going a couple of ways with explaining things to him. (I mean, he’s got to find out about Mahiru’s involvement with vampires in the canon story eventually. Right?? Although…. I still wonder about Tooru’s potential involvement with C3…? but that’s another conversation for another time. But it makes me curious about this hc.) He technically knows about Kuro already. Only in cat form though in canon….and Tooru knows Sakuya exists as Mahiru’s friend still too and Tooru is the one who helped Mahiru realize he should go after Sakuya in the canon story. So I wonder if things would start out with Mahiru being like “Um… is it okay if my friend here stays for awhile?” or maybe they would just be at the point where they straight up tell the truth when they get chance. (Again, just a lot of ways this can play out. So aaaaaahhhh)

I’m sure there are times Mahiru misses his mother, especially when it gets around to the day the accident happened and I already had a small thought/headcanon that Kuro helps comfort Mahiru around that time the best he can, Mahiru has comforted Kuro during tough times and helped him face his regrets, so of course Kuro would do something like this for Mahiru. But now hear me out with this too. I also think the same thing happens for Sakuya but with his older sister, cause it’s no doubt she was very important to Sakuya. These losses are equally traumatic for Mahiru and Sakuya because they both lost important family members at a very young age. But they definitely mourn differently about it. I feel like Sakuya doesn’t like showing this kind of “weakness” and his sister/past overall is likely already a very touchy subject to bring up around him. (I mean we had to have Tsubaki tell Sakuya’s past in the canon story and not Sakuya himself, so I feel it’s something he definitely hates talking about and probably wouldn’t have ever mentioned it to Mahiru if it wasn’t for Tsubaki.) I feel like Sakuya would cry somewhere secretly in silence, because he doesn’t want anyone to ask him about it. I mean he’s technically done that before over Mahiru *cough* *cough* never forget episode 4 *cough* As much as Mahiru is likely to be the one to help Sakuya open up more and being the one Sakuya feels most comfortable talking to….I really really do like the idea of Sakuya and Kuro becoming close too and I truthfully don’t talk about it enough. I like the thought of Kuro actually beginning to really care about him first. So I like the thought of Kuro awkwardly trying to figure it out there’s anything he can do and if he should do any kind of physical contact or anything??? Kuro trying his best to be more social and showing more care in his own little Kuro way, gives me life alright? I need more of this kind of character development and Kuro trying to interact with others. I get the funniest thought of Kuro panicking and just patting Sakuya on the head and being like….”uh… there, there.” Help him he is trying. Kuro knows how to handle Mahiru but not green boy yet.  

I realized these hcs and thoughts slowly are getting more and more into angst territory, but hey I already said things wouldn’t always be smooth sailing for this ship. It would take a lot of building up.  

But it was nice talking about the fun ideas rather than mostly discussing angsty canon stuff. 

Since this is already getting super long and will turn into more rambles I will stop for now. Cause the more I talk the longer and more elaborate I try to get.  I wasn’t joking when I said I have way too many thoughts. 😂😂😂

#9 “Nothing matters anymore.”

Kenma didn’t leave his side the entire time, clutching his hand as they rode in the ambulance. It was all his fault. If only he’d stayed closer to Kuroo’s side or demanded more adamantly that they’d stayed home that night.

But it was too late now.

He’d wandered off, gotten lost really, on his way back from the bathroom. He couldn’t remember how to get to the bar through the throng of dancers filling the club.

Kenma lifted his head, sniffing the air, but he couldn’t find Kuroo’s scent. His ears twitched under his hooded sweatshirt and his tail, which was tucked up into it, bristled.

Something was wrong.

And, before he could take another step, there was a heavy hand on his shoulder, forcing him to turn around.

“You lost, little kitty?” the person had asked, their teeth glinting in the low light of the club.

He was caught. He wasn’t sure how or when they’d spotted him, but they knew what he was.

It was all a blur after that. Kenma remembered being forcibly escorted outside and then biting and clawing as the man held him down. He recalled hitting his head against the brick-covered side of the building, his vision swimming.

And then he’d heard Kuroo’s voice.

When Kenma came to, there were bright lights flashing, drenching the entire alleyway in red and white light.

He sat up just in time to see two people in white uniforms lifting someone onto a stretcher. They were medics and that was–

Kenma froze. He smelled Kuroo now. But even stronger than the other’s scent was the overwhelming stench of blood.

“Kuro-”

“Oh, the hybrid is awake,” one of the paramedics said, sparing him a glance. “Is the specialist here yet?”

Specialist? No. He didn’t need to go see anyone. He was fine. It was Kuroo who was hurt. Kuroo who needed help.

“Please!” He limped over to them, still woozy from the blow to his head. “Please, let me go with him! He’s my…” he trailed off. Kuroo would hate that he used the word, but it was the only way. “He’s my owner.”

The medics exchanged looks, but agreed. They probably figured it was easier not to argue. Especially when Kuroo was in dire need of medical attention.

And so, Kenma watched one of them put pressure on Kuroo’s wound, his grip on the other’s hand never loosening as they sped off.

“Please…” Kenma breathed, bringing their joined hands to his lips and pressing shaky kisses on Kuroo’s knuckles. “Please hold on.” He swallowed. Kuroo was the most important person in his life. He couldn’t lose him. Without Kuroo…nothing would matter anymore.

Took some liberties there, lol.I don’t know if I’m going through a block or what, but that was tough to write. Maybe because it was painful? Or their relationship is so stable in my mind that something truly AWFUL would have to happen to put it in jeopardy (like so) Oh well, haha.
