I have never done this before, swore to myself I never would, but I feel obligated after my initial encounter with tumblr user @nurul-cerise led to a friendship based on lies and culminated in the most painful discovery I could have made, and I want to spare others the kind of hurt that comes with learning someone you thought was your friend is actually a violent queerphobe who wants you and all your friends dead, and only played pretend because she liked the things you wrote and drew, and then has the fucking NERVE to claim that your and others anger is only because you're """islamophobic"""

I apologize for the length, but I will not be putting this under readmore because I believe it is that important.

Cerise is a part of a lot of fandoms with strong LGBTQ presence, and it doesn't sit right with me to ignore that, especially given how american cartoon fandoms like ROTMNT and Ben 10 have a much more saturated number of young and vulnerable viewers.

This is her Instagram account, and her tumblr URL is listed above.

On this account she has made reels featuring videos from Jordan Peterson, a well known anti trans activist who has called being trans a "contagion" and made multiple appearances on the podcast of Joe Rogan, another well known extreme conservative who holds about every bigoted feeling towards a minority you could think of. The third video from him she shared is especially telling because she isn't even american. The only reason she has to share it is to be hateful and cruel.

She also shared this video of Ben Shapiro mocking trans identities in the classic style of “if you identify as x i can identify as y”. In this case, it’s claiming he should be allowed to identify as 60 years old.

This is proof of her supporting and being friends with other homophobes, with the first screenshot including OP being blatantly proud of their hatred. Be warned, the third screenshot is very upsetting.

This last set of screenshots is mostly from her tumblr. She claims to be a "peaceful" non-supporter. We all know that isn't possible, as no such thing exists. You are either helping to protect us or you are helping to murder us.

And even IF that were a possible stance to take, the above reels on instagram, along with this video she shared of a woman burning a rainbow flag, prove that she is lying through her damn, hateful, hypocritical teeth.

When I personally confronted her after a friend found some concerning things on her instagram and shared them with me, initially I only spoke to a few others in a discord server for a very tiny fandom, Servamp, about it, and warned them to stay away for their own safety. I regret not bringing that to tumblr immediately now, because not only did it not prevent people harassing her like I had hoped to (I'm soft, sue me), she has since that incident gotten even more bold in her disgusting behavior. Completely mask off in how much she hates those of us who literally make every single bit of content for these fandoms she claims to "love" so much.

Block her, don't talk to her, get rid of her. Don't tolerate this kind of person in our safe spaces. I don't want all of you to be hurt the way I and others were.

I'll try to explain some of the stuff in your post. About that page with Tsurugi and Mikuni, someone else asked me about it before, showing me the official translation and what I can say is different in Japanese, is that Tsurugi doesn't say "my world", he says "in this world where I exist/live". Chapter 87 was quite a few years ago, I recall that I found his line a bit odd and maybe I didn't convey it so good, but when I was asked about it, I wanted to upload on Mangadex the modified lines, however, I couldn't for a long time. Mangadex was hacked some time ago and after it was made available again, I requested to the mods of the site to take over the group that others have made under my username and uploaded chapters that I usually posted here before joining Mangadex. I tried a few times to uploaded the pages with the edited lines, but they never updated, even though I was told that I should have been able to and for a while I haven't tried uploading, but since you brought it up @nurul-cerise I was like "Oh yeah, let's see if it works now", and it did!

To recap, the way that Tsurugi's line translates, because it uses 生きていく it means "to keep (on) living", but it can also be "to live", so it doesn't have to necessarily be written with "-ing", take for example 私たちは一緒に生きていく (We are going to live together) or "We are going to be living together. This grammar part ていく denotes gradual processes over time. I hope that the way I've written the line is better. The way Sevean Seas translated, the JPN line should have been written like this: キミはオレの世界に生きている。

The actual line in Japanese: キミは生きていくオレがいるこの世界でね。

Regarding these page, reading it again, I think Iori was implying that he might not want Tsubaki to be killed, he even corrects himself. At first he says "monster", but then calls him "man".

In chapter 88, I edited these pages, hopefully they are better now. Instead of using "trump card", when I translated back then, I used "ace up one's sleeve" and I still think I conveyed what Tsubaki was saying, that "the secret weapon" as Seven Seas put it, would be useless if it's destroyed or if the user is unable to use it.

