another strong audio opinion of mine is that Peter Lewis is this generation's Peter Lorre. not because of the name similarity, though that is a nice touch. it's rare to encounter a voice talent that can portray such a wide range of emotions/characters while always retaining such a signature creepy voice.

you always know when a role is being played by Peter Lewis, but not because he's limited as an actor. he's just got such a powerful, overwhelming sense of something Sinister in his voice that he is immediately identifiable.

obviously he has some incredible work out there (The White Vault is a phenomenal example) but i remember a story he read for NoSleep Podcast almost a decade ago. it was called "The Mummer Man" if i remember right, and while the story is mid and the audio quality is barely tolerable, that man is SELLING it. i've been a Lewis fan ever since. honestly the true test of a voice actor is making a boring story seem interesting.

Bowing comes natural to show off kind of characters, they are awesome, they are cocky, they are amazing and they know it.

But even if bowing it’s natural instinct or a character trait, there are different ways to bow, and you must admit, this is an specific kind of bow.

A story for children who fear monsters under their bed, except that his family has proof that it existed, the Lazarus pits only served to confirm their theories. Ra thinks this is what the powerful deserves, immortality.

Even Arthur has found his castle walls filled with carvings of two creatures chasing each other, like day and night. There are tales of how they set the city ablaze in a single day, causing irreparable damage but not taking a single life despite their battles. Beings driven by emotion, persecution and intrigue, but without being benevolent or malevolent. A sample that any creature is imperfect, in a way he thinks it is poetic.

Everyone interprets these beings in their own way, creating their own legends from the anecdotes that were recorded by their ancestors. They never have the same title, no one decides on a name and no one seems to agree on whether these beings are benevolent or malevolent. Whether they are enemies, friends, rivals, or something else.

For some they are a moral lesson, for others a guide, in some cases they are considered righteous heroes, while in others they are the worst enemies of the living, the only sure thing is that they are recognized, one way or another.

Of course, this leads to disaster when Danny decides to explore the dimensions connected to the Infinite Realms.

sure, given another few years under ludinus’ thumb he could have probably been swayed to team deicide, but that’s not where’s he’s at. where he’s at is hanging out in rexxentrum, getting made fun of by caleb for referring to the dawnfather as ‘an influential, if over anthropomorphized solar deity’. you can take the elf out of rosohna but you can’t take rosohna out of the elf. the gods? well, fjord and caduceus are very fond of theirs (tone of someone describing their friends’ baffling but periodically lifesaving hobby). he technically works for one now through the cobalt soul and he can respect her ethos. after that he runs out of things to say about them.

now the luxon, on the other hand… he’s watching this entire directors cut triple-feature like a hawk. trying to divine the secrets of the universe from a reality show and it might just work.

even if you staunchly stood by emily/fig's suspicion of porter from the beginning, the reveal of porter being a multiclass paladin makes sense when you realize charisma is a paladin's spellcasting ability

this season, porter got both fig and gorgug to eventually warm up to him, and even though fig wrote on his teacher evaluation that she wasn't sure if he was evil or not, both of them gave him all 5's

porter has some very funny bits in this campaign and brennan really had me letting my guard down around him!! i laughed so much when he went into a rage to avoid having adaine detect thoughts; we thought it was to avoid her seeing his thoughts about zara

ethan isnt ugly because of his chin or nose, he looks bad because 99% of photos taken of him r in the game where he has no expression and looks extremly uncanny, his chin and nose are lauvely and are features many people have but just arent conventional beauty standards

liek theres a mod where they put his model over another resident evil character and he has full facial animation and he looks GREAT because his eyes arent popping out like he saw a cartoon ghost!
