this entire conversation. is so. trlukey saying he felt abandoned and actually being honest about the fact that His past Hurt him and he doesn’t feel great about it. coool. No i’m normal about this

God and trLukey didn’t want to say a thing about his backstory, and it makes sense because… why should he have to say anything? Why should he have to explain his trauma to someone actively encouraging his murder and laughing at the idea of him dying? trWater might have told him that she’s a dragon, but she’s also trying to break him and get him to admit that he’s in on the fog ‘prank’. She isn’t his friend, and even Lukey’s actual friends- Bad, Aimsey, and Pangi- know only the bare minimum. There’s one person on the entire server who knows everything, and that’s Newt, and he’s forgotten half of it out of his own grief over a relationship that never was. Every time Lukey has taken someone down Memory Lane, he’s actually encouraged them not to read the books; he tells them what he deems important, and the important stuff is only his research regarding the Corruption and the Skulk

Lukey hasn’t even really admitted to himself just how traumatized he is! He brushes off his grudges against the Keepers, he doesn’t blame them for kidnapping and torturing him- it was only last week that he acknowledged that it was torture (Pangi found out at that moment, and he seemed genuinely horrified, as he should have been!). It was only tonight that he brought up that he has trouble communicating with people because of his time in captivity as a test subject. He hasn’t blown up at a Keeper or even at Newt about his treatment

We the audience only found out a few days ago that he actually remembers his full experience in the Null, and that he remembers every single emotion he felt during those 36 million years (a joking estimate, but he was still in there for a long enough time to damage any human mind beyond repair)

So Lukey remembers every single agonizing second of being trapped in a test tube in a dimension where the only sounds he could have heard were his own screams surrounded by faceless beings and- how long had it been since he remembered what a face looked like? Did he even know he had one in the end? Before he was sent to the overworld, did he even know that he was human? Did he know what a human was?

All of that has been sitting in his mind since the end of April, and he has been completely silent about it because telling someone, even himself, would mean that it actually happened

oh Boy! so ss!lukey is basically me and bear's (@bearsaves) cocreated amalgamation. i wish we could put it down. its lukey on scary saturdays bc he has a really Particular persona and personality and uhm. Freakiness about him. that is Not present any other time. bear made scary saturdays and i coined the idea of ss!lukey specifically for differentiation, and then lukey kinda saw us talking about it on twt i think LMFAOOO

im pretty sure him being southern has been a thing since the first scary sat if i remember right. he just kinda. puts on a southern accent and persona for about half of the time hes streaming off and on. takes on the full identity. and talks about stealing peoples wives and all. (except he doesn't know what grits are so he's kinda a faker. today he said he looked it up after and was like. 100% sure it was a drink for some reason. alright man.???)
