Filter lists and block button my beloved, I will forever appreciate the work you do to help keep me browsing / sane.
#ramble#I have filtered so many “(fandom) oc” tags that keep poping up when Im trying to look at original art and characters#users really don't know the difference between oc and fc and it shows in the misuse of tags#if you have to put “(fandom)” in front of “oc” then its a fan character (fc)#Ive tried thinking of anyway “(fandom) oc” could be a thing but the only thing I can think of would be if you took an actual oc#and inserted it into a fandom setting for funsies#but as an outsider looking in thats almost impossible to pick up on unless you add a disclaimer and no one adds disclaimers so#its driving me insane how many tags I need to filter#my only solace is the fact I'll eventually get to the point where only the nichest fandoms remain#there's only so many fandoms before I filter them all#anyway this is brought to you by this undeads terminology petpeeve#I just wanna see original art and characters man#I know tumblr is more fandom orientated and thats why I only post fandom shit here#but misusing the tags isnt strictly a tumblr thing#tumblr just happens to be one of the main roots of the problem and as a result it spreads to other sites#which makes browsing for shit ya wanna see impossible bc no one is tagging correctly#its painful#the only time I have any tolerance for the misuse of tags is when its a grey area#bc there's definitely characters or art that fall into a grey area and its really difficult to label them correctly#at that point I go by how strong their connection - both visual and textual - is with the fandom#my personal limit is 2 or more fandom connections = not original but thats an opinion and most users seem to be more lenient *shrugs*#on the bright side this sparks my desire to fill the void that is original characters and art#especially for things like dragons or other creatures#especially dragons#I miss browsing the internet as past-me and seeing all the dragon ocs users had they were all so fun#I miss when things werent fandom or species#DISCLAIMER 01: this isnt directed at anyone specific Im just trying to browse the oc and original character tags#filter list open in the next tab over#DISCLAIMER 02: Nothing against fanart or fan characters ofc I literally dedicate this account to fanstuff thats why I post here#Hell Im considering drawing more ultrakill fanstuff like my two shitpost fancharacters again lmao

For the fic writers’ ask:
47. If [insert fic] was a pair of shoes, what kind would it be? Describe the shoes.
48. What’s the last fic you read? Do you recommend it?
49. What are you currently working on? Share a few lines if you’re up for it!
50. Answer any question of your choice, or talk about anything you want to talk about!
Plus 37 and 38.
only answer the ones you feel like answering (and only if you want to!)
Thank you for the ask!! So many omg im gonna love this
#47: If [insert fic] was a pair of shoes, what kind would it be? Describe the shoes.
Hmm. Let's go with the last fic i posted for this, just for funsies. If Marked as His was a pair of shoes, they would be... a pair of those big, shiny, black demonias, yanno? a set of these bad boys—
which, actually, I just learned that these are called Gravedigger 250, which is very fitting. I want some now
#48: What’s the last fic you read? Do you recommend it?
Oh, actually, the last fic i read was not one piece! I was feeling nostalgic and who can resist combo grant gustin and wentworth miller? Not me, that's for sure.
Well, truth be told, I was reading two at the same time—Timeless and Love Me, my two absolute favorite fics for this fandom and this pairing <3 i'm not gonna ramble about that since it's less one piece, which is what i'm mostly about these days, so moving on...
#49: What are you currently working on? Share a few lines if you’re up for it!
I'm doing a lot of zine work! However, there's a couple that i am more than happy to talk about!!
I've got one that's thanks to the optwt4gaza on twitter—a Kaido/Doffy focused fic that takes place pre-canon, though i guess it's a little canon divergent. I do love putting Doffy through all the wringers XD
Another is for my Bad Things Happen Bingo Card! I have a request form live for it rn, and this is (way overdue) the product of one of them! It's for the prompt "hospital stay", and I got a lovely crocorosi prompt from @gendervapor14~
"It was just as well, since moments after he laid back down, there were sounds of chaos just outside his door. Heavy footsteps followed by lighter ones, a protesting voice and snapped retorts, before silence. He couldn’t hear what they were saying, but they spoke in hushed tones, and then the lighter footsteps moved away. A nurse, maybe? But he still didn’t understand what was going on. Everything was made abruptly clear when the door to his room swung open for the second time since he had been conscious. In the doorway stood— “Crocodile?!” The man stood in the doorway, frozen, more disheveled than Rosinante had ever seen him. Strands of hair fell in disarray around his face, loosened from their usual slicked-back style. His shirt was wrinkled and untucked, his vest didn’t match his pants, and were those—was he wearing mismatched coffee and carob-colored shoes? What the hell?"
This is my favorite bit so far. it just makes me giggle <3
#50: Answer any question of your choice, or talk about anything you want to talk about!
oooo, question of my choice. let's see...
I'm gonna go with #17: What highly specific AU do you want to read or write even though you might be the only person to appreciate it?
Listen, I've had a Weakness™ for this movie since the dang day I saw it, and that's Pacific Rim. Every fandom i join/read fics for, I search for Pacific Rim aus. I've written a whole bunch but never published them, because i never feel like they're good enough for what i have in mind. They're intoxicating, and yet, an unattainable goal. someday i wanna write a good one that im proud of :)
#37: Promote one of your own “deep cut” fics (an underrated one, or one that never got as much traction as you think it deserves!). What do you like about it?
promo time! I'm gonna go with my one of fav fics I've written so far—Shared Cigarettes. It's based off of two other works that are absolutely gorgeous, so check those out as well if you take a peek <3
It's a corabelle fic! It was a fun lil drabble i used to explore prose, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. It does have that "doomed by the narrative" aspect to it, though, so beware XD
#38: Did any of your fics get surprisingly popular (whatever that means to you)? Which ones? Why do you think they were so successful?
yeah, actually! It's this one: Nightmare, which is basically just lil luffy going to Doffy and croc for comfort after he has a nightmare. It got waaaaaay more popular than i ever expected, especially for being so short!! I do love it, and it's one of the earliest OP fics i ever posted, so this really boosts my morale whenever I feel a lil down in the dumps <3
Thank you for the lovely questions! <3 these are so much fun to think about
(dang this post got long. Here's the questions if anyone wants to ask away/reblog for themselves!)

20 Questions for Writers
Thank you for the tag, @thecharmedburrowspn-files - your timing is insane. I just started writing again after months of inactivity. (Only 500 words, but shhhh. Progress 😅) We'll see how long the motivation train lasts, but fingers crossed I can ride it for a while.
