watching the kaiju no. 8 anime and the kafka + reno dynamic is so top-tier. contrasting reno, a sterotypical edgy anime teenager, with kafka, a pretty regular guy in his 30s, has such endless comedy to it.

they're father-son coded but reno did the adopting. he saw how lame and wet kafka was and fetched the adoption papers out himself.

I finally finished playing the yttd emotion route AND the mini episodes (I had only played through the logic route beforehand), and it made me want to doodle a bunch of characters I haven't drawn yet. Except for the top two. I just wanted to draw Joe and Ranmaru.

#ALL of the characters in this game are so so good even the ones I didn't really like at first.#also I do really like the logic route still and I think both have different things that are really good and interesting.#BUUUT my goodness. over the course of an extensive and very busy tour that lasted > 1.5 years, taylor has released 3 albums, 4 music videos, 1 collab song, 1 movie and 1 book (let me know if i missed something haha.) this is the kind of output artists have over years with nothing like a tour keeping them busy and demanding extreme mental and physical well-being. just feeling very lucky that we get to live in the same time as taylor and that she is so generous with her art 🥹
