fact: i took ouka barsburg as my name bc of this one manga series i read (the first one i read on my own pick aside from aot recommended by my brother)

Which was Seven Ghosts. Mc is teito and his gf is Ouka and lil ol me wanted to be the lover so bad i took the gf name💀💀 i dont even like him. I liked Frau more (looking back, tf kind of dynamic they had)

I read 07 Ghosts first bc i went on a website and wanted to read all the mangas they had so i started alphabetically so 07 Ghosts was one of the first to pop up.

Eventually moved on (still love this series) however, the name stuck bc i got lazy.

Thoughts on Teito Klein

The first time I finished reading the 07 Ghost story, I admitted that Teito was not an annoying person. He wasn't that bad and was even willing to sacrifice himself so that no more problems would occur because Verloren's scythe was still within him. But after re-reading the manga, I gradually grew a truly deep respect for Teito. I mean, he's been through a lot - his people became victims of war, his father was killed by his own uncle, he became a slave and was always tortured. Then he lose his friend. And even though he has gone through his darkest times, Teito is finally able to get through it all, still living & becoming a more mature person. I've only felt how difficult it is to get past my hatred for some people along with other problems, that alone have troubled me for some time. After understanding how unpleasant it was to be in that phase, my respect for Teito grew even higher. He's not an ordinary good guy - he's a saint and he deserves everything good in his life.

So ….it seems this year is the year where I finally kick my ass to finish my special manga list and this is one of the titles there , I knew 07-ghost from the anime which lead me to see the manga , back then it wasn’t done yet nor there was scanned translations for it yet but now it’s done and shit the authors fucked up the lead so hard , it’s a mix of drama , psychology, demons, a bit of shounen vibe .

The story goes around a military student named ( tatio ) who’s also a combat slave owned by the military, the story goes on about him discovering the truth of his identity, then the fact his memories were erased so he haves to gain them , the lose of his only light ( his best friend mikagi ) , and the truth about the 07-ghost with their origin mixed with the connection of the worlds fate on his hand and his opposite …I felt hocked reading none stop the whole story and I loved how the villain and the lead got bamboozled by a hidden player no one saw coming but the ending was bitter sweet I guess like it’s good and logical but I kinda wished for a different way 🤷🏻‍♀️ regardless it was a good ending and it didn’t piss me off , making me love it more even with the pain in it 😭😭😭

Also teito are you a blonde magnet?? Cause damn you bring them to you like hot cakes 🤣🤣🤣 and in all ages too

( update: I just discovered that there is a side manga for it called “ 07-ghost children “ I will try finding it and when I do you will get a new review 🤣👌🏻 )

(( Just adding my stories I've wrote! I hope yall like this one! I know that the 07-ghost Fandom is small and that it's not a very well known show so I wanted to bring more attention to it! Plus I just love this show so much!

This is the first chapter! Which is called " To Fear Death Or Not To Fear Death" ))

(( hope yall forgive my punctuation and spelling mistakes i'm still working on those.

Snow slowly falls down from the sky as it lands onto the earth. A cold wind blows through sending a wave of dread to the people outside in lines pushing up against one another trying to keep warm. The beauty of winter was something Teito had loved for many years. He loved seeing the world cover in white! It was like a blanket covering the world's sins. It was like God would do this for humans to allow them to forget about their sins and forgive them and then start anew when the snow had melted in hopes that humans would learn to not sin. Though humans were human after all.... and we all sinned so much from small things to big things. Teito knew human sin first hand and how evil humans could be. Something deep inside him made him hate humans even though he was one of them but another half of him felt as if he wasn't anything like humans. It didn't matter Teito was a slave and he had no right to hate anything.

" Stand still! " shouts filled the air from one man... Hyuuga. He was a tall man with a the Barsburg uniform on. His rank everyone knew very well and no one dared to cross him at all. That was like crossing against a God itself even thought he was far from a God. " look at the bunch of you! Slaves you all are and slaves you all shall die. For working for the Raggs you all are sentence to death " a whisper of fear went around all the people but Teito didn't move nor speak. He knew death was always around him so what right did he have to fight?

How stupid Teito was back then always thinking death was out there for him. Maybe it was? But that day change Teito forever. The death sentence he was given back then didn't even scare him but today? After 12 years after that incident....maybe it would have scared him? Teito was so ready to accept death and he even begged for death. Yes, a 6 year old wanting death even though he had no idea what death was like....even though he was so young back then. It didn't matter how old he was because he had seen hell even at that age. Being born a basterds son was already a sentence for death. Teito lived with death every since he was young so that day when Hyuuga said he would die he didn't blink an eye. He waited for it with open arms willingly hoping he could meet with his father once again. Though, god had other ideas for him and that day he didn't die...... he couldn't remember much but he felt like a whole different person had taken over his body. He felt like he himself wasn't in control of his body but someone else....someone far stronger then he was... because when Teito came back to himself he saw bodies of men in the Barsburg army laying dead the snow. Blood was soaking in the snow destroying that pure look to the snow. That's when Teito realized something.....maybe God didn't cover the world with snow to hide sin.... maybe he did it so we can see it more clearly. Teito didn't think anymore though about God he thought about one thing.... what happened? Why was he covered in blood? And why was Hyugga smiling and Ayanami standing there shouting orders and pointing at Teito as if he found a prize that he didn't want any man looking at?