How many works do you have on AO3?
Only 4 and one is tiny. Nothing to brag about here. Only started posting on AO3 in '21.
What is your total AO3 word count?
292,884
What fandoms do you write for?
It's really only The Stand. I have 517 words in the Stranger Things fandom with 'Even in Death', so it feels kind of cheap to include that. My newest work is original, so no fandoms at all. I have one that is tabled for now that goes into True Blood a bit, but I'm not sure if that's really going anywhere.
What are your top five fics by kudos?
'Something like a Spiral' got a whole whooping 17 kudos. That's my leader. Yup, we're good here.
Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
Of course! I just wanna talk to people about my favorite blorbos, and if you're commenting, then you probably at least understand vaguely what I'm rambling about. Small fandom is small, and I welcome all interaction.
What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
I would say the ending of 'Just Keep Diving Down' gets this, although I would call it more bittersweet. It's not the happy ending the characters would have wanted, but it's far from the worst. There is some massive angst (MCD) towards the end, so fair warning there, but death isn't necessarily the end.
What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
'Something Like a Spiral', I suppose. Can you really have a completely happy ending with this setting? But, I'd say it's the happiest of the options. It's hard for me to say 'Supply Run' because they're all one shots, and I really don't feel like there is an 'end' per se. It's more like outtakes in my mind. But some of them end on a good note.
Do you get hate on your fic?
Thankfully, people have kept all negative comments to themselves. Hopefully, there's not many out there.
Do you write smut?
Eh, if you can call it that. I'm not overly explicit, but there is sex. Enough that I feel the need to put '***' lemon warnings before and after like the fanfiction of old.
Do you write crossovers?
The 'True Blood' story I mentioned before is a cross with 'the Stand' and the world I created for 'Diving'. I just wanted Eric to have to deal with Flagg and vice versa. Who better to deal with their shit than their own doppelganger. Karma.
Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Not that I'm aware of. Hopefully not. I'm in a small fandom though, and the only person writing with a focus on my preferred blorbo. Not sure anybody else would want it.
Have you ever had a fic translated?
Nope.
Have you ever co-written a fic?
No, and I wouldn't even know where to begin on this. I would be up to try though! I've done short RPs before, I would assume it's somewhat similar?
What's your all-time favorite ship?
I do like the Mulder/Scully ship that was mentioned. I could go for Katniss/Peeta time. Buffy/Spike. There are a few. In Stand world, I'd never be able to split Stu/Fran, and I'll jump on board the Lloyd/Flagg train. (Although, I do love redemption, so I'd rather see a good 'Randall get your shit together' spin to it.)
What's the WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?
The True Blood crossover. It doesn't make much sense without reading my prior Stand stories, and honestly, I don't know if anybody even made it through the whole thing. Again, small fandom, I'm inserting OCs, only person writing with a focus on Glen. It's a very catered only to me story, and a long one at that. (101k for the first and 186k for the second.) So yeah, tacking on something to the end of that, eh, may just stay in my head as thoughts for funsies.
What are your writing strengths?
I have just about zero self confidence, so I'm not sure? I would really hope it's keeping the tone and voice and motivations of characters consistent. Obviously they'll change throughout the story; everybody is affected by what happens to them. Change is inevitable. But are their changes consistent to their character? I hope so. Character development was always my favorite part in building a story.
What are your writing weaknesses?
I have just about zero self confidence? I don't know if I get too convoluted with the story. If I force too much change to what I want to see. Am I clear with what I say? And there's always goddamn typos no matter how many times I proofread...
Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?
Aside from simple phrases, I'll pass. I don't want to butcher somebody's language, and I'm definitely not proficient in any other language. Hell, I can barely get English right. Massive respect to anybody who can do this.
First fandom you wrote for?
I just started here recently, so the Stand is really it for me.
Favorite fic you've ever written?
They all have a soft spot in my heart (which, I mean, you're supposed to write for you, right?) Spiral was my first, and has a lot of scene that I go back to read, so I guess that? But it is very close to canon in a lot of scene and plot, so Diving is more original in the overall story, I suppose. And Supply Run is a short at straight canon compliant scene inserts. So they each have their arguments.
If you would want to join, no pressure tagging to: @imagine-you @mrsmungus @cxttlefishcxller @asirensrage @darknightfrombeyond and @fattybattysblog
And anybody else who wants to join! OPEN TAG!

I’ve been thinking on ‘a headcanon that is so specific even a fanfiction would struggle to naturalistically have it inserted somewhere’ type deal. Do YOU have any of those (any/all fandoms apply just a silly ask game thing 🐶)
I thought 'Starscream spent a period teaching tiny aerials to fly but really, really sucked at it' would never naturalistically fit into CBTY but uhhhhhhhhh I shoehorned that in! Just for funsies! But otherwise.... hmmm!
I also have 'Ed and Izzy have really embarassing matching tattoos that they got as kids when they were drunk - and Calico ALSO had the third of the matching set, but he got it later because he didn't want to feel left out' as a headcanon that I desperately want to ram into a fic at some point, but have yet to make it fit, haha
I imagine a 'tattoo of ex-boyfriend Dylan on the ankle' level of fuckery and more and more people from their OG crew/friend group got the tattoo just to fuck with Ed and Izzy
Ed thinks it's hilarious
Izzy can and will commit murders over this, but no, he's not getting the tattoo covered, why the hell would he do that
(I have... yet to decide what the tattoo IS)
pretty please share yours, too! :D

Ayyyyy Pinned Post!
Welcome to the block chain!
Here’s a couple banners for the sake of having them!
Arcburn: The City of Sins Masterpost (eventually... in a few hours days)
I haven't really taken the proper time to talk about Arcburn and I think it's time I do so! So here's both an intro and masterpost!
Introduction Below The Cut:
To start, I actually have a complete different version of Arcburn on my AO3 still up with the prologue and the first two chapters. But, this isn't the version of Arcburn I am talking about now, if anything that was just a warm-up.
This version of Arcburn is what I am calling the "true" version of Arcburn, as it's what I actually really want, instead of trying and failing to come up with a story that I thought would appeal to others. Which is a tad dumb looking back because I was already into MCYT which is a shameless fandom (I love being there it's so fun) and then not months later was talking about anime (Demon Slayer owns my soul). Hell, the first fandom I was on here for was Voltron, in 2021. Since 2022 I've learned to accept my ideas and have some great IRL friends who encourage my bullshit. Which has led to this point.
