Some of these scenes make me laugh so much now knowing that it’s basically Seph just being a troll.

I have to talk about team crows some more because I'm going fucking feral

Day 1, and they were at the bottom of the totem pole. I remember stopping by Goularte's stream out of sheer curiosity, being enamored with the chill vibes of their team, only to come back to Tumblr and find literally nobody talking about them. They were a five person team without a returning player, and they barely clawed through the first eliminations. But Team Axolotl and Team Crab, the latter of which was a huge fan favorite for a good chunk of the anglosphere viewers, got eliminated, and a few more posts about switching to main POV the Crows floated to the surface.

And then the next round of eliminations came and went, more teams dropped, and more people started rooting for the underdogs. Seapeekay became the only team leader to actually successfully evade the tag team killers of Baghera and Cellbit, with Wuant's self-sacrifice getting him there. The team's usage of the translator and making sure everyone spoke their own language as much as possible was massively appreciated by fans. More eliminations came and went, and the Crows sqeaked by again and again as the whole team stayed up late, grinding for resources and contracts. Mike, a main QSMP member, joined the crew late and brought even more attention to the team, as well as mod know-how and just plain skill. The Crows made it to the final two, versus one of the original teams favored to win the event: the Raccoons.

Except it wasn't the Crows, it was an individual event, and yet they cheered for each other's victories. And one by one they fell. And when it was two Crows left standing, Aldo gave Wuant a few more PvP tips before fighting to victory at the end of it all.

"How do you feel about betraying your team?" the thing with the wrong face asks, eyes watching, always watching.

"I didn't win," Aldo responds. "The Crows won."

I have to gush real quick it is in my very being to infodump this right now.

So this is Crosscode, and if you haven't played it you should right now because it is one of the best RPGs ever made, heck it is one of my favorite games of all time easily.

I played it a few months ago and it really just was everything to me. I love these characters, I love the soundtrack and the gameplay is so, so much fun! The combat is fast paced, fun and difficult. I love the Zelda style dungeons that cap off each area. I love that they took the setting of a game within a game and actually made it interesting by focusing the story around how players and developers interact with the world they created! I love the just, everything! The story is a bit slow but honestly that is such a tiny little complaint in what is otherwise a sea of positive things I could say about this amazing wonderful little gem. I played it to nearly 100% completion and adored every second and I have considered a second playthrough since the moment I finished.

I don't even know how to describe it because I am genuinely welling up. Just going back and listening to the title theme I am almost crying tears of joy. I am already so nostalgic for this and I only finished it two months ago I just love it so so so much. I always thought about if I would make a video game and what it would look like. Crosscode is that game made reality. It is that dream game I considered making just so it would exist. I am so happy that it is a thing and that I got to experience it as a player.

Please, PLEASE give this game a shot if you like action RPGs. It really is one of the best out there and so much more than I could possibly ever describe.

by doctor's orders i can't eat any dairy or spicy food (among other things) so i've been slowly descending into madness for this past week

i bought some vegan cheese 'cause like, man, i just wanted some damn cheese. it wasn't bad, but i can't say that it's the best thing i've ever eaten. it smells and tastes like pure margarine, but i'll take it. i'm that desperate for some fun things back

i've been drinking coconut milk but god its so disgusting. coconut flavor in coffee is just not good and, unlike regular milk, it doesn't give coffee that creamy/velvety texture that i like from lattes. and then at the end of my drink there's these little particles of coconut that sat at the bottom of the cup and it's disgusting getting there. it's like drinking sand. fucking awful. i don't understand how people drink this willingly.

spicy food has been the hardest to give up. that's the only thing that's been consistently making food fun while on a diet and i'm fucking losing my mind. i want pico de gallo so bad. but i also can't eat onions so i just

I was trying to listen to some dramatic music to get my head in the game of coming up with interesting ways for Roxy, the Minis and Barney (Foxy's bird) to take down all the other animatronics, and I forgot my fatal flaw of finding horses incredibly dramatic.

I will not add animatronic horses to this. I will not. The temptation is there, but I won't do it. They would be out of place. I say as typing the words immediately hits me with a way to make them make sense. I won't do it. Not because I can't, but because I have enough modes of transport to work with already. None of you are allowed to let me keep doing this.