Regarding Guildenstern, like, I don't know why they never wrote it as Guil when that's the way it's written (Rosencrantz and Guildenstern). GIL should have been used for Gilberto but they fucked up his name and made it Jillbert. I talked about Shura when I posted that chapter.

I didn't know about the change here. I translate based on the magazine version and apparently in the volume version, Mahiru does say that. ("Why is he talking about the Servamp's rules?") Oh and apparently this page wasn't uploaded ;; It has been added to Mangadex!

So yeah, I might have made mistakes, in translating or perhaps not uploading pages. I got to fix some stuff thanks to this post.

Finally get the time to read Servamp Vol. 15 :D

And the arcs he doesn't do this with have always been ones where he is instead going through a journey of growth (Greed and wrath pair)

Even the characters all have roles they fit from the books. Hattori the mad hatter, Mitsuki the march hare, Yully and Mary as the tweedles, Kiriko is the red queen, and Lily himself occupies quite a few roles as he represents the white rabbit, the caterpillar, the white pawn Lily which Alice replaces in the second book during a game of chess, and also the Red King who Alice finds asleep and is bullied into thinking is the person whose dream she's in, and that she'll disappear once the king wakes up lol

Like, whenever he has exams, you can bet your sweet bippy he's bringing little bags of cookies or other small confections to school with him to hand out to his friends. Things like tiny and delicious sweet rolls that are so fluffy they melt in your mouth, or savory pretzel twists that have the damn best chew to them and delicious, crunchy finishing salt that explodes flavor onto your tongue... (fuck I made myself hungry LMAO)

He likes cooking and baking, but most of all, he loves the stress relief that comes with beating the SHIT out of a ball of dough to develop its gluten. Rage is what makes bread so tasty!

I wonder if maybe Tetsu's really good at making mochi then? Not only is he strong, but he's also probably got a lot of pent of frustrations and aggression... The subtle sweetness of mochi and the delightful springy chew is the best soft remedy after you've worked out all your physical anger.

At the same time, people like Licht and Misono probably aren't very good at making bread... For different reasons. Misono's too fragile to really pound it, but Licht doesn't know when to stop and overdevelops things, making the bread hard to work with and even harder to eat once it's baked.

Mikuni you have to get past the yeast blooming stage. idk why but he has such bad luck with getting dough to rise and it's soooo funny because he's such a damn perfectionist but then there's this one itty bitty step he cannot manage for the life of him. Send help. It's tearing his sanity apart. He just wants to make a damn sourdough, is that too much to ask?! ... Apparently, yes xD

For starters, I think the more important question is: which of the cast would even GO to Starbucks?

Like Lily wouldn't. You would not catch him DEAD in a Starbucks unless he was asked to make a run by one of the staff in a business setting, and even then... No one's brave enough to approach an Alicein aide for gopher duty. Starbucks is on his personal shitlist both for how it treats their workers and because their coffee is Bad

Misono also wouldn't but that's because he hates coffee lol and he doesn't like. Trust fast food chains on principle.

Mahiru isn't much of a coffee person either and besides, he thinks starbucks is overpriced and overrated

Lawless would because he's a hipster but he's also annoying so he always asks the employees to write something stupid on his cup. Tsubaki wouldn't go unless he was with Belkia, and solely so they could go get pictures of whatever new viral concoction people are tormenting the poor employees with. It always tastes like shit and they always throw it away. Back when that unicorn drink was out Belkia got blacklisted and almost arrested cuz he tried to steal the sour blue stuff they use and made a mess.

Shamrock lives off the stuff and he hates himself. He's just. He's tired man. Leave him alone, he doesn't care, just get his order right, please. He's had his share of Karen moments. He's immensely ashamed by this.

Iduna's used to it LOL. She's had her name misspelled pretty much everywhere that isn't home, and even then there are enough variations that she has to specify. It's whatever, just give her caffeine.

Mikuni absolutely drinks starbucks and complains about it every single goddamn time. Shuuhei wonders why he keeps bothering to get some for him. He soothes himself by asking the employees to write insults on Mikuni's cup. Will he have to deal with the consequences later? Yeah. Will Mikuni more than likely just take HIS drink?? Also yeah. Does it feel good to be petty in the moment? Absolutely.