As said, what was holding me back originally was that I was not inserting any new and fun ideas I had into Arcburn. Which was making it a pain in the ass to do anything for because I wanted to think about the new and fun stuff I was coming up with. This time, no holding back!
I originally called this my "self-indulgent" version of Arcburn as it was essentially a giant fandom mashup, but since then this has shifted over time as I gain more ideas and implement them. And sure, the original core idea of Arcburn has always been teenage girl annihilates government with help of friends, but the process of getting there is very different in each version. Originally, it was just a stumble into information given by her long dead parents, now it's a simmering rage that has lasted for 9-10 years by the time the story starts, (not to mention the stumbling into info on top of all that differently this time around).
Anyway, sidetrack aside, this was originally some messy MHA, Demon Slayer, MCYT mashup of stuff, while still fun to think about, was in no way cohesive. I managed to rid the Demon Slayer quickly because really I was adding solely for a wind breathing form that I created myself (favourite fight move I have ever come up with btw). MCYT was literally used for character concepts, as I found it difficult to come up with ideas for a hefty bunch of super villains. Eventually they have evolved as well, into a set of character's I'm really liking with only aesthetics and a basis for power ideas linking it back to MCYT, which was my intention anyway. MHA was the hardest to rid of, and I did have an entire Japan Arc planned out (I'm still having a travel arc, but I might change the location, might not), as I could NOT think of any way to get it out of the way. I was just planning on embracing it and having fun with it, as the power system is simple but versatile, which is what I wanted. But in the past few weeks I have actually come up with a power system that's versatile but still my own in a sense with the added bonus of religious imagery. (Despite the fact that many ideas nowadays aren't original but are based off of something else, which is what happened for character concepts here, but they do feel very original now).
I think the power system deserves its own post, same with the worldbuilding that comes with that (that's still fucked, I need to literally come up with new ores now for armour and shit because I blatantly used minecraft worldbuilding for funsies).
As said earlier, the main concept has remained the same all the way through. Along with a couple other ideas, like a core trio of friends, and the school's name is actually still Monarchy!
But that's kind of a history run-down of Arcburn to this point! I'm going to make an introduction post to Cassandra (the MC) right after this, so that will be the first post that shows up after this one. If you have made it this far congrats and thanks for listening to my ramblings!
#taag talks#arcburn: the city of sins#also if anybody wants to sends asks I am all down I love talking about Arcburn as shown above

canon questionnaire.
what made you pick up this character?
Itachi was actually my first ever rp muse! Allllllll the way back when, when we didn't even know the truth about the massacre and Pein was only a silhouette and believed to be Minato but actually called Uzumaki Arashi. Good ol' days. But also - I picked him because I was just so drawn to his backstory, or lack thereof. At the time we only knew he was Sasuke's older brother who apparently had gone psycho out of the blue, and I just had this hunch that there had to be more about that mess. Also because, honestly, do you realize how cool Itachi's first appearance was.
how did you get into this franchise/fandom?
I got into Naruto because my first boyfriend was a big fan and introduced me to it lmao. And then I introduced my best friend and we started writing together just for funsies, and then suddenly our whole group of friends joined in and it became a glorious mess and so much fun.
what’s the best thing about the show/series/books/comics/etc.?
I mean... it's the typical shonen anime? So it provides super cool battles and action sequences, as expected. But, not to be biased, I totally am the Akatsuki are one of the coolest antagonist groups ever created. I put them on legendary levels such as the Ginyu Force from Dragon Ball.
what’s the worst thing about the show/series/books/comics/etc.?
Probably the ungodly amount of fillers. I understand why they happen but, personally, I would much rather wait and go for a few months without content than to be presented with low-effort ideas and plots that, often, only ruin the pacing and even provoke continuity errors. And I gotta say, Kishimoto's treatment of female characters is questionable at best.
what’s the best thing about the fandom?
The fandom itself! Fandoms are what we make of them, and especially on a website such as tumblr where you are responsible for curating your own dashboard experience (...if we do not count the stupid tumblr ads and recommendations). Meeting new people with similar interests, the possibility to make friends that live literally on the other side of the world, getting to write with super talented people that develop your own muse so much, watching people get passionate about their muse(s) and creating such wonderful headcanons and metas.
what’s the worst thing about the fandom?
Again, the fandom itself. There are nice people and toxic people everywhere and that's unavoidable. In my humble opinion, what matters is to focus on the good ones.
what’s the best thing about the canon you are writing?
Itachi's whole story breaks my heart. At the same time, there is A LOT about him that was never disclosed in canon (even with the Shinden novels) and I love to explore those parts. I love to imagine stuff like what would his hobbies be, how would he react to [insert situation], how would he get along with [insert character] if they met. One of my favorite things, at the moment, is to create headcanons for my post-war verse and to create my own canon about how Itachi would adapt to things such as now being practically blind, having to properly monitor his illness, his thoughts and emotions about returning to Konoha, how to try to fix things with Sasuke, etc etc - it's been so much fun!
what’s the worst thing about the canon you are writing?
Uhhh nothing really? I mean, there are the general issues about Naruto as a whole, but regarding Itachi specifically I can't really think of any huge problems right now. Other than him being dead T-T
have you tweaked the character from canon? if so, what did you tweak?
No and yes. No, because I try my best to be as in-character as possible and to be faithful to Itachi's nature as a character. But, yes, because I write a lot of canon-divergent verses and those obviously require adapting. Even in purely canon settings, I'd say I tweak some stuff in that, for example, I love writing Itachi as a quirky child (and then teen and adult) and as a very caring and nurturing person, even when he cannot openly show it. It's totally fine if not everybody agrees with my interpretation but, to me, it makes a lot of sense and gives me a lot of joy to write.
are there some things you dislike about how the show/series/etc. portray the character you have picked up? if so, what?
I wouldn't say I dislike... but also because, all in all, Itachi doesn't have much screen time lol. So there isn't much of a chance for Kishimoto to screw him over. I would, however, have loved a chance to see Itachi ponder on the circumstances that led to the massacre - for example, does he grow to regret his choice as he gets older? He does this reflection a bit when talking to Naruto during the Edo Tensei period, but that wasn't enough for me damn it! Also, while we're here, I'm gonna be forever salty that, in that same period, we were denied a chance for Itachi to reunite with Kisame and with Shisui.
what would you say is the most unique trait about your character?