This day was burned in Teitos mind forever. That day was the day his real hell started and a life under Ayanami eyes seemed to never end.

Teito was 18 now a young man growing into himself yet still to small to be really considered a man. He had that youthful look and his eyes still had some innocents even though Teitos job was far from innocent. Killing was a job for all ages all you had to do was have the guts to do it and the right person telling you to. As every day was in his life Teito was standing in Ayanami office. He stood tall with his hands behind his back. His face was blank as he looks at the wall and not at Ayanami.

" last misson took you far to long to complete " was the first thing Ayanami said " the longer you take on your missions the larger your punishments will be"

Teito could feel his wounds start to throb at Ayanami words. The pain this man gave him every time he messed up or took to long to do something was crazy. That's why Teito tried his best to not cross the other or upset him. Though, it seems like everything he does pisses the older man off " won't happen again sir.... I swear " he bits the inside of his cheek and almost sighed when Ayanami spoke again

" doesn't matter.... you've learned your lesson and that's what matters " he whispers and crossed his legs looking at the papers at his desk before he grabbed them and throws them at Teito " your next misson is to go to the church.... I want you to kill the head of the church and get information on the 7 ghost there..... you will get more information once the head is gone " he smiled " you understand? Yes???

Teito looked down at the papers all over the floor hearing the words that Ayanami spoke. He gulped and nods " yes sir.... it will be done no matter what...the head will die "

" good now get going "

........

" The flowers are scared today " Labrador said softly as he reached over touching at the flowers to sooth them " .... they have been scared for a few days now...I feel such unease.

" we should all be carful " Castor said as he sat down on the chair smiling softly " don't worry Labrador...whatever will happen we will protect this church and God will do the same with us " he closed his eyes feeling the wind gently brush against his face. The flowers wave in the wind just a little before they stopped and Labrador turns around fast to the direction of the open gates of the church. Anyone was allowed in even murderers. A church wasn't supposed to say no to anyone and Labrador would not even allow that either. He would have people come with opens arms " the flowers are sad now....they weep .... " Labrador touched at his chest feeling his heart in pain as he watched a cloaked figure walk in. He seemed young and the way he walked looked as if he was wounded. Labrador turns to Castor who was watching the new stranger go near the water fountains

" I feel what you feel " Castor gets up " will keep an eye on him... come... the meeting will start soon

.......

Night had fallen on the world. The church was lit with lanterns as nuns and priest walked around but the bishops were all in a meeting. For the first few hours Teito had gotten to the church he had already found out a huge meeting was happening with the bishops. He knew the head of the church was in there and because of that he started to move around in the shadows making his way through the church. He listened to everything he could but nothing seemed like it was part of a meeting. When Teito was about to give up and leave he heard

" Ayanamis powers grow by the day. His army going deeper and closer to church land. The king does nothing as if he is a pawn to this beast "

That's what caught Teitos ears. How did the church know of Ayanami? I mean the man was so well hidden from public eye how would they even know his name? Teito decided to slowly walk to the window a little

" I told you that you should have let me take care of him when he was still weak" someone huffed out loud

" Frau, please stop it with that. You and all of us know if we killed him war would have started.... we need to be carful."

" Castor is right " another voice said " if we had killed him then this church wouldn't be here right now. We have to think before we act on things."

" but Bastien.... the longer we wait the less time we have. I've heard that there is a new beast on Ayanami side. One that I heard killed almost half of the men under the Barsburg army! Yet he still kept him.... does that make sense? This is a threat

" eveything is a threat now " a voice that sounded like Frau said " whoever this beast is we need t-" a creek a loud one everyone in the room stopped speaking. Teito realized he had made a sound he was in shock he himself did that. Teito stumbled back but before he could he felt like something was holding him in place. He heard a crack of a door and he slowly moves his head to come face to face with a tall looking man with spiky looking hair that was blond. His blue eyes looking right into Teitos green ones " Frau, what did you find?"

"..... I found some brat"

So I'm supposed to accept that Teito got to see everyone again, including Ayanami, and yet Mikage is absolutely nowhere to be seen, and be fine with it? I think the fuck not.
