Think I told this story in someone else's post once, but given the shit that's been doing the rounds from across the water today... STORY TIME!!!

So, when I was 18, my friend asked her boyfriend to set me up with one of his buddies, so we could double date or whatever. This boy arranges a blind date, at a biker bar. Yeah. My supposed date's a no show. I'm third wheeling fighting for my life, obvs trying to make peace with the fact I've been stood up, while my friend and her BF suck face on the opposite side of the booth. The "friend" finally turns up, 45 mins after the agreed meet up time, with abs zero texts or calls to say he's running late btw.

Turns out he's not a friend friend, he's an old acquaintance from school, and they weren't even in the same class. I'm catching this whole backstory all in small screeching sound bites while my fr is yelling at the boyfriend and hitting him with her bag. She then proceeds to drag him through the door so they can scrap it for real outside. Meanwhile, I'm frozen in time, stuck staring at my "date".

The guy's a six foot tall skinhead. Shaved head, combat boots, motor oil stained and pissed on cargo pants, army vest, knife at the hip and swastikas tattooed on both sides of his face. Reeks of booze, sweat and the general eau du public toilet. Maybe it was his overall lack of hygiene, or the joint held between rotten teeth, but he was sporting that Crack Head Deluxe TM look, and it definitely wasn't Maybelline.

El putito has the nerve to look me up and down and frown, then proceeds to spread in the booth right next to me. At this point, we're getting dirty looks from everyone, especially the bikers. My fr is still yelling outside. This guy takes in the whole remainder of his blunt in one go, and sniffs it out in MY beer, which I'm holding with both hands btw. Then, to show he truly has the personality of a twice used condom, he says to me "he said you weren't hot, but at least you're no'a g*psy". Then proceeds to laugh, and finishes real strong with a dirty smirk and a, "You can still blow me tho". Then immediately proceeds to roll another joint, and his weed smelled like shit jfyi.

He caught the spliff between his scurvy teeth and as he was about to light up, I threw the beer in his face and I punched that dick right in the middle of his fucking mouth SO HARD, the asshole flew out of the booth, and fell on the floor, legs open in the air and kicking like a flipped up turtle. The whole bar explodes in laughter. I try to slide out and leave from the other side, but the bastard grabs me by the foot, so I step on his fucking hand. Before he can grab me with the other, a very nice biker (who kept laughing and for real looked like Santa) picks him up by the back of the belt like a fascist piñata, and says to me "you wanna go again? I'll hold him!".

I was taken aback for a sec, but I told him "nah, imma find my friend and get outta here", then I left, and man I laughed too.

Moral of the story, always punch a nazi and make a biker laugh.

TL;DR - Once upon a time, I punched a nazi and a bunch of people thought it was funny ☺️☺️☺️

im sure its been said already but as the election draws near more and more liberals will come out of the woodwork to shame people with a conscience to give away their vote to the democrats for free. i'm already seeing posts saying "why aren't people more concerned about a trump presidency?" you want to know why? it's because people already know he's bad. everyone already knows what he is and what he's done and what he'll do. there's nothing to discuss. he's a racist despotic worm of a man. there's nothing else to say.

biden is currently president. the genocide is happening under his watch. he's the one funding isra*l and arming them; he's sidestepped congress more than once to give them weapons. by oct. 27, the biden administration already knew that "Israel was regularly bombing buildings without solid intelligence that they were legitimate military targets." the state department/biden have engaged in atrocity propaganda, cast doubt on the legitimacy of the death toll recorded by the gaza health ministry, and so on. the united states is currently in the process of trying to pin the "war in gaza" on netanyahu (see sen. schumer's speech) after months of backing blatant genocide as a means to act as if they're "doing something" about the genocide (Instead of, say, threatening to cut off all aid to israel with the condition that all hostilities in gaza, the west bank, and occupied jerusalem are halted immediately and permanently, allowing palestinians freedom to travel, allowing aid into gaza, etc etc etc.)

the long and short of it is that liberals view their own lives as being worth more than palestinians'. that's it. they'll vote for another 4 years of the guy ushering in genocide and supporting apartheid + settler colonialism because he isn't outright attacking them (despite various laws and rulings happening both at the supreme court level and at the local level all over the country that will endanger people). they'll settle for the illusion of safety and security and shame anyone with a conscience and accuse them of "supporting the republicans" when in an actual democracy you would be able to use your vote as leverage to extract concessions from those who want to be elected. that's how it's supposed to fucking work.

democrats are not owed people's vote. if biden loses, it will be biden's fault; it will be his campaign's fault; it will be the democrats' fault. trump is bad; the republicans are bad. we already know this. this is not an endorsement of either. but if democrats are too cowardly and feckless and servile to the motivations of the american empire and never do anything for their constituents then why the fuck should anyone vote for them. you want to get mad at someone, why don't you do something useful and stop worrying about team-sports with a purely selfish basis and start hounding the people in power who are supposed to serve you, the voter.

Normally, I wouldn't really say anything about the drama and stuff, because that's not what I'm here for and honestly I feel like a lot of it is just none of my business. But, it just feels so close to home for me that I can't help but say something. Because here's the thing people aren't going to talk about and probably don't even realize, but I think so much of this drama actually has to do with Dream being autistic.

Just notice the themes of what Tubbo said about Dream being weird, inappropriate, not considering the social boundaries, not communicating, coming across wrong… etc these are all things that can be attributed to Dream literally not knowing better because of neurodivergence. That’s not an excuse but an explanation to know the difference between Dream texting Tommy’s mom out of being manipulative versus not understanding how that breaks a social boundary. That’s not to say Dream should get a free pass to do whatever but I think in the same way we take into consideration other people’s ages and their naivety and obliviousness and inexperience into consideration, Dream’s neurodivergence should be considered too. It is valid. It makes a difference between manipulative and malicious intent versus simply not seeing it the same way.

And really the sad thing is, that I think people will always dislike Dream. At the end of the day, I think that will never change, because even if he was the most perfect person people would still dislike him because of an underlying subconscious response to him not being like the rest. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that he is made the villain in real life and in the dsmp, because it is simply a psychological fact that people inherently dislike autistic people. It’s not because they are ableist it’s just we don’t act like they do so that makes us weird and therefore unlikeable. And it’s hard to understand us because our brains our literally different and as has been said throughout history what we don’t understand we hate, we fear, we see as evil, we attack. Why does Dream get canceled and attacked over and over again? Not because they are true and it proves a pattern that he’s shitty, but because society is so desperate to find a more tangible reason to hate him other than the fact that they just do. Because his behavior breaks social rules he didn’t realize existed. Because he’s easy pickings. Because in my opinion it all comes down to autism and honestly until that piece is actually taken into consideration nothing will probably resolve.