Itachi has a lot of idiosyncrasies, which is one of the reasons why I love him. Little quirky nerd weasel~ Perhaps the most unique trait, however, is his idealism. He was severely traumatized by the third war and that is the basis for his idealism but, at the same time, he truly believes in what he preaches. He truly believes that he can get strong enough to make this world a better place and this is the sort of undying motivation to do good that, for example, I only see in Shisui. Of course, a lot of other characters have their own strong motivations (Naruto himself being the easiest example), but these two Uchiha idiots are mostly the ones who commit to the there's some good in this world and it's worth fighting for mindset.
are there any other characters from the franchise you’d like to play?
On discord, I have written little bits and pieces of Kimimaro, Temari, and Rock Lee.
are there some characters from the franchise you can’t stand?
I can't stand Danzo for all the obvious reasons, but that's also exactly why I love him as a villain. And, um... the same applies to Hiruzen, in a way. I do believe that Hiruzen is a man with good intentions, but he always falls victim to his own passiveness. The way Itachi goes to him after having literally just murdered his parents and traumatized his little brother for life and all Hiruzen can say is I'm so sorry this happened. Hiruzen is just a gutless Danzo, resting on the laurels of the whole Will of Fire spiel.
what are your thoughts on the canon ships for the character, if any?
Honestly, I'm not even sure if Itachi has a canon ship? Izumi is supposed to be his girlfriend but at the same time it can easily be taken as Izumi having an unrequited crush. Personally, I think they are very cute together but I would have loved to see more development other than to make it like "let's give Itachi a gf because he's cool and needs a girl to dangle as a trophy".
what is your personal ship bias for your canon character?
I am dying on the Kisame/Itachi hill and unapologetically so. Their bond is so special and precious to me, the way they grow from not-so-veiled death threats upon first meeting to genuinely respecting each other. The way Kisame, known as the Monster of the Bloody Mist, lets this scrawny Uchiha kid take the lead and trusts him without reserves. The way Itachi cares, even if he must keep up his detached psychopath persona, and keeps Kisame out of harm's way whenever he feels a battle won't go in his favor. THEIR MATCHING RINGS, IN BOTH THE FINGER POSITION AND THE SYMBOL MEANING. And the way Itachi is literally what Kisame thinks of as he's about to offer himself to his sharks. All of this is so *CLENCHES FIST*
are there any ships you can’t stand, why?
...Um. Sasuke/Itachi.
how long have you been writing the character?
Technically, for almost two decades. Not continuously so. If we are talking about this blog only, then it's been since January 2024.
should people get into the franchise you're writing from, yes or no?
I mean, sure? If they like the franchise and have characters they would like to write? I don't see why not.
if you could sum up your character with one sentence, what would it be?
I already did it above, so: Little Quirky Nerd Weasel
which song do you feel describes your character the most and why?
I have a few, actually! For some examples: "Gasoline", by Halsey, "Second Chance", by Shinedown, "The World of Mercy", by DIR EN GREY (this one is particularly👌👌👌for my villain verse). I think they're very Itachi-coded in both lyrics and melody. And, of course, the song in my pinned post: "Scarlet", by Yamaoka Akira. This song is peak Itachi vibes, especially when you look into his eyes. And, uh. Generally, almost all DIR EN GREY songs inspire me a lot to write his replies, because a lot of them are also the songs that I started writing him to, all those years back.

Welcome to Hell
Introductions
Welcome to my side blog. Here is where I'll be putting all of my trashy literary ideas into. Originally, I made this blog under a different name and had a few things in the works. I have since lost interest in those things, and I've "rebranded." I do this all the time. Unfortunately. Gotta love visiobibliophobia.
Information under the cut.
What I Write
I write fan-fiction's for fandoms I obsess over at any given point in time. I exclusively write [xreader's, /reader's] as well as [self insert's, ocxcannon, oc/cannon]. As I am also of age, I write [smut, nsfw] as well.

For the purpose of this blog, any art posted will be fic related, or fic related concepts. If you want to see my art outside of this blog, my main handle is @shleepynyx. Though, I don't post much.
So...
The goal I set myself up with in making this side blog was to attempt to write and create something without fear or anxiety to publish it. To help develop my writing skills and to ultimately, just have fun creating an aesthetic and well-made catalog of works. I'm open to constructive criticism, but honestly, I'm mainly here for funsies. Nothing serious. If my writing is so atrocious that it can not be read, then simply shut your eyes and skiddadle, my friend.

May I inquire about current fandoms and favorite past fandoms? And also in general what types of media draws you in?
hrrmmmmm well, i haven't really been In Fandom the way i used to in years. my perennial special interests are the forgotten realms DnD setting, Tolkien Legendarium (obviously, the vanya says), and to a lesser extent the elder scrolls universe. I loved and occasionally still read fic/hunt for fanart for steven universe! The way i engage with tolkien stuff is now mostly in the lense of my religion and only occasionally as fandom--i do like reading fics that approach the legendarium with different meta interpretations of the original texts or coin new neologisms for language or culture that were not fully fleshed out in the text. My earliest fandoms were Forgotten realms, then unreal tournament, then tf2. I think tf2 was Thee Most Fandom fandom i have ever engaged in, including terrible fic that was destroyed a few machines ago. I have also done some self-insert stuff for funsies with like, the different fallout games and stuff between those, or mlp gen 4. As far as media goes, it has been a long time since i have read fiction, as i primarily read for my herbalism work and spiritual work. I play a few games on repeat, but some of them (Bioshock series) aren't the kind of thing i would seek fandom for. I watch shows when i do my nails, and i love strange new worlds (star trek) and somehow, the witcher netflix, so far. i definitely dont feel... like.... qualified to do any writing for star trek fandom though.

All that you haven't done from 1 to 15?
Thanks for playing, cupcake!
1. List 3 shipping tropes you love
AND THEY WERE ROOMMATES. I didn’t realize how much this delights me until I joined the Shadowhunters fandom, to be honest.
When they can communicate without using words. It kills me.
THE GRUMPY ONE IS SOFT FOR THE SUNSHINE ONE.
2. List 3 shipping tropes you don’t love
Miscommunication that sits around unresolved for forever.
When writers let their fave get away with treating the other half of the ship like shit and still have the fave being fawned over and catered to, like half of the ship literally only exists to elevate the other half?? (This is... not about what you think it is. And it’s also @ a whole lot of show-writers... -_-)
When they enable each other’s bad behaviors.
3. One emotional aspect of a ship that always gets you
Trust. Really simple as that. But when they genuinely open up about something fucked up they’ve been through or reveal their soft side, it like... gets me.
