Peri was very upset about a lot of things that happened. Within a span of a week, he felt like his entire life has changed for the worst!! He had a dumb bulb on his wand, Timmy was still moving away, and he had to go to a school far from everyone he knew!!!

Of course, the cause and trigger of those emotions was Timmy. But Peri can’t blame his older brother for any of that. So the next logical conclusion for a small child to reach was to blame his parents instead!!! And boy did he blame a lot on his parents.

Many of Peri’s actions in his childhood stems from misplaced grief and anger. By the time he was old enough to know better, Peri got a mixture of stubbornness and a bruised ego to admit he was wrong for how he reacted.

Sometimes I wish that SimUni runs didn't reset every week bc I think I cracked the code, I found the exact hodgepodge of blessings and equations that just make for a fast run, whether I'm farming pieces or just clearing V6

#kittybee games #that is one Yunli parry #it finally occurred to me that Empress Fu has a CR boost and was the exact amount i needed for 101.1% crit rate #that arrow is pointing at a near full deletion of health bar the clear was like 3 parries #i can't recreate this run even if i tried that list is all my blessings that I had to keep rerolling at the cat-stack #do you know how FAST farming would be if I could keep this run-file past a week??? This is the only V6 run I'll ever do OTL #do you know how many eqn rerolls i did to get borisin? this run took 3 but this does not include the rolls in 5 failed attempts before it #the run started w/ firework master and I debated just quitting the run

#too early in the month to claim the winners banner and certificate apparently lol it just took me to a placeholder page...#full disclosure i did hit 50k right in the middle of patching in mentions of augustine in earlier chapters. i keep forgetting this damn #mascot character exists even though he's this story's ENTIRE raison d'être (genuinely) !!!!#but now i'm *finally* back around to the chapter i was actually writing after spending the better part of the past week patching in the mos #pressing of those earlier chapters though it's mostly composed of a scene i was hoping to just slot into ch2 instead OTL #(ox prince introduction/meetcute for suzu + actual scripture lore)... i still would like to actually have chapters at the palace and lotus #garden but it's more important to at least finish the rotten fruit temple stuff first. that is super doable though we're almost on the home #stretch already!! i just have to get through this extremely cursory haiko and adonis scene first before we get to the good stuff...#nano tag #txt #nanowrimo

Hanekoma pulled out the plate of fish he'd prepared for Minamimoto beforehand and went to the table to set it down, "Been a while, Felidae. Hope everything's okay back home. But then... I guess you wouldn't be here if it was. You don't gotta talk about it, though. I'll be over here working on reports if ya need me, and you're free to just hang out and relax for a while."

He knew things tended to be pretty complicated for this particular Minamimoto. The pain he'd suffered and the things he'd been through. All iterations of him had to suffer at some point or another, but he'd been through the ringer a few times by now. If nothing else, Hanekoma liked being able to provide a peaceful place to get away from the frustrations of his everyday life.

It seemed as if that was the main purpose of his little cafe across the universe, these days. It was something he could be proud of.

Currently, the place was dead silent. There were no visitors, no one downstairs in the cafe. Hanekoma usually liked to work with music, but since he wasn't keen on irritating Minamimoto more than necessary, he had chosen to leave it off today. The only sound in the whole place was the rhythmic typing on his laptop as he continued his work, leaned back in his corner on the couch.

He didn't know what was happening this time, but... Hanekoma really hoped this visit was mostly just for a breath of fresh air and not because he couldn't breathe at all at home.