4. One physical aspect of a ship that always gets you
Height difference. And like, honestly, either way is amazing. I know especially in the mlm ships it’s usually the “top is taller” thing, but like... that is just as amazing as the taller one getting absolutely wrecked by the shorter one?
5. Multiship or Monoship?
MULTI. ALWAYS MULTI. How do people with only one ship even live?
6. Rare pairs or Mainstream?
Rare pairs. It never ceases to terrify me when I realize the ship I like is actually really very popular. I don’t know, it’s just... impossible to connect for me then? It’s so large, there are so many here who have already been here forever, there is ten thousand set-in-stone fanons for this ship already? I prefer to sail a smol sailing ship with a crew where basically everyone on board kinda knows each other, or like at least knews each other threw someone both know. That way also makes it easier for me to find... footing in the fandom. Also, all cards are still on the table. You get to be the first to write trope x, instead of the 10th this week alone. And I dunno, but it’s fun to be the first to do something, or not even just the first, just... when something hasn’t been done to death already.
7. Polyamory or Monogamy?
Yikes, I genuinely hate that phrasing, like... it links so much with “monogamy means being faithful” and making everything else seem like cheating, not to mention polyamorous people can be in monogamous relationships too, so it should be polyamory vs monoamory.
But technicalities aside, poly all the freaking way.
8. If the ship is physical, reversible or not?
...what? *blinks* Like. I... genuinely have no idea what this question means?? Reversible? In what context? How is the ship physical?
9. Do you always have romantic ships for fandoms?
Yes, always, otherwise I don’t consider it a “fandom” of my own.
Things I have ships for, I am actually invested in. Things I don’t have ships for are just... casual watches for me and I wouldn’t look at them as a fandom of mine. Something only becomes a fandom to me if I have a baseline investment in it and that, for me, always shows in shipping.
10. How important is the sexual part (if any) of your ship?
Very, actually. As an asexual person, the only thing I’ve ever seen in sex was a sign of trust, because you are literally never more vulnerable than when you are naked and bare and doing this. I always looked at sex as that, as a huge sign of trust in each other. That’s why the majority of my oneshots end on a sex scene, actually. It’s like... “this is where they are, they trust each other so much they share their bodies with each other and now they lay together, in each other’s arms in a gentle embrace, with nothing but this content feeling of being with the one they love on their mind”.
(It’s why I, to this day and beyond this day, will never understand casual hook ups with total strangers. The mere idea is utterly disturbing and terrifying to me, tbh.)
11. Opinion on platonic ships?
Friendships and familiar relationships are sooo important and honestly my favorite thing about fics is when they dive into what canon has only scratched upon. The potentials for friendships and family dynamics that canon deemed a waste of time to spend screentime on so they only made throwaway remarks that hint at these dynamics. I love exploring those. *^*
12. List 3 ships you currently love
Let’s skip the super obvious ones and go to the ones I’m currently most obsessing over in my mind these days:
Diamond no Ace; Okumura Koushuu/Sawamura Eijun & Miyuki Kazuya/Sawamura Eijun (I obsess over both equally these days so they tie. Also I am considering an OT3 to literally tie them)
Justice League Action; Superman/Wonder Woman (I started watching the cartoon. Yes, literally just because SuperWonder is canon in this. It’s actually fun beyond that though)
Haikyuu!!; Kozume Kenma/Hinata Shouyou
13. List 5 OTPs from past fandoms
Oooh funsies, mmmh, let’s do some that I haven’t mentioned a billion times like Kai/Rei on Beyblade or Puppyshipping...
Digimon; Motomiya Daisuke/Takaishi Takeru
Fast and the Furious; Dominic Toretto/Brian OConner
Glee; David Karofsky/Kurt Hummel/Noah Puckerman
Heroes; Gabriel Gray/Peter Petrelli
Inuyasha; Kouga/InuYasha
I have so many past fandoms and so many past ships so here, have a relatively broad coverage of mlm ships. Ask if you want a wlwor m/f version xDDD
14. Opinion on the importance of marriage?
Yes.
I mean, even beyond fanfiction, I find marriage pretty important. I think it’s weird if you’ve been together for years and are of the opinion that you don’t plan on leaving this other person to then not marry them, tbh??
Also, it gives the nice fanfiction opportunity of taking on the spouse’s name in case of [insert abusive family here]. :D
15. Opinion on kids?
Very much yes. Seriously, creating a next gen OC line-up is one of the most fun things about being in a fandom? Also, this is how I know I have gotten Very Invested in something. My very shiny ones always get the next gen line-up, I looove it. And not just for the OTP, but like a legitimate line-up, for my favorite side-ships too, to imagine the dynamics between the kids, friendships, rivalries and love-stories unfolding them. You know I’ve dug myself in too deep when I create a third gen, where the next gen have kids together.
(My PJO line-up went a total of four OC generations deep.)
(My DC one is at two generations right now. Some parties are still in flux. Admittedly, it is also my biggest one after PJO considering it covers all my favorite Justice League members.)
(My Shadowhunters line-up is three generations.)

Enjolras/Grantaire and Courfeyrac/Marius
Give me a CHARACTER or a SHIP, and I will bold the statements that are true, and elaborate on my preferences and specific narrative kinks where I am so moved. My dumb comments are in italic.
Enjolras/Grantaire (do you mean the air I breath??)
Do not want. Ptooey.
I am neutral, indifferent and serene. Send me a rec and change my mind.
I’ll enjoy anything as long as they’re in it.
I’ll enjoy anything as long as they get a happy ending.
Break them and make them bleed.
Swaddle them in fluff. :)
I’m mostly interested in gapfilling and exploring their canon interactions. Definitely not mostly, but here for it
Throw the canon out the window; bae deserves better. I can’t actually picture them ever getting together in canon, so I dwell in AUs and mischaracterization for my fluff quota. But.. still be nice to the canon material maybe?
Gimme crackfic.
Gimme all the tropes.
Subvert the tropes and set them on fire.
I am a simple soul: I’m here because they’re hot and sometimes naked. :)
Here is my OTP. Come between them and I will…ship and let ship, because I am a civilized fanperson, but CAN’T YOU SEE THEY’RE PERFECT TOGETHER??! (Or perfectly, fascinatingly, shippably dysfunctional, in certain cases.) They are both of those things!
I have favoured and disfavoured ships. Convince me. Seduce me.
I had an OTP once, but then this amazing author, [insert author here], seduced me. Goddammit.
Fandom bicycle, baby! \o/
I have no shippy feelings at this time.
My feelings cannot be summed up by this meme. Have a seat while I put the kettle on. I don’t have anything to add, but do you have time to listen to me sighing and sobbing wistfully for a while?

Okay - so I have this idea for a book, it’s completely sane characters stuck inside really bad stories and they have to get of the bad fanfiction like story. The problem is that I would need to have an A plot and a stupidly fun B plot happening t the same time. Or maybe there doesn’t need to be a “B” plot. I mean, bad fanfics don’t really have a “plot” to speak of. I may just do an actual bad fanfic first for funsies.
So who are the leads?
I want there to be a male and female lead. I want them to be best friends and for the B plot to joke about them dating even though they are platonic.
So, a B plot?
Because I’m trash, I want to write a B plot myself and post it on AO3, then write the A plot or what I’m tentatively calling the “Oh God, stop” plot.
Tell me more about the B plot.
Well, okay. Like I either wrote or implied earlier, I want the B plot to either be bad fanfiction, or feel like it. I’m tempted to use Star Trek as the base, but I don’t know that Star Trek would make for a good first project. My Immortal would be fun, but I’m confident I want to write my own bad fanfic. I could use something I have already written, but honestly I want to write a new B plot. Though, since I’m thinking about it, I have a really old fanfic.net account that might have a story or two that could work for this. I should write the B plot for a fandom I’ve never written before, in the future, but one where absurdity isn’t the norm. What I mean is that Gintama would not be a good fandom for this, because Gintama already has good “B” plot, and any B plot I write for it would be more or less stupid in this instance.
So what would be a good fandom for the B plot?
Harry Potter, The Hobbit, and Twilight take themselves too seriously for the B plot to be common ground, thus would be fitting. I have never read Twilight in it’s entirety, and I don’t plan on it, so a B plot for it would be okay, but the A plot would be missing a plethora of in-jokes.
I could use Gravity Falls, but the fandom back lash scares me.
I’ve brought Star Trek up several times, but like I said, I don’t think it’d make for a good first project.
Code Geass could be fun, but doesn’t sound like a first project either.
Homestuck is something I’m comfortable with, and has an in cannon example of what I’m trying to do via Roxy, but I don't want people in the fandom to accuse me of stealing Husies’s idea, which is not what I’m attempting. While I’m positive my idea is not original, I find the execution to be unique, and I hope my A plot proves to be truly unique.
Oh dear, I went on a tangent there. I was supposed to be picking a fandom. The Adventure Zone could be fun, and the meta-ness of the A plot could be fun, but I know that sometimes the McElroy brothers read fanfics, and I would just about die if they put me on blast for the B plot before I have a chance to work on the A plot. But, I am still flirting with the idea of Taco being the one to help my A plot leads to figure out what’s going on. And I’m half in love with the idea of writing really bad Merle/Lucretia smut, and in the A plot having my male character freaking out about the age difference. If you are reading this and have no idea what I’m writing about, it’s major spoilers and go listen to The Adventure Zone either on Max Fun, or on Google Play, or wherever you download podcasts. Except sound cloud. I’m not sure they post stuff on sound cloud. Most people cite I-tunes, but I’m a google play user. In any case, even if you aren’t into RPGs or DND you should give it a listen to, because in truth Griffin McElroy wrote a fantastic story, and I believe good stories and goofs are better than any problem people may have with RPGs. I firmly believe that you can enjoy TAZ without being into DND or any RPG game.
Another fandom I’d like to work in is possibly X-men. But, since one version of the movie-verse set Wolverine and Saber-tooth up as brothers, anything I could create would pale in comparison. I could write an A plot about that alone.
I also kind of want to work in How To Train Your Dragon animated verse, but I seriously ship DagCup, and as a member of that row boat, I just couldn’t write a B plot involving them because that B plot could hurt the ship.
Enough about fandoms for B plots, talk about the leads.
My A plot leads are just shells right now. Currently they just have place holder names, just so that I can talk about them without having to cal them Male, and Female, which reads as just awkward for me. The female shall thus be called Mela, and the Male shall be called Giovanni. These names are just temporary, and are subject to change.
So, my basic idea is that Mela and Giovanni are BFFs, but often joke about being a couple. I just hate the idea of two characters of opposite genders to be a couple in one of my stories, because romance subplots are dumb, and there really aren’t enough opposite gender duos who are just friends. Before you point to Zootopia, I’ll remind you that Judy and Nick had a lot of romantic sub-text. I really just want the couple thing to be a joke for Mela and Geo. I might not even write any jokes about it, just so that the idea isn’t planted in anyone’s mind.
I know what sort of woman I want Mela to be. I want Mela to be compassionate, but stubborn. I want her to be the kind of person who knows exactly who and what they are, but still be insecure about making the right decisions. I want Mela to be bubbly, but smart. I still wonder if maybe I’m too impractical about my female lead. If it seems like I’m trying to hard please SJWs, while still trying to be unique. Ultimately, I’m fearful of being too traditional with Mela, but I’m worried that she comes across as too “main-stream.”
As for Mela’s appearance, I want her to have short hair, and I’m liking the idea of her being blonde. I think she should have dark brown eyes, but I’m still playing with how I want her to look. I think I want her to be pear-shaped, and tall for a woman (5′9″).
Giovanni is even less planned out. I like the idea of him being a mix of Deanna Troi, and Spock. By that I mean I want Geo to have the presence of Deanna Troi, but to have the logical reasoning of Spock. In Homestuck terms, I want him to the the Sylph of Mind to Mela’s something (Maid?) of Heart.
As for Geo’s appearance, I’m flirting with him being 5′4″ and not having a complex about it. As fun as it is to write short bad-ass characters, it’s an overdone trope, and I don’t want to have my work be a cliche. I very much like the idea of Giovanni being being an appearance foil to Mela. If Mela has short blonde hair, Geo should have long, dark hair. If Mela has dark eyes, Geo should have light eyes.
Astute readers will notice that I haven’t given either Geo or Mela a race. Traditionally Mela is a Polish name, and Giovanni is Italian. But Mela and Giovanni are place holder names. What this means is that I haven’t planned either’s race. Because of the wonderful world of human genetics, I could decide they are both Mexican or Hispanic and real life would be fine with that. Before you argue genetics with me, I beg you do do your own research into the shear ridiculousness of human genetics. It’s expansive and there’s a reason why some geneticists believe humans will all look Brazilian at some point in the future. In any case, giving Mela and Geo a race isn’t something I consider necessary. My personal belief is that if you give your characters enough detail, letting the reader decide what race they want the characters to be is perfectly fine.
So, how bad would the B plot be?
If I’m going to pre-post the B plot by itself, sort of as a prelude, then you can expect bad spelling, no grammar, and Mary-Sues. Expect the B plot to be simple and poorly executed. It’ll be the fanficiton version of a botched Mac’n’cheese, or burned and frozen fish fingers a’la Lisa Simpson having a mental breakdown. In contrast, the A plot should have zero spelling and grammar issues. The A plot leads need to be complex and well developed in comparison to the botched B plot characters. If the B plot is dumb, the A plot needs to be brilliant. If the B plot has a major dose of Miller Time, the A plot has to be the fix it.
The issue with not having a B plot written and posted prior to the A plot, is that there won’t be a true comparison. A way to reconcile this is to write a B plot chapter, write a comparison A plot chapter, and post both on the same day. I do not like this idea. It sounds needlessly complicated and messy AF.
Tell us more about the A plot!
Well currently I’m planning it to be first person while the B plot will be 3rd person. I plan on alternating between Mela and Giovanni's point of view. I want this because I write a lot of 3rd person limited, and have learnt that I have a hard time describing my lead unless someone else talks about them. I do not like the idea of someone talking to either Mela or Giovanni about how they look. Here’s my example for why:
“Damn Mela, why is your blonde hair so short?”
“Mela, I love your brown eyes.”
“Your pear shaped body is banging!”
Those lines sound forced, and I’d like to think I can write better dialogue than that. Writing alternating first person allows me to give both Mela and Geo well rounded descriptions without being obnoxious about it. Geo in his chapters can describe Mela’s blonde bed-head, and think about her eyes sparkling in joy, while Mela in hers can think about how bothersome Geo's long hair must be, and about how his [insert colour] eyes look when he concentrates on something. Making the descriptions sound natural would be challenge, but certainly wouldn’t have the issues that 3rd person limited has.
The more I think about it, the more sense it makes for the B plot to also be first person, so that my Mary Sue can talk about how she looks, a’la My Immortal and Forbiden Fruit. I also like the idea of playing with some Gary Stu's for fun, because I’ve noticed a distinct lack of them in bad fanfiction.
Basic Plot Summary, please!
Mela and Giovanni are two humans who find themselves thrown into bad stories with no logic or reason. In these stories there are poorly written characters, purple prose, and dumb plots. Mela and Geo must attempt to escape the B plot taking place before them.
Any closing thoughts?
Umm... expect a bad fanfic from me in the future? Currently I’m hoping to write some short bad fics, just because those take less time to write than entire multi-chapter plots, but my first two projects are going to have multiple chapters. I mentioned earlier that I have a really old FF.net account. I won’t share the name of it just yet, but after writing the rough draft of this post, I went looking for it and found it almost immediately. I am so embarrassed that it exists, as I wrote the two stories on it when I was in the 8th grade and they are so freaking bad, but I kind of want to work with them anyway, just to show how much I’ve improved my writing over the years. I’m thinking of it as a critique of what I did wrong as a child. All in all, it should be fun.

Fanfic Writer Asks
[SOURCE: criminal-minds-fanfiction: Most of the writer ask posts I come across are only like ten or so questions long so I thought I’d try to make a longer one because we like talking about our writing! Feel free to reblog!]
I got this from @wickedobsessed101 and copied and pasted the questions so I can fit my own answers too. You can find the post I got from them here.
1) How old were you when you first starting writing fanfiction? I started around 2011, so I was around 13 years old at the time.
2) What fandoms do you write for and do you have a particular favourite if you write for more than one? I am currently writing for The Owl House fandom, but I am intending on broadening my scope to She-Ra as well as Lord of the Rings, Zelda, and ATLA bc gay fantasy brain go brrr.
3) Do you prefer writing OC’s or reader inserts? Explain your answer. I prefer to write original characters myself. Y/N stuff is not exactly my forte. It gives me more control as to how I know the characters will act depending on their own characterization and backstory.
4) What is your favourite genre to write for? I actually really prefer to write really tense stuff, despite my misleading username. I live for the conflict of the moment and it does lean into some pretty angsty stuff sometimes. I mean, look at Soul Bound. However, I also do like writing light-hearted comedies as well as some fluff whenever I can get around to it. My heart yearns and so too must the romantic tension.
5) If you had to choose a favourite out of all of your multi-chaptered stories, which would it be and why? I really only have one that is published, but it is definitely the one that I do like the most. Soul Bound was originally a story that was going to stand on its own. It was set in a world that I created meticulously from the ground up, taking inspirations from Lord of the Rings, Legend of Zelda, ATLA among other things. I do have other multi-chapter projects in the works that I absolutely love, however out of my published babies, it's SB 100%.
6) If you had to delete one of your stories and never speak of it again, which would it be and why? The Legion of Lenny Faces was a crack fic that I just posted for funsies. I wouldn't mind getting rid of that.
7) When is your preferred time to write? Since I am starting to work again, I'm thinking about starting work on my writing around 2PM. It's normally around that time that I start anyway, so it works out.
8) Where do you take your inspiration from? Movies, music, sometimes even my own songs that I write. Inspiration really comes from anywhere that hits me. However, it hits especially hard whenever I make a playlist for a particular mood that I want a story to have.
9) In your xxx fic, what’s your favourite scene that you wrote? In Soul Bound, my current favorite scene that I have written was the scene in the chapter Confrontations with the scene between Amity and Odalia. I essentially channeled everything I ever wanted to say to my abuser into Amity's words and it was the most cathartic thing that I ever wrote.
10) In your xxx fic, why did you decide to end it like that? Did you have an alternative ending in mind?In The Bean that I wrote for April Fools, while it definitely is a crack fic, I still wanted it to read like an Owl House episode or at least an Owl House short. However, I did think of an alternate ending in mind where the bean just kept on multiplying until it flooded the entirety of the BI. However, That would mean by those rules, duplicating all non-living things on the isles.
11) Have you ever amended a story due to criticisms you’ve received after posting it? I split an entire chapter into two pieces and rewrote another one just because of criticisms that made complete sense to me. In all honesty, I did blame the burnout, however all of that and the small break I did take helped a lot to reinvigorate my love for this story that I am writing.
12) Who is your favourite character to write for? Why? Skara. 100%, she is babey and I love her.
13) Who is your least favourite character to write for? Why? Gonna be honest, while I love King as a character, I don't exactly like writing him. I feel like if I wrote him as more of an active part of the story, it would detract entirely from the whole thing. Second would be my OC, Robert Almade solely because I feel like he can be much more fleshed out, but also because there are parts of his character that I did write that just don't make complete sense to me. This should be worked out later.
14) How did you come up with the title for the xxx? - You can ask about multiple stories. For Soul Bound, I literally asked a Discord server for ideas because all the titles I did think of were shit XD. However, I recently came up with the title for my Skarlow punk band AU, Skara and the Wallflower, based on the book/movie The Perks of Being a Wallflower as well as band names in general.
15) If you write OC’s, how do you decide on their names? I normally think about the themes the character embodies and how they may change and grow throughout the story, and then I translate specific keywords into different languages and trim them in a way that sound like a name.
16) How did you come up with the idea for xxx?[Ask me about a specific story]
17) Post a line from a WIP that you’re working on.“Oh, sure! Protect me from him, but let Amity take the brunt of it and possibly die? What if she is dead, Eda? What if I can’t see her again?”
18) Do you have any abandoned WIP’s? What made you abandon them? I'd rather not talk about it.
19) Are there any stories that you’ve written that you’d really love to do a sequel to? Possibly I may have one for Skara and the Wallflower if I feel up to it, however Soul Bound is going to be a one-and-done deal.
20) Are there any stories that you wished you’d ended differently? Yes!
21) Tell me about another writer(s) who you admire? What is it about them that you admire? @lunanight2012 @quirkquartz @descendantofthesparrow
22) Do you have a story that you look back on and cringe when you reread it? Any story that I haven't published.
23) Do you prefer listening to music when you’re writing or do you need silence? I do listen to music just to set in the general mood and once I get going, I can go either with or without it.
24) How do you feel about writing smutty scenes? I can write smut. However I don't ever feel comfortable publishing smut. It really just isn't for me.
25) Have you ever cried whilst writing a story? YES! I ABSOLUTELY HAVE!!!! SO MANY TEARS BECAUSE OF THE ANGST!!!
26) Which part of your xxx fic was the hardest to write? This most recent chapter was actually the hardest to write because I was already so scared when writing Scrying of the Soul that when I started writing this one, I didn't know how to settle down with this whole thing. I knew Luz needed to process her trauma before I introduced the ghost, but exactly how I felt like I had trouble with.
27) Do you make a general outline for your stories or do you just go with the flow? I have a varied mix of ways I outline. Yes, I do have a list of bullet points about what major plot points go where, but really that's all that comes together before I start writing. Soul Bound is completely plotted out in the very broad strokes, but the rest is just improvisation.
28) What is something you wished you’d known before you started posting fanfiction? That writing would be the single most fun thing that I have ever done and to be fair while I do want my stories to be the best they can be, just the fact that I'm getting them out there makes me happy.
29) Do you have a story that you feel doesn’t get as much love as you’d like? Gonna be honest, my one-shots don't get a lot of love, but it is entirely understandable.
30) In contrast to 29 is there a story which gets lots of love which you kinda eye roll at? Ya know, Imma just say a song title that I wrote that many people love that I've grown to just not like. Ticking Time Away.
31) Send me a fic recommendation and I’ll post it for my followers to see! (The asker is to send the rec, not the answerer)Yeah, sure!
32) Are any of your characters based on real people? The way I characterize Odalia is based on a mix of what is already established. That and a heavy doseage of my abuser and their mindset. Which is kind of why it felt cathardic writing that scene in Conflicts.
33) What’s the biggest compliment you’ve gotten? Honestly, whenever I make a revision and it is heavily praised by either a reader if I edited an already published chapter or a beta reader if I had revised a particular scene they didn't like. I thrive off of any good critique and it makes me want to do better.
34) What’s the harshest criticism you’ve gotten? I mean there are people who wouldn’t read just because what I wrote was a ghost fic, but tbh it wasn't even that harsh.
35) Do you share your story ideas with anyone else or do you keep them close to your chest? I normally share with other writers when I'm really excited so I can bounce ideas off of them, however specific story elements I keep close to my chest because that part feels like my personal touch moreso than the general idea.
36) Can you give us a spoiler for one of your WIP’s? HAHA NICE TRY BEYOTCH YOU JUST HAVE TO READ IT!! (Other than the fact that Amity does get her body back, but that's already been promised.)
37) What’s the funniest story you’ve written? The BEAN
38) If you could collab with any other writer on here, who would it be? (Perhaps this question will inspire some collabs!) If you’re shy, don’t tag the blog, just name them. I would honestly be willing to collab with anybody from the Good Witch Society on Discord. As well as my partner which we already talked about quite a few ideas that we had for stories.
39) Do you prefer first, second or third person? So, I do love writing inner monologue, however if I was ever staying in one character's perspective, it would just feel way too limiting. I prefer third person omniscient so I can at least give the reader insight into what's going on in everybody's heads.
40) Do people know you write fanfiction?IRL, yeah. But I have established that I am using this to exercise my own writing skills.
41) What’s you favourite minor character you’ve written? Emira I would actually consider a minor character in the grand scope of my story, however I absolutely adore writing her.
42) Song fic - What made you decide to use the song xxx for xxx.I write my own songs and to be completely fair, it was really spontaneous in Soul Bound, but I found out a plot point that could definitely weave in extremely well within the story.
Skara and the Wallflower being a punk band AU will definitely be a songfic with all original songs.
43) Has anyone ever guessed the plot twist of one of your fics before you posted it? Actually, nobody has ever really guessed a plot twist yet.
44) What is the last line you wrote? This really can't be good.
45) What spurs you on during the writing process? I already really adore the stories that I write and my goals are to write them and get them out there. I think about how the characters react and how things can go wrong in a way that makes sense.
46) I really loved your xxx fic. If you were ever to do a sequel, what do you think might happen in it?[Ask me for a specific story]
47) Here’s a fic title - insert a made up title. What would this story be about?[Ask me]
48) What’s your favourite trope to write? Friends to Lovers, hands down.
49) Can you remember the first fic you read? What was it about? To be completely honest, the first fic I read was a Zelda fic. I forgot what most of the plot was about, but it did involve Link and Zelda going into Termina and meeting up with this original character who did everything he can to fuck with the both of them. It's very vague, but I absolutely loved it and I never remembered it updating.
50) If you could write only angst, fluff or smut for the rest of your writing life, which would it be and why? I'd have to cave and say angst. I like to have conflict in my stories, but I never like to have it be complete brooding. Just some light trauma, you know?
